Backgrounds : Low hemoglobin levels often occur in pregnant women, low hemoglobin levels are a serious problem for pregnant women because the lack of hemoglobin levels will have a negative impact during the delivery process. Research Objectives: To determine the effectiveness of dates and beets on Hemoglobin levels in second trimester pregnant women at TPMB Titin Sumarni, Babelan Village, Babelan District, Bekasi Regency. Research Methods : This study used a quasi-experimental with purposive sampling with a sample of 32 people. Data techniques included in uivariate analysis using frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using statistical calculations The results of the study : Respondents in the control group and the intervention group mostly worked as housewives, in the intervention group there was an increase in hemoglobin levels in the second trimester of pregnant women, thus proving the effectiveness of giving beets and dates to increase hemoglobin levels in the second trimester pregnant women. Conclusions and suggestions : Conclusions From the results of this study it was found that there was effectiveness in giving beets and dates to increase hemoglobin levels in the second trimester of pregnant women at BPM Titin Sumarni. Suggestions for providing information about good nutrition for pregnant women by providing health promotion and education to visiting pregnant women to reduce mortality and morbidity due to anemia.

For students in primary schools, there are still numerous nutritional issues to be solved. There has been an increase in the prevalence of overweight and underweight children in the Malang City area, particularly in the Puskesmas Mojolangu working area. One location where these dietary issues occur is SDN Tasikmadu 1. This is a result of the absence of educational resources for understanding balanced nutrition. The goal of this study is to create a balanced nutrition four card instructional media and evaluate its viability and efficacy as a tool for balanced nutrition education. The study follows the define, design, create, and disseminate framework while using a research and development approach. Due diligence was performed by media and material experts utilizing the BNSP evaluation tool with an average score of 87.50%. The effectiveness test was carried out at SDN Tasikmadu 1 on 30 students using pre-test and post-test instruments. Analysis using paired t-test showed that the tool and its accompanying materials were declared "appropriate" and provision of Balanced Nutrition Quartet Card media was effective in increasing students' knowledge, with an average pre-test score of 55.06 and an average post-test score 87.73 and the result of the paired t-test is P=0.000.

The purpose of the research is to optimize the contribution of billboard tax as a source of local funds and minimize the potential for lost billboard tax (EOL) in Demak Regency. This type of research is an explantative study that aims to find an explanation of the phenomenon of not optimal Reklame Tax as a Source of Regional funds. The object of this research is The Billboard Tax in Demak Regency. The sub-districts selected as research samples are potential sub-districts for billboards in the sense of easy access from various corners, crowded centers and or city centers including (1) Demak kecematan, (2) Guntur subdistrict, (3) Karangawen subdistrict, and (4) Mranggen subdistrict. These four subdistricts are used as analysis bases to then be generalized as a representation of Demak Regency. The data source is obtained by documentary studies, interviews with relevant officials, as well as field surveys. Data analysis is conducted with the following stages (1) calculation of potential tax receipts, (2) calculating the effectiveness of billboard tax management, 3 analysis of the causes of high low EOL and (4) formulation of policies for the optimization of billboard tax. From the results of the analysis will be formulated the right strategy to minimize EOL. The results showed that the contribution of billboard tax as a source of regional funds is still very small and not yet optimum. This happens because of the high tax on EOL (expected opportunity lost) and the number of wild billboards. The high EOL and wild billboards are due to the relatively weak governance (weak information system, coordination and supervision) and the motivation of the work of officers that has not been optimal. To optimize the potential of tax receipts need to be carried out the development of governance based on integrated information systems. To minimize EOL, a policy of strengthening the governance of The Billboard Tax is necessary: (a) establishing an integrative information system for the management of billboard taxes, (b) reorganization of the billboard tax management organization. (c) improve work rules, (d) improve more effective mechanisms of action, and (e) develop the professionalism of the officers involved.

This research aims to produce learning media for the Ethnomathematics Student Worksheet on Traditional Market Snacks in Pontianak City on the flat-sided building material that reaches the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This study uses a 4D design model, which is modified into 3D, namely define (definition), design (design), development (development), without using the fourth stage, namely disseminate, because this refers to the initial goal of this research is to develop valid, practical and effective media contained in the third step of the development of this model, namely development. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII SMP Suster Pontianak with a total of 20 students. The instruments used in this study were validation sheets, questionnaires, and test questions. Based on the results of the first study, the validation of the Ethnomathematics Student Worksheet with an average value of 84,76% from expert activities was very valid with a very good category. The second is the value of practicality, seen from the value of the questionnaire filled in by the teacher, the percentage is 97% with very practical criteria. to see the effectiveness of the ethnomathematics-based student worksheet learning media compared to the Likert scale index, with a percentage of 81.11% in the very effective criteria.

