Therefore, this study tries to investigate the correlation between anxiety and stress levels and the incidence of insomnia among college students completing the thesis at the Health Sciences Faculty of Universitas Abulyatama. This study employs an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach involving 134 college students as the sample chosen using a total sampling technique. The data was analyzed using univariate and bivariate data with the Chi-Square test. The result reveals that from 134 respondents, the majority experienced sleep disorder indicated by 51 students (38, 1%). On the anxiety variable, the majority experienced severe anxiety 36 students (26, 9%), and the variable of stress level indicated that the majority experienced moderate stress 63 students (47%). Based on the Chi-Square test, there is a correlation between the anxiety variable (p=0,008) and stress level variable (p=0,005) towards the incidence of insomnia in final-year students. This study concludes that the incidence of insomnia in final-year students is influenced by anxiety and stress. This study recommends campuses provide information consultation on insomnia, such as health socialization through social media on how to deal with anxiety and stress management.

Time management is planning, organizing and monitoring time productivity. Time is a performance resource that must be managed effectively and efficiently. In the world of education, time is likened to a sword that must be mastered, as well as in the field of tahfidz al-Qur'an, one of which is implemented in Dayah in Aceh, management is really needed to achieve the memorization target. Regarding this, standard data has not been found regarding time management at Dayah, therefore this research seeks to answer the concept of time management, its application, settings and implications for student memorization. This research is a field study using a qualitative approach, carried out at Islamic boarding schools in Aceh. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The research results show that the time management concept for tahfidz is prepared/scheduled after evening and evening prayers and memorized deposits after dawn prayers. This time is short, if you look at Dayah's priority which is devoted to memorization. The application of time management is not optimal, students often procrastinate memorizing, they do not recognize the activities (memorization) and the application of time is still not clear. Apart from that, students are less focused on results, and their responses or attitudes are less firm at times. The implications of time management for memorizing the Al-Qur'an in Dayah, in general, can be seen from the increase and changes in students memorizing the Al-Qur'an.

Classroom management efforts lead to the preparation of learning materials, learning facilities and infrastructure, learning space arrangements, controlling student behavior, and improving student achievement and grades. The implementation of classroom management will create an effective, varied, and fun learning atmosphere. The purpose of the research conducted intends to find out (1) To what extent is the implementation of classroom management. (2) Whether the learning process is effective. (3) What are the inhibiting and supporting factors in implementing classroom management. (4) And what efforts are made by teachers and schools in improving the effectiveness of classroom management. The results showed that classroom management has not been carried out optimally, the teacher's teaching method is still monotonous so that it makes students less interested in listening to the material. Then there is still a lack of student discipline. Although the implementation of classroom management is still not optimal, teachers remain enthusiastic and continue to strive to do and implement classroom management optimally, so that what is the goal of the school will be achieved properly. The efforts that teachers will make in implementing classroom management in order to increase the effectiveness of learning are by preparing administrative tasks properly, using varied learning methods and media. The Indonesian Navy Academy (AAL) is an Indonesian Navy educational institution that produces young Indonesian Navy officers who are tough and ready to be placed in KRI and in Marine Battalions throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. Level III Marine Corps Cadets carry out Dikko training for 3 months in the Banyuwangi area. In the training there is material on guerrilla warfare which is carried out in the guerrilla versus guerrilla stage by utilizing the surrounding area with residents as partisans for cadets who carry out guerrilla training, in this training the provision of material is given in theory and practice which is carried out around the population so that students can mingle with the surrounding population and can complete the tasks given by the trainer in accordance with the objectives of the training. There are two factors that can influence the guerrilla versus guerrilla material, namely internal and external factors, this factor greatly affects the results of the training carried out by cadets because there are geographical influences and weather influences, the trainer will look for a new location so that the training can be carried out in accordance with the objectives of the training. In the implementation of the training, the expected results are that all students can understand the material given by the trainer and can be applied in guerrilla versus guerrilla training. The results of the study using management theory (POAC) have been implemented in guerrilla warfare training at DIKKO but need to be optimized especially in planning, organizing and actuating. Optimization is carried out by providing material in class not only theory but with applicable and technical methods, in Dikko training, additional supporting personnel and training equipment are needed (for example, civilian clothing), the implementation of training at AAL is adjusted to TOP standards so that all stages of training can be carried out and can improve the knowledge of Marine Corps Cadets
