This study aims to measure the effectiveness of nutrition counseling in improving community understanding of stunting prevention in Semalang Hamlet, Kaloran Village. The research method uses a qualitative approach, qualitative data obtained through in-depth interviews.  This qualitative research was conducted on 21 mothers and children in Semalang Hamlet. The results of the interviews showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the importance of exclusive breastfeeding, complementary feeding, and sanitation. However, there are still obstacles in implementing infant feeding practices, especially in determining the right portion to meet children's nutritional needs. Factors such as limited knowledge about balanced nutrition and lack of access to nutritious food were the main barriers. This study concludes that nutrition counseling is a good first step, but needs to be combined with more comprehensive interventions, such as cooking demonstrations, home visits, and availability of nutritious food at the community level.

This study uses quantitative analysis in the age of digital transformation to ascertain how Indonesia's monetary policy's stability and effectiveness are affected by digital economic characteristics. The Simultaneous Regression approach (also known as structural regression) with two simultaneous equations—monetary stability and monetary policy effectiveness—is the data analysis technique used in this study. Monetary stability (SM), the volume of digital transactions (VTD), the number of digital service users (PLD), financial technology adaptation (ATF), monetary policy effectiveness (EKM), e-commerce growth (PEC), and digital financial inclusion (IKD) are the variables considered in this study. The findings indicate that the variables VTD, PLD, ATF, and EKM have a 62.3% influence on the SM variable, with other variables outside the estimation accounting for the remaining 37.7% of SM. The estimation results show that the Effectiveness of Monetary Policy (EKM) can be explained by the Digital Financial Inclusion (IKD) and Monetary Stability (SM) variables by 11.7% and 88.3%, respectively. Aside from the estimations in the model, additional factors also affect the Effectiveness of Monetary Policy (EKM).

In the rapidly evolving digital era, online commerce has become a phenomenon that dominates the business world. One important aspect of the online trade ecosystem is the role of resellers. Online shop resellers have become a vital element that connects producers or product owners with end consumers through digital platforms. Resellers act as intermediaries that bridge the process of product distribution from its source to the hands of consumers. The main issues include marketing competition, unilateral product cancellations by customers, and defective or incorrect items. The research question used by how online shop resellers overcome business competition challenges in the era of digitalization? This research adopts a qualitative approach using field study methods. This research concludes that operating as an online shop reseller involves several risks, and to address these challenges, various improvements can be made in marketing techniques, risk management implementation, and cash flow recording techniques to overcome the ambiguity of profits generated in the online reseller business.

Disorders of the human sensory system can significantly impact quality of life, affecting communication skills, mobility, and daily activities. This study analyzes the relationship between sensory system disorders and human health using a descriptive qualitative approach. The method involves collecting data from relevant literature and thematic analysis to understand the causes, impacts, and preventive measures for sensory disorders. The research findings indicate that early detection and appropriate handling are crucial to mitigate negative effects. Public awareness of the importance of maintaining sensory system health also needs to be enhanced through education and collaboration among various stakeholders.

Pragmatics is a branch of linguistics that studies the intent of speech. The material of this research is directive speech acts. Directive speech act is one type of speech act used by speakers to tell others to do certain actions. This research analyzes the directive speech acts in the Science Around Us learning video on the Pahamify YouTube Channel. The approach used to examine this research is using theoretical and methodological approaches. The theoretical approach used is a pragmatic approach while the methodological approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach. This research method uses a pragmatic and descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection in this analysis is through listening and note-taking techniques, and using the derivative technique of simak bebas libat cakap. Then, the data analysis technique uses the commensurate technique. And using formal and informal data presentation techniques. The results show that there are various types of directive speech acts used by speakers, such as asking, commanding, ordering, inviting, asking, pleading, suggesting and forcing. The act of asking dominates, showing the speaker's effort to actively involve the audience. The findings indicate that directive speech acts play an important role in creating effective interaction in science learning through video media. This research contributes to a better understanding of more in-depth about language use in the context of online learning.

