Gender discrimination is a serious problem that is often experienced by adolescents in social and educational environments. Feminist counseling techniques are present as an alternative approach that emphasizes equality, empowerment, and validation of client experiences, especially women. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of applying feminist counseling techniques in helping adolescents face and overcome the impact of gender discrimination. The method used is a descriptive qualitative study with a case study approach on several adolescents and school counselors. The results showed that techniques such as self-disclosure, reframing, and self-empowerment were effective in increasing adolescents' self-confidence, critical awareness, and courage in voicing gender injustice. The main obstacles in implementing these techniques are the counselors' lack of understanding of feminist principles and limited counseling time in schools. Therefore, training and institutional support are needed to optimize this approach.

Catcalling or verbal sexual harassment is a social phenomenon that is rampant in Indonesia. It involves unwanted sexualized remarks that dehumanize the victim and can have a psychological impact. Although Law Number 12 of 2022 on Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence (UU TPKS) has regulated non-physical sexual harassment in Article 5, its application in the field still faces various obstacles. This study aims to determine the legal formulation of the application of sanctions against perpetrators of verbal sexual harassment (catcalling). This research uses an empirical normative approach. The results show that the legal formulation of the application of sanctions against perpetrators of verbal sexual harassment has progressed with explicit regulation in Article 5 of Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence (TPKS Law). To realize substantive and effective justice, it is necessary to improve the formulation of sanctions, integrate non-criminal sanctions, increase the capacity of law enforcers, and strengthen public education.

The results of the analysis showed that before the evaluation, the mechanical availability (MA) value was 87.24%, physical availability (PA) 88.51%, availability utilization (UA) 88.73%, and effective utilization (EU) 78.54%. After evaluating the constraint time, there was an increase in all parameters: MA to 88.71%, PA to 89%, UA increased to 90%, and EU reached 80%. This evaluation also had an impact on increasing the productivity of the loading and unloading equipment from 268.41 bcm/hour to 284.43 bcm/hour. Thus, the evaluation of work obstacles is proven to be effective in increasing the efficiency and productivity of the digging-loading equipment at the research location.

This study aims to describe the strategies implemented by Rumah Belajar Merah Putih in addressing the educational needs of children of commercial sex workers who are not enrolled in formal schooling. A qualitative descriptive approach was used, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that Rumah Belajar Merah Putih faces several challenges, including limited facilities and infrastructure, insufficient funding, low public awareness of the importance of education, a shortage of qualified teaching staff, and difficulties in establishing external partnerships. To overcome these obstacles, the organization has developed strategies encompassing four key aspects: (1) Corporate strategy, which emphasizes the formulation of a vision, mission, and goals in response to the community’s lack of attention to education; (2) Program strategy, designed based on the background of the learners to raise awareness of the importance of education; (3) Resource support strategy, aimed at addressing the limitations in teaching staff, funding, and facilities; and (4) Institutional strategy, focused on strengthening internal communication and expanding external partnerships to tackle collaboration challenges. These four strategies have proven effective in addressing the identified challenges and serve as a crucial foundation for providing inclusive education for children of commercial sex workers, although continuous improvement and reinforcement are still needed.

Students' understanding of the concept of motion of objects on inclined planes still shows obstacles, especially when applied in real practice. This study aims to see the extent to which students understand the concept through simple experiments and questionnaires. The main focus of the study was on the results of the practicum, where the block slid faster on a smooth plane (an average of 1.25 seconds) than on a rough plane (an average of 1.61 seconds). This time difference reflects the effect of friction on the motion of objects, but some students were unable to explain the difference correctly. This indicates that there are still misconceptions in understanding the concepts of force and motion. Meanwhile, the results of the questionnaire only reinforced that most students felt the need for direct practice to understand this material. Thus, a practice-based learning approach is very important to strengthen students' conceptual understanding in Basic Physics courses.

Law enforcement against corporate offenders often faces obstacles in terms of regulations and weaknesses of the criminal justice system. In this context, the consistency of law enforcement becomes crucial to ensure legal certainty and justice. This research aims to examine the consistency of corporate criminal law enforcement in money laundering cases and identify relevant challenges and solutions. The research method used is normative juridical with statutory approaches and case studies. The results of the study show that although there is an adequate legal umbrella, implementation in the field is still inconsistent, both in terms of proving corporate guilt and in imposing sanctions. It is necessary to harmonize regulations and increase the capacity of law enforcers to realize an effective corporate criminal law system in tackling money laundering crimes.

This study uses a qualitative method with a normative legal approach that aims to analyze legal protection for victims of Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE) crimes, especially in cases of the distribution of digital pornographic content. The rampant distribution of pornographic content through digital platforms is a serious threat to the privacy rights and dignity of victims, especially women and children. In the context of law in Indonesia, protection for victims has been regulated in several laws and regulations such as Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to the ITE Law and the Criminal Code (KUHP). However, the implementation of this protection still faces various obstacles, includeing weak law enforcement, limited understanding of victims’ rights, and the suboptimal role of witness and victim protection institutions. Through literature studies and analysis of court decisions, this study found that legal protection is still reactive and has not been optimal in preventing and restoring victims’ losses as a whole. Therefore, a more responsive policy reformulation and strengthening of digital literacy are needed as strategic preventive measures.
