The performance of health workers as a consequence of public demands for the need for excellent service or highquality service. It is expected to be able to show its professional contribution significantly in improving the quality of health services. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of internal communication on employee performance at the Anambas Islands Regency Population Control and Family Planning Health Office. The research design used the Analytical Survey method with a Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were all employees as many as 98 people, all of whom were used as research samples with total sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate analysis, bivariate with chi-square test and multivariate with logistic regression. The results of logistic regression research show that there is an influence of leadership p = 0.001, motivation p = 0.000, trust p = 0.000, and appreciation p = 0.000. While the dominant factor that affects employee performance is appreciation p = 0.000 with Exp(B) 55.590. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of leadership, motivation, trust and appreciation. The dominant factor, namely appreciation, affects employee performance at the Anambas Islands Regency Population Control and Family Planning Health Office. It is recommended that the Anambas Islands Regency Population Control and Family Planning Health Office needs to provide direction to employees at work so that they have creativity at work so that employees continue to improve so that employee performance increases.

The service was done in Ngaglik and Pancuran villages, Gondangrejo, Karanganyar, Central Java. These areas have the potential to produce mats with semi traditional method. Most of the villagers are the mats’ weavers and worker of the weavers. The village has a potential in developing the craft of mats. The main problem from the craftsmen are the management, the production process is less than optimal, no efficiency in production process and the management of the marketing. In this service, many activities are held such as training in management and creativity, displaying of the technology’s application, and marketing technique for the product. This study aims to reveal and describe the Fan Dance Choreography at the Minang Pearl Art Studio in Padang City, West Sumatra. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive method. The instruments in this study are the researchers themselves and are assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery, cameras and audio recorders. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are data reduction and data presentation. The results showed that the creation of a dance work is inseparable from the creative process starting from idea discovery, exploration, improvisation, and composition. After finding ideas and ideas from the fan dance, then the dance director contemplated the dance image to be made. Exploration looks for gestures that describe a girl who is strong, firm, but still gentle in behavior as described how gadih minang is. The improvisation stage carried out by dance directors in Fan dance is an experiment with the form of movement obtained from dancers and a variety of movements that are new but developed according to the creativity of dance directors and themes. The improvisation stage is accompanied by an evaluation stage to select and evaluate movements and is adjusted to the theme. In the composition stage, the dance director combines all the various movements obtained from the exploration and improvisation process into a complete dance.

The lack of OCB behavior shown by some nurses, namely, only formal tasks that can be completed optimally without being supported by behaviors that support the creation of extra performance more than expected. The low form of OCB behavior in oneself can be seen from not caring about the work of colleagues, when the work is finished, often complaining about work and hospital policies. This study aims to analyze the effect of leader member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior of nurses at the Stella Maris Hospital. This type of research is a quantitative study using an observational study with a cross sectional study design. The samples in this study were nurses at the inpatient installation of the Stella Maris Hospital in Makassar, totaling 131 respondents. The results showed that there was an effect of leader member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior for nurses. It is recommended to the hospital management to be able to make meetings and hold workshops, by providing support to their subordinates in order to create a good relationship between superiors and subordinates so that it is easier for subordinates to convey innovative ideas and can also hold trainings for employees who can help improve creativity and innovative behavior of employees.

Human resources are very valuable assets and are a major investment that can determine the progress of an organization. Human resources who have knowledge, skills and attitudes that are in accordance with the needs of the organization will encourage creativity and new innovations so that they become a source of unique competitive advantage that is difficult to imitate. Thus, human resources as an asset in an organization must be managed effectively so that they are useful and effective in realizing organizational goals. Employee performance can be used as a benchmark to assess the progress of an organization. Performance measures can be seen from the number and quality of certain aspects according to the standards set by the organization or company, the form can be tangible (the measuring instrument or standard can be determined) or intangible (the measuring instrument or standard cannot be determined), depending on the form and process of implementing the work. This study aims to determine the level of work competence and work motivation as an effort to improve the performance of employees of the Archives and Library Service of Banjar City. This study uses a descriptive survey method, namely research that seeks to collect data, critically analyze the data and conclude it based on facts during the research period. The population in this study were employees of the Archives and Library Service of Banjar City, both civil servants and non-civil servants. Data processing used SPSS version 20. The results of the study were obtained from the results of testing with multiple linear regression tests showing that competence had an effect of 48.3%, and work motivation had an effect of 44.5% on performance partially, overall both variables had an effect of 78.9% and the remaining 21.1% was influenced by other factors.

