This study aims to explain the influence of accessibility and facilities on traders' income at Pada Lewoleba Market. This research is quantitative research with the data used obtained from the results of a questionnaire distributed to 75 respondents. The analytical method used is instrument testing and multiple linear regression which is processed using Eviews 12 software. The results of this study show that partially the accessibility variable influences the income of traders in the market on Lewoleba and the facility variable influences the income of traders in the market on Lewoleba, this is due to renovations carried out in stages by the Lembata Regency Regional Government which are continuously being improved. Simultaneously, the variables of accessibility and facilities influence the income of traders in the market on Lewoleba

This research examines the dynamics of the use of sound systems as a cultural phenomenon and social competition in Sumbersewu Village, Banyuwangi. Using an ethnographic approach and Jean Baudrillard's concept of consumption society, this research explores the history of the emergence of sound systems and their evolution into an integral part of local community life. Focusing on the tradition of sound system fighting as the object of research. This research shows how the sound system has become a means of uniting young people in the village, while strengthening their cultural identity. Through direct data collection in the field, including observations and interviews with participants and local residents, this research describes how the sound system community in Sumbersewu Village organizes and prepares for sound system competition events, as well as how this influences social relations and the dynamics of local community life. The research results show that the use of sound systems not only reflects technological and cultural developments at the local level, but also plays a role in forming communities and strengthening social ties within them.

In the current era of globalization, many local communities throughout the world, including in rural Ambulu, Jember, are experiencing changes in values ​​and customs due to global influences. The local cultural values ​​of the Ambulu rural community are known to be very rich and diverse, but face challenges as a result of rapid globalization. This research aims to identify and analyze the impact of globalization on local cultural values ​​in the rural community of Ambulu Jember, with a focus on how these values ​​persist or change over time. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying contemporary theory from Michael Foucault to analyze the data. The focus of analysis in this research looks at how the discourse and practices of power in society change along with the introduction of global values ​​and how local communities react to these changes. The research results show that the Ambulu community experiences dualism in maintaining local cultural values. On the one hand, there are efforts by the community to maintain old customs and values, while on the other hand, several aspects of local culture have evolved or even been eroded due to the influence of globalization, such as changes in language, social rituals and kinship systems. The impact of globalization on local cultural values ​​demands more inclusive adaptation strategies and more strategic cultural preservation so that rural communities such as those in Ambulu can maintain their cultural identity while receiving the benefits of globalization.  

To produce employees who have good quality and have a professional attitude, it is necessary to carry out good management, in order to increase the company's economic resources. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership style and remuneration systems on improving employee performance at RSUP Dr. Sitanala Tangerang with work culture as an intervening variable. Research method the research design used was a survey with an explanatory causality approach. The population used is all employees who have the status of Civil Servants (PNS) at RSUP Dr. Sitanala, numbering 340 people. The sample in this study amounted to 183 people, the sampling technique used was accidental sampling. There is a direct and significant influence between leadership style and remuneration on work culture, there is an indirect influence of leadership style on employee performance, there is a direct influence of remuneration on employee performance, work culture directly has a significant influence on improving performance and the remuneration system has a direct influence towards improving performance without going through work culture. For hospitals, hospital leaders should always monitor each work unit both from an objective and subjective performance perspective as well as from the individual employee perspective so that they can find out directly what the obstacles, complaints and needs of individual employees are in carrying out teamwork in each work unit at once. can control the continuity of performance of each individual employee as a work culture within the team in the unit so that it is hoped that organizational goals will be achieved optimally. For other researchers: It is hoped that further research can further analyze other aspects and influences that can achieve organizational goals with a wider range of respondents. There are still many other aspects and influences that could possibly be used as research targets for development at the hospital in question.

Prosocial Prosocial behavior needs to be owned by adolescents as a foundation for the development of their social skills. Parental parenting style is one of the factors that influences prosocial behavior itself. The aim of this research is to find out how parental parenting influences the prosocial behavior of class VIII students at SMPN 57 Jakarta. This research uses a correlational approach with a non-experimental quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 140 respondents, selected through a simple random sampling. The questionnaire distribution method was used to obtain data. The research results showed that parenting style had a significant influence of 14.4% on the prosocial behavior of class VIII students at SMPN 57 Jakarta, with a calculated t value (4.814) > t table (1.656) and a significance value (0.000) < 0.05.

Forest and land fires are natural disasters that often occur in Indonesia, especially during the dry season. These fires cause enormous environmental damage, economic losses, and social problems. The use of this type of normative juridical research is because the object of study is related to legal principles and principles as well as theories and opinions of legal experts. It can be said that normative juridical research is literature research.  In general, forest fires that occur in Indonesia are caused by three main factors, namely fuel conditions, weather and social and cultural conditions of the community. Fuel conditions that are prone to fire hazards are their abundance on the forest floor, relatively low water content (dry), and continuous fuel availability. Climatic factors in the form of temperature, humidity, wind and rainfall also determine fire susceptibility. High temperatures due to direct sunlight cause fuel to dry out and become flammable, high humidity (in forests with dense vegetation) reduces the chance of forest fires occurring, wind also influences the fuel drying process and the speed at which fire spreads while rainfall influences the size of the fire. water contained in the fuel.

