This project carries a unique branding identity called Australian Living of Malang, which reflects the theme of Australian design and architecture, offering a comfortable and quality living experience. In an effort to strengthen its brand identity, PT Graha Bukit Utama realizes the importance of implementing consistent brand guidelines. Currently, the company faces challenges in terms of the use of logos and other branding elements that are inconsistent across various promotional platforms, both online and offline. This inconsistency has an impact on the trust of potential customers and reduces the impression of professionalism that should be presented by the brand. Therefore, the creation and implementation of brand guidelines is a crucial step that needs to be taken to overcome this problem. This project is planned to last for three months, starting from March 2024 to May 2024. During this period, this project is carried out in collaboration with the company to compile comprehensive brand guidelines. This design process will include several stages, starting from collecting relevant data, compiling the brand guidelines document itself, and socializing all stakeholders regarding the significance of having and implementing brand guidelines. Furthermore, an evaluation will be carried out to ensure that the company can implement the brand guidelines that have been designed properly. During the project implementation, it successfully carried out activities optimally and even exceeded the achievement of the KPI that had been set. This can be proven through the formation of brand guidelines that are compiled in print media format and soft files, which are ready to be used by the company in various marketing activities

This inquiry points to analyzing the social capital had by the community in actualizing CBT in Lut Tawar Lake tourism, where traditions, culture, and conventions ought to be one of the social tourism goals that must be created. This social capital is within the frame of the part of community pioneers and devout pioneers in creating Lut Tawar Lake tourism, amid the existing differences. This consider is a subjective inquiry with a phenomenological approach. This investigation got essential information through in-depth interviews. From this research, monitoring can be done using an ESP32 microcontroller that can run the HY-SRF05 ultrasonic sensor to take measurements of fuel in the tank and then the measurement results can be seen on the connected android. This tool is made to monitor the volume of fuel oil on board via android without having to check to the field. From the results of this study, it is obtained that the HY-SRF05 ultrasonic sensor can measure the fuel level (cm) with a distance of 30 cm from the bottom depth of the tank and then the fuel level data (cm) is processed by ESP32 and then the height data from the sensor reading is displayed via android which has been connected online via an internet connection in the form of fuel volume (L). Tests were carried out 10 (ten) times with 3 (three) different capacities, namely with a capacity of 25%, 50%, and 75% of the maximum capacity of the fuel and with 2 (two) test methods, namely testing in stationary tank conditions (A) and testing in tank conditions getting shocks (B). So that from this test, the total value of the tool error (error) in the stationary tank condition (A) is 0.426% and in the condition of the tank getting a shock (B) of 0.420%. Based on the test results, the tool is said to be able to work well between measurements using the HY-SRF05 ultrasonic sensor and the actual depth with a system accuracy level of 99.57%.

This study aims to examine the influence of lifestyle and hedonic shopping motivation on the buying interest of Shopee application users in Banjarmasin City.The research method used is quantitative method. The number of samples used by 106 respondents was taken by purposive sampling. Data collection using online questionnaires. Data analysis methods use descriptive statistics, instrumental testing, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing. This test uses the help of SPSS 26 statistical software.The results of this study show that lifestyle variables (X1) have a significant positive influence on buying interest variables. The hedonic shopping motivation variable (X2) has a positive influence on the buying interest variable. Based on simultaneous testing, lifestyle variables (X1) and hedonic shopping motivation variables (X2) on the buying interest of shopee application users together have a significant influence.

Research purposes This is to find out how to determine a digital marketing strategy, implementation and results of the impact of determining a digital marketing strategy on TumblrIn Store. In this research, quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods were used used to provide a deeper picture and understanding comprehensive approach to the phenomenon under study. Additionally, for collection data, the researcher used observation and documentation techniques from the final assignment project which is the final assignment for graduation after taking part Merdeka Campus Certified Independent Study program at PT. Nurul Fikri Create Innovation. The research results show that digital strategy marketing on TumblrIn has been determined using SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning), and Marketing mix. Implementation of digital marketing strategies in TumblrIn has been doing quite well and achieved several goals. Utilization online media in digital marketing strategies has also been successful quite a lot of traffic, although not all online media get the same amount of traffic. However, the amount of traffic has exceeded initial targets can be converted into potential customers.).

