The purpose of this research is to test the influence gender differences, level of education and business age to income of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Solo Raya. This researcher will analyze the influence gender  differences, the level of education and business age towards the income of SMEs in Solo Raya. There are more than 960 SMEs managed by government of Solo Raya. In order to analyze the data, the collection of data is done through survey and interview to the owners of SMEs in Solo Raya. The researcher utilizes ordinary linier regression analysis SPSS program while the sample size is 150 owners of SMEs. Results show that gender, level of education and business age differences significantly influences the income of the SMEs.

Currently the development of information technology is growing rapidly. Therefore the application of information systems in agencies and companies is needed because information technology makes the performance will be implemented well and can handle a variety of data processing. One company that requires information technology is PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran. Inventory system used at PT. Makmur Santosa Ungaran Poliplas is still in the form of notes in the form of spreadsheets that are concurrently daily, making it vulnerable to errors in planning raw material requirements, and the uncontrolled use of production raw materials such as dyes. Therefore we need an adequate raw material planning information system to process data and make raw material planning reports automatically. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount and time of raw materials that must be available for the smooth production process. The problem formulated is when the raw material must be available at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa with the right amount and time. The method used in this research is Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a computerized system at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran can support the smooth production related to the availability of the right material, with the right amount and time so that data storage can be more safe and efficient, the program used to make this application uses the VB programming language. NET and SQL Server 2008 as database management.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the influence of budgeting participation and budget goal characteristics on managerial performance with a non-physical work environment as moderation. Population variables in this study are all leaders and financial officers in private vocational schools in the city of Semarang listed in the structure of the division of school work in 2016 which amounted to 14 vocational high schools and each was taken by 3 people so that there were 42 respondents, while the sampling technique used the census method. Data analysis method used is Regression Moderation Analysis (MRA) Hypothesis 1 test results note that the value of t arithmetic = 3.012> t table = 1.694 with a number of significance = 0.003 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H1) that participation budgeting has a positive effect. on proven managerial job performance. Regression coefficient β1 = 0.567 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the higher the participation in budgeting, the higher the managerial performance. Hypothesis 2 testing is known that the value of t = 2.723> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.010 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H2) that the characteristics of the budgetary objectives have a positive effect on managerial performance of the work proved. Stepwise coefficient = 0.279 (benchmark), can be interpreted more clearly the characteristics of the managerial level budget objectives. Testing hypothesis 3 is known that the value of t 2.484> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.026 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H3) that the work environment is not moderate, moderate moderate positive positive effect on budget participation on managerial work performance proven. Testing hypothesis 4 is known that the value of t arithmetic 2.333> t table = 1.694 with the number of significance = 0.032 <α = 0.05 (significance nt). Thus the hypothesis (H4) that the non-physical work environment positively influences the characteristics of budgetary goals on proven managerial work performance. Interaction test results show β4 = 0.163 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the existence of a non-physical work environment that is conducive will strengthen the influence of the characteristics of the budget objectives on managerial work performance. Designing a good computerized system that is expected to assist officers in presenting reports quickly and accurately. Data collection methods used are the questionnaire method and Likert scale. The method of designing a motorcycle inventory monitoring information system is made using the methodology of R&D, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as Database management. The results of this study indicate that the motorcycle inventory monitoring information system with a web-based average method at PT. The archipelago can be used to solve inventory processing problems that include data collection of data, supplier data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, and inventory using the average method can make reports that are valid, effective and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and risk error will be minimal.

Hasil    penelitian    menunjukkan    bahwa    lingkungan kerja memiliki dampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini menunjukkan sistem lingkungan kerja yang baik mampu menjamin kinerja pegawai yang pada  akhirnya  memungkinkan perusahaan memperoleh  sikap dan perilaku yang positif akan bekerja dengan produktif bagi kepentingan perusahaan   sehingga   juga   akan   berdampak   baik   dan   dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan. Variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah variabel lingkungan kerja.   Hasil  penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam meningkatkan kinerja   pegawai hal yang paling diutamakan adalah dengan memperhatikan lingkungan kerja pegawai. Lingkungan kerja yang baik lingkungan fisik maupun non fisik memberikan dukungan terhadap peningkatan prestasi kerja karyawan.

The design method of monitoring inventory of goods made using the R&D methodology, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and MySQL as Database management. The results of this study indicate that the monitoring of inventory of goods applied in Cimory on the valley Semarang Regency can be used to solve data processing problems in the warehouse which include data data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, data collection of suppliers and customer data collection can make accurate reports , fast and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and the risk of loss of goods will be minimal.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence ofSupervision, Financial Incentives and Provision of Non FinancialIncentives to (Employee Performance). Data was collected throughquestionnaires and implemented on 40 employees and this study usedSPSS version 17.The result of analysis shows that the first equation is Y = -5.066 +0,488.X1 + 0,254. X2 + 0.464. X3 which means supervisory variables,Financial Incentive Incentives and Non-Financial Incentives have apositive effect on employee performance variables..

