This study aims to determine the influence of psychological factors—specifically motivation, trust, and attitude—on the repurchase decisions of beauty products among students of the Faculty of Economics at KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University (UNWAHA), Jombang. The research focuses on Oriflame beauty products purchased through the Shopee e-commerce platform, as these products are widely used by students for personal care and beauty needs. The research employs a quantitative associative method, which is used to identify and explain the correlation between independent variables (motivation, trust, and attitude) and the dependent variable (repurchase decision). The population in this study consists of students from the Faculty of Economics at UNWAHA who have previously purchased Oriflame products. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 26 software. The analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing through partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test) analyses. The results of the F-test indicate that motivation, trust, and attitude simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on students' repurchase decisions. This suggests that psychological factors play an important role in influencing consumer behavior, particularly in the context of online beauty product purchases. The findings of this research contribute to the understanding of consumer behavior among young adults in the digital marketplace and provide valuable insights for marketers and beauty product companies to develop targeted strategies that strengthen consumer motivation, build trust, and foster positive attitudes toward products. These elements are crucial in enhancing customer loyalty and increasing repurchase rates in competitive e-commerce environments.

This study aims to evaluate the relationship between affiliate marketing and celebrity endorse on purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop among Generation Z in Boyolali. This research is motivated by the increasing use of TikTok as a popular online shopping medium among Gen Z, as well as the development of digital marketing strategies through affiliates and public figures. The population in this study includes Gen Z in Boyolali who have made purchases at TikTok Shop. A sample of 100 respondents was obtained through the Slovin formula calculation. This study uses a quantitative method, with an online questionnaire distributed through Google Forms. Data analysis was conducted using the SmartPLS 3.0 application to test the relationship between variables. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant relationship between affiliate marketing and celebrity endorse on purchasing decisions. This finding provides a theoretical contribution to strengthening the Theory of Planned Behavior in the context of digital marketing, as well as suggesting strategies for business actors in developing more effective promotions at TikTok Shop.

This study aims to examine the influence of independent variables—Social Media, Pricing, and Promotion—on the dependent variable, Repurchase Decision, at Kedai Kopi Bersahaja. A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 25 software. The population of the study consisted of 226 consumers, and a sample of 107 respondents was selected using incidental sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to visitors who had made at least one purchase at the coffee shop. The results of the analysis indicate that each independent variable—Social Media, Pricing, and Promotion—has a positive and statistically significant partial influence on the Repurchase Decision. Additionally, the variables collectively demonstrate a strong simultaneous influence, suggesting that an integrated marketing approach is crucial for fostering customer retention and encouraging repeat purchases. Among the three, Social Media showed the most dominant influence, emphasizing the growing role of digital presence and online engagement in shaping consumer preferences and purchasing patterns. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Kedai Kopi Bersahaja maximize the use of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook by creating engaging, relevant, and interactive content that resonates with the target audience. Content strategies may include customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes videos, product highlights, and limited-time offers. Pricing should be evaluated periodically to remain affordable yet profitable, considering both market competition and perceived customer value. Meanwhile, promotion efforts can be diversified through the use of loyalty programs, bundle offers, student discounts, and digital coupons. The synergy between these three marketing factors—if consistently and strategically applied—is expected to enhance customer loyalty, strengthen brand image, and significantly increase the likelihood of repurchase decisions. These efforts are essential for building sustainable business growth in the competitive food and beverage industry.

The digital revolution has transformed retail industry into a new era full of opportunities through e-commerce but also presenting challenges in online furniture sales. Due to their inability to precisely measure and see furniture in their spaces, many customers are hesitant to make purchases. Augmented Reality (AR) offers solutions through realistic visualizations, but it’s costly and has a lot of accessibility problems. WebAR solves these issues by delivering AR features directly on mobile browsers without requiring additional apps. This study investigates the impact of WebAR innovation on e-commerce furniture by examining the roles of interactivity (IN), vividness (VI), augmentation (AU), customization (CT), and ease of access (EA) on purchase intention (PI), mediated by spatial presence (SP), decision comfort (DC), and satisfaction (SF). Using the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) model, data from 100 respondents were analyzed with the PLS-SEM algorithm using SmartPLS 4.0. The findings tell us that WebAR significantly enhances consumers’s shopping experience and ultimately boosts purchase intention.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Quality, Price, Sales Promotion, and Advertising on consumer purchasing decisions on the Bukalapak online store platform. This study used a quantitative approach with descriptive methods, aiming to illustrate the relationships between variables based on empirical data. Primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 120 respondents who were active Bukalapak users in the West Medan District. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS software to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The analysis results indicate that, partially, the variables Product Quality, Sales Promotion, and Advertising have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. This means that the higher the product quality, the more effective the promotion, and the more attractive the advertisement, the greater the likelihood of consumers making a purchase. Conversely, the variable Price showed a negative and significant influence, indicating that inappropriate pricing can reduce purchase intention. Simultaneously, all four variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The Adjusted R Square value of 70.4% indicates that this research model is able to explain 70.4% of the variation in purchasing decisions, while the dependent variable is influenced by factors outside the model. This study recommends that Bukalapak continue to improve product quality, develop competitive pricing strategies, strengthen promotions, and create creative advertising. Further research is recommended to consider additional variables such as product reviews, brand image, and service quality to enrich the analysis.