This analysis examines how price and trust influence the decision to book a room through online travel agencies in Daima Hotel Padang (Traveloka case study). with two independent variables consisting of price and trust, and the dependent variable consisting of the booking decision. This research is quantitative and uses a causal-associative approach. The sample consists of 194 respondents and a Likert scale was used for data collection. SEM-PLS 3 as data analysis. The hypotheses showed that ordering decision has no significant effect on price, with a t-statistic of 1.740 < 1.96 and a p-value of 0.083 > 0.05. On the other hand, ordering decision has a significant effect on trust, with a t-statistic of 5.922 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of discount vouchers on repurchase interest in partial terms, to determine the influence of online customer reviews on repurchase interest, and to determine the influence of discount vouchers and online customer reviews on repurchase interest in a case study at GoFood in Surakarta simultaneously. The sample was 100 respondents using a sampling technique using purposive sampling. This research used quantitative methods with SPSS 25 64 bit data analysis tools. Data analysis techniques in this research use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, T tests, and F tests. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence of discount vouchers on repurchase interest, there is a positive and significant influence of online customer reviews on interested in buying again. The use of media in every activity is an absolute necessity for an educator because every learning activity that takes place in schools and universities requires educators to utilize technology when they are in the classroom or learning that takes place in a row. This is what happened in the Primary School Teacher education study program at the Sinar Pancasila Teacher Training and Education College (STKIP) where the role of technology is very much needed, both as a medium and as a tool in learning. This research aims to analyze what needs are needed in the Sinar Pancasila Teacher Training and Education College (STKIP) PGSD Study Program as a form of support during the learning process. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method where researchers conduct observations and interviews with students in the study program to find facts about the need for learning media in the PGSD Study Program. This research also aims to analyze the needs of the students of the PGSD Study Program at the Sinar Pancasila Teacher Training and Education College (STKIP) regarding the use of media that have not been met; lack of existing facilities in the study program; and opinions and input from study program students during the learning process as well as solutions offered based on the results of research data.

This research aims to analyze the influence of influencer marketing on purchase intentions through online consumer reviews. The population in this study were users of herbalist products. The number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents. The variables used in this research are influencer marketing, purchase intention and online consumer reviews. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data processing technique in this research uses SmartPLS 4.1. The results of this research show that influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on online consumer reviews, influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, online consumer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention through consumer reviews on line.

Universal Health Coverage (UHC) is health insurance that ensures that people get justice in promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative health services, quality at affordable costs because health services in Indonesia are not evenly distributed, especially in rural areas. The aim of this research is to realize universal access to quality health services in Indonesia.  This research uses a literature review method with online searches using scientific databases, such as Pubmed and Google Scholar. Researchers used articles from 2019-2023. The results of this research were obtained from two previous articles, namely regarding the analysis of the principles of financing health services and health services to achieve Universal Health Coverage in Indonesia. So in conclusion, the principle of financing and health services must be carried out fairly in every community, both in urban and rural areas.

This research aims at Service Quality and Management Reputation for Bank BTN Syariah KCP Solo Products. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research was a purposive sampling technique with the sample used amounting to 96 respondents. The data collection technique uses online questionnaire distribution with the help of Google forms. Data analysis techniques in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, f test and t test. Based on data research analysis, the results show that there is an influence of service quality on bank products, there is an influence of management reputation on bank products, the f test shows that there is a simultaneous influence of service quality and management reputation on bank products. The results of the coefficient of determination test show an r square value of 0.502, which means that the influence of the service quality variable (x1) and management reputation (x2) simultaneously on the bank product variable (y) is 50.2%..

