Bangladesh merupakan negara tujuan utama untuk menjadi tempat pengungsian dari etnis Rohingya. Kehidupan di kamp-kamp pengungsian di Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, sangat mengkhawatirkan akibat tingginya angka kekerasan berbasis gender yang terjadi. United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) sebagai salah satu badan dari Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB) yang bertanggungjawab terhadap seluruh pengungsi di dunia hadir untuk memberikan solusi melalui kerjasama dengan pemerintah Bangladesh dan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) dalam mengatasi isu kekerasan berbasis gender. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana UNHCR menjalankan fungsi dan tanggung jawabnya di Bangladesh. Teori yang digunakan sebagai landasan adalah liberalisme internasional dan feminisme radikal. Hasil penelitian memberi gambaran, bahwa perlindungan bagi para pengungsi belum dapat dikatakan aman jika dilihat dari beberapa konflik yang telah terjadi hingga merenggut nyawa etnis Rohingya.

The Breeze BSD City menjadi sebuah mal dengan konsep ruang tanpa dinding, baik di bangunan gedung dan fasilitas penunjang yang saling terintegrasi antar gedung dengan danau dan taman sekitar. Rancangan ini apabila tidak dilengkapi dengan wayfinding yang tepat, akan menimbulkan banyak kemungkinan bagi pengunjung dalam menginterpretasikan jalan menuju tempat yang diinginkan dan akan memberikan kesan rumit bagi pengunjung yang baru pertama kali datang. Oleh karenanya perlu adanya sistem wayfinding yang baik agar pengunjung tidak kesulitan dalam mengenal tempat dan menemukan lokasi yang ingin dituju. Penelitian ini bertujuan memaparkan dan mengevaluasi sistem wayfinding pada bangunan mall The Breeze BSD City, menggunakan teori yang dikemukakan oleh Lynch dan Passini, yaitu elemen arsitektur wayfinding, signage, dan sensori informasi lainnya sebagai bagian dari sistem wayfinding.

Penilaian kinerja karyawan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard (BSC) sangat efektif dalam mengukur penilaian kinerja karyawan dari berbagai perspektif, seperti finansial, pelanggan, proses internal dan pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard (BSC) pada perusahaan PT. ForIT Asta Solusindo. Pada penelitian ini penulis merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard (BSC) dengan empat perspektif utama, yaitu finansial yang diterapkan pada divisi akuntan, pelanggan yang diterapkan pada divisi pemasaran; proses internal dan pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran pada berbagai divisi. Untuk masing-masing perspektif memiliki nilai bobot yang berbeda namun dengan jumlah keseluruhan bobot yang sama dengan nilai persentase yang mencapai 100%. Aplikasi ini berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Agile dengan model Scrum untuk memastikan adaptabilitas dan kualitas produk. Aplikasi ini juga dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dan menggunakan basis data MySQL sebagai tempat penyimpanan data. Hasil dari keseluruhan pengujian unit yang dilakukan dengan pengujian whitebox pada kode internal menggunakan PHPUnit. Hasil dari pengujian blackbox sesuai dengan kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional aplikasi. Hasil dari skor Likert pada pengujian User acceptance test (UAT) menunjukkan dari faktor kepuasan pengguna mencapai 78% dan faktor kemudahan pengguna mencapai 96%. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, including document analysis, in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders, and field observations. The research results show that the closure of the landfill in Piyungan involves several crucial stages, including planning, technical implementation, and post-closure management. The effects of these landfill closures include causing significant changes in the local economy.

