This study attempts to describe how the stages of planning in village financial management in Jembrak Village in Pabelan District, Semarang Regency. This research was carried out because of the phenomenon in the field which showed that the delivery of APB Village from the village to the District still often experienced delays. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study consisted of 5 village employees in the Jembrak Village District, Pabelan District and the village administration. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Jembrak Village in the District of Pabelan District has carried out a plan in managing village finances quite well in accordance with the stages set by applicable regulations. The local government has conducted socialization related to regulations, providing training, assistance and supervision. The village has developed a village RPJM that is aligned with the Semarang Regency RPJMD. The village medium term development plan is then set out in the village RKP which is used as the basis for preparing the village budget. In the process of making the village medium term development plan and the village RKP, the village has involved village institutions and the local village community to play an active role. However, there are still some weaknesses that need to be fixed. The main weakness that must be corrected is the quality of human resources in this case village officials. The number of village assistants with only 3 people to handle 17 villages also became an obstacle related to coordination and assistance in the village. For 2017 the village government felt greatly helped by the use of the siskeudes. With the use of the siskeudes, the planning stage through to accountability becomes more organized.Keywords: Management, Finance, Village

Transportation includes several things in relation to moving from one place to another such as road infrastructure, modes of transportation, to the management of its management. The existence of the terminal cannot be separated from the transportation component, especially the public transportation system. The existence of terminals is often accused of being the cause of congestion, this is due to incomplete planning for land use patterns, road network patterns, population distribution patterns, movement needs, operational systems and service levels that lead to a low level of terminal effectiveness.This study aims to determine the effect of the role of the department of transportation, infrastructure, and employee performance on the effectiveness of the Magersari type C terminal in Magelang City. Data was collected using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 75 respondents, namely public transport drivers at the Magersari type C terminal. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The regression formulation in this study is as follows:Y = 2,048 + 0,314X1 + 0,198X2 + 0,258X3 + µ. The results of multiple linear regression showed that there was a partial positive effect on the role of the transportation agency on the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 3.195 > ttable 1.99346), infrastructure to the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 2.598 > ttable 1.99346) and employee performance on the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 2.882 > ttable 1.99346). The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the correlation coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) = 0.538 which means that the variables of the role of the transportation service (X1), infrastructure (X2), and employee performance (X3) have an effect of 53.8% on the effectiveness of the terminal (Y ) and 46.2% (100% - 53.8%) influenced by variables outside this study.

PKM is one part of the learning process that is applied directly in the community. Which focuses on "Agricultural/Fisheries Technology Management" (Manufacture of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC)). Lembang Mappa' is one of Lembang whose economy lies in the agricultural and plantation sectors. Almost all residents in Lembang Mappa' work as farmers. There is one problem that has not been resolved, namely how to make organic fertilizer whose ingredients are easily available in Lembang Mappa'. The activity of socializing and making liquid organic fertilizer from gamal leaves, rice washing water, brown sugar or granulated sugar, EM4 was carried out three times with socialization to the public about how to make liquid organic fertilizer and its application to plants. After this activity, it is hoped that farmers will be able to make their own liquid organic fertilizer at home, so they can save money on purchasing fertilizer.

The goal of this research is to audit and compare the innovation management capabilities of the two organizations using the audit tools proposed by Tidd and Bessant (Managing Innovation: Integrating Technological, Market and Organizational Change, 5th ed. Wiley, West Essex, 2014) which consists of from five dimensions: Strategy, Innovation Process, Learning, Innovative Organization, and Linkages. The sample was selected from each organization from the High Suggestion Department (HSD) and the Low Suggestion Department (LSD). Audit questionnaires were distributed to respondents. The results obtained from this study were processed and analyzed. Comparisons were made between the two organizations in terms of their innovation management capabilities. In addition, comparisons were made between HSD and LSD in each organization. Of the five tested dimensions of Audit has a high score; Therefore, it can be concluded that the organizations in this study have a higher innovation management capability. In addition, every organization must keep the various components of innovation management in balance to maintain them.

This research aims to determine the effects of return on investment, operating cash flow, management assets, debt to equity ratio, and firm size on dividends. This research involved 23 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange as the research sample. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The analysis used multiple linear regression with E-Views version 9. The results show that return on investmetnt has an influence on cash dividends, while operating cash flow, management assets, debt to equity ratio and firm size do not have an effect on cash dividends.

