Academic ethics violations such as plagiarism, cheating in examinations, and academic responsibility are serious problems in the field of education. This study aims to examine how campus culture affects students' ethical behavior in the academic context. The approach used is qualitative, with data collection methods including document study, participatory observation, and in-depth interviews. The findings reveal that a conducive campus culture—characterized by exemplary behavior of lecturers, enforcement of ethical codes, and consistent internalization of moral values—plays a significant role in enhancing students’ adherence to academic ethics. Conversely, an academic environment that is permissive toward ethical violations negatively impacts students’ character. This study concludes that the establishment of a strong academic culture is a key factor in fostering academic integrity among university students.

The mission of God, or Mission Dei, begins with God Himself. God is not only the source of salvation, but also the center of the mission; therefore, without God there is no mission. So, God is the source, initiator, executor, and fulfiller of His purpose. The purpose comes from the heart of God and never changes. The cultural mandate, or cultural mandate, is the first mandate given to humans. God made humans to rule over all living things, including livestock, sea animals, birds of the air, and fish in the sea and the Great Commission written in Matthew 28:19-20 tells of Jesus' mission asking everyone to go, make disciples, baptize, and teach. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach through literature study. This study concluded that by studying holistic mission theology based on Genesis 1:28 and Matthew 28:19-20, we can understand that mission is not only preaching the Word but also having the responsibility to prosper humans both physically and spiritually and can manage natural resources where they are.

The global environmental crisis demands a comprehensive approach, including from a religious perspective. Islam as a religion that is very holistic contains teachings about nature conservation which are unraveled in the Qur'an. However, the study of contemporary mufasir's views on environmental issues is still very limited, especially in the context of the thought of Prof. Dr. M. Quraish Shihab. This article also aims to examine how in the view of quraish shihab about the importance of environmental preservation in life. on the principles of environmental management reflected in his interpretation, as well as his contribution in providing solutions to problems in the current environment. In addition, this article will discuss a comparison of the approach of the interpretation of the Qur'an Shihab with other contemporary scholars, such as for example in the Tafsir of Al Azhar by Hamka. This study uses a qualitative method with a holistic thematic interpretation (maudhui) approach and a systematic approach to scientific interpretation. The results of the study show that Quraish Shihab views the environment as a mandate from Allah swt that we must maintain its sustainability with the principles of balance, sense of responsibility, and sustainability. His relevant thinking is to be used as the basis for Islamic environmental ethics that are applicable in the modern era. This finding also fills the literary gap in the study of contemporary interpretation by presenting ecological solutions based on the Qur'an.

The growing elderly population in Indonesia has created structural challenges in the health care system. One of the crucial challenges arises in the aspect of medical decision-making that becomes increasingly complex, along with the decline in cognitive capacity, comorbidities, and chronic diseases that accompany this age group. Problems arise when elderly patients refuse medical treatment, while doctors have ethical and professional obligations to save lives. This condition is complicated by social pressure from families and collective cultural values that often ignore the right to individual autonomy. As a result, doctors are in a vulnerable position legally and ethically, especially when there are no regulations that explicitly and technically regulate the limits of professional responsibility. This study aims to analyze the form of legal protection for doctors in the face of refusal of medical action by elderly patients. The method used is normative juridical, with statutory and conceptual approaches. The results show that there are no specific rules regarding the mechanism of informed refusal, evaluation of the decision-making capacity of elderly patients, and the limits of legal responsibility of doctors. This creates legal uncertainty, even when doctors have acted according to professional standards and medical ethics. This study recommends the establishment of technical regulations that strictly regulate the procedures for refusal of medical action by elderly patients. Legal protection for doctors is not only a professional guarantee, but also an integral part of a health system that is fair, sustainable, and ensures legal certainty in modern medical practice.

The type of research is normative legal research. The research data collection technique uses literature studies. The data will then be analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that based on the theory of criminal responsibility, a person with a mental disorder cannot be punished because he is considered not to have the awareness and ability to be responsible or his actions, but there is a submission in the case of periodic mental disorders experienced by the defendant in the sentence, the legal status of the perpetrator does not immediately get a full element of forgiveness, in the audit the judge considered it worthy of being held criminally responsible because his actions had fulfilled the elements of criminal responsibility. The judge's decision ignored the conditions of the conversation with a history of periodic mental disorders showing weaknesses in aspects, legal certainty, benefits and protection of human rights, in contrast to the principles of legalization and violation of national law and imprisoning people who have a history or even are mentally ill does not provide benefits to the person himself.

This study investigates the effect of environmental costs on the level of environmental information transparency in manufacturing companies in the basic materials subsector, while providing empirical evidence regarding the relationship. Environmental costs are calculated through the ratio of corporate social responsibility (CSR) burden to the organization's net profit. Meanwhile, the company's environmental performance is evaluated using the PROPER rating on an ordinal scale. The level of environmental coverage is measured comprehensively through the Clarkson index which covers various dimensions of existing reporting. A quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis is applied to test the relationship between variables. In selecting the sample, a purposive sampling technique was used by considering the completeness of the data and certain sector criteria, resulting in 35 companies as the final sample that met the analysis requirements. The results of the study revealed that an increase in environmental costs is directly proportional to a significant increase in environmental coverage. This indicates that company investment in environmental programs encourages more transparent reporting practices. In addition, environmental performance as reflected in the PROPER rating is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on the extent of environmental coverage.

Occupational health and safety (OHS) is a crucial aspect that must be addressed by companies to protect employees from the risks of accidents and health issues in the workplace. This study aims to examine the legal responsibilities of companies regarding the implementation of OHS and to explore the challenges they face in fulfilling these obligations. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, by collecting data through literature studies and in-depth interviews with relevant parties. The results show that companies generally have a good understanding of their legal obligations related to OHS, which is reflected in policies and routine training provided to employees. However, the implementation still faces several obstacles such as limited facilities, lack of supervision, and low work discipline, all of which affect the effectiveness of OHS practices. Legally, the regulations governing OHS are adequate, but law enforcement and monitoring must be improved to ensure that companies fulfill their responsibilities optimally. Furthermore, the social and ethical dimensions are also essential in building a safety culture that supports employee well-being and business continuity. In conclusion, the legal responsibility of companies for OHS must be implemented comprehensively and sustainably to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
