This research aims to determine and analyze the comparative development of local revenue (PAD), general allocation funds (DAU) and regional expenditure in Central Kalimantan province. The variables used in this research are PAD, DAU and regional expenditure. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method using the One Way Anova analysis technique using SPSS software and obtains normality test results, homogeneity tests and one way Anova test results. The data used is secondary data sourced from the APBD posture, Central Kalimantan TKKD posture in the 2018-2022 period, from the internet, books and supporting journals in this research.

So this study aims to determine the mechanism of buying and selling transactions using PayLater in the Shopee application and to find out the review of sharia economic law on PayLater transactions in the Shopee application. This research is included in the type of qualitative research with data collection techniques used, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. From this data is analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, then conclusions. Based on the results of this study, it was found that in the Shopee PayLater payment method, usury was indicated because from the beginning of the agreement, Shopee set installment interest and penalties to compensate for late payments.

There are many forms of technology that can be used in the Islamic Religious Education learning process, such as multi-media, internet, Microsoft Office Power Point and various other technologies. From this research it can be concluded that technology plays a very important role in Islamic Religious Education, including one of its roles: explaining concepts that are difficult to understand, showing objects that are too big or too small and so on.

Cellular networks play an important role in modern life with the availability of flexible connectivity in various places, fast internet access and communication services and are a reference for innovation and economic growth. However, the complexity of cellular networks requires careful planning and management, this is to ensure a reliable and safe service. The method used in designing cellular networks is the simulation method, namely by using Cisco Packet Tracer software and literature studies from various references. The results of cellular network simulations using this software can show superiority in designing, configuring and testing cellular networks. Apart from that, this software also provides complete features to meet several needs, starting from the process of creating a network topology, configuring IP addresses, activating DHCP services and HTTP services, to testing connections using PDU samples between smartphone devices and servers. With the successful connection test, it can be concluded that the settings and services on the cellular network have been tested and verified using Cisco Packet Tracer. This has shown that the software used is very effective in simulating and testing cellular networks.

In today's modern era, humans have a life with all activities that can never be separated from technological developments. One of the technological developments that is currently popular in Indonesia is Financial Technology. Financial Technology (FINTECH) is the latest innovation in the financial service system which is touched by modern technology which can make it easier for Small and Medium Enterprises).to run their businesses with the help of Fintech. The aim of this research is to determine the application of Fintech to Small and Medium Enterprises assisted by Bank NTT in Sabu Raijua and to determine the advantages and disadvantages of implementing Fintech in Small and Medium Enterprises assisted by Bank NTT in Sabu Raijua. This research uses a qualitative research method, which is a research method carried out by means of in-depth interviews in the field, using a phenomenological approach. The data source in this research is primary data obtained directly from Small and Medium Enterprises actors in Sabu Raijua, while secondary data is in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. The research results show that the application of Financial Technology (Fintech) in Small and Medium Enterprises assisted by Bank NTT in Sabu Raijua is experiencing positive developments in line with technological advances and changes in user behavior, ease of access, and transaction security are getting better. However, in its implementation there are several obstacles, namely weak internet connections, elderly Small and Medium Enterprises players find it difficult to understand how to use Financial Technology.

This research discusses the implementation of the Digital Population Identity (IKD) application at the Disdukcapil of Tanjungpinang City in the context of E-Government. The implementation of digital identity technology as an effort to improve the efficiency of public services faces a number of challenges, including communication, resource availability, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. In terms of communication, Disdukcapil Kota Tanjungpinang uses social media and goes directly to the field to socialize and activate the IKD application. Challenges arise from people who are still unfamiliar with technology, requiring further efforts in assisting the use of the application. Resources, such as a lack of budget and dedicated teams can hinder effective implementation. Although existing teams have been empowered in the past, further attention needs to be paid to the balance of quality and quantity of human resources. The disposition of Disdukcapil officers in helping people activate IKD is positive. Within the bureaucratic structure, despite the shortage of personnel, coordination and division of labor are quite good. This research uses qualitative research methods by obtaining primary data in the form of interviews at the Tanjungpinang City Population and Civil Registration Office directly and documentation, as well as secondary data obtained from media information, the internet and other documents. In conclusion, the implementation of IKD faces several obstacles, but good communication and disposition efforts show seriousness in realizing the success of the program. Suggestions that the author can give are for the Disdukcapil of Tanjungpinang City to increase the effectiveness of implementation through strengthening communication, increasing human resources, and evaluating the bureaucratic structure on going basis.

