Entrepreneurship training is an important strategy in the economic empowerment of village communities, especially for the youth of Karang Taruna and PKK members who have a strategic role in local development. In Kaladawa Village, local potentials such as agricultural products, processed food, and handicrafts actually have a fairly high economic value. However, this potential has not been utilized optimally due to low knowledge, skills, and access to information and technology that supports entrepreneurship. Lack of understanding of business planning, digital marketing, and financial management is often the main obstacle that hinders village communities from starting and developing businesses independently. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity and economic independence of the residents of Kaladawa Village through practice-based entrepreneurship training. The training is comprehensively arranged, combining interactive lecture methods, group discussions, case studies, and simple business simulations so that participants are able to understand in theory and practice. The training material includes basic concepts of entrepreneurship, identification and analysis of local potential-based business opportunities, preparation of business plans, digital marketing strategies using social media, and financial management of micro businesses. Not only technical skills, this training also equips participants with soft skills such as business communication skills, teamwork, and creative and innovative thinking. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the basic principles of entrepreneurship and readiness to start a business independently. The pre-test and post-test evaluations showed a spike in comprehension scores, while the business plan products developed by participants showed creativity and the use of local potential that had not been previously worked on. Some participants have even formed community-based small business groups. This training also succeeded in forming an adaptive and innovative entrepreneurial mindset and building a social network that supports business collaboration.

This study aims to examine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in Physical Education learning for volleyball at SMK Candra Naya Jakarta. The research method used was an experiment with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sample consisted of 39 eleventh-grade students selected using Cluster Random Sampling technique. The research instrument was a test of overhead and underhand passing skills in volleyball. The results showed that the average pretest score of 14.05 increased to 17.77 in the posttest, with hypothesis testing (Paired Samples Test) yielding tcount > ttable (9.833) and a significance of 0.000 (p < 0.05). This proves that the PBL model significantly improves students' volleyball passing skills. Additionally, PBL encourages active participation, teamwork, and critical thinking skills. Therefore, the PBL model can be an innovative alternative in Physical Education learning, particularly for volleyball.

Non-Civil Servant Government Employees (PPNPN) are a vital component in the operational activities of an organization. However, their performance management faces challenges in efficiency and standardization. This scientific paper examines the potential implementation of Google Sites as a platform for PPNPN performance management. The analysis focuses on the existing regulatory framework. The proposed model leverages the integration of Google Sites with Google Forms, Google Sheets, and other supporting applications provided by Google to digitize the performance management cycle, from planning, monitoring, and evaluation (based on indicators such as integrity, discipline, teamwork, communication, and service), to documentation and feedback. The main advantages of this platform include administrative efficiency, increased data transparency and accessibility, centralized data management, potential for consisten process, collaboration, and cost-effectiveness. Nevertheless, its implementation faces significant challenges related to the digital literacy gap among PPNPN with diverse roles, data security and privacy issues in the public sector, the need for robust change management, feature limitations compared to specialized HRIS systems, particularly in the Ministry of Finance where the research object's office is located, and the necessity for adequate supporting infrastructure. This research concludes that Google Sites offers a technically viable solution, but its success highly depends on the organizational and human resource readiness of both the HR managers and the PPNPN themselves.

This study aims to systematically examine the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on nurses' performance in hospitals. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that transformational leadership has a significant impact on improving nurses’ performance, particularly through enhanced work motivation, job satisfaction, loyalty, and team effectiveness. Transformational leaders inspire nurses by providing a vision, encouraging innovation, and fostering a supportive environment that aligns with their values and goals. As a result, nurses exhibit increased commitment to their work, higher engagement levels, and a proactive attitude toward their tasks, leading to better overall performance. Organizational culture also plays a crucial role, especially values such as collaboration, human orientation, and integrity, which have been shown to support a positive work environment and nurse productivity. A culture that prioritizes teamwork, shared responsibility, and mutual respect enables nurses to work more cohesively and efficiently. Hospitals with a supportive and inclusive culture experience reduced turnover rates and higher job satisfaction, as nurses feel valued and respected within the organization. Additionally, when the culture encourages continuous learning and professional development, nurses are more likely to stay updated on best practices and provide high-quality care to patients. However, differences in findings across studies suggest the need for contextual understanding and consistent internalization of cultural values. Factors such as geographical location, hospital size, and leadership styles may influence the degree of impact that transformational leadership and organizational culture have on nurse performance. Therefore, it is essential to adapt leadership strategies and cultural initiatives to the unique needs and challenges of each healthcare setting.

The school's fifth-grade kids receive jumputan batik instruction with the goal of enhancing both their creative abilities and extracurricular accomplishments. One batik-making technique that makes use of the tie-dye procedure is jumputan batik. Jumputan batik is made by tying thread in specific areas of the material and then dipping it in dye to create a unique design. In order to ensure that activities may be carried out efficiently and have the greatest possible influence on students' development, the process of carrying out this community service is structured from planning to evaluation. As a result, kids are able to freely and creatively express themselves through art-related activities. Students can make their own designs and patterns when making jumputan batik, which promotes original and creative thinking. Education plays a crucial role in shaping students' character based on Pancasila values. However, in the era of globalization, these values are increasingly eroded by external cultural influences. To address this, Islamic-based schools integrate Pancasila values into school culture through various religious activities. This study aims to analyze how the Islamic-based school culture at SMA Islam Al Ulum Terpadu Medan contributes to strengthening Pancasila values. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews with teachers and student organization leaders (Rohis), and questionnaires distributed to 40 students from grades X, XI, and XII. The findings indicate that various programs, such as Tadarus before lessons, Hafalan Tahfiz, Tarbiyah Ramadhan, and Pesantren Kilat, help instill discipline, teamwork, and social awareness among students. Approximately 75% of students reported that these activities enhanced their understanding and practice of Pancasila values in daily life. However, the study also identified several challenges, including a lack of variation in teaching methods and the need for innovation to make activities more engaging for students. Therefore, developing more interactive and innovative methods is necessary to improve the effectiveness of these programs in shaping students' character based on Pancasila.
