The research was motivated by several problems, namely: (1) students violated time discipline, namely: late coming to school, truant and late submitting assignments; and (2) students commit disciplinary violations, namely: not participating in ceremonies, wearing incomplete attributes, sleeping in class, quarreling at school, playing cellphones during class, falsifying picket attendance data, and violating the use of attributes. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of group guidance on problem solving techniques on student learning discipline. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design model. The research population of all class XI MIPA students at Sultan Agung Islamic High School 1 Semarang amounted to 72 students. The research sample was 35 students of grade XI MIPA 2 at Sultan Agung 1 Islamic High School Semarang. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. Psychological scale data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics. Test the hypothesis of simple linear regression. The results of the study showed the influence of group guidance with problem solving techniques on student learning discipline. The influence provided by group guidance services with problem solving techniques on the learning discipline of grade XI MIPA students at Sultan Agung Islamic High School 1 Semarang obtained an R-Square value of 0.38, group guidance services with problem solving techniques had an influence of 38%. There is an influence of group guidance with problem solving techniques on the learning discipline of grade XI MIPA students at Sultan Agung Islamic High School 1 Semarang.

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of group guidance using self-management techniques on the learning discipline of class XII IPS students at SMA Negeri 1 Keuntungan Brebes. The study used a quantitative approach with Pre-Experimental Designs of the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design type. The population of this study were all students of class XII IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Keuntungan Brebes totaling 72 students, consisting of class XII IPS 1 totaling 36 students and class XII IPS 3 totaling 36 students. The research sample was students of class XII IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Keuntungan Brebes, totaling 36 students. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique is a non-test with a psychological scale. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. Test the hypothesis using paired samples t-test. The results showed that there was an effect of group guidance using self-management techniques on the learning discipline of class XII IPS 1 students at SMA Negeri 1 Keuntungan Brebes. The magnitude of the effect is indicated by the difference in the mean pre-test and post-test, that is, the mean pre-test is 80.53 to the mean post-test is 84.89, so an average increase is obtained. mean of 4.361 or 4%. It can be concluded that there is an influence of group guidance with self-management techniques on the learning discipline of class XII IPS students at SMA Negeri 1 Keuntungan Brebes.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact that information asymmetry and profitability have on profit management for companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between the years 2016 and 2020. Previous research on the subject of profit management has produced contradictory findings. As a result, the idea about profit management requires more investigation so that it may be retested. Within the consumer products industry sub-sector, this research focused on 53 different businesses as its population. The type of sampling that was used was known as purposive sampling, and as a result, 22 sample firms were acquired for a period of observation spanning five years (2016-2020) and included 86 observations. The information used in the study was collected by downloading sample company files from the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The methods of descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis are used in the process of analysing the data. The initial step in the process of analysing the data is doing descriptive statistics. Next comes the testing of classical assumptions, followed by multiple regression analysis, and finally hypothesis testing. The findings of this research indicate, even if only in part, that Profitability is the sole factor that significantly influences profit management. There is no impact on the management of profits caused by information asymmetry. The findings of this research demonstrate that there is a correlation between information asymmetry and profitability, both of which have a substantial impact on profit management.

One of the industries that has been badly impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak is tourism. According to BPS statistics from 2021, there has been a dramatic drop in both domestic and international tourism. Diverse initiatives are made to keep Indonesian tourism alive. Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf is in charge of the "rescue" phase's emergency response, recovery, and normalization. According to Kaspar, wellness tourism is a type of tourism service that can be produced or enhanced in response to a destination's social and environmental circumstances. In terms of the tourist industry, wellness tourism is a subset of health tourism that is comparable to other tourism industries. Here are some motivational ideas that were examined based on the push and pull variables used in this study However, push factors do not considerably increase the desire to travel for wellness in Indonesia. Push factors might be said to cause the urge to return to traveling for wellbeing. According to reports, pull factors significantly influence foreign tourists' interest in visiting Indonesia for wellness tourism. Enhancing mental wellbeing is the indicator that best explains the push factors for tourists to engage in wellness tourism in Indonesia, whilst heritage and culture are the indicator that best describes the draw factors. However, out of the two, pull factors have a greater impact on tourists' interest in visiting.