This research aims to investigate vocational school learners' perspectives on the cybergogy approach for an enhanced English language instruction. Utilizing a quantitative research design, the study surveyed 619 students across 17 vocational schools in Yogyakarta Province. The results indicate that the majority of learners find the cybergogy approach engaging and effective, particularly due to its interactive nature and the flexibility it offers. Learners appreciated the ability to access learning resources at their own pace, which is crucial given their varying schedules. However, the study also highlights challenges, including the reliance on consistent access to quality techno-logy, which may limit the approach's effectiveness for some students. The findings underscore the importance of integrating multimedia resources and fostering peer collaboration to enhance English language instruction. The study concludes that while the cybergogy approach shows promise in improving language skills and learner engagement, its implementation must be carefully managed to address technological disparities among students.

This research aims to find out the regulations regarding deepfake crimes in Indonesia and to find out the ideal regulations regarding deepfake crimes in the future. This technology, which is increasingly developing rapidly, can essentially make it easier to do anything. Apart from that, technological developments can cause serious problems, one of which is the misuse of deepfakes which are part of artificial intelligence. Deepfakes certainly harm many people, starting from victims whose identities are used by fraudsters, to victims who suffer material losses. The absence of regulations governing deepfakes means that state protection for victims of this crime is still in doubt. This research uses a normative legal research method which uses 3 (three) approaches, namely the statutory approach, the comparative approach and the conceptual approach. This research uses data collection techniques through library research. This research uses descriptive data analysis techniques by presenting data and information as a description of the research subjects and objects which are arranged systematically so that they can be understood. This research also uses a prescriptive analysis method, namely by providing arguments on the research results that have been described. The results of this research show that Indonesia has not yet explicitly regulated deepfake crimes. Indonesia only regulates falsification of personal data in general in the ITE Law which is a derivative of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.

The role of the TNI is very important in creating and maintaining the security of the community in fulfilling human rights, but based on the long history in Indonesia, it is suspected that there has been violence and serious human rights crimes committed by state apparatus and security actors. The principle of command responsibility for military commanders, police superiors and other civilian superiors is at least three reasons that underlie the thinking of military commanders, police superiors and other civilian superiors, namely the commander or superior who has the power to give orders and is responsible for the failure to control or control his subordinates. Narcotics are substances that cause certain effects for those who use them and put them into their bodies. Along with the development of the times, the types of drugs are increasing and have various variations. One example of a new type of drug is gorilla tobacco. Criminal Law Policy Against New Types of Narcotics Abuse. This study uses a normative juridical research type with a Philosophical approach, Criminal Law Political Approach, legislation, case approach and examines the contents of various legal sources, both books, journals and other related legal sources to answer the aspects that are the focus of the research. The results of this study indicate that in 2022 31,420 incidents were caused by an increase in the abuse of new types of narcotics (New Psychoactive Substances) which in previous years were not registered in the appendix to Law Number 35 of 2009, this caused a Legal Vacuum regarding the New Type of Narcotics. In addition, the author also analyzes the law enforcement against new types of narcotics (gorilla tobacco) in a review of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics and the form of criminal responsibility carried out by perpetrators of gorilla tobacco abuse in the decision of the District Court Number 32/Pid.sus/2021/PN Rtg.

This research is based on the ambiguity of street naming norms in statutory regulations, this causes the legality of street naming in the Mojokerto city government area to be questioned. Based on this description, the author formulates the problem formulation as follows: (1) What is the authority of the Mojokerto City Government in naming roads? (2) What is the legality of naming roads belonging to the Mojokerto city government?This research uses a normative juridical research type with a statutory approach, a historical approach and a conceptual approach using primary legal materials and secondary legal materials.The research results from this thesis show that the Mojokerto City Government does not have direct authority to name roads in its area. There is a lack of normative legal regulations in regulating transitional conditions in the naming of landforms, especially roads. The legality of naming roads belonging to the Mojokerto city government can be questioned due to the absence of statutory norms that order local governments to form legal products related to street naming.

