Background: Decreased kidney function which causes metabolic waste and fluids in the body to accumulate can disrupt the body's homeostatic balance and this is known as chronic kidney failure. One of the treatments that can be done is hemodialysis/dialysis. One of the side effects of hemodialysis is fatigue, this is because the kidneys cannot carry out their function of producing the hormone erythropoietin so the number of red blood cells is low. The physical exercises that can be done to overcome fatigue are range of motion exercises: Range of Motion (ROM). Objective: To analyze nursing care for CKD on HD patients by implementing Range of Motion (ROM) physical exercise interventions on fatigue levels. Method: The application of EBP is a case study using a pre-experimental method and a One group pretest-posttest design approach with a sample of 3 respondents, the instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. Range of Motion (ROM) intervention was carried out during the first 2 hours of intradialysis for 20 minutes. Results: After applying it for 3 times, there was a decrease in the level of fatigue in the three respondents can be concluded that there is a change in the level of fatigue before and after the Range of Motion (ROM) intervention. Suggestion: The results can provide motivation and a source of information for patients undergoing Hemodialysis who can apply Range of Motion (ROM) independently as an effort to reduce fatigue levels.

Waste management remains a major challenge in Indonesia, particularly concerning marine plastic waste and the increase in hazardous waste (B3). The lack of understanding and limited facilities such as TPS-3R and waste banks further exacerbate the situation. In response, we conducted a community service program in Mangunarga Village, Sumedang, West Java, aimed at raising awareness and improving waste management practices. This program included educational workshops and equipping waste processing facilities. The results showed a significant increase in community understanding and behavior related to waste management, with awareness rising from 16.5% to 97.2%, and proper waste sorting practices increasing from 8.2% to 96.3%. The success of this program underscores the importance of community-based approaches and supportive infrastructure in addressing environmental challenges at the local level.

Environmental pollution has become a serious problem in the world, including in Indonesia. Tofu waste is waste from processing soybeans and consists of solid and liquid waste. Solid waste in the form of dirt left over from cleaning is usually called tofu dregs, while liquid waste is water resulting from washing tofu. Industry knows that disposing of waste directly into water bodies can pollute those waters, because it can lower the pH of the air and affect aquatic biota. Therefore, the industry knows that it must carry out processing first to prevent environmental problems. In this study, researchers used commercial probiotic bacteria to reduce BOD and COD levels in tofu wastewater. The research was carried out by testing in the laboratory and using statistical data with graphic methods which can provide a comparison of the water content of tofu waste before and after it was given. The action given in the research was a ratio of 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3 water to tofu waste with commercial probiotic bacteria. Apart from that, researchers also added incubation times within each 8 hour interval, namely at 0 hours, 8 hours, 16 hours, 24 hours and 32 hours. The results of the research show that administering commercial probiotics can reduce BOD and COD levels in tofu wastewater. The most significant reduction occurred in a ratio of 1:3 in COD and BOD to 242.69 mg/lt and 148.00 mg/lt with an incubation time of 32 hours. This proves the commercial effect of probiotic bacteria to reduce BOD and COD levels so that it can help reduce environmental pollution, especially in the air.

Adsorption is a separation process on a particular substance based on the affinity of a compound to a solid. The adsorption process requires an adsorbent as an absorbent material and an adsorbate as an absorbed component. The adsorbent that is often used to absorb Cu2+ ions is silica gel. Silica gel is a rigid gel that is amorphous. In silica gel there are two main bonding groups, namely siloxane and silanol groups which cause silica gel to easily absorb polar molecules, especially water. The purpose of this research is to get the best mass of silica and the effect of the initial concentration of Cu ions on the final concentration of Cu metal. In this study, two operating conditions were varied, namely the mass of silica gel adsorbent 0.4 grams; 0.6 grams; 0.8 grams; 1 gram; 1.2 grams and the initial concentration of Cu metal 3 ppm; 4 ppm; 5 ppm; 6 ppm; 7 ppm. The results of this study showed that the silica content of bagasse ash was 70.97% with a surface area of 283.802 m2/g. The best result of this study reduced the content of copper metal (Cu) by 88% in the condition of silica gel mass of 1.2 grams. The adsorption isotherm shows that the data is more in line with the Freundlich equation. The resulting equation is y = 0.4268x + 0.4969 with an R2 value of 0.9837.
