The poetic question is a subject that is expanding in critical studies to the extent, which is formed a private critical space. The poetic question was able to excrete during the reading a remarkable aesthetic and rhetorical aesthetic. It doubled the interest of critics and creators together and created dialogues between text and its recipients. Here in this research, the Dialogic means is not in the concept of the Bakhtni that depends on the intersexuality, but in its communicative concept for searching to the effectiveness of the poet in creating interactive dialogue between him and the implicit reader within the text and his default reader out of the text. This question dialogic creates a poetics distinctive and takes the technical reasons for dialogue from the technical side and even qualitative, and the question with elegance’s poetic. With this vision’s reading we have tried to analyze two patterns from poems of poet Amal AL-Qasim called (Cuffed eloquence) and (Sura water) which are standing on the poetic question to search inside both of the patterns on Aesthetic toward poetic and his ability to deepen the significance of the text and find out the poetic’s idealism and poetics.

From this research, monitoring can be done using an ESP32 microcontroller that can run the HY-SRF05 ultrasonic sensor to take measurements of fuel in the tank and then the measurement results can be seen on the connected android. This tool is made to monitor the volume of fuel oil on board via android without having to check to the field. From the results of this study, it is obtained that the HY-SRF05 ultrasonic sensor can measure the fuel level (cm) with a distance of 30 cm from the bottom depth of the tank and then the fuel level data (cm) is processed by ESP32 and then the height data from the sensor reading is displayed via android which has been connected online via an internet connection in the form of fuel volume (L). Tests were carried out 10 (ten) times with 3 (three) different capacities, namely with a capacity of 25%, 50%, and 75% of the maximum capacity of the fuel and with 2 (two) test methods, namely testing in stationary tank conditions (A) and testing in tank conditions getting shocks (B). So that from this test, the total value of the tool error (error) in the stationary tank condition (A) is 0.426% and in the condition of the tank getting a shock (B) of 0.420%. Based on the test results, the tool is said to be able to work well between measurements using the HY-SRF05 ultrasonic sensor and the actual depth with a system accuracy level of 99.57%.

The problem of children's reading ability in Lambangan Village, especially first to third grade SD/MI students, is a problem that requires serious attention. The implementation of the "Lambangan Melek AKsara" program is carried out in three stages, namely: preparation, implementation and evaluation. Team UNNES Giat 9 Lambangan Community Service Team uses the EGRA (Early Grade Reading Assessment) test method to assess students' reading abilities. This test was carried out twice, namely before and after the implementation of the "Literacy Symbol" program. As for the implementation of reading training, the team used the learning by playing method. In the first treatment, team UNNES GIAT 9 Lambangan team provided reading teaching) with a focus on recognizing letters and sounds. In the second treatment the focus was on developing students' ability to read and write simple words. In the third treatment, the focus of training shifted to the ability to read simple sentences and understand text. Students' reading ability has improved quite well with this program. Based on a comparison of the results of the first and second EGRA (Early Grade Reading Assessment) tests, students' reading abilities have increased quite significantly. Legislation function owned by DPD is still limited, it shows the weak position and role (position and function) of DPD when compared with DPR. DPD does not have the authority to form laws together with DPR and the President and has no authority in setting the state budget. The formulation of the problem in this study are: (1) How is the legislative function of the House of Regional Representatives in the formation of the Act? (2) What is the ratio of the legislative function of the House of Regional Representatives that is different from the House of Representatives? This research is a normative juridical research which can be interpreted as a library legal research conducted based on literature or secondary data. In other words, this research is library research (library reseach), meaning that this research is conducted by reading works related to the issues to be studied and then containing a study of the research. The results of research and discussion show that: (1) The legislative function of DPD has a major role in the formation of the Act at the stage of discussion and ratification. At the discussion stage, although its participation is limited to level 1, DPD provides input and consideration of the bill relating to regional autonomy, central-regional relations, and management of economic and natural resources. Furthermore, at the stage of ratification, a joint agreement between DPR and the President strengthens the status of the bill into law. Although DPD can provide input and consideration of some bills, the final decision remains in the hands of DPR. This confirms that the main role of DPD is more as an advisory body in the legislative process. DPR has greater power than DPD in the formation of the Act, with the authority to take the final decision. Thus, although DPD has an important role in certain aspects of the formation of the Act, the main power and final decision remains with DPR. (2) Comparison of legis ratio between DPD and DPR has different representation. DPD represents the interests of the region directly, while DPR represents the interests of the people through political parties. DPD is present to accommodate regional aspirations that are not always represented by DPR. This reflects that the legislative role of DPD has significant limitations. DPD should function as a mechanism of checks and balances in Indonesia's bicameral system. However, due to its limited authority, the implementation of this function has not been optimally realized. Thus, although DPD has an important role in representing regional aspirations, the differences in authority and rights between DPD and DPR cause their position to be unbalanced in the legislative process.