This type of research is quantitative. Sampling using purposive random sampling techniques. The collected data is then analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS 24 software. The results of this research Communication Quality has a significant positive effect on Customer Relationship Marketing, Conflict Management has a significant positive effect on Customer Relationship Marketing.

Stock reports on purchases and sales of a period. useful for helping employees to assess the amount of inequality in the flow of purchases, monitor stock / inventory of goods, and provide reports both purchase reports, sales reports, stock condition reports, and profit / profit reports to management to determine further business policies The process of recording transactions in a conventional or paper-based manner is identical with several weaknesses, namely easily damaged, difficult / long when looking for stored data, difficult / long when it comes to generating reports. These weaknesses can be corrected by implementing computer-based monitoring applications. If the monitoring application is planned/made properly, the computer-based information system is relatively safer. The model to be developed refers to the Research and Development (R&D) model from Borg and Gall and the tools used and the tools used to design the system are use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. while the implementation of making stock/inventory monitoring applications is done with PHP web-based programming and databases using MySQL. This application can help and get more accurate information about the stock data of goods that have run out.

Biru Semesata Abadi is a company engaged in refill drinking water, one of the many drinking water companies in Semarang, and has many branches (10 branches) and one head office in Semarang (in the Bugangan area, East Semarang district), because this company has franchise system. In this case, I will discuss the presence system (presence) of employees of PT. Biru Semesta Abadi, Fatmawati Semarang branch which is still manual (presence made of paper and written by hand) and still encounters many obstacles. This desire arises because this company has difficulties in processing Presence information data, resulting in more and more hardcopy archives and makes it difficult when the company management intends to recap and re-collect data and employee attendance lists. The development of computers in the current era can help teachers improve human resources (HR), especially in the field of education. SPSS and Excel are statistical applications that can process teacher research data such as education management data and classroom action research data and so on. This community service (PKM) is carried out in the form of statistical application training (SPSS and Excel) as well as writing techniques and publication of scientific articles. Participants in this activity consisted of 21 teachers and employees of the Muhammadiyah Mamala High School in Central Maluku. The conclusion obtained in this activity is that activities that have been carried out in the form of training are considered very good (99%). All material that has been planned can be delivered, although due to time constraints there are some materials that are only presented in an outline. The participants' ability in mastering the material was considered very   1Jurusan Matematika FMIPA Universitas Pattimura, Ambon-Maluku         good (98%). This is based on the teacher's ability in training and trials in the form of classroom action research data processing using Excel and SPSS applications. In addition, from the results of the training given to the participants, it was found that all the training participants perfectly mastered the tasks given in the training.

The provision of credit / loans by credit-giving institutions, both banks and other financial institutions, is intended as an effort to make a profit, so the lending institution views credit / loans as a reliable source of income or profit. In connection with the issue of credit / loan provision, credit institutions such as PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang as the party that lends money (creditors) needs to get a guarantee as a condition for the loan that the debtor will receive on condition that he gives interest when repaying the loan. In practice, the obstacles that PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang, especially for debtors with guarantees by using the Deed of Providing Mortgage Rights (APHT) which is registered with the National Land Agency (BPN), if the credit is jammed and failed to promise, the bank will take the final step in accordance with applicable law, namely implementing execution of mortgage rights through the Office of State Wealth and Auction Services (KPKNL) or through the District Court (PN). The type of research used in this research is normative juridical. Juridical research, is used, among other things, to analyze various legal theories and laws and regulations related to the juridical review of the accounts payable agreement as a principal agreement with guarantees of insurance rights at PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang. Juridical means that this research emphasizes the science of law. Meanwhile, normative is this research that examines the rules that apply in society. Thus normative juridical is an approach to the study of legal problems from the aspect of applicable legal regulations. The results of this study are: the settlement of bad credit tied to mortgage rights at PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang after performing credit rescue through 3R (rechedulling, restructuring and reconditioning). Before the execution of mortgage rights is carried out, non-litigation measures by way of selling collateral based on mutual agreement based on paragraph (2) article 20 of the Mortgage Rights Law. During 2018 to 2020 Mortgage Execution can contribute to the settlement of non-performing loans as much as 45% or Rp. 15,731,212,000, - from an amount of Rp. 34,964,970,686, -. Meanwhile, the occurrence of bad credit is due to internal factors: a. Loans not fully channeled for business, b. Business management skills are still lacking, c. Very tight business competition. This activity is carried out at SMEs made from sheepskin which produce calligraphy ornaments with a market share of 95% in the Middle East. The location of the activity was carried out in Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java. The purpose of this activity is to improve the quality of the products produced and improve the quality of their management. The results of the activities carried out to improve quality are by improving the storage method, the process of managing raw leather and the drying process, while for the management process, the resulting activities are improving managerial and simple bookkeeping for UKM Partners.