Compliance with regular use of asthma control drugs is still low, which can increase morbidity and mortality rates. One factor that influences compliance is knowledge. Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the airways that involves many cells and elements. The aim of this research is to determine the level of compliance with the use of the drug Symbicort 160 Micrograms in asthma patients at the outpatient pharmacy installation at Dokter Hafiz Cianjur Hospital. This research uses descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach. Research sampling was carried out using a total sampling technique using the time limited sampling method, namely all patients suffering from asthma who met the inclusion criteria of the study and entered the specified research time period, namely 1 May-31 July 2023. The number of respondents was 52 people, 43 people were selected. because there are several factors, namely age. The instrument used in this research was the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS) questionnaire. Of the 43 respondents, 22 (51.16%) respondents had a high level of compliance, 20 (46.51%) respondents had a medium level of compliance, and 1 (2.33%) respondent had a low level of compliance. The compliance level of most patients using Symbicort 160 Microgram medication is at a high level, namely 22 respondents (51.16%) indicating a good understanding and commitment to asthma treatment. The 2024 Presidential Election in Indonesia is an important moment in political history, with significant involvement from Generation Z (Gen Z). This research aims to analyze the characteristics of Gen Z voting behavior in the Medan State University Student Scout Movement (UNIMED) organization and evaluate the influence of Scout organizational activities on political behavior and decisions to elect Gen Z members at UNIMED. Using qualitative descriptive methods, data was collected through interviews and references from various journals and websites. The research results show that fast access to information via social media influences Gen Z's political views. In addition, Scout activities that focus on character and leadership development also contribute to their political behavior. It is hoped that these findings will enrich academic literature regarding voter behavior, especially Gen Z in Indonesia, as well as provide insight for political parties, presidential candidates and political observers in formulating more effective strategies to attract support from young voters. This research also provides a deeper understanding of the importance of political education and active involvement in the election process for the younger generation.

This research is motivated by the lack of students' reading ability and interest in reading at SMPN 1 Pagu and they prefer fun activities because they think that reading is boring unlike when reading novels, comics and other picture books. So in this case it requires special attention from teachers and parents to provide extra education for children so that they are interested in reading and improve their reading comprehension skills, both at home and especially at school. The formulation of the problem is 1) What is the influence of the Quantum Reading Learning Model on Students' Reading Comprehension Ability in Class Ⅶ Social Sciences Subjects at SMPN 1 Pagu? ; 2) What is the influence of the Quantum Reading Learning Model on Students' Reading Interest in Social Sciences Subjects in Class Ⅶ at SMPN 1 Pagu? . The research objectives in this thesis are 1) To determine the effect of the Quantum Reading learning model on students' reading comprehension abilities in class VII social studies at SMPN 1 Pagu; 2) To determine the effect of the Quantum Reading learning model on students' reading interest in social studies subjects at SMPN 1 Pagu, Kediri Regency in 2023/2024. This research uses a quantitative approach. Quasi experimental type of quantitative research. The population in this study were all class VII students at SMPN 1 Pagu, Kediri Regency. The samples in this research were class VII B students consisting of 36 students and class VII C consisting of 36 students. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used is the paired sample T test (Paired Sample T Test). The results of the research show that 1) the Quantum Reading learning model has an influence on the Reading (Comprehension) of Class VII students at SMPN 1 Pagu, Kediri Regency 2023/2024, as evidenced by the obtained significance value (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. 2) the Quantum Reading learning model influences the reading interest of Class VII students at SMPN 1 Pagu, Tulungahung Regency 2023/2024, as evidenced by the acquisition of students' reading interest with a significance (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

This greatly influences the work of the surrounding community, which is generally as farmers and gardeners. the gardens that are there are chilies, corn, tomatoes, cabbage, coffee, tea and oranges. Margaluyu Village has Situ Cipanunjang, which is sometimes used as a training ground for national athletes in rowing, as well as tourism sectors such as Situ Cileunca, Situ Cipanunjang and Taman Bukit Bintang.  

This research aims to find out how classical music influences the level of mathematics anxiety of class XB students at SMK Negeri 2 Kasihan Bantul. Second, what is the impact of classical music on the mathematics learning achievement of class XB students at SMK Negeri 2 Kasihan Bantul. The research subjects were class XB students at SMK Negeri 2 Kasihan Bantul with a total of 17 students. The type of research used is quantitative research supported by a qualitative approach. The research instruments used in the research were questionnaires, ability tests, and observations. The data obtained was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of the research show that classical music has an effect on reducing the level of mathematics anxiety of class XB students at SMK Negeri 2 Kasihan Bantul. Then classical music had an impact on improving the mathematics learning achievement of class XB students at SMK Negeri 2 Kasihan Bantul.  