This research aims to fulfill one of the many research proposals for health and recreation physical education and also aims to determine the results of tests for the validity and reliability of physical conditions in athletes with total visual impairment at the 2023 JABAR Pelatda. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. In this research, the author used a total sampling technique, namely the entire population of 8 people. The results of this study can be concluded that the validity of the flexibility test (sit and reach) has a high interpretation. And the reliability is high because the reliability value is above 15 so it can be said to be high reliability

Furthermore, the research demonstrates how customer-centric approaches influence broader organizational culture, fostering environments that prioritize empathy, innovation, and authentic human engagement. This study contributes to the theoretical discourse by framing competitive advantage as a human endeavor and offers practical implications for service organizations aiming to achieve operational excellence while honoring the human dimensions of service delivery. The integration of strategic, operational, and tactical levels forms a cohesive framework for achieving enduring success through genuine customer relationships and continuous adaptation to evolving market dynamics.

MSME entrepreneurship is one aspect of local economic development while contributing to the employment network in Medan city.  With the existence of MSMEs, they are able to contribute to regional economic development and reduce unemployment.  However, in the process of running a business, there are obstacles for entrepreneurs, namely the lack of entrepreneurial skills and lack of motivation in entrepreneurship which can affect the success of MSMEs. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial motivation on business success in MSMEs in Medan city. The form of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study were MSMEs in Medan City. With a sample of 100 respondents, the sample approach used in this study was non-probability sampling in the form of purposive sampling. Primary data obtained through direct distribution of questionnaires and secondary data obtained through literature studies. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial skills have a significant positive effect on business success, obtained a tcount value of 4.420> 1.984 with a sig value of 0.001 <0.05 and has a regression coefficient value of 0.325. Entrepreneurial motivation also has a significant positive effect on business success, obtained a tcount value of 2.680> 1.984 with a sig value of 0.009 <0.05 and has a regression coefficient value of 0.235. In simultaneous testing of entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial motivation variables simultaneously affect the level of influence of 49.7% while the remaining 50.3% is influenced by factors outside this study.

This study aims to see the determination of the minimum limit of criminal liability for children in conflict with the law after the emergence of the rape and murder case of a junior high school student in Palembang in August 2024 where the three perpetrators who were under 14 (fourteen) years old were not sentenced but only in the form of actions. This research is a normative legal research that uses a statutory approach and a case approach. The results of this study indicate that when referring to the provisions of international law on children, namely the CRC and its General Comments and the Beijing Rules, the determination of the minimum age of criminal liability for children and the minimum age of children can be punished in national law, namely the SPPA, is appropriate so that there is no need for changes. There are three solutions to dealing with cases of children committing sexual violence in the future that the government can do, namely: Strengthening parental responsibility in supervising digital literacy and strengthening family socio-economics, psychological approaches to children and the importance of sex education

Integrating modern leadership approaches with local wisdom remains a challenge in enhancing the quality of education in Indonesian higher education institutions. This study examines the impact of integrating instructional leadership with ethnopedagogy based on the Dalihan Na Tolu philosophy on learning quality at Graha Nusantara University. Using a mixed-method approach with a sequential explanatory design, the study involved 50 lecturers selected through systematic random sampling and 100 students. Data were collected through validated questionnaires (validity coefficients ranging from 0.72 to 0.89; reliability with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.88), in-depth interviews, and participatory observations. The findings reveal that instructional leadership independently accounts for 67 percent of the variation in learning quality (coefficient of determination, R-squared = 0.670, with p < 0.001), with key determinants being guidance (correlation coefficient = 0.820) and vision-mission communication (correlation coefficient = 0.790). Ethnopedagogical leadership contributes significantly through the values of Somba Marhula-hula (regression coefficient = 0.45), Manat Mardongan Tubu (regression coefficient = 0.41), and Elek Marboru (regression coefficient = 0.38). The integration of these approaches produces significant synergistic effects (R-squared = 0.830), resulting in a 70 percent increase in active interaction, a 68 percent improvement in the effectiveness of learning strategies, and a 66 percent boost in productivity. This study contributes to developing an integrated leadership model that combines modern values with local wisdom. It also provides practical implications for designing training programs and implementing dual-approach monitoring systems in higher education institutions.

