The rapid advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) have raised significant ethical concerns across various sectors, necessitating the need for robust ethical frameworks to guide their development and implementation. This study explores the intersection of AI ethics and Islamic law, focusing on how Maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah, the higher objectives of Islamic law, can be applied to AI governance. By examining key Islamic principles such as justice, transparency, privacy, and human dignity, the study investigates how these values can provide a moral compass for addressing AI-related ethical challenges, such as algorithmic bias, privacy violations, and the erosion of human autonomy. The Maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah framework offers a proactive and vision-oriented approach, prioritizing societal well-being while ensuring the alignment of AI technologies with Islamic moral standards. Unlike traditional Islamic legal responses, which are often reactive and case-specific, the Maqāṣid approach promotes the anticipatory evaluation of technologies, emphasizing the need for a balance between technological innovation and ethical responsibility. The paper also discusses potential solutions to bridge the gaps between global AI ethics frameworks and Islamic ethical standards, including interdisciplinary collaboration and the development of hybrid regulatory models. Additionally, it highlights the need for continuous updates to Islamic legal frameworks to address emerging technological issues, ensuring that AI systems are ethically sound, Shariah-compliant, and beneficial to society. This study aims to contribute to the growing discourse on the ethical implications of AI from an Islamic perspective, offering insights into how Islamic law can play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI governance.

At the National Teacher's Day commemoration event in 2019 the Minister of Education and Culture or the Ministry of Education and Culture initiated the concept of "Free Learning Education". This concept is a response to the needs of the education system in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, Minister Nadiem Makarim said that freedom to learn is freedom to think, freedom to think is determined by the teacher, so the main key that supports the new education system is the teacher, where the teacher is tasked with shaping the future. front of the nation. The concept of Freedom to Learn is no longer an idea but rather a policy that will be implemented. Freedom to learn is a word that is often interpreted and explained as freedom in its true sense. The point of the problem is that there are still restrictions everywhere, especially in education, educators and students cannot feel sufficient autonomy to determine the direction of policy in learning and teaching because they are still regulated by regulations which make the implementation and evaluation process plans carried out seem limited and tie. The concept of Freedom of Learning is an agreement in reconstructing the national education system, by reorganizing the education system in order to support the progress of change and progress of a nation that adapts to changing times.

This study investigates the alignment between global competency frameworks and local educational practices, particularly in multilingual classrooms. With globalization influencing education, acquiring skills like intercultural communication and global citizenship is vital. However, integrating these competencies into local curricula remains inconsistent, especially in multilingual settings, where linguistic and cultural diversity pose challenges. Using qualitative methods such as curriculum mapping, teacher interviews, and classroom observations, the study identifies areas of alignment and misalignment. While global competencies are integrated into subjects like social studies and global health education, technical subjects like mathematics and science show less alignment. The study also highlights gaps in the development of intercultural competence and global communication skills, which are often underrepresented. Challenges like language barriers, the monolingual habitus of many schools, and limited professional development for teachers in multilingual contexts hinder the full implementation of global competencies. The study recommends improving curriculum integration of global competencies across all subjects and enhancing teacher training to support multilingual classrooms. Future research should explore regional variations in multilingual settings and how technology can aid in developing global competencies. Addressing these challenges will better prepare students for both local and global challenges in an interconnected world.

MSMEs have a significant role in Indonesia's economy, but they still face various challenges, especially in the aspects of financial technology and digital literacy. Payment gateways enable faster and safer transactions, while financial literacy supports better cash flow management and financial planning. Digitalization also plays a role in improving operational efficiency. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach to 51 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed by multiple linear regression to test the relationship between variables. The results of the study show that payment gateways and financial literacy have a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of MSMEs. Payment gateways improve transaction efficiency and expand market access, while financial literacy helps in better financial management. However, digitalization does not have a significant influence on financial performance, showing that the implementation of digital technology still faces obstacles in the adoption and optimal utilization by MSME actors. These findings emphasize the importance of increasing the use of payment gateways and financial literacy education for MSME actors to improve their financial performance.