This study aims to determine the effect of sales accounting information systems and internal control on the effectiveness of controlling accounts receivable at PT.Sentral Medika Indonesia Semarang. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Sentral Medika Indonesia Semarang with a total of 60 employees, while the sample taken using purposive sampling method is a total of 53 employees who work in the accounting department, sales department, warehouse department, marketing department, manager and president director. . The data analysis tool in this study used multiple linear regression. The results show that the sales accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of controlling accounts receivable, it can be seen from the t-count value which is greater than the t-table value of 3.016> 1.679, and the significance value of 0.004 is smaller than 0.05, so the hypothesis one accepted. Internal control has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of receivables control, it can be seen from the t-count value which is greater than the t-table value, namely 4.242 > 1.679, and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, so hypothesis two is accepted. This means that the higher the company's sales accounting information system and internal control applied in the company, the effectiveness of the internal control carried out by PT. Central Medika Indonesia Semarang will continue to increase.

Laibu Samsaman : with the title "Effectiveness of the Process of Determining Village Devices in the Administrative Village of Otademan, Wakate District, Eastern Seram Regency". Accompanied by Advisor I: Z. A. Rengifurwarin and Advisor II: I. S. Ponto. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Aims to describe and explain an overview of the Effectiveness of the Process of Determining Village Devices in the Administrative Village of Otademan Kec. Wakate Kab. SBT. Informants of this study amounted to 10 people. The data needed in this study were collected through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Data was successfully collected, processed and analyzed with the help of descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of determining Otademan Administrative village apparatus is generally ineffective or not optimal, which is seen based on a) accuracy of age/age, b) accuracy of education, c) accuracy of work experience, d) accuracy of work skills, e) accuracy as villagers. This is influenced by supporting and inhibiting factors such as: a) likes and dislikes, b) group fanaticism, c) nepotism, and d) loyalty. The implications of this research, if you want to increase the effectiveness of determining village officials in the Otademan Administrative Village, Kab. SBT. district Wakate, the things that need to be considered are the level of accuracy of age/age, accuracy of education, accuracy of work experience, accuracy of work skills, and accuracy as a villager.

One of the most important problems to be addressed is the low achievement of students in mathematics. This needs to be addressed immediately considering that mathematics is the science most often used in the world of work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of additional hours of mathematics lessons on improving mathematics learning achievement of class XII MIPA students. This research is categorized as evaluation research using the CIPP model (context, input, process, and product). The population studied was all students of class XII MIPA MAN 3 Bantul in the 2016/2017 academic year, totaling 64 people. The condition before the learning process was carried out with the addition of study hours obtained an average value of 34.10 while after the addition of hours the acquisition increased to 44.16 or an increase of 29.50%. The results of the t-test analysis showed that there were significant differences in the results of learning mathematics before additional hours were added.

Protracted labor is correlated with an increase in maternal and fetal motility, an increase in abnormalities in the physiology of labor, and an escalation in the rate of caesarean section delivery. In women with prolonged labor, there is an increased risk of death due to atonic uterus, birth canal lacerations, infection, fatigue, and shock, however in infants, prolonged labor is not associated with an increase in infant mortality, decreased APGAR score, trauma, and infection. With adequate physical and psychological preparation, the impact of prolonged labor can be reduced. The (PRE) is a bodywork involving waist and hip rotations. This research employs Systeematic Literature Reviews (SLR), a synthesis of systematic, clear, and comprehensive literature studies, by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating existing data using explicit research methods and incorporating critical review procedures into the selection study. The data consists of 6 national journals and 1 international publication indexed by Shiinta Indonesia and Scopus with Q2standard Results in 7 journals utilizing observation sheets and parttographs for data collection instruments. In one of the seven journals reviewed, the Pellvic Rocking Exercise technique was applied at TM 3 gestational age, between 34 and 35 weeks. When the laboring mother enters the first stage of the active phase, another publication employs the Pelvic Rocking Exercise technique. Conclusion: Pelvic Roccking Exercise is effective in shortening the active phase till the full opening of the cervix in primiparous moms. Pelvic rocking using a birth ball helps the baby to rotate into the optimal position and shortens the first stage of labor, therefore reducing labor pain and providing comfort to the mother. It is anticipated that health care workers will become facilitators for expectant mothers and provide physical support for the profession.