Bureaucracy has a heavy duty to implement the government’s vision and mission. Therefore, reliable, integrated, honest, capable, and high-motivation personnel are required. Bureaucratic reform should be implemented using master plan of human resource with massive bureaucratic simplification, because the existing bureaucratic is too long. The position of ASN (State Civil Apparatuses) will be based on functional position only, requiring more skill and competency. In bureaucratic reform, ASN faces a problem, that is, government’s plan to remove structural post of echelons III and IV. The government wants to break the too long procedure in bureaucracy and expect to accelerate decision making and to accelerate public service when bureaucratic reduction is implemented. There are some solutions to the problem discussed, among others: a. amending ASN Law, particularly related to ASN position and ASN management; b. reorganizing the institutional structure (central and regional) in order to adapt to the bureaucratic function needed; c. reinforcing the integrated carrier building for ASN personnel emphasizing more on functional position; d. the establishment of work relation pattern and inter-function coordination that can project the quick and simple bureaucratic working system; changing ASN personnel’s mindset into work professionalism-orientation based on merit system. Internal expectation in the discussion resulting from this socialization includes: a) Regency Government gives inadequate socialization to ASNs, so that they have not understood completely the echelon removal policy; b) the echelon officials approaching pension age can accept the echelon removal policy; c) the young and productive echelon officials prefer structural position because they get more facilities and wellbeing than they do in functional position; d) potential staffs often attend education and training, have visionary perspective, and prefer functional position because they can get position promotion more quickly impacting on the increasing income; e) the staffs without structural position prefer functional position because their pension age can be up to 60 years. Recommendation and expectation to be obtained from this socialization is that all ASNs in DLH Blora will acquire complete information on echelon removal plan and keep their working spirit

Community service entitled Training on Making Miniature Fishing Boats Made of Fiber-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) for Students of SMKN 1 Tambakboyo, Tuban City With the background of the existence of Tuban City as one of the coastal areas which is still trying to develop its community resources in the marine sector. Several vocational schools in Tuban have opened shipping and shipping engineering majors. Generally, these SMK students are taught how to operate supporting equipment for repair or management of ship transportation according to industrial needs. The purpose of this community service is to provide skills to students, especially at SMKN 1 Tambakboyo Tuban on how to make miniature fishing boats made of Fiber-Reinforced Plastic (FRP). Through shipbuilding skills that are more efficient in operation, it is hoped that the next generation of fishermen will have economic competitiveness because they are able to produce and use ships as efficient fishing facilities. The training was conducted online on Sunday 27 September 2020. The number of training participants was 53 participants from several schools in Tuban.

The aging process in the elderly causes a decrease in glucose tolerance and basal metabolism, which affects blood sugar control. The activities and conditions of older adults influence their nutritional needs, which impact total calorie intake. Types of blood glucose level checks, including fasting, post-prandial, and others, are used to monitor elderly health conditions related to diabetes. Seniors are also susceptible to hypertension, which can cause serious complications such as stroke and heart disease. WHO notes the high prevalence of hypertension worldwide, emphasizing the importance of early detection and appropriate management to prevent adverse impacts on public health

