The use of digital media in education is increasingly important to support a more interactive and interesting learning process, including in literature learning. This article discusses a community service program that aims to empower teachers in schools to utilize digital media as a means for more effective and enjoyable literature learning. Through training and workshops, teachers are given an understanding and skills in using various digital platforms, such as videos, learning applications, and e-books, to increase students' interest in reading and appreciation of literature. The results of this activity show an increase in teachers' skills in integrating digital media in literature learning as well as an increase in students' enthusiasm in learning literature. Thus, teacher empowerment through the use of digital media is expected to optimize the literature learning process in schools, as well as answer the challenges of education in the digital era.
Bangli Regency created an e-government based public complaints program called Bangli Era Baru 24 Hour Fast Service. Implementation of this program builds synergy among all public service delivery organizations, one of which is Perumda Air Minum Tirta Danu Arta. However, in implementing this synergy there are still various problems. This research aims to determine the extent of the synergy in handling complaints about clean water services in Bangli Regency from an electronic government perspective and analyze the influencing factors. This research applies descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results show that the synergy between Diskominfosan and Perumda Air Minum Tirta Danu Arta in handling clean water service complaints has gone well. The support and value elements have been fulfilled because there is clear regulatory support, stakeholder commitment, and benefits felt by the community and stakeholders. However, there are elements of capacity that have not been met because there are challenges such as limited human resources and a minimal budget for managing complaint channels. The recommendations include increasing human resource capacity, better budget allocation, and optimizing outreach to increase community participation.
Kabupaten Bangli menciptakan sebuah program pengaduan masyarakat berbasis e-government yang bernama Layanan Cepat 24 Jam Bangli Era Baru. Implementasi program tersebut membangun sinergi seluruh organisasi penyelenggara layanan publik, salah satunya adalah Perumda Air Minum Tirta Danu Arta. Namun dalam pelaksanaan sinergi ini masih memiliki berbagai permasalahan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana sinergi penanganan pengaduan pelayanan air bersih di Kabupaten Bangli dari sudut pandang electronic government dan menganalisis faktor–faktor apa yang mempengaruhi. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara Diskominfosan dan Perumda Air Minum Tirta Danu Arta dalam menangani pengaduan pelayanan air bersih telah berjalan baik. Elemen dukungan (support) dan manfaat (value) sudah terpenuhi karena terdapat dukungan regulasi yang jelas, komitmen pemangku kepentingan, dan manfaat yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat maupun para pemangku kepentingan. Namun, terdapat elemen kemampuan (capacity) belum terpenuhi karena terdapat tantangan seperti terbatasnya sumber daya manusia dan minimnya anggaran untuk pengelolaan kanal pengaduan. Pemberian rekomendasi mencakup peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, alokasi anggaran yang lebih baik, dan optimalisasi sosialisasi untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat.
Representative speech acts are an important aspect in pragmatics that helps understand the application of speech acts, especially in the context of learning videos on digital platforms such as YouTube. This study aims to provide readers, especially students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education study program, with an understanding of the meaning, various types, and application of representative speech acts contained in the "Pengantar Sastra Indonesia" video on the "Restu Bias Primandhika" YouTube channel. This research sees video not only as a medium of information, but also as a tool that influences the interaction between speakers and listeners. This research uses a pragmatic approach by using a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique in this research uses the method of free listening and recording technique, which allows researchers to observe and record speech acts in their original context. The research found 113 representative speeches divided into eight main categories: stating, showing, mentioning, informing, suggesting, explaining, giving examples, and speculating. Of the 113 utterances, there are 16 utterances of stating, 6 utterances of mentioning, 14 utterances of showing, 23 utterances of informing or telling, 17 utterances of suggesting, 18 utterances of explaining, 13 utterances of giving examples, and 6 utterances of speculating. These findings show the various ways speakers use language effectively and persuasively. This study is expected to provide insight for readers regarding representative speech acts and become a reference for further studies in diverse communication contexts.
This study aims to analyze the religious values in the poem Wirid Orang Tertindas by Emha Ainun Nadjib. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative through a religious approach, the data collection technique in this study is using the reading and note-taking technique. In accordance with the results of the study, religious values are found in the poem Wirid Orang Tertindas by Emha Ainun Nadjib, including the values of faith and piety. Based on the results of the analysis, literary works that contain religious values can be used as learning in society.
This study aims to analyze the use of imagery and images in the poems of Sapardi Djoko Damono through a structural approach. Using qualitative methods and Ferdinand de Saussure's structuralism theory, the research focuses on the linguistic structures that form visual, auditory, and kinesthetic imagery in Sapardi's works. The imagery in his poems functions as a medium to present images, sounds, and movements that evoke emotional and intellectual responses from readers. In this analysis, every word and phrase is examined as a sign consisting of the signifier and the signified, which together form rich poetic imagery. The findings indicate that Sapardi meticulously utilizes linguistic structures to create imagery that not only depicts the beauty of nature and everyday life but also conveys nuances of emotions such as solitude, longing, and love. This structural approach enables a deeper understanding of how imagery in Sapardi's poems communicates emotional and symbolic meanings, creating an intuitive and profound reading experience for the audience. This research is expected to contribute to the study of Indonesian poetry and enrich literary analysis perspectives through the structuralism approach.
