This study aims to determine the formulation of the congestion problem in DKI Jakarta by using the Process Hierarchy Analysis method and presenting policy alternatives to the congestion problem. This research uses a qualitative method which is a literature study. The results of the study show that the vehicle aspect is the root cause of congestion because owning a private vehicle has low economic value. Based on the policy analysis that has been carried out, the estimated number of vehicles in DKI Jakarta in 2025 will reach 29,150,000 units. Policies on controlling private vehicle ownership and improving an integrated public transportation system are policies that meet the policy criteria for overcoming congestion problems in DKI Jakarta in this study.

The game of volleyball in Indonesia is developing rapidly, volleyball is very popular with the public, both professionally and amateurs. Efforts to improve volleyball in the community with the aim of helping the federation optimize the potential of Indonesian youth. The problems faced by partners are mastery of basic techniques that are not yet optimal and knowledge of the rules and technology in ball games is still lacking. The solution offered is to provide basic technical mastery training and an introduction to rules and technology in volleyball games. Location of FIKK UNM volleyball field activities. Students as partners with a total of 35 people. This activity consists of theory and practice. Service activities run well and smoothly. Partners who are students feel happy and satisfied with the service activities carried out. We thank those who have helped carry out this dedication activity. Activities have had a positive impact on the development of volleyball.

Abstract. Residents of the Talaga Bestari housing complex, Cikupa, Tangerang, agreed to reject the construction of the 500 KV SUTET (Extra High Voltage Airline) line that runs through their residential area because it violates regulations, endangers the community, and has never been included in the Tangerang Spatial Development Plan. The development of the Sutet network by a national strategic project is a form of land acquisition, this is contained in Article 1 point 2 of Law no. 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition for Development in the Public Interest which states that land acquisition is an activity of providing land by providing proper and fair compensation to the entitled party. This study uses a research method that is carried out is a type of normative legal research (doctrinal research), namely. library law research. With the aim of providing solutions to development conflicts with development solutions using the Pancasila perspective.

Abstract. Law enforcement in Indonesia is complex and not easy. Since the Legal Aid Law was passed in 2011, various hopes have begun to emerge for the development of a legal aid system that can be accessed by all groups of society, especially the poor (poor). However, along the way, there are still many weaknesses and need significant improvement. Therefore the problem is how to implement the provision of free legal aid (pro bono publico) by the local government for the poor in East Java province; as well as how the coordination between the Regional Government of East Java Province and the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of East Java as providers of legal aid in the regions. This research method uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. Then carried out a qualitative analysis of the substance and context of the research from the aspect of human rights. The practice of providing legal aid to the poor in East Java Province is still experiencing obstacles, including the lack of socialization regarding the provision of legal aid to the poor, the minimal number of Legal Aid Organizations (OBH) in providing legal aid, the amount of legal aid costs is insufficient in the process at the trial, as well as administrative requirements related to the Certificate of Disability (SKTM) which was misused by several individuals and did not match its purpose.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui penggunaan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar materi ciri-ciri makhluk hidup pada peserta didik kelas III SD Negeri Socah 3 Bangkalan.Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilangsungkan dalam dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini diadakan di SD Negeri Socah 3 Bangkalan dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari 26 peserta didik pada kelas III tahun ajaran  2022/2023. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah guru dan peserta didik dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan meliputi lembar observasi kegiatan guru dan peserta didik, serta lembar soal evaluasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan hasil belajar peserta didik sebelum dilakukan tindakan, nilai rata-ratanya mencapai 52,30 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 42,3%. Pada siklus pertama, nilai rata-ratanya mencapai 72,73 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 65,38% dan pada siklus kedua, nilai rata-rata tesnya mencapai 85,80 dengan presentase ketuntasan klasikal 96,15%. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar setelah diterapkannya model Problem Based Learning pada materi ciri-ciri makhluk hidup pada peserta didik kelas III SD Negeri Socah 3 Bangkalan.

The Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) is one of the indicators of accountability for service performance in the public sector that cannot be ignored. The Community Satisfaction Index is an evaluation of the community as a customer for the performance of services provided to the community as customers that should be the basis for each service provider institution to make adjustments to customer expectations and service innovation. The rapid development of information technology also increases public awareness of its right to good service.

