Implementation of Village Law no. 6 of 2014 had a positive impact by disbursing quite large funds to villages throughout Indonesia. As a village head, a village head must be able to carry out management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing and supervising so that his village progresses. This research uses a literature study method looking at various journals and other reading sources. Based on the research results found, the Semarang City National Land Office knows and understands the positive fictitious rules, but they cannot be fully implemented because the office has standard operational rules (SOP) which must also be obeyed. followed. obeyed. The application of positive fictitious provisions in practice is still not very effective in improving the quality of public services. The effect of positive fictitious orders seems to be to make state managers leave because they conflict with institutional SOPs. There are several obstacles in implementing this provision, including that state institutions and/or government officials and the public do not understand this provision properly and correctly, and court decisions that grant the petition cannot be trusted in practice. This decision offer again contradicts the SOP of each institution. The solution to the various obstacles is the need to deepen understanding of positive fictitious regulations for both the authorities and the public, and the need to design government regulations that provide more detailed and more enforceable implementation guidelines.

Deixis is a pragmatic study that examines the relationship between language structure and the context of the situation in which it is used. The phenomenon of deixis can be found in everyday conversation in the form of verbal language as well as in literary works such as films or novels. In literary texts, deixis can pose an obstacle to understanding the text. The research entitled "Analysis of Deixis in the Short Stories 'Rembulan di Mata Ibu' and 'A Piece of Love in Silence' by Asma Nadia" aims to analyze the use of deixis in two short stories by Asma Nadia: "Rembulan di Mata Ibu" and "A Piece of Love in Silence." The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique involved carefully reading and noting elements in the short stories. The data used consists of text fragments thought to contain deictic elements, including personal deixis, time deixis, place deixis, discourse deixis, and social deixis. Based on the results of data collection, 55 instances of personal deixis, 17 instances of time deixis, 11 instances of place deixis, 50 instances of discourse deixis, and 4 instances of social deixis were found. Thus, the total number of deictic instances is 137. At this moment, IoT technology was implemented in a broader area. The development of IoT technology can help human life become more manageable. IoT systems can help human activity through the natural time control system provided before. But there are some drawbacks when implementing the IoT system. One of them is the transmission process in the networking area. It’s happened because of weather, and other natural problems. Sometimes, IoT transmission can’t reach on time. It can make errors reading data on the user side. We proposed a transmission system, namely a Hybrid MP-QUIC transmission protocol, for helping in sending the data. Using this transmission protocol can reduce the response time between client and server.

Well-organized and methodical libraries can, either directly or indirectly, facilitate the teaching and learning process in the community in which they are housed. Manual searching takes a long time because libraries typically have a large number of reading books. Without a book search system, libraries will make it harder and take longer for patrons to find books since they will have to look through each book individually on the shelf. It is quite feasible to create an information retrieval system for libraries to make book searches easier. Based on the parameters or keywords entered, the content-based filtering approach of the library book search information retrieval system can present ten recommendations. The Complete Guide to Islam in Kafah has the highest similarity of 0.775 when it comes to the process of looking for books with religious categories and keywords related to Islam.

Science is always associated with general science or science that studies worldly matters only. Some Muslims think that science has nothing to do with Islam or in other words Islam does not need science. If the assumption of the Islamic community about this still exists then Islam is in the danger zone, because actually Islam needs science. Islam and science are not two opposing camps, but two very solid camps. If we look deeper, the Qur'an presents many verses about science. The verses of the Qur'an about science range from 750 to 1000 verses. In fact, the first revelation that came down to the Prophet Muhammad SAW, namely the command to read. In the Qur'an it has been explained that paying attention to the universe which means also studying science is part of reading the verses of Allah SWT. Meanwhile, the results of research conducted by scientists about the universe do not contradict the Qur'an which was revealed 1400 years ago. If science and technology are only controlled by non-Muslims, then Muslims will be considered weaker and lower in the field of science. Therefore, Islam needs the next generation of people who love and understand the contents of the Qur'an and are not blind to science, especially science. Islam will flap its wings more in the field of science and technology so that a generation of IMTAQ and IPTEK is formed, namely a generation of Muslims who have faith and piety and master science and technology. Science is also important in the development of Islam because science brings knowledge that is very important in future generations and science also plays an important role for all people in this world. In the context of building the quality of the Islamic generation, there are several important aspects that need to be considered, namely;
