PERMENKO No. 1 year 2023 on Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) is the foundation for the implementation of the program that supports the growth of the Micro, small, and Medium Enterprises(UMKM) sector. With the dominance of UMKM in the economic structure, the KUR program was initiated based on presidential instruction No. 6 of 2007, followed by an MoU between the government, guarantee institutions, and banks. KUR, run by certain banks, such as BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, gets unbankable UMKM. PERMENKO No. 1 year 2023 stipulates a maximum interest rate of 6%, a loan period of up to 7 years, and allows multiple loans subject to collectibility requirements. With a focus on UMKM that have difficulty accessing capital, the KUR program has succeeded in achieving effectiveness with the realization of reaching IDR 175,73 trillion as of September 2023. Although obstacles remain, such as the assumption of urbanicity and the unpreparedness of Micro business, KUR provides easier access to financing at low-interest rates, accelerating the economic growth of UMKM.

Strategi bisnis merupakan suatu hal yang penting dalam menjalankan suatu usaha atau usaha baik skala kecil maupun besar, termasuk UMKM, karena dengan memiliki strategi bisnis maka pengusaha atau pemilik dapat meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam bersaing dengan usaha yang dipimpinnya. Salah satu cara dalam menerapkan strategi bisnis adalah dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, yang mana pemangku kepentingan UMKM perlu mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dari bisnis yang dijalankannya. UMKM adalah usaha ekonomi produktif yang mandiri, biasanya dijalankan oleh perseorangan atau badan hukum yang bukan merupakan anak perusahaan atau afiliasi dari badan usaha yang secara langsung atau tidak langsung dimiliki, dikuasai, atau dimiliki sebagian. Pelaku ekonomi dalam kegiatan ini merupakan pelaku ekonomi dari desa Jayamukti yang tergabung dalam komunitas Milenial Bangkit Indonesia. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi strategi bisnis yang sesuai dan menerapkan strategi bisnis tersebut untuk meningkatkan penjualan UMKM. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para pemangku kepentingan UMKM terkait dengan ketidakmampuan mereka dalam mengidentifikasi strategi bisnis yang baik dan tepat. Pemangku kepentingan UMKM mengaku kurang memiliki pengetahuan untuk menganalisis strategi bisnis yang baik dan tepat. Dengan demikian, melalui kegiatan sosialisasi strategi bisnis yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM, badan usaha dapat memberikan informasi, pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk menentukan strategi bisnis yang tepat dan dapat diterapkan langsung pada kegiatan usaha Anda

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi negara kita. Pasalnya, sebagian besar pengusaha aktif di sektor ini, dan mereka berhasil menciptakan lapangan kerja yang signifikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di desa Burangkeng, Kecamatan Setu, Kabupaten Bekasi, dapat meningkatkan kinerja UMKM tersebut. Kompetensi tenaga kerja (SDM) rupanya merupakan satu faktor yang amat krusial dalam sektor UMKM. Dengan adanya peningkatan kemampuan sumber daya manusia melalui peningkatan tingkat pengetahuan dan keahlian, maka hal tersebut menjadi faktor utama dalam meningkatkan performa usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM).