This study aims to determine the effect of Advertising attractiveness, Onlie costumer review, Influencer marketing, on purchase decision throught costumer trust (Case Study on SKINTIFIC in Yogyakarta). This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were SKINTIFIC skincare costumers in Yogyakarta who were obtained from distributing questionnaires with samples taken using nonprobabilitu sampling method, namly sampling techniques with a census so that the sample used in study was 100 responden. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Advertsing attractiveness has a positive and significant effecr on costumer trust, (2) Online costumer reviews has a positive and significant effect on costumer trust, (3) Influencer marketing has no positive and significant effect on costumer trust, (4) Advertsing attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, (5) Online costumer review has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, (6) Influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, (7) Costumer trust has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, (8) Advertising attractiveness, purchase decision, and customer trust have a positive and significant effect on each other so that they can mediate between the three, (9) Online Costumer Review, purchase decision, and customer trust do not have a positive and significant effect on each other so that they cannot mediate between the three, (10) Influencer marketing, purchase decision, and customer trust do not have a positive and significant effect on each other so that they cannot mediate between the three.

This study aims to analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions with consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable on Nestlé Pure Life drinking water products. The type of research used in this study uses a quantitative study by distributing questionnaires via google form which are distributed online.  The sample in this study were consumers who had bought nestle pure life drinking water in the Yogyakarta area. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study uses the SmartPls version 3 program with Convergent Validity, Factor Loading, Average Variane Extraked (AVE), Discriminant Validity, Fornel Larcker, Cross Loading, Reliability, Cronbach Alpha, Composite Reliability, R Square, and Hypothesis Testing tests. The results of this study indicate that price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and the effect of price on purchasing decisions mediated by customer satisfaction.

This research aims to know and analyze both the partial and simultaneous effects of online customer review and online customer rating on the purchase decision on e-commerce Shopee among students of the business administration program of Nusa Cendana University. The number of samples in this research was 100 respondents, with using the Purposive Sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) using the SPSS V26 application. From the results of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, the equation is obtained: Y = 2.301 + 0.302X1 + 0.705X2 + 2.699. The results of both the t test and the F test show that partially online customer review and online customer rating have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. Based on the Adjusted R² value, the contribution of the perceived usefulness and trust variables to intention to use is 61,1%, while the remaining 38.9% of purchase decision variables were influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. For this reason, it is suggested that further researchers can examine variables outside of this study that can affect purchasing decisions, as well as not only Shopee e-commerce but also other types of e-commerce.

This study aims to reveal the influence of various factors in digital marketing on consumer purchases on the TikTok Shop platform. This study specifically aims to assess the impact of content marketing and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions with customer trust as an intervening variable on TikTok Shop customer in Pati. This study uses a quantitative method. The population studied was TikTok Shop consumers in the Pati area, with an unknown number. A total of 97 respondents were sampled through a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPls 3 software. The results of the study showed that content marketing had an influence on purchasing decisions, while online customer reviews did not have a significant influence. In addition, content marketing and online customer reviews had an effect on purchasing decisions. However, customer trust was not proven to influence purchasing decisions. Content marketing and online customer reviews also had no influence on purchasing decisions through customer trust as an intervening variable on TikTok Shop customer in Pati.

The rapid growth of local brands in Indonesia's fashion industry is driven by the use of online media as a promotional platform. One notable brand is Ventela, which employs a co-branding strategy to capture market attention. This study aims to analyze the implementation of co-branding by @ventelashoes on Instagram, evaluate consumer purchasing decisions regarding Ventela Konnijiwa shoes, and measure the extent to which the co-branding collaboration between Ventela and Mantappu Jiwa by Jerome Polin influences purchasing decisions. The study applies co-branding theory, which includes dimensions such as brand awareness, brand strength, mutual benefits, uniqueness of collaboration, as well as positive consumer judgment and response. Meanwhile, the purchasing decision process is analyzed through five stages: problem recognition, information search, evaluation of alternatives, purchase decision, and post-purchase behavior. A quantitative approach was used in this study through a survey method, with data collected from 133 followers of the @ventelashoes Instagram account using a random sampling technique. The results indicate that the co-branding between Ventela and Mantappu Jiwa received a positive response from the respondents. The influence of co-branding on purchasing decisions is strong, with a correlation value of 0.904. Co-branding contributes 81.8% to the purchasing decision of Ventela Konnijiwa shoes, while the remaining 18.2% is influenced by other factors.

