Disputes over general election results (PHPU) at the Constitutional Court reflect the critical role of evidence in resolving electoral conflicts. However, in practice, there exists an imbalance in the evidentiary process between the disputing parties. This study aims to analyze such disparities using a normative juridical approach by examining laws and regulations, Constitutional Court decisions, and relevant legal literature. The findings indicate that evidentiary issues in PHPU are influenced not only by formal and material legal aspects but also by the political dynamics that accompany every electoral contest. Unequal access to evidence, disparities in evidentiary capacity among parties, and the Court’s limited ability to conduct active examinations exacerbate this imbalance. Additionally, political interests often influence perceptions of the independence of evidence and the objectivity of court decisions. Therefore, there is a pressing need to strengthen technical regulations on evidence, enhance the evidentiary capacity of disputing parties, and optimize the Constitutional Court’s role in maintaining balance in the evidentiary process. In conclusion, the imbalance of evidence in PHPU at the Constitutional Court stems not only from procedural weaknesses but also from the political interests surrounding the trial process. Reforming the evidentiary system is urgently needed to uphold the principles of electoral justice in Indonesia.

This study aims to design and implement a web-based outpatient registration information system at Regional General Hospital (RSUD) X to overcome issues arising from the manual registration system. The current manual registration system at RSUD X causes problems such as long queues, potential data entry errors, lost files, and difficulty in finding patient medical history. As a result, patient waiting times are longer, the administrative staff's workload increases, and the overall effectiveness of services decreases. The research method used is a qualitative one, which describes various processes in the system, from patient data input to the digital registration receipt output. The system design approach uses the waterfall method. Data collection was carried out through purposive sampling, while data gathering was done through interviews with registration officers, direct observation, and a documentation study in the medical records unit. The system is built with a combination of technologies, including PHP as a server-side programming language and MySQL as the database. The result is a web-based outpatient registration information system that can improve the efficiency and quality of hospital services. The advantages of this system include wide accessibility, time efficiency, and effective data management. This system is expected to reduce patient queues, improve the efficiency of the registration process, and simplify patient data management. However, the implementation of this system may face challenges such as limited resources and user skills. Solutions to overcome these challenges are effective resource allocation and user training. Overall, the web-based outpatient registration information system can be an effective solution to improve service quality at RSUD X.

This research aims to address the challenges in sales data management and limited market reach faced by the Inegena Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in North Bajawa District, Ngada Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The BUMDes produces and sells candlenut oil, a superior local product, but currently uses a manual sales and recording system (B2B and B2C), which leads to fluctuating demand, difficulties in sales data analysis, and decision-making that lacks valid data. To address these issues, a web-based e-commerce system was implemented. This system was designed using Agile methods, involving planning, implementation, software testing (black box testing), documentation, deployment, and maintenance. Furthermore, the Naïve Bayes algorithm was applied to visualize sales data and support better decision-making by classifying best-selling products, popular payment methods, and sales levels. The results of this research are expected to assist Inegena BUMDes in improving sales efficiency, expanding the market reach of candlenut oil products nationally. This system uses supporting software such as Xampp, PHP, and MySQL.

The manual attendance system using paper at work locations other than offices at PT Gresik Migas creates challenges in the effectiveness and efficiency of employee attendance records. This study implements a web-based attendance system that integrates geolocation and selfie features to improve the accuracy and efficiency of attendance recording. The system was developed using native PHP for backend, jQuery for frontend, MySQL as database, and Leaflet JS for geolocation implementation. Implementation results show the system was successfully implemented in 5 different locations with a 50-meter validation radius and used by 40 employees. This system enables real-time attendance monitoring through an admin dashboard and produces more efficient attendance records compared to the previous manual system.

The development of information systems today is very fast and rapid, one form of information system that is easy to develop is web-based. The use of information systems in the medical world is very much, but there are still some who have not utilised these information systems to help the work of a medical staff, especially in helping the development of mental health. The system used to help improve mental health at Dr Muhammad Zein Hospital is currently still conventional, namely face-to-face between medical personnel and patients, which makes adolescents who have problems with their mental health have various reasons not to visit a psychiatrist. This web-based adolescent mental health screening application is designed using the php programming language, MySQL database and a decision-making system using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. By implementing this Web-based Adolescent Mental Health Screening Application Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method, it is hoped that it can help adolescents to know their mental health independently and provide information and education about mental health disorders.