Diabetes mellitus type 2 is most often occurring and cause acute vascular diseases of vascular perifer and the loss of perifer blood circulation. One management of peripheral blood circulation in people with diabetes mellitus is to use diabetic feet spa therapy. The purpose of this case study is to describe the application of diabetic feet spa to peripheral blood circulation after and before therapy of diabetic feet spa. The type of the study belongs descriptive with a case study approach. The subjects of this study were two patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, experienced mild peripheral blood circulation disorders who did not have ulcer wounds, and had the will and willing to follow a diabetic feet spa. Analysis of peripheral blood circulation was carried out descriptively and measured by the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI). The results of the case study showed that there was an increase in peripheral blood circulation subjects in both subjects, in subject I  from 0.83 (mild) to 0.92 (normal) and in subject II from 0.88 (mild) to 0.95 (normal) after being done therapy for diabetic feet spa. It is suggested to Puskesmas officers need to treat spa diabetics as one of the peripheral blood circulation management in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Hypertension is an increase in blood pressure above 140/90 mmHg. One of the causes of hypertension that is difficult to control is stress which can worsen the client's condition so that it is needed to handle through stress management. Zikir relaxation therapy is one of the relaxation therapies with an elemental approach to spirituality that is useful for reducing stress. The purpose of this case study is to illustrate the application of Zikir Relaxation Therapy to stress on clients with essential hypertension in the area assisted by the Rowosari Health Center Semarang. This type of research is descriptive using the case study approach method. The subjects used were two respondents with the criteria of clients with essential hypertension, level I-II hypertension, and moderate stress levels. The form of intervention is the application of Zikir relaxation therapy 4 times in 2 weeks (twice a week). The analysis is used to determine the stress level using the DSS (Distress Symptom Scale) measuring instrument. The results showed a decrease in stress levels before and after the administration of Zikir therapy from moderate stress to mild stress for subject I with a decrease of 36 scores and from moderate stress to normal for subject II with a decrease in 40 scores. The average reduction in stress levels of the two subjects after Zikir relaxation from an average score of 63 to 38. From the results of these studies, the provision of zikir therapy can be used as an intervention to reduce stress levels in clients with essential hypertension.

This article discusses social media content design training organized by the Lamongan Aisyiyah Regional Leadership (PDA), in collaboration with the Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan Institute of Technology and Business. The focus of utilization training is managing Instagram feeds and color choices. Participants, the majority of whom are women aged 30-45 years, act as contributors to the PDA Lamongan Instagram account. Material includes feed management, use of color pallette. The results of this training show an increased understanding of Instagram. The enthusiasm of the participants reflects the success of the training on utilizing PDA Lamongan social media by applying the knowledge gained, opening up the potential for similar activities in the future

This article discusses the importance of saving for basic students in Sawu Hamlet, Sumberjo, Lamongan, as a proactive step in building financial literacy from an early age. The main focus is to provide an in-depth understanding of the concepts of saving, money management and financial planning through an educational approach that is packaged creatively, interestingly and can be applied in everyday life. The results of this study provide insight into the effectiveness of this program in forming wise saving habits from an early age

Village development will not be separated from community participation because it is the primary beneficiary of development and becomes a development actor. This study examines exploring planning to participatory evaluation involving rural communities in evaluating village development programs. This makes it possible to provide feedback, monitor progress, and identify changes needed to implement development programs. The study used a qualitative approach, using primary data from interviews and relevant secondary data. The results of community research are included in village development planning through Musrembang. In the implementation stage of community development, they are also involved even though not all communities participate in the village development process. Participatory management in development in Liunggunung Village is in the infrastructure development approach and other fields such as health. The community is involved and contributes to infrastructure development and other fields. Community participation can lead to empowering rural communities, increasing their decision-making capacity, and strengthening social networks in communities. Communities involved in the decision-making and implementation of village development projects tend to have a higher sense of ownership of the project. The active participation of the community in village development has a positive impact on the sustainability of the program and the improvement of the community's quality of life. Community participation in village development is essential for sustainable development, community empowerment, and improved quality of life locally.    

This research aims to determine the practice of managing savings funds for Eid packages in Sumber Pandan Village, Grujugan District, Bondowoso Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is in the form of field research. The location of this research is in Sumber Pandan Village, Grujugan District, Bondowoso Regency. Determination of informants using purposive. Data collection techniques use observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The data analysis uses descriptive data. Meanwhile, the validity of the data uses Validity, Reliability, Extended Observations, Triangulation, and Reference Materials. The results of the research show that the practice of managing savings funds for Eid packages in Sumber Pandan Village, Grujugan District, Bondowoso Regency, is that the management of savings funds is clearly carried out in matters related to good transactions and is managed by taking into account the profits that will be obtained later. Some savers believe that they don't know directly what their savings are used for. Most of them don't feel comfortable asking this because it is sensitive and private. Judging from sharia economic law, the implementation of Eid savings fund management according to Wahbah Zuhaili is halal for the manager (service provider) and according to Imam Abu Hanifah, he believes that the profit is shodaqoh. From this opinion, the researcher concluded that the Eid savings fund management transaction was permissible because the essence of Eid savings fund management was appropriate and fulfilled the elements of the wadiah yad dhamanah contract.