Social media marketing is a promotional strategy that leverages social media platforms to advertise products, services, or brands by actively engaging with audiences. This approach is effective in capturing consumer attention, encouraging their participation, and plays a critical role in shaping purchase intention through broad reach and direct interaction. This study aims to examine and explain the influence of social media marketing on purchase intention with electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) as a mediating variable, focusing on Good Karma Warung Tirtagangga. The sample consisted of 120 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through interviews and online questionnaires. The analytical techniques employed in this study include path analysis, the Sobel test, and the Variance Accounted For (VAF) test, using SPSS version 27. The results reveal that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, social media marketing positively and significantly affects electronic word of mouth, electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant impact on purchase intention, and electronic word of mouth successfully mediates the relationship between social media marketing and purchase intention.

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media on consumer behavior in online purchases among Generation Z, focusing on the Shopee e-commerce platform. Generation Z, which is the age group born between 1997 and 2012, is known to be an active social media user, which influences their purchasing decisions. Through a survey conducted on Shopee users from Generation Z, this study identified factors that influence consumer behavior, including the influence of advertising, product reviews, and interactions with influencers on social media. The results of the study show that social media plays a significant role in shaping the preferences and purchasing decisions of Generation Z. Interesting advertisements and positive reviews from other users on social media can increase purchasing interest, while interactions with influencers can provide additional trust in the products offered. This study provides important insights for marketers to design effective and relevant marketing strategies with Generation Z consumer behavior in the digital era.

The advancement of information technology has transformed consumer behavior, particularly in making online purchasing decisions. YouTube, as one of the leading social media platforms, plays a crucial role in delivering product review content. This study aims to determine the influence of YouTube review content from the GadgetIn channel on online purchasing decisions of the TECNO CAMON 40 Pro 5G smartphone. The research employs a quantitative method with an explanatory survey approach involving 100 respondents who viewed the video titled “HP 3 jutaan bisa segila ini...”. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The analysis results indicate a significant influence of GadgetIn's review content on purchasing decisions, with an R² value of 0.568 (56.8%), while the remaining 43.2% is influenced by other factors outside this study. The trust dimension (mean 4.115) was the most dominant factor, while the post-purchase behavior dimension (mean 4.11) was the most affected. Thus, it can be concluded that GadgetIn's review content has a positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Fear of Missing Out (FoMo) and flash sales on impulsive buying behavior among Shopee users, specifically focusing on students at Universitas Jambi. The rapid development of digital technology and the rise of e-commerce have increased the prevalence of impulsive buying, particularly among younger generations who are highly influenced by social media and online promotions. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 100 active students of Universitas Jambi who are Shopee users and have made purchases during flash sale events. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the effect of FoMo and flash sales on impulsive buying behavior. The results indicate that both FoMo and flash sales have a positive and significant influence on impulsive buying, both partially and simultaneously. These findings suggest that marketing strategies based on urgency and the fear of missing out are effective in triggering impulsive consumer behavior among students. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more ethical marketing strategies and raise consumer awareness in managing shopping behavior.

Consumer behavior, especially in online shopping, has evolved significantly due to advances in digital technology. The researcher aims to examine how price and product quality affect customer purchases on Tokopedia. A quantitative research approach was used, involving 52 active Tokopedia users as respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression through IBM SPSS version 29. The findings show that product quality and price have a significant influence and lead to a positive impact in shaping consumer purchasing decisions. Between the two, price has a greater influence, with a coefficient value of 0.413 compared to 0.272 for product quality. The R² value of 0.419 indicates that both elements contribute 41.9% of the variance in purchasing decisions. These results highlight the importance of a competitive pricing strategy and providing products that meet customer expectations to drive sales on digital platforms. However, other elements such as customer reviews, service quality, and seller reputation should also be considered to support better purchasing decisions.

