The family plays a central role in forming children's faith, with parents as the main educators in physical and spiritual aspects. Religious education in the family is directed at acquiring knowledge and attitudes that demonstrate responsibility within the family, church and society. Activities to minimize a problem or resolve conflicts in the family are a form of family conflict management that is always used in the mediation process at the Religious Court. Mediation is a way of resolving disputes through a negotiation process to obtain an agreement between the parties with the assistance of a mediator according to PERMA No. 1 of 2016. In this study, researchers used qualitative methods and field research with primary data sources, namely covering the results of interviews and observations at the Stabat Class I B Religious Court and secondary data sources from Perma No. 16 of 2016 as well as scientific papers relevant to the title of the researcher's thesis. Data collection techniques by means of direct interviews with judge or non-judge mediators in the Religious Court and documentation.  The results showed that the application of family conflict management in mediation at the Stabat Religious Court has been maximally carried out, but because every case registered with the Religious Court is mostly a case that already has an agreement to divorce, the mediator as a third party in the peace process is only able to carry out his duties according to his authority, namely as a neutral party, the rest of all decisions are on the litigants. Therefore, it can be concluded that although family conflict management is always used in mediation, it is still unable to support mediation as an alternative in reducing divorce rates in Langkat Regency.

Antenatal care visits are influenced by two main factors. Based on the theory of Lawrence Green (1980), namely behavioral factors (behavioral causes) and factors outside of behavior (non-behavioral causes). Furthermore, the behavior itself is determined or formed from three factors, namely predisposing factors including age, level of education, parity of pregnant women, employment status, knowledge of pregnant women and attitudes of pregnant women. Enabling factors include family income, distance from residence and information media. Reinforcing factors include husband/family support. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence ANC visits at the South Tapanuli Pargarutan Community Health Center in 2023. This research method is analytical with a cross sectional approach with quantitative methods. Sebalik village is a village located in a water area with the potential to raise laying ducks. In fact, selling duck eggs has quite a high potential for interest because they have a lot of nutrition and fresh duck eggs are rarely found in many places, unlike chicken eggs. On the other hand, for egg-laying duck breeders, marketing and distribution of duck eggs is still an obstacle in egg-laying duck farming because if they are not sold, egg-laying duck breeders cannot generate additional income to support the family economy. From the results of the interviewed it was discovered that laying duck breeders did not know about marketing management as evidenced by the lack of knowledge regarding brands, sales distribution channels and other management functions in marketing. For this reason, marketing management training is carried out. The training was held for one day with 30 participants. From the results of this training, laying duck breeders gained knowledge regarding marketing management and continued with discussions by deepening the obstacles faced when marketing duck eggs by duck egg breeders. Pre-test and post-test were carried out. From the post test results it was found that laying duck breeders already knew and were able to explain marketing management for their duck eggs