This research aims to understand the contribution of the Dzikrul Ghofilin Al-Hasyimiyysh Islamic Boarding School in developing the entrepreneurial spirit of its students, with the ultimate goal of creating alumni with high entrepreneurial abilities. Using descriptive qualitative methodology and field research, this study collected data through in-depth interviews and observations, supported by relevant documentation. The data analysis process involved in-depth interviews to obtain real results and literature reviews containing conclusions and thoughts from the author from several reference sources obtained. The findings show that Islamic Boarding Schools have a significant role in developing the entrepreneurial spirit among students, especially through the implementation of strict financial independence, such as understanding the importance of business. It is hoped that students will leave the Islamic boarding school with strong entrepreneurial knowledge and awareness of opportunities, both in the online and offline world of work, as well as the ability to create new jobs.

Legal protection for consumers in online buying and selling transactions requires confirmation of responsibility related to online buying and selling practices and problems of default caused by business actors. To what extent is the role of the marketplace and business actors responsible for the default losses experienced by consumers? The type of legal research used is empirical juridical legal research. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include interviews, documentation, observation. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis. The research results obtained by the author are that (1) Buying and selling practices using B2C (Business to Consumer) and C2C (consumer to consumer) transaction systems. (2) Responsibility for legal protection of consumers as a marketplace is related to defaults or unlawful acts caused by business actors, so the burden of responsibility is borne by the business actor by referring to the contract that the parties agreed to. The legal protection provided is limited to supervision, regulators, facilitators, finding solutions, and making decisions regarding defaults or unlawful acts that occur.

The development of advanced technology makes everything complicated easier, such as attendance that can be accessed online. Attendance data is needed by companies and organizations that can be used to support the provision of salaries, awards, and employee performance reporting. With the advancement of technology, many companies have implemented an online attendance system to facilitate the processing of employee attendance data, but the system can be used anywhere and makes it possible to find out employees who skip work. In certain cases, employees can take attendance at home even though they do not come to work, skip work or are late. This raises new thoughts for the author to build an online attendance system based on location coordinate mapping, where there is a time and coordinate map that shows the position of the employee displayed on the system, when absent and the reason for the employee's absence so that it can be anticipated to avoid employees who commit attendance fraud. The purpose of this research is to assist companies in overcoming attendance problems by building an online attendance system to overcome the problem of attendance of all employees and organizing all incoming data neatly and structured so that it is easier to summarize data information..

The digital age has brought significant changes in the protection of intellectual property rights (IPR), making it increasingly crucial to safeguard works and innovations from easy infringement. This research aims to analyze the civil liability for IPR infringers in the digital era, which involves the application of civil law principles such as the elements of fault, presumption of liability, and absolute liability. IPR regulations in Indonesia have evolved since the Dutch colonial period until now, adjusting to digital dynamics through various new laws and regulations. This research uses normative methods supported by empirical methods to analyze in depth the civil liability for perpetrators of intellectual property rights (IPR) infringement in the digital era. This approach allows researchers to evaluate legal principles and applicable regulations, as well as collect primary data from real cases, such as copyright infringement on online platforms. Analysis of empirical data from infringement cases provides tangible evidence of the application of the law and its impact. Thus, normative methods supported by empirical methods provide not only a strong theoretical foundation but also a practical context for more effective policy recommendations in protecting IPR.The case studies show that copyright owners can file a lawsuit and, if proven, perpetrators can be penalized to pay damages as well as court costs. Registration of IPRs provides legal certainty and strong evidence in court. Therefore, preventive legal protection through strict regulation and repressive legal protection through strict sanctions are essential to enforce IPR and prevent further infringement in the digital age. This study concludes that consistent law enforcement and increasing public awareness of the importance of IPR protection are crucial steps in facing the challenges of the digital era.