Economic growth and increasing population density in adulthood require awareness regarding environmental concern. Caring for the environment is an important thing that must be done to prevent natural damage and maintain ecosystem balance. Nganjuk Regency, with a population density of around 1,103,902 people in 2020, of course produces quite a lot of household waste. There is a need to increase awareness and change attitudes regarding waste sorting and processing to create a clean and healthy environment, which is the aim of holding waste bin procurement activities. Seeing that Setren Village SDGs number 12, namely Environmentally Conscious Village Consumption and Production, still has not met the target score that must be achieved, knowledge regarding waste sorting needs to be emphasized more. The method used was direct observation in the Setren Village environment, then a Focus Group Discussion was held regarding handling waste problems to create a healthy environment. The results of the community service carried out are the provision of waste sorting bins and socialization of waste sorting. Apart from that, there has been an increase in knowledge regarding types of waste for the people of Setren Village.

Desa Wisata Mungguk mempunyai destinasi wisata alam, sejarah dan budaya lokal yang unik. Pariwisata yang disajikan berupa air terjun Setegung, riam Air Merah, Makam Raja Abdul Kahar, Meriam Tanda Perdamaian dan acara budaya berupa Robo - robo sebagai bentuk rasa syukur dan doa yang diadakan setiap setahun sekali. Berdasarkan hasil observasi lapangan, ditemukan fakta bahwa media yang digunakan untuk mempromosikan Desa Wisata Mungguk ini masih terbatas pada media cetak, baik berupa leaflet atau spanduk di lokasi wisata. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu sebuah media promosi berbentuk audio video, yang dapat mempromosikan tentang Desa Wisata Mungguk dan mampu mempersuasif masyarakat untuk berkunjung ke tempat wisata. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam merancang video promosi menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, sehingga mampu mendapatkan data dan informasi secara akurat melalui wawancara dan observasi secara langsung.  Strategi kreatif dalam merancang video promosi menggunakan linear strategy, dengan harapan menghasilkan video promosi yang mampu menyampaikan informasi yang persuasif dan menarik minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke berbagai wisata yang ditawarkan oleh Desa Wisata Mungguk.

The problem of plastic waste in Indonesia is increasingly urgent as plastic consumption increases and sustainable management is lacking. This research aims to explore the potential of utilising plastic bottle waste as a creative and environmentally friendly product in the form of "ReBloom" pencil case. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach, which collects data from respondents aged 18-25 years old in Surabaya to measure perceptions and interest in recycled products. The study results show that the majority of respondents are interested in environmentally friendly products at an affordable price. The business feasibility analysis revealed that ReBloom has a positive economic outlook with a break-even point that can be achieved within a certain production quantity. Besides contributing to the reduction of plastic waste, the product also raises public awareness of the importance of recycling and circular economy. Digital marketing strategies and collaboration with communities are proposed to increase market acceptance. This research confirms that sustainability-based innovation can be a promising business opportunity while contributing to environmental preservation.

The focus of this study is to understand the Book of Canon Law as the internal legal basis of the Catholic Church which regulates ecclesiastical governance and discipline. In the context of its place, the Book of Canon Law has a central role as an instrument that regulates various aspects of ecclesiastical life, from hierarchical organization to liturgy. Its role extends beyond administrative boundaries, making it an important guide in carrying out pastoral duties and maintaining ecclesiastical discipline. The role of the Book of Canon Law is not only limited to internal ecclesiastical aspects, but also influences the church's relationship with wider society. This book reflects the role of the church in regulating the spiritual and moral life of Catholics and maintaining doctrinal integrity. The function of the Code of Canon Law is also to facilitate conflict resolution and uphold justice among church members. The author uses descriptive analysis methods and the Book of Canon Law as a scalpel to explain the contents of the article that will be discussed. In the midst of dynamic social and cultural change, the Code of Canon Law becomes relevant in interpreting and applying moral and ethical principles, which are appropriate in the contemporary context. The harmony between these principles and the challenges of modern times is an integral part of the role and function of the Code of Canon Law in maintaining the identity and mission of the Catholic Church.