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the family of hope program along with the obstacles in the family of hope program in Sidoarjo Regency. This research is based on the problem of assistants who carry out socialization only once every three months and there are There are still many PKH recipients who do not understand their rights and obligations. The method used is qualitative research. The data collection technique is by means of in-depth interviews, observations and relevant literature studies with one key informant, namely the Village PKH assistant and four supporting informants including the District PKH coordinator, village secretary, and PKH assistance recipient communities. The analysis technique in this The study uses a qualitative type that refers to the theory of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the analysis of the family of hope program in Sidoarjo, namely, first, the achievement of goals. The achievement measure is said to have not been achieved because the targets for accepting PKH members are still not on target and the process of managing the aid index for PKH recipients is still not right. The second is integration, the size of integration is said to be not right because there has been no delivery of skills for PKH members in socializing with PKH facilitators. Third, adaptation, PKH facilitators are sufficient good and can adapt to PKH members and their environment.

The formulation of the problem of this research is how systematic the interpretation of Bala’ verses according to Ahmad Musthafa Al-Maraghi, and how is the meaning of humans when Allah SWT. gives tests and trials. The goal is to avoid reinforcements by doing good deeds and staying away from the probibition of Allah SWT. and know the meaning of Bala’ to humans. This research is a library research that collects data sources in the from of primay and secondary library mateBala’’. And the concluded that Ahmad Musthafa Al-Maraghi said the word Bala’ in the Qur’an only gives the meaning of tests and trials as torment, punishment or calamity but can also be a warning to living creatures on this earth, not only for humans. Ahmad Musthafa Al-Maraghi uses the word Bala’ contained in the book of Tafsir Al-Maraghi to express the meaningof Bala’ which serves as a warning to humans so thatAllah SWT. sends down tests and trias to this servants in order to human patience when Allah SWT. bring Misfortune.

To ensure the wise use of AI, it is crucial to observe AI ethics, protect user data and privacy, avoid discrimination, and ensure system security. The research problem is formulated to answer questions such as the benefits and risks of using ChatGPT, its optimal use, and its role in education. The purpose of the research is to describe the benefits, risks, and wise use of ChatGPT in the era of AI and to ensure its responsible use.

The background of this research is that the activities of Class VIII students of SMPN 31 Semarang in the learning process are not enthusiastic, students only focus on using books as learning aids. Therefore, in the learning process we need a media-based learning aid that can attract students' attention in order to improve student performance and understanding. It is important to apply TikTok-based learning application innovations to involve students in learning so that the material being taught is easy to understand.    Based on this background, the problem arises How to Use the Tiktok Application as a Learning Media in Writing Explanatory Text Writing Skills for Class VIII Students of SMPN 31 Semarang Academic Year 2022/2023? This study aims to identify the Utilization of the Tiktok Application as a Learning Media in Writing Explanatory Text Writing Skills for Class VIII Students of SMPN 31 Semarang Academic Year 2022/2023. This type of research is mixed method . Data collection was carried out by observation, interview, test and documentation methods.    The results of this study indicate that students in class VIII use the media using the social media application TikTok above, it can be seen that the average score of students in class VIII SMPN 31 Semarang in the 2022/2023 academic year when writing explanatory texts in general is at the moderate level (50- 74). The average score of the students on the explanatory text writing test performance was 66.71 at the sufficient level.