The purpose of this research is to determine the level of reading interest of students at Sri Langkat Tanjung Pura Private Vocational School, to determine the level of media literacy abilities of Sri Langkat Tanjung Pura Private Vocational School students, and to find out how much influence reading interest has on students' media literacy abilities at Sri Langkat Private Vocational School. Tanjung Pura. This research uses descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach. This quantitative approach emphasizes analysis in the form of numbers (numerical values) which are processed using statistical methods. In this case, researchers want to know how interest in reading influences students' media literacy skills at SMK S Sri Langkat Tanjung Pura. The results of this research show that interest in reading has gone well among students at the Sri Langkat Tanjung Pura Private Vocational School. This was shown in the presentation as many as 23.10% answered strongly agree, 74.01% answered agree, 02.78% answered disagree, while 00.11% answered strongly disagree. Because many students have the motivation to read, feel happy when reading reading sources, and are not forced to read. Media Literacy Skills have also gone well among Sri Langkat Tanjung Pura Private Vocational School students. This was shown in the presentation as many as 33.45% answered strongly agree, 65.48% answered agree, 01.07% answered disagree, while 00.00% answered strongly disagree. Because students already understand what kind of information they really need, students also know that information can only be obtained through any media such as books, the internet, newspapers, magazines or encyclopedias. And the influence of interest in reading on the media literacy abilities of Sri Langkat Tanjung Pura Private Vocational School students has a strong influence which can be seen from the influence test, t test results and the results of the coefficient of determination R2. The results of the t test of Reading Interest as an independent variable on Media Literacy Ability as a dependent variable show the results of the t count = 9.001 and t table = 1.987 (t count > t table) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Reading Interest has a strong influence on Literacy Ability Media or in other words H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Citizenship education is important to teach students and young people the values ​​and skills of being active citizens. The aim of this research is to build student character who is developing in the current digital era. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The data collection technique used is through literature analysis, such as books, scientific articles, and various sources relevant to this research, namely building student awareness about the importance of citizenship education in the digital era. In the current digital era, citizenship education is very important as a control tool in accepting change so that students do not lose their identity in realizing the golden generation of the Indonesian nation. The role of technology as a means to make it easier to teach civics education to students. With the help of various supports such as parents, teachers, government and society. Apart from being students, students must also become citizens who have a sense of nationalism and defend the country, by applying Pancasila values, be active in the democratic political process, and be able to encourage the surrounding community as agents of change. The challenge of using technology as an educational tool is that students are easily influenced by fake news, not all students have devices and internet connections, students and teaching staff still lack skills in implementing IT (Information Technology). By linking citizenship education to digitalization, it will be easier to provide teaching because students can explore diversity which is quite minimal if we get information directly, then students can find out about the diversity that exists in Indonesia and the world.

Early childhood Christian education is an effort to form children's awareness from an early age in fostering a passion for learning to fill and develop themselves, so that they have the capacity, skills and skills to fear God. The purpose of writing this article is to explain the importance of the role of Christian PAUD teachers as liaisons in increasing early childhood interest in learning. The writing method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method using books, journal articles and internet websites as references. The results of this study are that through the role of teachers as liaisons they can bring about changes in children who encourage them to seriously participate in the process of teaching and learning activities at school. Therefore, the teacher's role includes: 1) creating independent learning, 2) creating practical learning, 3) creating democratic learning, 4) creating ideal learning, 5) providing appreciation.

Preserving local culture, especially batik, is an important aspect of sustainable development in Indonesia. This research aims to see how people in Indonesia realize how important it is to preserve batik culture, especially for the community to encourage local products. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with primary data in the form of observations and interviews and secondary data in the form of literature studies, including books, journals and other internet sources. The research results found that efforts to preserve batik continue, driven by the government's commitment as a member of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network (UCCN). Through the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), creative cities like Pekalongan can become models of sustainable development by combining aspects of creativity, arts education and cultural heritage preservation. In this way, local culture is not only a national identity, but also an instrument for achieving overall sustainable development goals.

In the current era of globalization, the delivery of Islamic teachings cannot but use modern mass communication media, such as television, film, radio, internet, newspapers, magazines, books, and so on. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of Islamic da'wah through social media at Majlis Taklim Sabilu Taubah in Karanggayam Village, Srengat District, Blitar Regency. Research Method: This research, based on the location of the data source, is included in the field research category, and in terms of the characteristics of the data, it is included in qualitative research, based on the discussion, it includes descriptive research using a case study approach. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out starting from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research Results: 1) Da'wah communication at Majlis Taklim Sabilu Taubah is carried out by: a) Verbally, verbal da'wah communication is held every Maghrib prayer except Friday night and Tuesday night which is delivered directly by the Kiai. b) In the book, communication of da'wah with the book is carried out after the 'Asr prayer, the book that is delivered is Al-Iklil, every Thursday night, Friday, Monday night, Tuesday, the book that is delivered is Al Hikam. c) Print media, da'wah communication with print media is held at the same time as recitation of the book, which is given to students who are unable to understand the meaning and significance of the book being studied, with themes that are in accordance with those studied in the recitation. 2) The da'wah method via social media at Majlis Taklim Sabilu Taubah is carried out by means of lectures and printed media which are distributed to students who cannot yet read and write hijaiyah letters, especially to young people who have just started learning the Koran and older students in particular. And generally, students are less able to understand the meaning and significance of the books being studied. Recitations through print media are taken from books, especially from the Qur'an and Hadith and translated into Indonesian. 3) The results of da'wah communication via social media at Majlis Taklim Sabilu Taubah can be known by: the da'wah material is quickly understood and easy to understand the meaning and meaning of the book translated through print media, the da'wah material is easily accepted by the students, the da'wah material is easily put into practice through social media , because there is immediate information and guidance.

Domestic violence is known to increase significantly from year to year. There are 4 forms of domestic violence, namely physical, psychological, sexual and economic violence. Of the several forms of domestic violence, there is physical and economic violence that often occurs in Indonesian households. This happens because of several juridical factors that influence the emergence of domestic violence, but there are 2 juridical factors that greatly influence the existence of domestic violence, namely cultural factors and economic factors. The aim of this research is to gain knowledge about the factors that cause domestic violence and how to resolve domestic violence using the concept of restorative justice. Apart from that, the main aim is to ensure that domestic violence cases in Indonesia do not increase. The research method used in this article is a library study approach because it collects data from books, journals, the internet, or other written literature as a basis for writing research.