In every transaction or agreement they observe, notaries are crucial in guaranteeing adherence to sharia rules. It is essential for notaries to comprehend sharia principles in muamalah (business transactions) in order to perform their duties responsibly and in compliance with applicable legal rules. Muamalah based on sharia principles addresses a number of topics, including justice, openness, unity, and adherence to Islamic legal norms. To determine if a transaction or agreement complies with the relevant sharia principles, notaries must comprehend and internalise these principles. This research aims to find out, analyse and explain in depth the role of notaries in making financing agreement deeds based on sharia principles, so that they can contribute to the development of Islamic banking law and notaries in Indonesia, and analyse and explain comprehensively the responsibilities of notaries both civilly, criminally, and administratively for the sharia financing agreement deeds they make, so that they can contribute to the legal protection of the par. This research uses a type of legal research that is Normative as well as Sociological (empirical). The findings revealed that the role of the Notary in the application of Sharia principles in contract deeds at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Batam is not overly dominant, because the Notary's role is essentially limited to legalising the contract, while the bank determines the contract's content entirely. The notary bears accountability for the Sharia Financing Agreement deed and must read and comprehend its contents. With this reading, the notary can also amend any inaccuracies in the deed's contents. The Notary will refuse to legalise the deed if it violates the law, public order, or decency. The constraints of the absence of Notary competencies that are in accordance with and fulfill sharia provisions, make not all Notaries who are partners of Islamic banks lack understanding of sharia principles.

This research is motivated by changes in the community that carries out the mitoni tradition. The mitoni tradition is a native tradition of Java pioneered by Hinduism and Buddhism, which used to be carried out in the Javanese or Kejawen way but has changed over time. This change is caused by the development of an increasingly modern era and the arrival of Islam to Indonesia. The changes that have occurred are about the elements of the ritual, from the original complete Kejawen ritual to a more spiritual tradition that has an Islamic feel without leaving the core of the tradition and the noble values contained. This research is a qualitative research that uses the type of field research and data collection using observation, interview and documentation methods. Then the analysis technique is through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The informants in this research are the village head, religious leaders, traditional leaders and several people from Bangun Rejo Village, South Solok Regency.  The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of the mitoni tradition there are several processions carried out during the day and night, where the processions carried out during the day are not all in accordance with Islamic teachings. Along with the development of an increasingly modern era, there have been many changes in the implementation of the mitoni tradition where some people only carry out the mitoni tradition by holding a simple kenduri and thanksgiving. The implementation of the mitoni tradition also contains Islamic educational values, namely the value of faith education in the form of sungkeman, brojolan, lawuhan, kenduri and kepungan processions. The value of worship education in the form of the siraman procession. The value of moral education in the form of a procession of sending prayers and reading the holy verses of the Qur’an. With the values of Islamic education that have developed in the mitoni tradition, the people of Bangun Rejo Village still maintain the mitoni tradition to this day.

The 'Reading Corner' program in Turunrejo Village, Kendal District, has demonstrated an increase in children's reading interest and literacy skills. Observations and interviews with children and parents reveal that many children who initially rarely read are now more active using the reading corner, with some showing significant improvement in their reading and comprehension abilities. Despite these clear advances, challenges such as budget constraints, a lack of diverse book collections, and insufficient local government support persist. The considerable distance from the city center also affects the regular procurement of new books. Several studies highlight that similar challenges are faced by literacy programs in remote areas. Additional support, training for managers, and enhanced resources are necessary to maximize the benefits of the 'Reading Corner' program for children.

Determination of total flavonoid levels is calculated based on the linear regression equation based on the calibration curve of the quercetin standard solution from the reading results of the UV-Vis spectrophotometry tool. The absorbance value (ppm) is entered into the linear regression formula as the y value, while the x value is the concentration of flavonoids in the working sample solution. The results are stated in triplicate and the flavonoid content is stated with the equivalence of flavonoid standards using quercetin standard standards, qualitative and quantitative research methods to determine metabolite compounds and determination of levels using UV-vis spectrophotometry. Qualitative testing is carried out by taking a thick extract and adding reagents according to the identified compounds. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it shows that alkaloid, flavonoid, steroid, triterpenoid, tannin, and saponin compounds show positive results while quinone compounds show negative results. Quantitative testing From the results of this study, the total flavonoid content of the ethanol extract of itching leaves (Laportea stimulans) was 175.961%. Based on the results of qualitative tests, it shows that the ethanol extract of itchy leaves (Laportea stimulants) positively contains several compounds including alkaloids, flavonoids, steroids, terpenoids, tannins, and saponins which are indicated by changes in color. Based on the results of quantitative tests, it shows that the determination of the content of 95% ethanol extract of itchy leaves (Laportea stimulants) spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 430 nm has an average total flavonoid content of 0.2999%.