The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This training is carried out by an organized team, by providing some materials and practices of leadership and management that have been planned for approximately 9 months. Independent Upbringing of Family Medicinal Plants (Asmantoga) is a plant cultivated by the surrounding community and cadres of Bojonegoro sources of corn which has medicinal properties and can be used for health. Besides that, Asmantoga plants are natural medicines and do not contain chemicals. Under these circumstances, the servants made an innovation in the Asmantoga Park to turn the medicinal plant area of the Sumberagung village family from Bojonegoro into an Asmantoga Educational Park. And also conduct independent care as an effort to change the paradigm of curative medicine, to become promotive and preventive, which is beneficial for efficiency and effectiveness for the surrounding community and Sumberagung cadres.This service aims to find out the development of family medicinal plants in the village of Sumberagung, Dander Bojonegoro sub-district, to find out how to increase community knowledge about the benefits of self-care for family medicinal plants in Sumberagung Village, Dander Bojonegoro District.The community service partners here are Village Officials, and Asmantoga Cadres of Sumberagung Village, Dander Bojonegoro District.The methodology used in community service in Sumberagung village is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method.The results of the Asmantoga land use activities have made the residents a little more concerned with the Asmantoga land use. Pengabdi also held a health seminar with the theme "keep your health with family medicinal plants" with Sumberagung village health workers in order to introduce to the community how important it is to preserve family medicinal plants.

This study aims to see the effect of the effectiveness of electronic attendance (finger print) on employee discipline, both in terms of attendance level, convenience and comfort in the attendance process and the application of electronic attendance (finger print) in making it easier for superiors to see employee discipline both in terms of attendance, as well as employee discipline. The results of the study show that the application of finger print attendance has increased employee work discipline, seen from the achievement of targets after the application of finger print attendance has been achieved, where it is known that there are still many employees who are disciplined at work such as arriving on time to the office. Adaptability, employees already understand the procedures regulations for using finger print attendance and being able to adjust from manual attendance to finger print attendance due to previous trials. Job satisfaction for employees is good because of additional employee income (TPP). While the responsibilities of the employees have progressed but not maximized, because there are still employees who leave the office after filling in absences for personal needs. has not increased, there are still many employees who come late to the office. This study discusses the effect of finger print absences on employee discipline. This research is motivated by the problem of the level of punctuality of employees when entering and leaving work, so that it becomes an interesting phenomenon to study. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used in this study through interviews, observation, and documentation.

Spinal anesthesia is a widely used anesthetic technique, particularly in surgeries involving the lower body, due to its effectiveness and safety profile. A critical component of post-spinal anesthesia recovery is the assessment of patient mobility, which can be quantitatively measured using the Bromage Score. The Bromage Score evaluates the degree of motor block, which is essential for determining when a patient can safely begin mobilizing after anesthesia. The education and implementation of the Bromage Score in hospitals are designed to enhance healthcare professionals' understanding of its significance, ensuring a more objective and systematic approach to patient recovery monitoring. This educational program involves a structured training session for healthcare workers, distribution of educational materials such as brochures and manuals, and evaluations both before and after the intervention to assess changes in knowledge and application. The results of the program indicate a significant increase in healthcare professionals’ understanding of how to apply the Bromage Score and improved quality in the monitoring of patient mobility after spinal anesthesia. The consistent and accurate implementation of the Bromage Score is crucial as it helps medical personnel determine an appropriate and safe time for patient mobilization, thus reducing the risk of complications such as falls, orthostatic hypotension, or delayed recovery. As a result, the program is recommended as a standard practice in healthcare settings to improve post-spinal anesthesia recovery outcomes and patient safety.

The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. Diamond Printing is one of the largest offset printing companies with 32 years of experience and is located in the city of Surabaya, East Java. Data from HRD managers explained that there was no report from observations related to employee work effectiveness in terms of coordination and synergy between employees as seen from the communication and collaboration relationships. The absence of data related to the effectiveness of the performance of CV employees. Diamond Printing in terms of communication network mapping is one of the obstacles faced by HRD in determining KPI (key performance indicator). By using the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method with the help of UCINET 6 software, it is hoped that some employees will have advantages, especially in collaboration and communication in group network structures. There are three parameters used in SNA, including: degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality. This study involved 104 respondents (the entire population) with a sampling technique using snowball sampling and a questionnaire as a means of collecting data. The results of this study indicate that most of the collaboration and communication network interactions are dominated by manager level employees and department heads. Based on these findings, an innovation is needed from all stakeholders from CV. Diamond Printing in developing effective communication methods between its members.