This study aims to determine the influence of digital technology development on the role of notaries, as well as the challenges faced by notaries in dealing with digital technology development. This research uses qualitative research methods. The research data was obtained through in-depth interviews with notaries, legal observers, and users of notary services. The data obtained was analyzed using thematic analysis method. The results showed that the development of digital technology has brought positive and negative influences to the role of notaries. The positive influences include: 1) Increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of notary work 2) Reaching a wider community 3) Improving the quality of notary services. The negative influences include: 1) The emergence of new challenges for notaries 2) Raising the potential for legal violations. This research concludes that the development of digital technology has changed the role of notaries. Notaries are required to continue to innovate and improve their competence in order to face these challenges.

This study aims to analyze the impact of globalization on corporate financial risk, focusing on exchange rate risk, interest rate risk, and country risk. The research employs a quantitative method, utilizing data from the annual financial reports of multinational companies listed on stock exchanges from 2010 to 2020. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques, including multiple regression to evaluate the relationship between independent variables (globalization factors such as exports, imports, and foreign direct investment) and dependent variables (levels of financial risk faced by companies). The findings indicate that globalization significantly influences these three types of financial risk. Companies involved in international trade tend to face greater exchange rate fluctuations, dynamic interest rate changes, and higher country risk compared to companies operating in domestic markets. To manage these risks, companies need to develop comprehensive risk management strategies, including the use of derivative instruments, thorough political and economic risk analysis, and investment in advanced technologies. Continuous training and fostering a strong risk culture within the organization are also critical factors in effective risk management. This study provides in-depth insights into how globalization affects corporate financial risk and offers strategic recommendations to enhance financial resilience in a global context.

This research examines the influence of habitus on the lifestyle and social identity of Jakarta State University students through Pierre Bourdieu's perspective. Habitus, as a set of internal dispositions resulting from interactions with social structures, plays an important role in shaping individuals' mindsets, values and preferences. This research focuses on how factors such as socio-economic background, family education, friendship experiences, and interactions with peers and lecturers influence the formation of students' habitus. Furthermore, it explores how habitus influences lifestyles, including consumption patterns and cultural preferences, as well as social identities that shape students' self-perceptions within the context of a particular social group. Through a qualitative approach, this study aims to understand the relationship between habitus, lifestyle, and social identity of students, as well as the implications of these findings for the development of educational policies in the campus environment.

. ChatGPT is one of the growing innovations in artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the field of education, aiming to assist humans in finding information and completing work efficiently. However, students' lack of understanding of the positive uses and benefits of ChatGPT as a self-learning medium results in low adoption rates and underutilized learning potential. Therefore, this study aims to understand the level of acceptance and the impact that influences students in adopting ChatGPT technology so that it can provide direction and recommendations for schools to increase their self-learning awareness through the utilization of AI. The study used a quantitative approach and interviews with public high school students with the construction of the UTAUT 2 model as a framework. The population of public high school students was 3,405, probability sampling was used as the sampling method then the data was processed using SEM analysis using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software.

In addition, the community will become familiar and feel the benefits of the development program through intensive communication. This research aims to provide evidence of how industry type and board gender diversity influence carbon emissions disclosures made in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020 to 2022. The sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique. Based on these criteria, 81 observations were obtained. Research findings show that the type of industry influences carbon emissions disclosure, gender diversity influences carbon emissions disclosure. It is hoped that the findings of this research can contribute to expanding the disclosure of carbon emissions by companies, especially Indonesia, thereby helping the Indonesian government to more easily control the country's carbon emissions.

The research was conducted on Shopee marketplace users in Banyumas Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of flash sales and free shipping on impulse buying among Shopee marketplace users in Banyumas Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The sample used consisted of the entire population or residents domiciled in Banyumas Regency, amounting to 97 individuals. The types of data utilized were primary data collected through distributing questionnaires directly to respondents and secondary data obtained from literature studies. The method employed in data analysis was multiple linear regression analysis, encompassing t-tests and f-tests after testing the data for validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. The classical assumption tests comprised multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, and normality tests using SPSS software. The research findings indicate that flash sales do not have a significant effect, whereas free shipping significantly influences impulse buying.

This research aims to focus on the analysis of Teun A. Van Dijk's critical discourse model in online news texts which discuss the murder and rape case of Vina and her lover published by Media Liputan6.com. In this analysis, Van Dijk's model which includes three main dimensions, namely text, social cognition and context, is used to understand how online news discourse describes and manifests these events. The research results show that critical discourse analysis can help in revealing how online news discourse influences and is influenced by ideology, knowledge and interests related to the event. Thus, this analysis can contribute to a deeper understanding of how news discourse can influence and be influenced by the social and ideological context associated with the event.