Abstract. Basically, all companies want profits in running their business, and are able to minimize losses that occur in running their business. Therefore, many companies have good quality workforce but the number of employees is small. So a company often gives responsibility for various fields to one workforce in order to achieve goals according to plan by minimizing losses, one of which is by minimizing the workforce in a company. Lack of labor can have an impact on employee job satisfaction and employee work motivation. The right number of workers can make it easier to control outlet operations, because a shortage of workers can slow down the process of operational activities, causing outlet conditions to become unconducive. Apart from that, the lack of labor also affects work motivation because it can reduce work morale due to excessive working hours and multiple job descriptions. This makes it more likely that an employee will make mistakes due to decreased concentration at work. Not only that, the lack of labor also causes the number of customer complaints to increase due to less than optimal service.   Keywords: 3-5 words or phrases that reflect the contents of the article (alphabetically).     Abstrak. Pada dasarnya, semua perusahaan menginginkan keuntungan dalam menjalankan usahanya, serta mampu meminimalisir kerugian yang terjadi pada jalannya usaha. Oleh sebab itu banyak perusahaan yang memiliki kualitas tenaga kerja yang baik namun dengan kuantitas tenaga kerja yang minim.Maka sebuah perusahaan tak jarang membebankan sebuah tanggung jawab berbagai bidang pada satu tenaga kerja guna mencapai tujuan sesuai rencana dengan meminimalisir kerugian yang didapat, salah satunya dengan meminimalisir tenaga kerja pada sebuah perusahaan. Minimnya tenaga kerja dapat berdampak pada kepuasan kerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Kesesuaian jumlah tenaga kerja dapat melancarkan kendali operasional outlet, karena minimnya tenaga kerja dapat mengakibatkan lambatnya proses kegiatan operasional sehingga menyebabkan kondisi outlet menjadi tidak kondusif,selain itu minimnya tenaga kerja juga berpengaruh pada motivasi kerja karena dapat meurunkan semangat akibat jam kerja berlebih serta double job deskripsi yang menyebabkan kemungkinan besar seorang karyawan melakukan kesalahn karena menurunnya konsentrasi dalam bekerja.Tidak hanya itu, minimnya tenaga kerja juga menyebabkan jumlah complain customer meningkat karena terjadinya pelayanan yang kurang maksimal. Objective to mobilize local communities to want to become entrepreneurs by developing all the potential around them, especially for members of the multi-business cooperative "Aneka Usaha" Karangbendo, Kapanewon Banguntapan Bantul. Problem there is still a low level of entrepreneurial spirit and limited knowledge about entrepreneurship, especially for members of the multi-business cooperative "Aneka Usaha", which has not been developed optimally. Method opening a mindset regarding entrepreneurship and providing motivation and practical knowledge to members of the multi-business cooperative "Aneka Usaha" by providing workshops and discussions with business people and new members who do not yet have their own business. Results: Interest in entrepreneurship among members of the multi-business cooperative "Aneka Usaha" is very high, especially for new members of the cooperative. For this reason, partnerships are needed with more established business actors and universities so that new local entrepreneurs emerge more quickly among the younger generation.

The results of the seminar activities succeeded in identifying the problems faced by MSMEs and recommending several simple things that they can apply to develop their businesses.

Developing effective communication strategies and appropriate collaboration in business networks is essential for creating competitive advantages, attracting investors, and expanding business market share. This study will discuss the direct impact of these variables on new business growth and the extent to which their integration can be a determining factor in new business success. Therefore, the researcher chose the research title "Business Network Communication and Collaboration Strategy in Developing New Businesses". The object of this research is the design of the new Mango Elixirs business unit. This research was conducted with the following aims: 1) to find out what kind of communication strategy for building a business network is carried out by Mango Elixirs, 2) to find out how effective the collaboration efforts made by Mango Elixirs are to strengthen business networks, and 3) to find out the communication strategy and collaboration can develop a new mango elixirs business.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai halal dalam rantai nilai industri penggilingan daging bakso pada usaha industri Penggilingan Daging Bakso Mas Pur di Pasar Angso Duo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen terkait proses produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penggilingan daging bakso di Home Industri Mas Pur telah diatur sesuai prinsip-prinsip halal yang ditetapkan dalam standar industri halal. Analisis nilai halal mencakup seluruh tahapan mulai dari pemilihan bahan baku, proses produksi, hingga distribusi produk. Proses pemotongan dan penggilingan daging dilakukan dengan memperhatikan tata cara yang sesuai dengan ajaran halal, termasuk penggunaan peralatan yang telah dibersihkan dan disucikan sesuai aturan agama. Pemantauan dan pengendalian kualitas dilakukan secara ketat untuk memastikan kebersihan dan kehalalan produk. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi potensi perbaikan dan peningkatan dalam sistem rantai nilai halal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan industri penggilingan daging bakso rumahan yang lebih berkualitas dan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip halal.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku kewirausahaan dan modal usaha terhadap keberhasilan usaha di Kecamatan Telanaipura Kota Jambi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis data dengan metode uji koefisien determinasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden pemilik usaha warung kopi/kafe di Kecamatan Telanaipura Kota Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa secara parsial perilaku kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikaan terhadap keberhasilan usaha dan modal usaha tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kewirausahaan dan modal usaha secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha di Kecamatan Telanaipura Kota Jambi. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel perilaku kewirausahaan sebesar 37.5% dan sisanya 62.5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah sektor ekonomi nasional yang paling strategis yang menyangkut kebutuhan hidup orang banyak sehingga menjadi tulang punggung perekonomian Nasional. UMKM juga merupakan salah satu sektor usaha yang mampu bertahan melalui krisis ekonomi. Selain itu, UMKM juga merupakan sektor usaha yang paling banyak menyerap tenaga kerja sehingga mampu mengurangi tingkat pengangguran dan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan bagaimana peran Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sektor pangan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat menurut perspektif ekonomi islam di Kelurahan Sungai Bengkal Kecamatan Tebo Ilir. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan pengecekan keabsahan data dengan teknik triangulasi dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Adapun yang menjadi informan pada penelitian ini yaitu 10 pelaku UMKM toko kelontong di Kelurahan Sungai Bengkal Kecamatan Tebo Ilir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Peran Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah yang ada di Kelurahan Sungai Bengkal Kecamatan Tebo Ilir memberikan dampak positif yaitu penghasilan yang tidak bergantung kepada orang lain dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, membantu peluang pekerjaan tanpa adanya keterbatasan pengalaman, dapat membantu pendapatan bagi keluarga sebagai mata pencaharian utama, para pemilik toko kelontong tersebut rata-rata ada bersedekah dan berinfaq, bersikap jujur sebagai pedagang sebagai upaya menerapkan nilai-nilai Islam.