Language is a communication system used by a group of people to convey thoughts, feelings, and information. Language can be in the form of speech, writing, or sign, and has a structure consisting of vocabulary, grammar, and phonology. Each language has unique characteristics that reflect the culture and history of the user community. The means of communication used by humans to interact, which consists of a system of symbols and sounds that are arbitrary and meaningful. The purpose of this research is to analyze the confixation process in the Madura language contained in the short story "Tèra' È Konco'na Alas" by Miftahur, a student of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Jember. Language as an important means of communication for social interaction, has various aspects that need to be researched, including morphology. In this context, the suffix affixation becomes the main focus, where this process involves the addition of suffixes at the beginning and end of the base word, which is a combination of prefixes and suffixes. The use of suffixes in the Madura language is an important aspect that reflects the richness of language morphology. Research results show that suffixes in the Madura language have significant variations, such as suffixes that function to form verbs, nouns, and adjectives. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which emphasizes more on the presentation of meaning, description, and explanation of data in relevant contexts. In the use of suffix in making short stories in Madura language.
Hikayat as a classic work is often not widely understood by vocational school (Vocational High School) students who are related to various aspects such as language, culture and the historical context contained in the saga. Therefore, the researcher wants to solve the problem by researching directly into a class which also carries out teaching assistance activities in accordance with the requirements for completing semester 7. The subject of this research uses classroom action research. The subjects in this research were class X-I Computer Network Engineering (TKJ) students at Bina Jaya Vocational School. This research aims to find out how the use of saga as the level of knowledge of class (Computer Network Engineering), and how after carrying out the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model in analyzing the values contained in the saga text. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data obtained was carried out through three cycles used in the pre-test-post phase of this research. Cycle I includes planning and implementation (acting), observation (observing), and evaluating (evaluating) learning activities as well as reflection (reflecting).
This research is motivated by the rampant cases of bullying that occur in Indonesia. This study links bullying in the film Munkar with the sociological study of Ian Watt's literature. The purpose of this study is to describe bullying that correlates with Ian Watt's theory. The results of this study are the discovery of bullying experienced by Herlina and the existence of bullying cases at elementary, junior high, high school, Islamic boarding schools, and even in college to strengthen the concept of Ian Watt's theory that is described.

This article aims to analyze the representation of the journalist profession in the novel Bulan Terbelah di Langit Amerika by Hanum Salsabiela Rais and Rangga Almahendra. Through Alfred Schutzl's representation theory approach, this study explores how the journalist profession is depicted in facing ethical, social, and professional challenges. The main focus of this study is on the character of Hanum who struggles to find sources, compose articles with sensitive themes, and face moral dilemmas amidst the issue of Islamophobia after the 9/11 tragedy. This study uses a qualitative method with text analysis to reveal the journalism process that Hanum undergoes as a reflection of the dynamics of the profession in the real world. The findings show that the journalist profession is depicted as a job that requires integrity, courage, and the ability to bridge different perspectives in stressful situations. This article is expected to provide insight into how literary works can represent the journalist profession and inspire further discussion on the role of journalism in shaping public perception.

This research will analyze social changes in the main character in the novel Berkisar Merah by Ahmad Tohari. The novel Berkisar Merah is an object in this research, a novel with a background of a woman’s struggle in her life and Javanese culture in modern society which presents a new idea about cultural and social reconstruction which gives birth to new views, attitudes and ideas regarding humanitarian issues. The struggle of the female characters in the novel Bekisar Merah appears in an effort to fight all manifestations of gender injustice, in the form of subordination, stereotypes and violence. The struggle carried out by Lasi’s character takes the form of arguments for the spirit of equality through the vision of his novel, rejection of violence against women’s sexuality, as well as arguments for the truth about the meaning of women and men. Through the resistance of the female characters in the novel, it can be seen that the problem of male domination over women stems from gender issues, not sex. The aim of this research is to examine social changes in the main character in the novel Berkisar Merah by Ahmad Tohari. This type of research is qualitative research. The data in this research are words that come from novel quotations, and the data source in this research is the novel Berkisar Merah by Ahmad Tohari. The data collection technique used in this research is reading and taking notes. Data analysis technique by classifying data including social changes in the main character in the novel Berkisar Merah by Ahmad Tohari, marking the words and making conclusions.
