This research aims to evaluate strategies for marketing MSME products using IS in the digital era. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected using the literature method. The results of this research show that the use of IS in marketing MSME products has several significant benefits, such as increasing online visibility, enabling personalization in product offerings, and facilitating interaction with customers via digital platforms. This research provides a more in-depth view of how MSMEs can utilize IS to market their products in the digital era. The practical implication is that MSMEs need to invest time and resources in understanding and implementing IS in their marketing strategies, while also paying attention to the challenges that may arise. The results showed that hypnoteaching fulfilled the requirements as a new method in learning Arabic. This is one of the innovations in Arabic learning methods that can be used today. This research aims to evaluate the Tanjungpinang City Environmental Service's policy towards preventing Tanjungpinang City Landfill Waste. Tanjungpinang City is the capital of the Riau Islands province which will be used as a tourist city in the Riau Islands. However, to make this happen, one of the tasks of the Tanjung Pinang city government is to solve the waste problem in the city of Tanjung Pinang, especially the old city of Tanjung Pinang, which is a slum area that has the largest area among other slum settlements in Tanjung Pinang. The research method uses a descriptive approach which is a method that used to describe a phenomenon or event by relying on data and facts found in the field. The purpose of qualitative research with a descriptive approach is to explain and describe phenomena and their characteristics, as well as having a greater tendency towards how it is implemented or the reasons why something happens. The results of the research show that evaluation is very important so that steps are taken so that the policies made are not arbitrary. -To do this, there must be an appropriate regulatory basis in order to get maximum results because sea cleanliness is the main milestone in the Riau Archipelago, where almost 100% of the Riau Archipelago is sea and is a maritime area, therefore the importance of awareness by both the public and the government so that the economy which is based on the needs of communities in coastal areas and small islands as an effort to empower communities to increase community participation and capacity in coastal and small island management, especially in the field of dealing with coastal and marine waste pollution.

Freedom of opinion, especially on social media, is currently widely misunderstood and abused by the public, because in exercising the right to freedom of opinion, many people carry out actions which result in insults, accusations without evidence and defamation which causes loss, hurt feelings, Mental health even has an impact on suicide situations for certain individuals and groups. The problem in this research is that many social media users give opinions or views that the female artist with the real name Chintya, who is an Indonesian citizen living in Germany or better known as Bunda Corla, is a transgender. This was conveyed clearly on social media Instagram and Tiktok without supporting evidence. This is an activity of defamation, an attempt to influence other people to believe in their opinions or views to the detriment of one party. If we look at the criminal law and violations of the misuse of the right to freedom of expression on social media and the criminal sanctions for criminal acts of defamation under the guise of freedom of opinion, this already refers to 3 crimes, defamation, unpleasant acts and violations of human rights. . Persons involved in defamation cases can be charged with criminal penalties for acts of insult and/or defamation on the internet. Especially for internet users, criminal threats through Article 27 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 45 of the ITE Law. Through this provision, internet users can also be subject to coercive measures considering the maximum penalty is 5 years in prison. The method used in research is the literature method, data collection techniques in the form of documentation and observation. Data from observations is in the form of screenshots from social media. The results of this research show that; comments on social media are included in several violations of existing laws in Indonesia, the ITE Law article 45 paragraph 1, the Defamation Law articles 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code; Threat of Criminal Defamation in the ITE Law Article 27 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 45. The objective of this research is to understand the methods and approaches used by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Ihsan in preparing itself to introduce the Merdeka curriculum. We employed a qualitative method in this research. The first step in qualitative research methodology involves observation, interviews, and data collection. Research findings indicate that MI Al-Ihsan has started preparing itself to implement the Merdeka curriculum. This preparation includes teacher training, developing learning materials in line with the curriculum, creating adaptable lesson plans, and discussing difficulties and challenges faced when implementing the Merdeka curriculum, as well as its benefits and drawbacks compared to the previous curriculum. The importance of careful planning before implementing the Merdeka curriculum at MI Al-Ihsan is also emphasized in this article. With thorough planning, this curriculum will maximize the benefits of students' self-development in the future.

This consideration regarding location selection is because Paddinging Village does not yet have a village website. On the other hand, Paddinging Village has several natural potentials which can be maximized by disseminating information to people inside and outside the village. Paddinging Village has quite large natural and tourism potential but has not received special attention from the government. The expanse of mountains and rice fields as well as the mist that sometimes covers it, accompanied by cool air are the characteristics of Paddinging Village. Apart from that, Paddinging Village has a pine forest which is very suitable as a camping spot on the weekend. Even the water there comes from springs directly from the mountains, which can be used as a basic ingredient for a mineral drinking water business.