This study aims to determine the evaluation of the financial performance of the Purworejo District Health Office through a value for money approach. This study used descriptivequalitativemethod. -2027wasdeclaredquiteeconomical,namely88.27%in2017becauseitwasintherangeof80%<90%andfor3(three)years.2018-2020isdeclaredaseconomicalbecauseanaverageof92.47% lies in the range of 90% -100%. However, in 2021 it was again declared quite economical at 89.54%. While the pattern of development of the level of efficiency in the financial management of the Purworejo District Health Office for 5 (five) years 2017-2021 is declared inefficient because the efficiency value is more than 100%. This is due to the existence of different work programs each year with different sources of funds even though they have minimized spending with the target. However, in 2021 it was again declared very effective. The greater the level of effectiveness achieved, the better the performance of the PurworejoHealthOffice. This is because there is realization of the budget lower than the target.

The management of production and operations in factory machinery is an optimal management effort in the use of resources consisting of labor, machinery, equipment and raw materials. The production and operations manager directs various inputs in order to produce various outputs or results in units of quantity, quality, price, specific time and location according to consumer demand. Efficiency and effectiveness of the production process to be achieved requires proper scheduling management so that the production output produced can be completed according to target. Management of production and customer orders is still simple, besides that the status of raw material inventories that cannot be directly known can often result in delays in the production process and even production cannot be done as soon as possible. Scheduling orders that enter using the system first in first out where the first order that comes is done, but has not considered the number of orders, priority of customers, maturity of workmanship and engine capacity so that the estimated completion of the order can not be known. To make it more efficient and directed, the Earliest Due Date method is used by sorting the production work based on the closest due date. This method can be used for scheduling on one machine or for scheduling on several machines (parallel machine) so that the scheduling management information system can manage effective production scheduling and produce production reports automatically as needed.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of management information systems on the work effectiveness of outpatients at the Prof.Dr.H.M Anwar Makkatutu Regional General Hospital, Bantaeng Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. This research method uses primary data through a survey using a questionnaire as many as 73 outpatient employees of the Regional General Hospital Prof.Dr.H.M Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng as the research sample. Data were analyzed through univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test using SPSS program. The results showed that: (1) The quality of the system showed a value of p = 0.001 < from = 0.05, which means it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, meaning that the system user has an effect on the work effectiveness of outpatients at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu 2020, (2) The quality of information affects the work effectiveness of employees with a p value = 0.000, (3) System users affect the work effectiveness of outpatients with a p value = 0.000, (4) User satisfaction affects the work effectiveness of outpatients path with p value = 0.000. This shows that the quality of the management information system can increase the work effectiveness of outpatient employees at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng. If the management information system is good, it will increase the work effectiveness of outpatients and increase employee satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to implement the digitization of accounting through the adoption of financial management accounting information systems. Accounting digitalization is needed for automated financial transaction management and results in a fast, accurate, and transparent reporting system. The approach used in building financial management accounting information systems is the accrual basis method, the research method used is the method of research and development (R&D) with a prototype system development model. The results of this study indicate that the digitalization of accounting by implementing financial management information systems at As shifa clinics shows that the information system can work as expected and is able to meet needs. Based on the results of testing the effectiveness of the old system compared to the new system it can be concluded that the performance of financial management in the As Shifa clinic using the new system is more effective than using the old system.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of employee workon the Unit Unit Laka Lantas Purworejo Police. Sampling using the census method, which takes all the population as sempel as many as 6 employees. This research uses Likert-scale data analysis method.Based on the research that the authors do ultimately obtained results for the variable motivation 76%, job satisfaction 91%, 58% workload variable and time variable completing 78% task. Of the four variables the most dominant variable is job satisfaction variable with a score of 55 or 91%. While the lowest variable is the workload variable with a score of 35 or 58% cause factor is due to the unbalanced amount between the workload with the number of personnel available. Leaders must have a policy to increase incentives and bonuses and increase the number of personnel for the team of Laka Unit Purworejo Police to have a balance between the number of personnel with the work load run by laka unit team in order to run the task and finish the work can be more optimal with good results or satisfying and in serving the community can be better, proportional and professional.

Semarang Mini Iron Shop has 5 employees and a leader. Mini Iron Stores Semarang do the buying and selling process wholesale with various customers, the majority of which are small traders or retailers. In running its business, Semarang Mini Iron Shop still conducts conventional buying and selling transactions using a sales memorandum. This allows duplicate data to occur due to repeated customer and supplier data writing. Based on the above problems, the author wants to propose a multiuser-based inventory system design to be taken into consideration in helping to speed up the process of recording purchase and sales transactions and can provide the information needed at the Semarang Mini Iron Store in the form of inventory reports, sales level reports and daily income reports in the form of an application Inventory system in Semarang Mini Iron Shop using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.
