This paper discusses the visual design of character designs for an illustrated book that focuses on the problem of people pleasers among employees aged 22-30 years. People pleasers are individuals who tend to please others at the expense of themselves, which in the long term can trigger stress and mental disorders. The results of the study show that many young employees experience a dilemma between meeting other people's expectations and maintaining their own well-being. To convey this problem, four characters were designed. The main character is Tara, a people pleaser who undergoes a transformation into a more balanced individual in her work and personal life. Three supporting characters help strengthen the dynamics of conflict in the workplace, Mr. Johnson (Tara's demanding boss), Shinta (a supportive co-worker), and Felix (a senior co-worker). The character design process was carried out through several stages, including interviews with psychologists, illustrators, and employees, as well as qualitative data analysis from observations, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and literature studies. The result is four characters executed in a simple illustration style with flat design and a limited color palette to emphasize the emotional atmosphere experienced by the characters. By exploring the right illustration style and color composition, this study designs characters that not only depict the reality of people pleasers in the workplace, but also function as visual educational media that helps readers understand the importance of setting boundaries at work and supports individuals in achieving inner peace and balance in life. Keywords: People pleaser, Persona, Illustration, Employee Character Design

However, the practice carried out in this class only describes the input of the truth table which is depicted on the board and after that the basic gate is made using symbols, so this training is carried out to improve the skills of students who get an 85% increase and are categorized as being able to implement and are stated to have increased in Skill.

This study aims to examine the effect of Work Life Balance (WLB) and Job Satisfaction (JS) on employee performance at PT PLN ULP Banjarbaru, both jointly and individually, while also identifying the most dominant factor influencing performance. The research background is based on theoretical frameworks, expert opinions, and the researcher’s direct observations of workplace conditions. To achieve the research objectives, hypotheses were formulated and tested using empirical data. The study employed a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique, involving the entire employee population. A total of 37 respondents participated as the research sample. The collected data underwent validity and reliability testing to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the measurement instruments. Furthermore, classical assumption tests were performed to meet the requirements of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis demonstrate that both Work Life Balance and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially. Among the two independent variables, Work Life Balance was identified as the most dominant factor influencing performance, indicating that employees who maintain a better balance between their personal and professional lives tend to perform better in their work. The adjusted R² value of 0.862 signifies that 86.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the two independent variables studied, while the remaining 13.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model, such as leadership style, work motivation, or organizational culture. These findings highlight the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and ensuring job satisfaction to optimize employee performance. The study suggests that organizations should implement policies and practices that promote flexibility, support employee well-being, and foster a positive work environment to enhance both individual and organizational outcomes.

In today’s rapidly changing global context, employee motivation has emerged as a strategic issue in human resource management, particularly in sustaining organizational productivity and competitiveness. Developments such as digitalization, economic uncertainty, and workplace transformation have prompted companies to focus more deeply on effective motivational approaches. Recognizing the role of motivation in influencing employee retention, productivity, and operational efficiency, this study conducts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to map key concepts and empirical trends regarding the relationship between employee motivation and organizational performance. Grounded in theoretical frameworks such as Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory, and Self-Determination Theory, the study examines major drivers including leadership, compensation, and work-life balance. Findings reveal paradoxes in motivational strategy effectiveness across sectors and highlight research gaps, particularly in cross-industry approaches and integrative synthesis. This study provides valuable contributions for academics and practitioners in designing evidence-based, context-relevant motivation strategies aligned with the dynamics of modern organizations.

Working from home can improve employee performance but also pose challenges for employees. Employees who work from home will avoid distractions at the office, have a better work-life balance and avoid office politics. But on the other hand, working from home can also increase stress in employees due to the increase in video conferences compared to face-to-face meetings felt by employees, so that high organizational commitment is needed so that employees can continue to face existing challenges and maintain their performance. This study aims to determine the effect of working from home on employee performance with organizational commitment as a moderating variable in Indonesia. The method used in this research is quantitative method with purposive sampling technique. The total respondents in this study were 240 respondents from all over Indonesia. For hypothesis testing, the moderated regression test using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) by Hayes and t test were used. The results showed that working from home has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Other results show that organizational commitment does not moderate the positive effect of working from home on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of forgiveness training on the subjective well-being of working mothers. The research design used a pretest posttest control group design experiment with 32 subjects divided into 16 people as the experimental group and 16 people as the control group using random assignment. Data collection used the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) and the Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE) to measure subjective well-being. Data analysis used the non-parametric Mann Whitney test and the Wilcoxon test. The results of the analysis showed a p value = 0.000 (p <0.05), so it can be concluded that forgiveness training has an influence in increasing the subjective well-being of working mothers.

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of leadership style , organizational culture and organizational justice partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of the Bank Indonesia Jember Representative Office. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Indonesia Jember with a sampling technique of saturated sampling technique totaling 42 employees. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis, it shows that partially, leadership style does not have a significant effect on employee performance. However, certain aspects such as decision making, motivation, communication, employee control, and emotional control play an important role. Improvements in this aspect can support performance indirectly. Organizational culture significantly affects employee performance. Self-awareness, aggressiveness, personality, performance, and team orientation play a role in creating a productive work environment. Organizational justice does not significantly affect employee performance. Indicators such as resource allocation, procedural fairness, and personal relationships play an important role. The three variables ( leadership style , organizational culture, and organizational justice) together affect employee performance. In addition, the researcher's suggestions for further research are expected to complement the limitations of the researcher's problems such as increasing the number of samples, for example all employees of KpwBI Jember, or adding independent variables to be studied, for example motivation, discipline, workload, occupational health and work life balance.