Menurunnya minat dan kemampuan belajar dampak pandemi merupakan tantangan pendidikan ke depan, maka pihak sekolah mesti memahami esensi kurikulum baru yang diproyeksikan mengatasi problem tersebut. Sekolah mesti memahamkan komponan pendidik dan tenaga pendidikan tentang esensi dari kurikulum tersebut.  Pemahaman yang komprehenship tentang hal tersebut berdampak baik terhadap tercapainya tujuan esensial yang dipromosikan pemerintah yakni "Pulih Bersama dan Pulih Lebih Kuat". Penelitian merekomendasikan agar pemerintah melakukan difusi kurikulum Merdeka Belajar secara massif  demi maksimalnya implementasi kurikulum Merdeka Belajar

This study aims to find out from a review of the effective implementation of TOS NUSANTARA in the Tanjung Priuk 2 area. The research method used is a qualitative and descriptive research method where research is on observation and observation in the Pier Area 009 Tanjung Priok 1 which has implemented the TOS NUSANTARA system and solved a problem because the TOS NUSANTARA system has not been used in the Tanjung Priok 2 Domestic Area. TOS is an application system that operates Container Terminals. The system regulated in the TOS (Terminal Operating System) can view data online and in real time. The purpose of the TOS system is to manage the planning of goods, tools and all facilities used in all activities at the port efficiently and effectively. Terminal Operating Systems often use other technologies.

This research is motivated by the rise of Nadin Amizah's songs which are difficult for listeners to understand, especially teenagers. Meanwhile, a song is a line of words combined with music and has a meaning or message to be conveyed to listeners. The problem discussed is the meaning and message in the lyrics of the song "A Dance that Never Ends" by Nadin Amizah using a semiotic approach. The purpose of this study is to find out the meaning and message in the lyrics of the song. The benefit of research is that listeners better understand the goals and intentions contained in the song. The research method used in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods. Meanwhile, to analyze the lyrics of the song using the semiotic approach of Ferdinand De Saussure. The result of the research which becomes the signifier is the lyrics of the song "A Dance that Never Ends" by Nadin Amizah, while the signified is the result of an analysis of the meaning of the lyrics. Based on the results of the analysis, the meaning of the lyrics of the song tells about disappointment, including; 1) don't force someone who really wants to leave our life, 2) someone won't be in our life long, and 3). let someone go without having to prevent. Meanwhile, the messages in this song include; 1) must be sincere if someone leaves, and 2) always be grateful for someone's presence in our lives

The background of this study is the interest to study further about compliance with politeness in the maxim of respect and the maxim of modesty in the Tonight Show program on NET TV based on Leech's theory. The method used in this article is descriptive qualitative method. The problem discussed in this article is the form of compliance with politeness in the maxim of appreciation on the Tonight Show program on NET TV based on Leech's theory. The purpose of this study is to describe the form of compliance with politeness in respect maxims based on Leech's theory. The benefit of this study is for pragmatics and theoretical studies regarding language politeness through television media. Based on the results of the discussion, it was found that there were several and included in compliance with the maxim of respect and the maxim of moderation. The entire data collected is based on the amount of data, namely one maxim of respect and one maxim of modesty.

Filsafat mengambil bagian penting dalam rasio manusia ribuan tahun yang lalu  dalam sejarah manusia. Dalam perjalanan pelayanan rasul  Paulus filsafat merupakan tantangan yang diperhadapkan dalam pelayanannya di tengah-tengah jemaat kolose. Mencampur baurkan filsafat yang kosong dan palsu terhadap ajaran rasul tentang yesus kristus adalah sebuah problematika iman yang harus segera dicegah supaya iman orang Kristen di kolose tidak tergoncangkan terhadap injil yesus kristus.  Untuk menyelidiki permasalahan ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksegese dan library research. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memastikan ajaran filsafat yang beredar pada masa Paulus ketika pelayanan di kolose, serta maknanya bagi orang percaya masa kini. Hasil yang di dapatkan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan pandangan para ahli mengenai filsafat yang kosong dan palsu dalam jemaat kolose. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menyadarkan iman orang percaya terhadap ajaran filsafat yang beredar dizaman sekarang ini.

Stylistic Analysis of Song Lyrics in the Album "Manusia" by Tulus. Department of Indonesian Language and Literature Education. The formulation of the problem in this study is what language styles are used in the song lyrics on the album "Manusia" by Tulus? This study aims to identify what language styles are contained in the lyrics of songs in the album "Manusia" by Tulus. This type of research is literature research. The method used in this study is the descriptive method. The data in this study is in the form of words or sentences that contain language style. The source of data used in this study was ten songs contained in the album "Manusia" by Tulus obtained from CD and  Tulus's official yotube  account. The data collection techniques used are documentation techniques and hermeneutic techniques. The data analysis technique used is a stylistic approach. The results of this study showed that metaphorical language styles, personification, hyperbole, anticlimax, apostrophe, anastrof or inversion, cynicism, erothesis, anaphora, epistropha, simploke, mesodiplosis, epanalepsis, and anadiplosis were found. The most dominant language style is anaphora language style.