The rapid development of information technology and telecommunications has driven companies and MSMEs to adopt desktop, mobile, and web-based applications to enhance operational performance. PT HPS Painan Padang, previously relying on manual ticket bookings, faced challenges in efficiency and susceptibility to brokering practices. To address this, a web-based travel ticket booking application was developed, enabling customers to book tickets online more practically, quickly, and conveniently, anytime and anywhere. The integration of Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology in the form of a chatbot further enhances service efficiency and responsiveness. This feature provides real-time information on departure schedules, seat selection, and payment transactions while also supporting sentiment analysis and swift responses to customer feedback, ultimately improving service quality. The application, built using PHP, MySQL, and CodeIgniter with a Prototype development approach, adapts to changing market demands. Testing via GTmetrix on the https://desistravel.xyz/backend page demonstrated excellent performance with an 88% Performance score, 95% Structure score, and optimal Web Vitals metrics, indicating a fast, responsive, and stable platform. This study aims to design and implement a Village Information System (SID) in Bungko Village, Kotamobagu Selatan District, to improve administrative efficiency and public services. The developed system enables village officials to manage population data, process service requests, and generate financial reports more quickly and organized. Village residents can also access services online, submit requests, and easily monitor the status of their services. The SID implementation uses web-based technology, including PHP, and MySQL, ensuring data security and reliability. The results of this study show that the SID can enhance transparency, efficiency, and accountability in village governance. However, improving technology infrastructure, user training, and integration with other systems are essential for further development. This study is expected to serve as a model for other villages in implementing technology to advance administration and public services.

This research discusses the design of correspondence filing applications at the Subdivision of the Gerindra Faction of the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD. The letter filing system that is still done manually causes various obstacles such as difficulty in finding documents, the risk of damage and loss of physical documents, and inefficiency in archive management. The purpose of this research is to design a computer-based application to optimize the process of filing incoming letters and outgoing letters. The system development method used is waterfall with the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The application is designed using PHP programming language and MySQL database to store mail data. The results showed that the designed application can facilitate the process of archiving, searching, and managing correspondence digitally and increase work efficiency in the Gerindra Faction Subdivision of the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD. This system is also equipped with a security feature in the form of a user login to maintain document confidentiality.

In the current era of globalization and technology, computers, RFID are examples of information technology tools that are indispensable for meeting human needs in almost every aspect of life, including the management of infrastructure and equipment lending.According to direct research at Widya Praja Ungaran Vocational School, there are only two workers who handle facilities and infrastructure. In carrying out their work assignments, they still experience difficulties. Excess workload and the process of borrowing tools that still lacks a sense of responsibility, so that the results of the work are not maximized.The existence of increasingly sophisticated technology, the management of infrastructure and equipment lending can be done with the help of technological tools that will be implemented in this school. This research aims to make it easier to administer, because this school has not yet added a new workforce.This research can be designed with the help of software (Bootstrap, MySql), programming (PHP, Arduino IDE) and equipment (NodeMCU ESP8266, RFID, LCD, I2C, buzzer, power supply, breadboard, jumper cables, resistors, LEDs) to provide data information. more accurate, effective, efficient and provide a good working atmosphere in this school. It is hoped that this research can reduce work overload and create a sense of responsibility in borrowing equipment, using local networks (wifi / handphone) and computers or laptops, with the research method used is research and development (R&D).

Perpustakaan di Jurusan Manajemen Informatika Politeknik Negeri masih menggunakan sistem manual termasuk pencatatan proses peminjaman, pengembalian dan pendataan, hal ini menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan yaitu pengarsipan menjadi tidak teratur dan berantakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  mengembangkan sistem informasi perpustakaan Jurusan manajemen Informatika (PUSTAKA MI) sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan secara manual dengan menggunakan model Extreme Programming (XP) dalam pengembangannya. XP mengacu pada empat tahapan utama: perencanaan, perancangan, pengkodean, dan pengujian. Perencanaan melibatkan identifikasi masalah, analisis kebutuhan, dan penjadwalan. Perancangan meliputi pemodelan sistem, arsitektur, dan basis data. Tahap pengkodean dilakukan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, pengujian dilakukan dengan metode blackbox testing.  Berdasarkan hasil Pengujian Sistem black box testing menggunakan teknik Equivalence partition menujukkan seluruh Fungsional sistem bernilai valid yang berarti bahwa sistem telah berjalan dengan baik secara fungsional. Pengujian terhadap kepuasan  pengguna menunjukkan respon positif, dengan skor tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 4,52 menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Extreme Programming dapat diterapkan secara efektif dalam pengembangan sistem informasi perpustakaan, memberikan solusi inovatif dalam pengelolaan dan penelusuran koleksi yang lebih reliabel.