Jegeg membutuhkan aplikasi yang memiliki fitur edukasi baik dalam bentuk artikel maupun video, fitur pengenalan tanaman, tempat wisata, tempat konservasi, serta informasi terkait kegiatan peduli lingkungan. Sehingga diperlukan suatu inovasi teknologi sebagai pemantik untuk meningkatkan kepekaan dan kesadaran masyarakat dengan keadaan lingkungan alam sekitarnya. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah aplikasi Forestrytech yang menggunakan metode design thinking dan pengujian SEQ dan SUS dalam perancangan antarmuka. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan pemantauan hutan secara real-time yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat. ForestryTech, sebuah aplikasi pemantauan dan edukasi konservasi hutan berbasis PWA menggunakan algoritma CNN. Selain itu, juga dibuat prototipe alat monitoring hutan berbasis IoT menggunakan ESP32 yang dapat dipantau dan diakses melalui aplikasi. Sistem ini dapat membaca nilai suhu, kelembapan, tekanan udara, api, asap, dan kecepatan angin dengan akurasi yang baik.

The aim of this research is to discuss the implementation of land acquisition for the public interest in terms of the construction of a public cemetery in Sipatana District and the mechanism for providing compensation. This research uses empirical legal methods, by presenting data based on field facts which are then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The research results show that there are problems in acquiring land as the location for the TPU in question. This is marked by the sale and purchase of land to the government by other parties, who are still the family of the land owner, Mr Yamin Tolinggi. What this means is that the seller of the land is not the actual owner but just a nephew who happens to live at that location. Apart from that, the actual owner demands payment from the land, which is then confirmed by evidence and ownership rights based on court decisions. Disposal of land is a last resort and must obtain approval from the party entitled to the land, however, the land release was in error, where the government incorrectly provided compensation or payment to parties who were not actually the owners of the land. The mechanism for providing compensation for land acquisition by the government for the construction of TPU in Sipatana District is carried out by the Gorontalo Province and Gorontalo City governments on land covering an area of ​​27,766 m2 or around 2.7 hectares. However, land acquisition payments made by both the provincial and Gorontalo city governments were given to those who were not actually entitled to them. The total compensation for land acquisition was IDR 3.5 billion, but the entire amount was given to other parties. Therefore, the real owner then sued over his approximately 7,186 meter land and won in court, and in the end the Gorontalo provincial government awarded compensation of Rp. 750 million (seven hundred and fifty million rupiah) to land owners, through the 2023 APBD budget.

The aim of this research is to determine students' awareness of the importance of disposing of rubbish in the right place, which is an important part of maintaining a clean campus environment. However, this lack of awareness often becomes a detrimental problem, reflecting a lack of understanding of the negative impacts of this behavior. Several factors that may influence this lack of awareness include a lack of environmental education, ignorance of environmental impacts, and a lack of enforcement of regulations related to waste management. The importance of improving student awareness in this regard cannot be overstated, considering their important role in maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability of the campus environment. Therefore, coordinated efforts are needed between educational institutions, local governments and the community to increase students' awareness of the importance of disposing of waste in the right place through education, social campaigns and consistent enforcement of rules. In this way, it is hoped that a clean, healthy and sustainable campus environment can be created for the entire academic community.

Tujuan penelitian dan pemberdayaan masyarakat  dengan metode kaji tindak tentang   pelayanan pemadam kebakaran dan kedaruratan  di Sektor Kaliwungu dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan penelitian  dan kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat  mencegah kebakaran  melalui  kegiatan sosialisasi tentang pentingnya mencegah kebakaran  di  perumahan, tempat usaha dan kantor secara aman dari  kebakaran,  pengenalan hotline telepon 112, pengenalan alat pemadam kebakaran dan  menanggulangi  kedaruratan.  Warga Desa Kaliwungu berencana menyusun rencana tindak lanjut  untuk secara partisipatif membentuk kelompok relawan pemadam kebakaran di desa.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of warm compress therapy at the injection site on pain in infants during measles immunization in Pedekok Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022. The method in this study is a Quasi Experimental research type with a research design using the Post test only control group design approach. This research was conducted in Pedekok Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022, the population in this study was 40 toddlers. then the sample is part of all the objects studied and is considered to represent the entire population. The number of samples used is 40 people using the Non-probability sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire sheet and a respondent observation sheet. the results of data analysis with the Mann Whitney Test obtained a Symp.sig value of 0.000 <0.05 meaning Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between warm compress therapy at the injection site during measles immunization on pain responses in infants in Pedekok Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022. 