Abstrac. The purpose of this Community Service aims to provide and convey the basic ideas of the theoretical conceptual framework and the Implementation of Anti-Corruption Education through the learning of Citizenship Education (PKn) as a strengthening of the nation's character in Senior High Schools. The main target of anti-corruption education is to introduce the phenomenon of corruption which includes criteria, causes and consequences, increase intolerance towards acts of corruption, demonstrate various possible efforts to fight corruption and contribute to previously set standards such as realizing values and capacities to oppose corruption among generations. young. Besides that, students are also brought to analyze standard values that contribute to corruption and values that reject or disagree with acts of corruption. Therefore, anti-corruption education is basically the planting and strengthening of basic values that are expected to be able to shape anti-corruption attitudes in students. Efforts to prevent corruption can be instilled from an early age, when children are still in elementary school, middle school or high school. The method of this activity is in the form of assistance in the implementation of Anti-Corruption education through Citizenship Education (PKn) in Senior High Schools Keywords: Anti-Corruption Education (PKn) Character of the Nation. Tujuan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan dan menyampaiakan ide-ide dasar kerangka konseptual teoritis dan Implementatif Pendidikan Antikorupsi melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) sebagai penguat karakter bangsa di Sekolahan Menengah Atas. Target utama Pendidikan antikorupsi adalah memperkenalkan fenomena korupsi yang mencakup kriteria, penyebab dan akibatnya, meningkatkan sikap tidak toleran terhadap tindakan korupsi, menunjukan berbagai kemungkinan usaha untuk melawan korupsi serta berkontribusi terhadap standar yang ditetapkan sebelumnya seperti mewujudkan nilai-nilai dan kapasitas untuk menentang korupsi dikalangan generasi muda. Disamping itu siswa juga dibawa untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai standar yang berkontribusi terhadap terjadinya korupsi serta nilai-nilai yang menolak atau tidak setuju dengan tindakan korupsi. Karena itu pendidikan antikorupsi pada dasarnya adalah penanaman dan penguatan nilai-nilai dasar yang diharapkan mampu membentuk sikap antikorupsi pada diri peserta didik. Upaya pencegahan korupsi dapat ditanamkan sejak dini, sejak anak masih duduk di bangku SD, SMP, maupun SMA. Metode kegiatan ini berupa pendampingan Implementasi pendidikan Antikorupsi melalui Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) di Sekolahan Menengah Atas Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Antikorupsi, (PKn) Karakter Bangsa.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the settlement of disputes over violations of civil servant discipline by the Kupang State Administrative Court. This research method is normative legal research. The location of this research was conducted at the Kupang State Administrative Court Office. The type of data used in this research is normative research, the data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques that will be carried out are through literature studies and also interviews with sources, namely judges.  Data processing techniques in this research conduct studies or analyses in a descriptive juridical and prescriptive juridical manner on legal materials. The result of this research is that the types of employment disputes examined, decided and resolved by PTUN Kupang are generally 2 (two) types, namely disputes due to disciplinary punishment and disputes due to rotation, mutation / promotion and / or filling positions. The subject of litigation specifically for employment disputes is an active and/or former civil servant acting as a plaintiff against a state administrative body or official. The state administrative decision being challenged or the object of the dispute is a decision relating to disciplinary punishment or rotation, transfer/promotion or filling a position against a Civil Servant. The procedure or process of examining civil service disputes at the PTUN is basically the same as examining state administrative disputes in general, namely through 3 (three) processes, namely, the Administrative Process, the Examination Process and the Trial Process, with an examination using a choice of procedural law, namely the Ordinary Procedure, Fast Procedure or Short Procedure.