The condition of the feet of DM patients is one of the indicators that must be studied in monitoring the incidence of ulcers. In DM patients, ulcer problems can occur as a result of vascular and neurological damage. Both causes are initiated through poor metabolic control as assessed by blood glucose levels. The purpose of this study is to analyze several factors that are theoretically and empirically related to the condition of the feet. This cross-sectional study was conducted on the DM group in Palembang city (n = 50), by filling out a characteristic questionnaire, examining foot conditions, and measuring fasting blood sugar levels. The research findings revealed that of all the factors tested with Kendall Tau, blood sugar levels were the only one that was significant (p-value = 0.002) so that it could be significant as a predictor of the condition of the feet. Controlling these levels is important in controlling the incidence of ulcers in patients. The next step that can be taken is to carry out a thorough examination of the patient's neurovascular condition with the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) and the Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument (MNSI).

The essence of the work ethic is to see work as more than just it a way to seek income alone, but to find existence and dignity as a human being. Someone will be excited to work, if the workload given is in accordance with their abilities. The formulation of the problem in this study is Is there an influence of work ethic and workload on work enthusiasm in the Sibolga City District Government? The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of work ethic and workload on work enthusiasm in the Sibolga City District Government. The hypothesis in this study is that work ethic and workload have a positive effect on work enthusiasm at the Sibolga Kota District Government Office. This type of quantitative research with a survey approach. The population is 85 people and used as a sample. Source of data comes from primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis.             The results of the determination test show that the variables of work ethic and workload can influence the variable of employee morale in the Sibolga Kota District Government, it is known from the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) that is 0.547. Work ethic and workload together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the morale of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value (45.363 > 3.11). Partially, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee morale in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where tcount = (2.515) is greater than ttable value (1.992), Partially the most dominant workload affects morale, meaning that the workload variable is more decisive in increasing employee morale compared to work ethic. Where the value of tcount = (4.441) is greater than the value of ttable (1.992). The multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.965 + 0.250X1 + 0.582X2 employee morale shows a positive direction

The vision of passing from death to life is a glorious awakening. With this in mind, the writer wants to discuss a number of things related to the text of Ezekiel 37 :1-14 itself. The main problem being considered is how to interpret the passage Ezekiel. 37:1-14. The conclusion is that through the text of Ezekiel 37:1-14, God actually wants to convey promises and messages of hope through Ezekiel. Text it mentions that Ezekiel saw a vision of dry bones in the valley, which was interpreted as a promise to save the Israelites.

This study aims to examine the effect of the quick ratio on return on assets at CV. Parulian Sojuangon Panggabean Group, Central Tapanuli Regency. The author uses research methods in quantitative descriptive to discuss the problems faced by corporate finance. Data analysis explained the use of the results of several linear sub-data analyzes regarding the quick ratio (current ratio) to return on assets (Y). The results showed that there was a negative relationship between the quick ratio and return on equity on CV. Parulian Sojuangon Panggabean Group Central Tapaanuli Regency is 0.333, so when interpreted on a value scale it can be categorized as low. The regression equation obtained Y = 0.500 - 0.206X which shows the effect of the quick ratio on return on assets on CV. Parulian Sojuangon Panggabean Group, Central Tapanuli Regency. The t test shows that the hypothesis proposed is rejected (not significant), where t count is 0.612 > 3.18245, which means that return on assets is not necessarily reduced by the regression coefficient/slop (0.206) if the quick ratio variable is added by one unit. While the coefficient of determination is known that the quick ratio only plays a role of 11.1% of the return on assets at CV. Parulian Sojuangon Panggabean Group Central Tapanuli Regency and the remaining 88.9% is influenced by other factors not included in the model.
