This community service program was initiated in response to the need to strengthen collaboration between parents and schools in fostering character development and noble morals among elementary school students. The main issue addressed was the lack of structured and sustainable educational collaboration between parents and the school in supporting character-building practices. The program aimed to develop a participatory and reflective collaboration model through a systematic parenting initiative. A qualitative participatory approach based on community engagement was employed, consisting of needs assessment, joint discussion and planning, parenting program design, workshops and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), mentoring and monitoring, as well as evaluation and reflection. The results highlight significant improvements in two-way communication between parents and teachers, increased collective awareness of the family’s strategic role in character education, and the establishment of a regular communication forum as a new social structure within the school community. Positive changes were also observed in parenting practices, including the implementation of positive discipline and empathetic communication at home aligned with school values. The emergence of local parent leaders further strengthened program sustainability. Overall, the participatory educational collaboration model proved effective in promoting social transformation and reinforcing sustainable character and moral development among students.

Bullying in secondary schools is a serious issue that affects students’ psychosocial well-being and academic achievement, and significantly disrupts the learning climate and the quality of social relationships among students. This community service activity aimed to implement the Child-Friendly School Program through anti-bullying socialization at SMA N 1 Kersana in order to enhance the understanding and commitment of all school members in creating a safe, inclusive, and sustainable learning environment. The method employed a participatory approach, including needs assessment, interactive socialization sessions, focus group discussions, case simulations, and structured evaluation using pre-test and post-test instruments. The results indicated a 23% increase in participants’ understanding based on the comparison of scores before and after the intensive implementation of the program. Furthermore, a “Bullying-Free School” declaration was established along with a plan to strengthen the Violence Prevention and Handling Team as a more systematic sustainability strategy. These findings confirm that participatory-based socialization effectively reinforces the implementation of the Child-Friendly School Program and fosters a safe, inclusive, sustainable, and responsive school culture that supports students’ positive character development.

This study aims to analyze how digital transparency, distribution validation, and personalized donor services simultaneously maintain donor trust and loyalty as strategies to mitigate liquidity risk and ensure program sustainability at LAZIS Alharomain Pare Kediri Branch. Using a qualitative descriptive–analytical approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving management, donors, and beneficiaries. The findings reveal a paradox between the increasing number of donors—from 5,644 in 2020 to 7,955 in 2023—and the financial deficit observed in key programs such as Infaq Sayangi Anak Yatim Dhuafa and Infaq Sahabat Sehat. To address this, the institution implemented three main strategies: real-time digital reporting via social media, multi-layered verification in fund distribution, and personalized communication with donors. These strategies form a trust–loyalty–participation cycle that strengthens program continuity. Theoretical analysis based on Trust Theory and liquidity risk management for zakat institutions shows that public trust functions as a form of social capital capable of compensating for short-term financial liquidity gaps. This study extends the discourse on Sustainable Islamic Philanthropy Governance by asserting that digital transparency serves as both an ethical and strategic instrument to uphold accountability and the sustainability of Islamic philanthropic institutions.

Such realignment is essential to accelerate infrastructure development, enhance public service delivery, and ensure broader socio-economic benefits for the community. The event, conducted on September 25, 2025, successfully improved fiscal literacy among youth and civil society actors by strengthening their understanding of fiscal governance and legal oversight mechanisms. In Indonesia, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have long been recognized as a very important business sector due to their various real roles in the economy. However, MSMEs often face many obstacles in running their businesses. More incentive support from various parties, especially the government, is needed for the development of MSMEs. In order to overcome the problems faced by MSMEs and support their sustainability, a KKU (Business Field Study) activity was carried out by Group 15 at the KKU-11 of the Institute of Technology and Business (ITB) Adias Pemalang at the MSME “Ev_Kids Product.”After conducting an observation phase, several problems faced by the SME were identified, including the lack of social media for marketing, failure to calculate the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and maintain simple accounting records, absence of a business logo, banners, promotional image designs, organizational structure, business profile, product catalog, stamps, receipt books, and product attributes. This study discusses the 17th Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), Partnership for the Goals, which highlights the importance of global collaboration in achieving shared prosperity. The main focus of this research is on three key instruments of global partnership: external debt, foreign investment, and foreign aid. These instruments play a crucial role in supporting development in developing countries, but they also raise controversies related to economic dependence, global power imbalances, and the effectiveness of aid. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach based on a literature review of international reports and academic research. The analysis shows that although debt, investment, and foreign aid offer opportunities for technology transfer, economic growth, and poverty reduction, their sustainability largely depends on governance, transparency, and equality among nations. Therefore, global partnerships should be directed toward more inclusive and equitable systems to ensure that global development goals can be achieved sustainably.

This study analyzes the role of emotional intelligence in mediating the influence of business risk perception and entrepreneurial knowledge on digital entrepreneurship intention. Using PLS-SEM, the results show that business risk perception and entrepreneurial knowledge significantly influence emotional intelligence, and that risk perception and emotional intelligence significantly influence digital entrepreneurship intention. However, entrepreneurial knowledge does not directly influence digital entrepreneurial intention, and emotional intelligence does not mediate these two relationships. As the business and technological environment evolves, modern accounting is no longer limited to recording historical transactions, but has developed into a strategic information system that emphasizes transparency, accountability, and the use of technology and integrated reporting to create long-term value. From a theoretical perspective, the development of accounting is closely related to agency theory, which explains the relationship between principals and agents. Unlike agency theory, stewardship theory assumes that management is motivated by the interests of the organization and principals rather than the personal goals of managers. The conceptual differences between agency theory and stewardship theory also influence modern accounting practices. This study was conducted to analyze the conceptual differences between agency theory and stewardship theory, the factors that distinguish the two theories, and the relevance of both theories in accounting practice. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach or comparative literature study. Empirical research results show that both theories have their own relevance according to the context of the company, so neither is completely superior. Agency theory and stewardship theory also offer different but complementary perspectives in explaining the relationship between owners and managers in modern accounting practices.

Kajian Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Terapan 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

This study aims to examine the effect of investment in fixed assets, financial performance, and thin capitalization on tax avoidance in non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2023. The research utilizes 431 company samples and employsAmultiple linear regression analysis. A descriptive quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique is applied, ensuring that only companies meeting specific criteria are included in the study. The findings.indicate that, simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant influence on tax avoidance. However, when tested individually, more detailed results emerge. The variable of.investment in fixed assets does not show a significant effect on tax avoidance, suggesting that the size of fixed assets does not necessarily determine a company’s level of tax avoidance. In contrast, financial performance demonstrates a positive effect, indicating that companies with.stronger performance tend to have a greater ability to engage in tax planning. Meanwhile, thin capitalization has a negative effect, meaning that a higher proportion of certain types of debt tends to reduce the level of tax avoidance. These findings provide a more comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing tax avoidance behavior in Indonesia.