This study aims to describe how students develop during the elementary school period (6-12 years) in Indonesia. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection method is a literature study obtained from several sources such as books, journals and research articles that are appropriate to this research. The research results show that the characteristics of a child's development are different, and it depends on the factors that influence a person's development. The developmental characteristics of school-aged children include physical, motoric, intellectual, language development, social & emotional development, religious moral awareness. There are many factors that influence development which will cause problems in development. These factors include genetic factors and environmental factors. In this case, teachers must have knowledge in maximizing aspects of children's development. Apart from that, teachers must be able to foster good cooperation with parents, the community and all people involved in the smooth running of the education process at school.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive method for literature study. The results of this research indicate that the variables corporate social responsibility disclosure, dividend policy, and financial risk have an influence on financial performance. As well as corporate social responsibility disclosure, dividend policy and financial risk can be moderated by capital structure on financial performance.

In Indonesia, the effort to maximize tax revenue is not without obstacles. In the process of tax reform carried out by the government, differences in the interests of the government and the business world become apparent. The existence of these differences causes tax avoidance by the taxpayer. Researchers made this scientific article, aiming to examine and examine the effect of financial difficulties, debt agreements and transfer prices on tax avoidance moderated by foreign ownership. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to examine a phenomenon by describing the data obtained from literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the variables of financial difficulties, debt agreements, and transfer prices affect tax avoidance. As well as financial difficulties, debt agreements, and transfer prices are able to be moderated by foreign ownership on tax avoidance.

Every company must have fixed assets, because the role of fixed assets is very large in the company. Of the various types of assets, fixed assets are one of the important assets that support the company's operations. In terms of maximizing the use of fixed assets, a correct and appropriate policy is needed in the management of the company's fixed assets. Therefore, when making decisions, the right information tools are needed about fixed assets, one of which is based on PSAK 16. This study aims to determine the application of PSAK 16 on the accounting treatment of fixed assets in companies in Indonesia. The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative with a literature review approach. The data source used is secondary data that has been analyzed and developed in order to elaborate the research topic. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the recognition, measurement, and disclosure of fixed assets in companies in Indonesia have generally been in accordance with PSAK No. 16.

This study aims to examine how law enforcement against illegal fishing and overfishing in the Indonesian ocean region is carried out by "Foreign Countries" such as Malaysia, Vietnam and other countries. We know that marine resources, in this case fisheries in Indonesia, are one form of the country's "defense" aspects. Indonesia's Exclusive Economic Zone or called ZEEI in the North Natuna Sea is an area that is often the case. For example, Indonesia there will be arrests of Vietnamese – flagged fishing vessels in early 2023 and until November 2018 the Indonesian Government had handled 134 illegal fishing cases and 41 of them had permanent legal force. Illegal fishing itself is often associated with large-scale fishing or overfishing thatresults in damage to the underwater ecosystem. Underwater ecosystems will become extinct if illegal fishing and overfishing cases are not seriously handled by the Government and Law Enforcement Officials. Foreign ships of illegal fishing and overfishing can be sanctioned in the form of violations of Law Number 31 of 2004 concerning Fisheries as amended by Law Number 45 of 2009 with the threat of a maximum prison sentence of 6 years and a maximum of Rp 20 billion rupiah. This research uses qualitative methods, namely data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research provide information that has been carried out by BPPKAD Sleman Regency to maximize regional tax revenues by developing the E-BPHTB system, so that the regional tax collection process is easier and faster. However, the problems in using the new system are still unfamiliar, so time is needed to adapt to using the system.

Good financial management has a central role in business, involving managing funds effectively and efficiently to maximize profits and company value by managing financial risks. Profitability ratios, especially Return on Equity (ROA), are the main indicators in measuring a company's ability to generate profits. Optimizing operational costs is a key strategy in increasing profitability. This research focuses on PT MSAL, an oil palm plantation company that is trying to increase profitability through optimizing operational costs. A quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis was used as the research method. Secondary data in the form of financial reports for the last three years (2020-2022) as research objects. The results of the analysis between operational costs and company profitability prove that there is a positive and significant influence. The partial hypothesis test shows that operational costs have a statistically significant impact on profitability. Simple linear regression analysis produces a regression line equation, and the coefficient of determination shows that operational costs have a contribution of 99.4% to the company's profitability. Operational costs have an important role in determining PT MSAL's level of profitability. Optimizing operational costs can improve a company's financial performance. Therefore, companies are advised to continue to evaluate, develop efficient business strategies, and regularly monitor the relationship between operational costs and profitability.

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk during the 2020-2022 period in terms of liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability ratios. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source used is secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this study uses financial ratios. The results of the study show that the financial ratios of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk during the period studied show unfavorable performance. The liquidity ratio shows that the company has not maximized its short-term obligations. The solvency ratio shows that the company has the ability to fulfill its long-term obligations. The activity ratio indicates that the company has not been able to utilize and manage its assets to increase sales. Profitability ratios based on ROA and ROE analysis in unfavorable conditions indicate that the company has not maximized in generating satisfactory profits and has not been efficient in the use of capital and returns on net income on capital invested by the company owner. But the NPM analysis shows that the company is able to generate good profits.