TikTok has transformed into an effective digital marketing platform, not only for introducing products but also for shaping impulsive shopping behavior. This study aims to analyze the impulsive shopping behavior of Generation Z on TikTok Shop. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach, with data obtained from digital searches and observations. The findings indicate that Generation Z has a strong interest in utilizing the TikTok Shop feature within the TikTok application, making it one of their preferred alternatives for online shopping transactions. TikTok significantly influences Generation Z’s shopping behavior, as they tend to purchase products after seeing them on the platform. Businesses leverage TikTok as an efficient marketing tool, particularly through creative content, short videos, and influencer recommendations. By utilizing an algorithm that tailors content to users’ preferences, TikTok Shop creates offers that appear attractive to consumers. Generation Z is often influenced to buy items they do not actually need. Sudden purchases driven by emotions—such as low prices or limited-time offers—often lead them to overlook product quality. As a generation living in the digital era, Gen Z needs to better regulate their impulsive consumer behavior. Wisely utilizing technology and understanding the marketing strategies used by platforms like TikTok Shop can help them avoid excessive impulsive spending. By prioritizing needs over wants and carefully considering the value and benefits of a product before purchasing, Gen Z can become smarter and more responsible consumers.

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic was experienced by business actors, especially MSME business actors and had a huge impact on business actors who had just started a business. The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world has made many changes, including the changing behavior of consumers. MSME actors must be able to adapt to existing conditions. Consumers prefer to make purchases onlineonline according to their circumstances and needs during a pandemic, but this right is also inseparable with regard to the quality of the product to be purchased, whether it meets their needs or not. The research objectives were to find out and analyze the influence of: social media on buying interest, product quality on buying interest, and social media and product quality on buying interest in UMKM Mitra Mandiri Brebes. The research population referred toFriends of the Umkm Mitra Mandiri account as of October 15, 2023 totaling 201 friends. Sampling using the Slovin formula with techniquesincidental as many as 67 respondents. The data uses primary data from the answers to the questionnaire. Hypothesis testing uses SPSS. The theoretical basis used is social media, product quality, and buying interest. The results showed social media partially has a significant effect on purchase intention, product quality partially has a significant effect on purchase intention, and social media and product quality simultaneously influence purchase intention

The purpose of this study was to see how promotions and live streaming features impact the decision of Shopee users to purchase fashion products in the 2022 intake. This quantitative study involved 54 respondents from a population of 117 students selected through a simple random sampling method. Primary data were collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression using SPSS. Validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and hypothesis tests were also conducted. The study shows that students of Economics Education, Sebelas Maret University, 2022 intake significantly choose fashion products because of promotions and Shopee's live streaming features. Promos are considered to be able to save consumer spending, thus increasing interest and enthusiasm for transacting through the Shopee application. Meanwhile, the live streaming feature makes it easier for consumers to see products directly, assess quality, and make purchases more practically. As for further researchers, it is recommended to add other variables (for example, consumer trust), compare with other e-commerce platforms, use mixed methods, analyze different user segments, and examine the long-term impact on brand loyalty.

This study investigates the impact of live streaming, promotions, and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions among users of the Tokopedia platform in Indonesia. The rapid development of the internet, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, has transformed consumer behavior, leading to increased adoption of digital shopping methods. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 130 respondents who have engaged with Tokopedia's live streaming feature, Tokopedia Play. The findings reveal that both live streaming and promotional strategies significantly influence online reviews and purchasing decisions, with coefficients of 0.426 and 0.445, respectively. Online reviews also play a critical mediating role, enhancing the relationship between live streaming, promotions, and purchasing decisions. The demographic analysis indicates that younger consumers, particularly those aged 17-26, dominate the user base, highlighting the need for tailored marketing strategies. Despite the positive outcomes, challenges such as the digital divide and cybersecurity concerns persist, necessitating strategic measures to enhance digital literacy and secure online transactions. The study concludes that leveraging live streaming, promotions, and positive online reviews can significantly enhance consumer engagement and drive sales in the competitive e-commerce landscape of Indonesia. Future research should explore the long-term effects of these variables on consumer loyalty and the impact of emerging technologies on the e-commerce experience.

This study aims to determine the influence of price perception, product quality, and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on consumers’ purchase decisions in the culinary industry. A quantitative method was employed, with a population consisting of consumers who have made purchases. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 250 respondents using an accidental sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) via SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that two independent variables, namely price perception and e-WOM, significantly influence consumer purchase decisions. This indicates that restaurants offering lower prices while maintaining high product quality are more likely to attract consumers. Moreover, customer experiences shared through online reviews can influence potential buyers in their future purchasing decisions. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for culinary business practitioners in developing more effective marketing strategies. Future research may consider including other variables that could further enhance purchase decisions effectively.