E-commerce has been giving a lot of benefits to small andmedium enterprises (SMEs), but there are only a few SMEs whichhave adopted it. Therefore, it is necessary to find out what are thefactors that support SMEs to adopt E-commerce. So far, researcheson E-commerce have been done on foreign-large-scale businesses,while researches on SMEs especially about the adoption of E-commerce have been a few. That is why this research will discussthe adoption of E-commerce on Indonesian SMEs and will includethe factors that support E-commerce adoption. The problems in thisresearch are elaborated into research questions, i.e. do, topmanagement support, organizational readiness, external pressure,and perceived benefits have significant positive effect to E-commerce adoption? And does the adoption have significantpositive effect to company’s performance? The purpose of thisresearch is to analyze factors that support E-commerce adoption onIndonesian SMEs and to analyze whether the adoption improves theperformance of the SMEs. This technique is chosen because it is thesecond generation of multivariate analyzing technique that enablesresearchers to test the relation between complex variables to get anoverall view of the whole model. Besides, SEM can also test a seriesof a complicated relation simultaneously. The results of thisresearch explain that top management support, organizationalreadiness, external pressure, and perceived benefits haveSignificant positive effect to E-commerce adoption, and theadoption have significant positive effect to company’s performance.

This study aims to design an accounting information system for cash flow statements at BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Through the creation of an Accounting Information System for Client Server Based Cash Flow Reports, it is expected to simplify the accounting section to record cash flow data, and to make balance sheets more quickly, which are used by BKM as a management tool for financial activities in BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Where this system uses the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, Crystal Report for the preparation of reports and Client Server-based, equipped with the distribution of access rights for each user. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D research approach which consists of 10 stages. Of the 10 stages of R&D the authors only approach the research up to the 6th stage alone. The results of the research of the accounting information system design of cash flow statements are to make it easier to record cash flows, and to make balance sheets more quickly compared to the manual system used at BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Currently the BKM still uses a manual system in recording cash flow transactions, whereas by implementing an information system will minimize the risk of recording errors, so as to obtain information more quickly and completely.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of celebrity endorsers on buying decisions. Using purposive sampling technique with 70 respondents which obtained from distributing questionnaires to buyers at PT. Timbul Jaya Motor Boyolali. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis method, either partially or jointly, it shows that the variables of attractiveness, credibility, and expertise of the celebrity endorser studied have a significant effect on buying decision. The Adjusted R-Square value is 0.670, which means that 67% of the buying decision variables can be explained by the attractiveness, credibility, and expertise of celebrity endorsers, while the remaining 33% is explained by other variables that not examined in this study.

The purpose of this research is to design an employee attendance information system that is expected to help the company's performance especially in the Human Resources Field to be faster and more practical.

One information system that can provide information quickly is to use a multiuser system. To design this multiuser system using the main software Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0, and Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0 to manage the database. Therefore the final project entitled "Multiuser Based Value Data Processing Information System at STIKES Karya Husada Semarang" is an effective information system for delivering information at STIKES.

In doing business, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota already has and uses an adequate accounting, deposit and credit information system. One of the strategies applied by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota in collecting funds is the Ball Pick Up System, which is by visiting individual and institutional customers. While the institutions that have been served by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota are schools, one of which is SMA Negeri 3 Demak. The service is in the form of an education fee payment. In serving the payment of school education costs in SMA 3 Demak, PD. This research analyzes the effect of perception on customer orientationand perception on company reputation on perception of strategic serviceorientation and its impact on customer satisfaction. The research problem isbased on 2 (two) issues: first is research gap based on previous researchbackground for example, referring to the borders and direction of researchwill come on and inconsistent with previous findings such as in Homburg etal., ( 2002); Chenet et al., (2000); Pelham, (1997); Doney and Cannon(1997). And the second comes from the research problems, which is found inthe data that gives an overview of the condition of PT. MandalatamaArmada Motor deals with the targets and sales realization of "Honda"brand products in Semarang region, where in 2005 PT. MandalatamaArmada Motor can not meet the targeted marketing of 869 units and canonly be realized 725 or 83% only.A model has been developed and five hypotheses have been formulatedto address this research problem. Sampling technique is purposive method(purposive sampling). Respondents from this study amounted to 120respondents, where respondents are customers of PT. Mandalatama ArmadaMotor. The data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)in AMOS 4.01 program. The results of this research data analysis show themodel and research results can be received well. And furthermore the resultsof this study prove the influence of perceptions on customer orientation toperceptions of strategic service orientation is a significant positip.Perceptions of a company's reputation have a positive effect on perceptions ofstrategic service orientation. Perceptions of customer orientation have apositive effect on customer satisfaction. And the influence of perceptions onthe company's reputation on customer satisfaction is a significant positively.As well as perceptions of the orientation of strategic services positively affectcustomer satisfaction

This study aims to examine variable-variable firm size, profitability,financial leverage, managerial ownership and devident payout ratio to findcompanies that perform income smoothing practices and that not doingincome smoothing practices listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) ofthe year 2008-2012. This study uses a quantitative approach, where the dataused for the study are the financial statements of the years 2008-2012. Thesamples are 265 companies for 5 years in companies listed on the IndonesiaStock Exchange and were selected using purposive sampling method.Subsequently the samples were classified into groups grader profit and notincome smoothing using Eckel. Analysis of the data obtained performed usinglogistic regression analysis. The test results of five independent variables usinglogistic regression showed that company size and financial leverage effect onincome smoothing practices while to profitability, managerial ownership , anddevident payout ratio has no effect on income smoothing practices