This research aims to determine the influence of online shopping experiences and trust on repurchase intention at TikTok Shop. The sample objects in this research are consumers who have made at least 3 purchases on the TikTok Shop application. There were 28 consumers who made purchases 3 times, 5 people made 4 purchases, and 67 people made frequent purchases at the TikTok Shop. This study uses a Quantitative Method using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 100 respondents, processing data using the SPSS 26 application with multiple linear regression analysis testing which included validity test, reliability test, Ttest, Ftest and the coefficient of determination (R²). The research results show that: Hypothsis 1) online shopping experience has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest at TikTok Shop, hypothsis 2) trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest at TikTok Shop, hypothesis 3) Trust and Online shopping experience have a positive and significant effect on online repurchase interests the determinant coefficient (R²) is 0.156. This means that the variables of online shopping experience and trust influence repurchase interest at TikTok Shop by 15.6%, while the remainder or 84.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Innovation communication is a way of conveying the discovery of new ideas to society so that social change occurs. A new innovation that is a solution to Jasa Raharja services which is caused by the high number of accidents in Pekanbaru City. In-person support services take a lot of time and take a long time, online updates make it easier for users of these support services. This research aims to analyze the communication innovation of raharja services in implementing online compensation services for accident victims in Pekanbaru city. This research uses qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques using interviews and analyzing the media used in the innovation diffusion process. As for determining research subjects, a purposive technique was used with five informants, then the data analysis technique used Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. This research uses Rogers and Shoemaker's theory of diffusion of innovation. This theory examines messages in the form of new ideas or thoughts, which cause social change.From the research results, this innovation communication has 4 stages, namely. In this research it can be concluded based on the results of the analysis using Roger's theory which has 4 points, This innovation distribution explains that the involvement of communicators provides information in the form of socialization in the form of a content that states information about how to claim or submit compensation from Jasa Raharja. A communicator does not only work alone, this communicator is the Head of Public Relations, Jasa Raharja, who works together with the compensation service staff to collaborate with the community to make it easier and more affordable. With new innovations, since 2009, compensation services for accident victims have gone from conventional forms to online services. This communication channel uses social media, namely in the form of Instagram and Tik Tok, then uses print media, television media and radio media. By implementing the Innovation Division, it has made progress, but of course there are still new innovations, of course this is influenced by factors that hinder the establishment of this innovation, one of which is awareness. The awareness of users or local people who use vehicles in traffic, whether land, sea or air, of course they do not have awareness.

The Covid-19 pandemic has reduced people's purchasing power and made people's activities all online. Digital literacy needs to be carried out by MSME actors, especially Electronic MSMEs, where they still carry out offline buying and selling activities both in terms of promotion, marketing, and service communication. This study aims to determine the implementation of digital literacy for Electronic MSME actors to go online. Digital literacy is an effort to change and develop activities based on skills and knowledge by using technology. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach using data analysis techniques Reduction, Display and Conclusion. This research was conducted at the Electronic MSMEs, Padangsidimpuan City, North Sumatera. The results showed that 88% of the understanding of Electronic MSME technology was based on the digital literacy capabilities they had, obtained through digital literacy activities carried out and received many benefits for the online sales system.

The problem that occurs to the customer service officer at the time of location is when the customer service officer handles passengers who come to ask for information related to the flight or a problem at the airport and so on. This research aims to find out how the effective kuminukasi strategy by customer service officers in improving service to passengers at PT. Angkasa Pura I at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok International Airport. This research was conducted in 2023 at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok International Airport using a qualitative method and the data collection was sourced from passengers experiencing communication problems. The next source comes from extracting data sources through online interviews with customer service officers about effective kuminukasi strategies for passengers, observations or direct observations on related objects. The results of research that has been carried out by researchers regarding how the effective form of communication of customer service officers in improving services to passengers related to flight information to passengers and others. In addition, there are also factors that can affect effective communication with passengers, namely knowledge, perception, emotional, and a Clear and Simple Language environment in terms of the use of easy-to-understand language and the avoidance of complex technical terms to ensure that all passengers can understand the information conveyed well.

The advancement of information technology and globalization has transformed shopping behaviors, with social media becoming the primary platform for online shopping. This study aims to analyze the online shopping preferences of residents in Binjai City through social media using clustering methods, specifically the K-Means algorithm. Data were collected via a questionnaire targeting 523 respondents in Binjai City, focusing on variables such as gender, age, and the social media platforms used. Clustering methods are employed to group online shopping data into representative clusters, helping identify community preferences for specific social media platforms for shopping. Matlab is used to process the data and generate relevant insights into online shopping patterns, facilitating decision-making regarding the selection of the most suitable social media platform for transactions.The findings of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for both sellers and buyers in determining the most effective social media platforms for online shopping. Additionally, the results will be useful for residents of Binjai City to understand and choose the social media platforms that best meet their online shopping needs.
