Setabelan, a neighbourhood in the Banjarsari sub-district, houses a popular healthcare centre called Puskesmas Setabelan. Recent data shows that hypertension is the second most common reason for visits to the centre, with a total of 273 visits and eight patients daily. To address this issue, educational activities were organized to increase awareness and knowledge of physical exercise, particularly brisk walking, and the control of salt consumption among individuals with hypertension. These activities included distributing leaflets, presenting material, demonstrating exercises, and engaging in question and answer sessions with prolanis participants in Taman Banjarsari, Surakarta. The programme led to a significant increase in understanding, as evidenced by the pre-test average score of 2.18 and the post-test average score of 4.48, indicating an improvement of 2.30. The hope is that this community service initiative will empower participants with hypertension to independently manage their blood pressure effectively, ensuring the sustainability of the programme.

This research was motivated by the fact that the learning process of moral aqidah was less enjoyable for students, it was found that students were not focused on learning, chatting with friends and sleeping in class and also the values contained in learning Aqidah Morals had not been implemented in the students' daily lives. Based on this background, the author formulates the problem, namely how teachers teach moral aqidah methods for class VIII and the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing class VIII learning methods at Mti Tarusan Kamang. This research uses a qualitative approach, to collect data by means of interviews and observations. The results of the research show that there are five learning methods used by teachers in learning moral aqidah in class VIII, namely the lecture method implemented by the teacher by starting to formulate learning objectives, preparing material and assessment techniques. However, teachers do not have good strategies and communication in delivering material so that there are students who are not enthusiastic about the teacher's explanation. The question and answer method is only used by teachers as a complementary method in implementing the lecture method. The teacher implements the exemplary method by providing examples in accordance with the values contained in the material, but in some circumstances there are some teacher behaviors that cannot be used as examples. The habituation method often occurs outside of class hours and is carried out by routinizing several positive activities, but in some situations it becomes neglected due to busy school activities and this habituation seems to force students. And finally, the story method is implemented by the teacher as a complement to the lecture method. The supporting factor for implementing the Aqidah Akhlak class VIII learning method is because this method is seen as capable of achieving the objectives of learning Aqidah Akhlak. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of teacher preparation before teaching in the form of learning equipment and media, as well as the lack of communication and cooperation between teachers and students' parents.

Questions with a high level of thinking level or what is often referred to as HOTS usually provide unusual word choices and require advanced vocabulary and/or appropriate contextual understanding of the meaning of a word depending on its use in a sentence. In this problem, prepositions can also be classified as difficult questions because they are not only interpreted literally, but also require exposure to those words beforehand, especially in phrasal verbs or phrasal adjectives. The purpose of the HOTS model questions is to encourage students to do high-level reasoning so that they are not fixated on only one pattern of answers resulting from the memorization process, without knowing the concept of knowledge. HOTS is one of the skills demands in 21st century learning, namely critical, creative, collaborative, and communicative thinking. HOTS questions make it possible to create the same type of questions, but with different questions. This aims to capture quality students who are in accordance with the development of information technology in the digital era. By familiarizing yourself with challenging questions, your potential can also be encouraged to further develop.

The Association of Indonesian Doctors has been formed and declared in a Decree of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Number AHU-003638.AH.01.07.2022. The Indonesian Doctors Association is no longer the sole forum for medical organizations in Indonesia. The study of the legality of this new association and the study of the organization of the Indonesian Doctors' Association have violated the right to associate and human rights because it is the sole forum for the medical professional organization which is the focus of the problem raised by the author. The study uses a normative juridical approach to seek answers with certainty and legal certainty through existing legal theories, norms and legislation. The conclusions obtained are that in order to protect patients, improve service quality, and ensure legal and statutory certainty, the medical professional association or organization must be one. Determination of quality and service, competency standards, and professional ethics must come from a professional organization. With a noble purpose, a single professional organization does not violate the law on association and human rights. The presence of a new medical society organization will not interfere with the position of the Indonesian Doctors Association as a professional organization. The suggestion from this study is that new organizations such as the Association of Indonesian Doctors must synergize and become the task force for the Indonesian Doctors Association in controlling the running of the organization while simultaneously providing a driving force for services to the Indonesian people.   Key words: Professional organizations; Constitution; Medical practice

The research problem in this study is the examination of the correlation between parental perceptions of sex education in early childhood in North Nunu Village, Rainis District, Talaud Islands Regency. The objective of this study is to establish the relationship between parental perspectives on sex education for young children in North Nunu Village, Rainis District, Talaud Islands Regency. A study was conducted in September to determine parents' attitudes of sex education in early childhood.   The study employed a descriptive survey research method, utilising a quantitative methodology.   According to the percentage calculations from the distributed questionnaire, it is evident that a significant number of parents expressed agreement rather than providing alternative answers when asked about their understanding of sex education for early childhood.   Under the category of disagreement.   The computation of the proportion for each indicator item has yielded a cumulative value of 1447, with an average of 72.35% indicating their agreement to receive instruction during early life.   The correlation data computations indicate a positive association between parents' impressions of sex education in early infancy. Specifically, the resulting correlation coefficient (rxy) is 0.1000, based on data from 20 respondents. The significance level for this relationship is 0.05, and the critical value (rtable) is 0.422. These computations indicate that the value of rcount is greater than the value of rtable, with a significance level of 0.05. If the count of r is more than the count of rtable, then the hypothesis test concludes that there is a correlation between parents' judgements of sex education in early infancy.