The Lauran Sacred Heart Quasi-Parish has held its first pastoral deliberation. This activity aims to provide an understanding of the direction of the pastoral vision of the Diocese of Amboina, reflect on the faith of the participants, and produce plans and recommendations for forming a definitive parish. This research is descriptive qualitative research carried out using the literature study method. The aim of the research is to provide an overview of church independence in relation to the pastoral vision of the Diocese of Amboina. The research results show that there is a relationship between the idea of ​​establishing a definitive parish and the pastoral vision of the Amboina Diocese. It is hoped that this research will provide positive implications in preparing the design and recommendations for the Lauran Sacred Heart quasi-parish to become a definitive parish.

Population growth that occurred in Tasikmalaya City in 2021 reached 731,606 people. Population density brings a number of problems, namely the problem of waste at the Pancasila TPS. Where the Pancasila TPS becomes a rubbish dump for the people around Pancasila who experience environmental pollution which has an impact on the people who live around the Pancasila TPS. The aim of this research is to determine the adaptation of the community around the TPS. The data collection techniques used in this research took the form of direct observation and interviews with the community around the TPS. The research results revealed that the form of adaptation carried out by the community around the Pancasila TPS was passive. The community can only surrender to environmental pollution around settlements, because the people around the Pancasila TPS are indifferent. Apart from that, the people around the TPS use well water to meet their daily needs. People do not take any action to reduce the pungent odor produced by air pollution because they are used to the smell. Therefore, they do not make changes to their residential buildings to reduce the penetration of odors into the house.

Lewirato District aims to improve cleanliness and health by fostering a caring attitude among its residents. The strategy includes educational programs, community clean-up drives, and sustainable practices. Regular monitoring and evaluation ensures program effectiveness and provides benefits to the community. The KKN program was implemented in Mpunda District, Bima City, West Nusa Tenggara, from August 2023 to September 2023, aiming to improve the quality of life of residents in Lewirato Village. This initiative includes planning, implementation, and evaluation stages, with a focus on waste management, environmental cleanup, and community involvement. Program achievements are assessed throughout the process. This community service activity for STIE Bima in Lewirato Village produces output in the form of a unified organic and inorganic waste bin, a clean landfill environment, a clean and comfortable field, water and the environment. the surrounding environment is not polluted and clean, and a clean environment is pleasing to the eye. With this activity, it is hoped that the people of Lewirato can develop a more caring attitude and develop themselves in an effort to maintain a clean and healthy environment. community environment. Increasing the clean and healthy quality of life for the people of Lewirato will have an influence on other sub-district communities.

Bertambahnya volume arsip di organisasi berdampak pada penambahan tempat untuk penyimpanan arsip akan tetapi hampir sebagian besar organisasi mengalami hambatan untuk penyimpanan arsip dikarenakan keterbatasan ruang penyimpanan arsip. Maka, perlu adanya penanganan khusus agar arsip yang tercipta dapat tersimpan dengan baik. Alih media arsip menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi dan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi dan informasi menggunaka google drive sebagai media penyimpanan arsip. Oleh karena itu, Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat berinisiatif untuk melakukan pendampingan tata kelola penyimpanan arsip melalui google drive. Mitra pengabdian masyarakat yakni Pengurus IPPNU Ranting Tirto Kabupaten Pekalongan. Hasil kegiatan ini mendapatkan antusias yang baik dari peserta karena dapat menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan google drive untuk kegiatan kesekretariatan di organisasi, menjaga berkas dari kehilangan dan pelestarian arsip. Metode yang digunakan di kegiatan ini yakni pendekatan kualitatif dan partisipatif.