This research aims to develop a web-based information system at the Kebondowo village office. This research was conducted by analyzing the extent to which the Kebondowo Village Office uses an effective information system. This system development uses PHP, HTML and MySQL programming languages with the waterfall model method with several stages, namely requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance. The results of the study can be concluded that the Kebondowo Village Information System that can support activities in Kebondowo Village to the community. The Kebondowo Village website has been designed and implemented to improve the quality of public services by presenting information about profiles, announcements, and village activity agendas. This initiative makes it easier for Kebondowo Village Officials to deliver information directly without intermediaries, as well as providing convenience for residents to access and receive accurate information, including about social assistance programs and other activity agendas in the village.

The research method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method. The R&D method is a research method used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these methods. In addition, this research uses the proven waterfall theory. The result of this research is to produce a web-based information system that is able to manage integrated marriage and referral registration data using R&D and Waterfall methods. This information system uses the PHP programming language and uses mysql data storage.

SJF Teakwood is a producer and sales of various kinds of furniture. So far, the promotional media used by SJF Teakwood is through social media Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. However, using the promotional media above is considered less specific, so it is necessary to add interesting media to attract the public to the company. This study uses the R&D method. The type of research used is qualitative research. Qualitative research is a research method that uses data in the form of written or spoken words from people and people's behavior observed in a natural context. The results of the validation value from internal experts got a score of 32, external experts 38 and product users got a score of 37 which is included in the very good category, so this web-based furniture product catalog is declared valid for use. So it can be concluded that the Web-Based Furniture Product Catalog as a Marketing Media for SJF Teakwood Jepara is worthy of being used effectively.

One of the museums found in Bali is Subak museum in Tabanan Regency. The establishment of this Museum aims to preserve the traditional institution called Subak as a noble national cultural heritage, and to introduce to the younger generation and foreign tourists about the unique traditional irrigation system in Bali. Lack of supporting facilities in delivering information, making tourists who visit Subak Museum have minimal information. The solution needed in Subak museum is an Android-based E-Tourism application that is supported by Qr-Code technology so as to provide an interesting presentation of data. In making this application using the development of the Waterfall method and designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with the Java programming language for Android and PHP for web services, and MySQL as a database. So that produced an android-based system in Subak museum Tabanan Regency. Based on the results of the tests carried out it can be concluded that the black box testing system functions have been running according to the planning. Then the result of the testing of users using questionnaires generated Application Benefits scores 90.8%, Ease of 86.93%, Interface 82% and Content 90.2%.

This final report aims to design a website-based electronic archiving system using PHP and MyAdmin. The data collection method used by the author in this research is the field research method through interviews, observation, library research, and descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques using the waterfall method, namely the Development Life Cycle (SDLC) system, which is used to develop information systems in the website creation process. This method uses a systematic and gradual approach. This electronic filing system can help companies overcome various obstacles when recording and rediscovering documents. Automating processes in the system in systematic recording and storage can save time and help provide information quickly so that the administrative process is smooth. Reduces the use of paper (less paper) because documents are stored in digital format, so documents will not pile up and can reduce the use of archive storage space. In electronic archiving, there is no longer a need to manually record the agenda for incoming and outgoing letters, because when recording transactions, incoming or outgoing letters will be automatically recorded on the agenda for incoming or outgoing letters. For the system to continue running optimally, it is recommended that companies carry out employee training, routine system maintenance, continuous development, implementation of information security policies, and regular system performance monitoring.  Implementing these recommendations is expected to increase operational efficiency and accessibility of company information
