Data were collected through observation, documentation and cognitive tests. Data were analyzed using normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test and independent test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between student learning outcomes before and after applying the Cooperative Script model. The increase in learning outcomes in the group using the Cooperative Script model was the average learning outcome from pretest (69.47) to posttest (87.80). In the group using the conventional model, the average increase in learning outcomes from pretest (69.33) to posttest (77.23). It can be seen that the experimental class using the Cooperative Script Model has a better performance compared to the control class for SMPN 2 Padang students, this can be seen from the average value on the experimental posttest is greater than the average posttest control which means there is a significant influence in using the Cooperative Script Model.

The aim of this research is to find out: (1) how children's cognitive development at TKIT El – Banna Sibuhuan is, (2) the influence of number card media on children's cognitive abilities at TKIT El – Banna Sibuhuan. This research is quantitative research with the type of experimental research. The research design used a one-group pretest-posttest type pre-experiment. The instruments used consist of observation, documentation and tests. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics and carries out a "t" test. The results of the research show that: (1) The implementation of number card media at TKIT El – Banna Sibuhuan is going well. This can be seen from the results of observations during the pretest which obtained an average of 38.81, while at the posttest stage the average observation results obtained were 38.81. 46.68. Based on these results, there was a very significant increase from the pretest observation results to the posttest observation results. (2) The results of the "t" test calculation obtained tcount = 0.262 when compared with ttable at a confidence level of 95% or an error rate of 5% with degrees of freedom (db) = N – k = 16 – 1 = 15 obtained ttable = 2.042. If the value of tcount = 0.262 is compared with ttable = 2.042 then it is known that tcount is smaller than ttable, (0.262<2.042). This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted as true. This means that there is a significant influence between number card media on children's cognitive abilities at TKIT El – Banna Sibuhuan, Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency.

This study examines the impact of blended learning on student engagement and academic achievement in secondary schools during the recovery phase of the pandemic. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing a comparative design to assess the differences between blended learning and conventional learning models. Data were collected through student engagement surveys and academic performance records from secondary school students exposed to both learning models. The results indicated that students in the blended learning model exhibited significantly higher levels of engagement across behavioral, emotional, and cognitive dimensions compared to those in the conventional model. Academic achievement was also notably higher in the blended learning group. Statistical analysis, including t-tests and linear regression, revealed a strong positive correlation between student engagement and academic performance. The study concluded that blended learning significantly enhances student involvement and performance, particularly when supported by adequate technological infrastructure and teacher preparedness. These findings suggest that blended learning should be integrated as a permanent strategy in post-pandemic education to support student success and engagement. The study also emphasizes the importance of continuous teacher training and technological support in maximizing the benefits of blended learning.

Oral health is an important aspect in maintaining the quality of life of the elderly. However, the elderly often face challenges in maintaining oral hygiene due to decreased physical abilities, changes in cognitive status, and lack of knowledge and access to dental health services. This study aims to identify factors that influence oral hygiene in the elderly and to develop an effective community-based intervention to improve oral hygiene among the elderly. The methods used in this study included a survey of knowledge, attitudes, and oral hygiene practices before and after counseling, as well as direct observation of oral hygiene in 50 elderly in the local community. The intervention was carried out through counseling, training, and providing support from family and community. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge of the elderly, from 60% before counseling to 85% after. Positive attitudes also increased, with more than 80% of the elderly showing a stronger intention to maintain oral hygiene independently. Oral hygiene practices also improved, with 75% of participants reporting brushing their teeth at least twice a day after the intervention, compared to 40% before the intervention. In addition, family and community support play an important role in facilitating these behavioral changes. The conclusion of this study is that a comprehensive community-based intervention is effective in improving oral hygiene in the elderly. This approach, which combines education, attitude change, and social support, can be a model adopted in oral health programs in other communities to improve the quality of life of the elderly.

Preoperative anxiety in patients undergoing cesarean section is a common condition that can negatively impact both physical and psychological well-being before delivery. Anxiety management education is a crucial strategy to help patients manage stress, enhance mental preparedness, and reduce the risk of complications caused by excessive anxiety. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of anxiety management education in reducing preoperative anxiety levels in cesarean section patients. The method used involves an educational intervention through a cognitive-based and relaxation approach, including breathing techniques and preoperative counseling. The results indicate that this education significantly reduces patients' anxiety levels, as evidenced by the difference in scores before and after the intervention. Therefore, anxiety management education programs should be implemented as part of maternal healthcare services to improve maternal well-being before undergoing a cesarean section.

Consumer decision-making is an integration process that uses information to assess and choose one of two or more alternative actions. This integration process yields a choice, which is presented cognitively as a desire to act. The fall in sales over the last two years undermines this study. This drop in sales is attributed to the absence of social media, which corresponds to the 6C: context, content, community, customization, communication, commerce, and connection, as well as changes in consumer perception of product quality, which leads to a decrease in purchasing decisions.According to the findings of this study, customers rate the usage of social media and product quality as pretty excellent, and they