PT. Varia Usaha Beton Sidoarjo is a manufacturing company that produces concrete products and provides services, where the products produced definitely produce a high environmental impact. The application of environmental accounting itself is needed to support the company's operational activities to identify, measure, evaluate and report environmental accounting as control over the responsibility for negative impacts from the company's operational activities. The triple bottom line concept is also a theory that looks not only from the profit aspect but also from the people and planet aspect.  This research aims to find out how environmental accounting is implemented in relation to the triple bottom line concept towards a green economy in order to achieve sustainability at PT. Varia Usaha Beton Sidoarjo.  This research uses a qualitative descriptive research design with a case study approach.  The data in this research was obtained from observations and interviews by researchers with parties related to the research.  Based on the results of research at PT. Varia Usaha Beton, it is known that the company has implemented environmental accounting, but the recording carried out does not yet have a separate account.  The company has been responsible for managing and minimizing environmental costs to improve company performance, which is related to the triple bottom line concept towards a green economy in order to achieve company sustainability through managing waste and the products produced.

This training plays a crucial role in providing training to 37 participants in Nagari Bukit Batabuah, Agam Regency. It focuses on micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the region. Pre-training needs analysis helped the community service team understand the challenges faced by the partners and identify their primary needs. Survey data indicates that the majority of participants have been actively involved in various business sectors, with many already owning their businesses. Income analysis suggests income variation, with most participants falling into the middle and upper-middle-income categories. In the context of digital marketing, Shopee emerges as the primary platform chosen by participants, while diversification through WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Instagram is also evident. This training provides a deep understanding and practical skills to MSME entrepreneurs, assisting them in developing effective marketing strategies and leveraging the full potential of online media for business growth

The aim is to determine the feasibility of long bean farming in Tetona Village, Wonggeduku District, Konawe Regency. In this study, 30 respondents were used with the census method, namely making all existing populations as respondents. The data analysis used in this study was a business feasibility analysis. The income obtained by long bean farmers in Polandangi Village, Wonggeduku District, Konawe Regency was IDR 19,268,785/Ha for one planting season. From the calculation above, it was found that the R/C value of long bean farming is 1.9. This shows that the R/C value of 1.9> 1, meaning that if farmers spend IDR 1, then farmers will get an income of IDR 1.9 and long bean farming in the research area is feasible.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Level of Efficiency of Fertilizer Production Factor Use in Red Chili Plants in Lamokuni Village, Wonggeduku Barat District, Konawe Regency. The research location is in Lamokuni Village, Wonggeduku Barat District, Konawe Regency. The selection of the research location was carried out intentionally (purposive), with the consideration that Lamokuni Village, Wonggeduku District, Konawe Regency is one of the areas that has very good potential in developing red chili farming. The researcher determined that the entire population of 30 people were made respondents, which is referred to as a census. The analysis of production factor efficiency uses the price efficiency calculation formula based on the use of the Cobb-Douglass production function technique. The use of fertilizer production factors is not efficient for red chili farming in Lamokuni Village, Wonggeduku Barat District, Konawe Regency. This is indicated by the efficiency value which is not equal to one (NPMx ≠ 1), namely; the efficiency value of SP 36 is 0.70, the efficiency value of NPK Ponska is 0.87, the efficiency value of NPK Mutiara is 0.66 and the efficiency value of liquid organic fertilizer is 2.07. This means that the use of fertilizer production factors in the farming business is still very wasteful.

Doing business, big or small, is bound up with ethical issues. Ethics refers to what a person should do morally. PKM activity partners are UKMs engaged in the field of making snack products made from cashew nuts, located in Kore Village, Sanggar District, Bima Regency. PKM activities aim to provide partners with knowledge about business ethics that partners need to have in doing business. Plus, partner businesses are located in densely populated areas. It is necessary to maintain ethical behavior where the partner's business is located. The method offered to partners/MSMEs is education/socialization using LEAFLET which is carried out door to door. The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of (1) The role of ethics in business for MSMEs, (2) Benefits of doing business for MSMEs (3) Application of ethical principles in business in financial, marketing, production and HR activities. The results of the activity showed that partners were very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. Apart from that, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

The business world is a zone of uncertainty, to survive we must have value or competitiveness. One strategy to increase competitiveness is to adapt to current developments. In this digital era, we can use e-commerce marketing media as a place to sell. Apart from marketing and sales media, there is also an important thing that attracts customers, namely packaging. A common problem that occurs in the business world in this era of digitalization is not being able to adapt to technology, this is also an obstacle for the business world today. So the aim of this community service activity is to provide assistance and guidance in using the online e-commerce sales platform. Apart from that, to increase product value we will provide insight into packaging design with the ultimate goal for business actors to increase productivity and profitability of course. In this case, the method used is direct counseling and guidance at the Cyqul Food business location in Harjamekar Village, North Cikarang. Guiding the use of e-commerce and developing packaging design is very necessary to improve business.
