This research aims to find out what factors cause more women to sell at the Aurduri market, how women contribute to helping their family's economy, and to find out the obstacles faced by women traders at the Aurduri market. This research uses qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through observation interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that there are three factors that cause women to sell more at the Aurduri market, namely: first, the family economic factor, where the husband's income is insufficient for daily living needs. The second factor is education and age, where female traders who have low education and are quite old and do not have the qualifications to work in other places, because they are old, but they are still fit and productive to work, decide to become traders at the Aurduri market. The three self-actualization factors from the research show that the informants admitted that they enjoyed selling at the market because apart from being able to meet friends, filling in their free time also increased their income. The contribution of female traders to the family is classified as medium to high, which can be seen from the results of their sales which are used for daily needs, to increase family income, and also for savings. There are two obstacles faced by women traders, namely the weather conditions when it falls, secondly, the large number of home-scale vegetable sellers competes with the prices and completeness of goods which are available in almost every neighborhood and housing complex, especially on the road to the Aurduri market.

The Public Housing Savings Program or what is known as Tapera has become a national polemic which is starting to become unsettling among the Indonesian people. The People's Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera), which until now seems to only collect public funds through savings with a savings scheme that is still unclear. By looking at this problem, the author found that the Additional Service Benefits program that previously existed and could run exactly the same as the Tapera program with income tax cuts for each taxpayer, this shows that it would be more effective if there was just one program so that there would be no inequality. According to the Minister of Manpower's Regulation regarding the procedures for granting, requirements and types of additional service benefits, it is stated that the type of additional service benefit can be in the form of a housing mortgage, which to date not all people use.

The Indonesian government is enthusiastic about continuing the biodiesel program as one of the new and renewable energy mandatory programs which has proven to be able to provide many benefits ranging from achieving environmentally friendly energy, saving state foreign exchange, increasing energy security, to providing jobs; in line with the 7th principle of sustainable development goals (SDGs). In fact, the Indonesian government has increased the B30 Biodiesel program in 2020 to B35 in 2023. It is supported by the Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (BPDPKS), which has the authority to collect CPO export levy funds and redistribute them to biodiesel producers, so that they can produce biodiesel economically. With this mechanism, the Biodiesel program can be implemented even though the price of biodiesel is more expensive than fossil fuels, but does not burden the State Budget (APBN). However, this program is difficult to increase, because the availability of incentive funds is limited by the amount of CPO exported and the amount of the levy. The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) must find a way for the biodiesel energy program to achieve the 23% energy mix target in 2045, and not rely on export fund levies anymore.

The bank is an official state institution in the financial sector that has the task of withdrawing and disbursing public money. Banks are one type of trusted institution among the surrounding community. Banks that have a non-trivial task make the bank also registered in the law for its security. There are many banks in Indonesia, one of which is BSI. BSI is the only bank that applies sharia principles based on the Koran and hadith. The existence of these principles makes Islamic banks not carelessly choose transactions or cooperation with other parties or customers. Uniquely, Islamic banks also use a profit sharing system as their ratio. Whereas conventional banks use the deposit interest system as their ratio. That is why researchers are interested in conducting research on the difference between the principles of Islamic banks and conventional banks in fundraising products (funding). There are three types of fundraising products in both Islamic and conventional banks, namely checking accounts, savings accounts and time deposit accounts.