Background: The advancement of digital technology has transformed how consumers interact with brands, including in the skincare industry. Social media, particularly Instagram, has become an effective platform to enhance brand awareness and influence purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing and brand awareness on the purchasing decisions of Skintific products on Shopee, a leading e-commerce platform in Indonesia.Design/methodology/approach: This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 97 respondents who met specific criteria, such as having purchased Skintific products on Shopee. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software to examine the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable.Results: The findings reveal that social media marketing and brand awareness have a positive and significant impact on consumers' purchasing decisions. Social media marketing, through engaging and interactive content, effectively increases consumer interest, while brand awareness strengthens product image in consumers' minds, encouraging them to make purchases.Research limitations/Implications: This study has several limitations, such as being limited at Jakarta and having a relatively small sample size, making the results less generalizable to all consumers in Indonesia. The implications of this research provide insights for skincare business practitioners about the importance of digital marketing strategies, particularly through social media, to boost sales.

This research examines the role of Wahdatul Ulum in promoting healthy lifestyles in the Muslim community, with a case study in Tuntungan II Village, Pancur Batu District, Deli Serdang Regency. Wahdatul Ulum, the concept of integrating religion and science, provides a holistic approach that connects physical, mental and spiritual health. Qualitative research methods were used with in-depth interviews with 15 village residents. The results show that religious teachings have a significant role in shaping healthy living behavior through diet, cleanliness and self-control. Religious traditions, such as fasting and religious lectures, are effective in increasing public health awareness. Religious leaders and faith-based communities play an important role in supporting health programs, while religious education among youth increases understanding and implementation of healthy lifestyles. The conclusion emphasizes that Wahdatul Ulum's approach not only strengthens faith, but also supports the physical and mental well-being of the Muslim community.

This phenomenon is also observed at GKSI Agape Bajong, where, despite the church's growth, the understanding of the true meaning of worship still needs to be improved. One approach to address this issue is through the discipleship method. Through discipleship, the church can help the congregation gain a deeper understanding of worship and awaken their spiritual awareness. This approach emphasizes the deepening of faith and personal transformation based on the example of Christ. This study aims to explain how the discipleship method can be applied at GKSI Agape Bajong as an effort to cultivate the spiritual awareness of the congregation and enhance their participation in worship.

This study aims to understand the effect of product innovation on customer satisfaction and trust, focusing on customers in the electronics sector. Product innovation is considered a strategic element capable of increasing customer utility, creating competitive advantage, and strengthening the relationship between companies and customers. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through a survey to explore customer perceptions related to innovation, satisfaction, and trust. The results show that product innovation significantly affects customer satisfaction, especially through the relevance of the features offered, product quality, and adequate after-sales service. Customer trust in the company is also influenced by the success of product innovation to create real added value. This trust is formed through consistency in product quality and transparency in communication. This research implies that companies need to make innovation a strategic priority that is oriented towards customer needs. A deep understanding of customer preferences and expectations through market research and direct feedback is essential to support the innovation process. Effective communication to explain the benefits of innovation to customers should be part of the marketing strategy. With this approach, product innovation can be an instrument that increases customer satisfaction and trust, and creates long-term beneficial relationships.

This study aims to analyze the mission methodology applied by Joseph Kam in evangelizing Maluku in the 19th century. Using a practical historical approach, this study explores the strategies used by Joseph Kam, such as home visits, health services, education, and Bible translation, and how these methods were adapted to the local cultural context. This research method involves literature studies and analysis of relevant historical sources to describe the social and religious context at that time. The main findings of this study indicate that Joseph Kam's mission methodology is highly contextual and effective in reaching the Maluku community, and has had a long-term impact on the development of the church in the region. This study also highlights the relevance of Joseph Kam's methods for contemporary evangelism, especially in terms of a sensitive approach to local culture.