This study aims to analyze the implementation of strengthening character education through extracurricular activities of reading and writing the Qur'an (BTQ) in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at school. Strengthening character education is the main focus in an effort to form students who have religious values, discipline, and the value of reading. BTQ activities are chosen as one of the effective methods to instill these values systematically and sustainably. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this study consisted of principals, BTQ extracurricular teachers, deputy curriculum, and students. The results showed that BTQ extracurricular activities are effective in strengthening student character. Through learning to read and write the Qur'an, students not only develop religious skills but also experience strong character building, such as religious values, discipline, and love of reading. This implementation is supported by the active role of PAI teachers and the support of the school environment, but also faces several obstacles, such as time constraints and lack of student motivation. This study suggests an increase in parental involvement in supporting BTQ activities at home as well as additional time and adequate facilities to support the smooth running of these activities. Thus, it is expected that strengthening character education through BTQ can run more optimally and have a greater positive impact on students' character development.
Literary work is an expression of the representation of the author's mind using language as a medium, where the human or author's feelings here are personal in the form of experiences, thoughts, feelings, ideas, enthusiasm and beliefs which are formed in a picture of life that can brings out the charm that uses language tools in written form. According to Teeuw (1988:23) in (Asria Fera Nurnazilia et al., 2022) literature comes from the root word "sas" (Sanskrit) which means to direct, teach, give guidance and instruction, while the suffix "tra" means tool, means. So, lexically, literature means a collection of tools for teaching, manuals or good teaching books, such as silpasastra (architectural manual), kamasastra (love manual). Literature is a form of representation of an author's thoughts. Literary works are an art that has a human element in it that involves feelings. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The main data of this research is a literary work in the form of poetry in the form of the lyrics of the song "Nia Anak Surga" by Erwin Chan with research data in the form of words, quotes and sentences whose meanings are analyzed using a mimetic approach. Data collection techniques use documentary techniques. The data analysis technique uses content analysis techniques. The aim of this research is to describe the meaning and mimetic evidence contained in the song "Nia Anak Surga" by Erwin Chan seen from mimetic studies.
The research aims to analyze the novel Rain by Tere Liye using an expressive literary criticism approach. This approach focuses on how the author’s personal experiences, feelings, and ideas contained in the work are reflected in the characters, plot, and language style used in the novel. This research uses qualitative methods with text analysis techniques and literature study to understand the meaning and messages contained in the novel. The result of the analysis show that the novel Rain contains the author’s emotional expression through dialogue, characters and narrative structure, which reflects the author’s inner struggles and life experiences. This research provides deeper insight into how literary works can be a medium for the writer’s personal expression that is able to influence readers emotionally.
Sal Priadi is a Male Songwriter and Singer. His song entitled Gala Sunflower is very popular among teenagers, especially today. This research was motivated by the desire to know the meaning of the words and terms in the song, which could become material for thought and reflection about life. The song Gala Sunflower tells of longing for someone who has died, and this research aims to understand the meaning of the words and terms contained in the song. Research on the song Gala Bunga Matahari to identify several things contained in the song, such as the various settings contained in the song, the meaning of words, the meaning of terms, and implement it as language and literature learning material. The research method used is a qualitative method from song sources using the note-taking technique. The steps used in understanding the song Gala Bunga Sunflower use hermeneutic techniques. Understanding the song Gala Bunga Sunflower can be linked to basic learning competencies, such as identifying the meaning of words and the meaning of terms. It is hoped that students can apply the meaning contained in Sal Priadi's song "Gala Bunga Matahari".
This article discusses the role and transformation of oral culture in Indonesia, which has existed since prehistoric times, as a means of conveying values, knowledge, and community identity. Along with the development of the times and technological advances, oral traditions face various challenges, especially due to the influence of foreign cultures and the dominance of digital media. However, oral culture still has high relevance and has the potential to be preserved through digital media, which opens up opportunities for traditional literary works to be adapted into more modern forms of writing. Through a qualitative approach and literature studies, this article explores the importance of oral tradition in people's lives and its contribution to the development of Indonesian literature, as well as how the internet era and digital technology changed the way it was preserved and spread.
This research examines the aspects of relevance, effectiveness, and impact of children's literature on the development of children in Indonesia. In the ever-evolving digital era, this study investigates how traditional children's literature continues to maintain its significance for contemporary generations. The methodology used includes a comprehensive analysis of existing literature, interviews with education experts, and observations of children's literature consumption patterns. The main findings indicate that classic children's literature maintains its relevance through the transmission of universal values and cultural heritage, as well as through adaptation into contemporary formats. This research aims to design syntax in literature learning using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model at UPT SMP Negeri 17 Medan. This research focuses on the effectiveness of applying PjBL syntax in improving students' literary understanding, critical thinking skills and creativity. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Research findings reveal that the application of the PjBL model in literature learning has a positive impact on student engagement and in-depth understanding of literary material. Project-based evaluations also help students develop collaboration and communication skills. Systematic implementation of PjBL syntax provides a clear and effective learning structure, thereby improving the overall quality of learning.