The student worksheet, also known as LKPD, is a crucial element in the educational process inside schools. Nevertheless, several LKPDS fail to satisfy the requirements of being feasible, valid, and successful in enhancing the abilities of science process learners. Furthermore, the absence of stimuli in the LKPD to foster critical thinking among learners is a pressing issue that requires attention. The objective of this project is to create a Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) focused Learning Kit and Performance Dashboard (LKPD) that may enhance the scientific process and creative abilities of fourth-grade children in primary school, specifically in relation to plant matter. The study employed the ADDIE Development paradigm, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The findings demonstrated that the STEAM-oriented LKPD created had a positive impact on enhancing the science process abilities and fostering creativity among fourth-grade pupils in relation to plant matter. Furthermore, the enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge and the level of scientific literacy also exert a beneficial impact on the science process abilities of individuals. Teachers and learners also evaluate the LKPD for its viability and practicality

Technological developments are growing rapidly in line with the times. Technology is an important need today. This is because early childhood education is for children aged 0-6 years, early childhood education has a very important role in developing children's personalities and preparing children to enter a further level of education because technology is needed for many purposes. Technology is very easy to obtain because some prices are cheap and some are expensive according to the user's economic needs. This research uses descriptive research methods, namely by creating a detailed description of the condition of a subject or object. Gadgets are media that are used as modern communication tools. Gadgets make human communication activities easier. Now communication activities have developed even more advanced with the emergence of gadgets. Excessive use of gadgets will have a negative impact on children's social and emotional development. The bad impacts of using gadgets on children include children becoming closed individuals, sleep disorders, liking to be alone, violent behavior, fading creativity, and the threat of cyberbullying. This research uses a descriptive research method, namely by creating a detailed description of the condition of a subject or object. Descriptive research focuses on solving real problems as they existed at the time the research was conducted. The objectives of this community service (PKM) are (1) Increasing the entrepreneurial capacity building of UPPKA Kelut Makmur (Klagen-Wilayut Makmur) cadres in Wilayut Village, (2) UPPKA Kelut Makmur cadres have the provision of soft skills and hard skills to carry out businesses with competitive advantages, (3) Ice Cream Products "Food Healty" can be developed for business. The target is 15 UPPKA Kelut Makmur cadres who are members who manage village businesses. The problems faced are: a. Do not have capacity building as a provision for the ability to do business; b. Limited facilities and infrastructure; d. Lack of product creativity; e. Lack of product creativity. Lack of product creativity; e. Competence of managers who are still conventional; f. Do not have an integrated business model. Not having an integrated business model. The solution to the problem is an entrepreneurship training programme, through the concept of creative business through electronic media based on socio-technopreneurship. The ice cream business will be developed to be distributed to toddler and elderly posyandu and general customers. The programmes carried out are: conducting a business development programme workshop. The results of PkM are improving soft skills and hard skills of UPPKA Kelut Makmur members as novice business people.

In the era of education that continues to develop, learning models have become the focus of attention for educators. One learning model that has received widespread attention is Project Based Learning (PjBL). The aim of this research is to determine the effect of implementing the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model to increase student creativity so that they can solve problems in working on a project. Creativity not only allows students to solve a problem, but also has an impact on their mindset. This research was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The results obtained from this research are that there is an increase in students' creative thinking abilities before and after implementing the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model during learning.

In developing an independent curriculum in Indonesia, one of them cannot be separated from the role of philosophy of science, which in curriculum development is the spirit or foundation of education which must be evaluated, studied periodically, innovative and dynamic following changing times, such as the philosophical Ki Hajar Dewantara who stated that education is appropriate. the nature of nature and the nature of the times, meaning that education develops according to the times. Of course, all the changes and developments that occur in the educational curriculum cannot be separated from the results of several studies on how the implementation of this independent curriculum can overcome learning loss, the effects of the Covid pandemic plus the global challenges of change from era 4.0 to Society 5.0, which has the impact that today's generation needs. have the ability to think critically, creatively and innovatively. In the independent curriculum, it can be seen that the superiority of its characteristics is that the material is simpler and more in-depth and there is a significant reduction in material. The materials presented are limited to essential material. Reducing material provides an opportunity for students to explore the material more comprehensively. Next is more independence, which means that in an independent curriculum, students are given more freedom to choose the subjects they are interested in according to their interests, talents, potential and aspirations. Meanwhile, teachers can teach according to the stages of student achievement and development. So it is more relevant and interactive. Students are guided to be able to collaborate, work together to form groups to identify problems that are becoming issues to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students, namely faith and devotion to God Almighty and noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning and creativity. The essence of this independent curriculum is independent learning. This aims to enable students to explore their respective interests, potential and talents.

The creative industry is an industry that focuses on the creation and exploitation of intellectually owned works, one of which is fashion design, including t-shirts. The current condition of society, both individuals and groups, are now starting to build their brands with the innovation and creativity they build, including Ndlodok T-shirts. This community service is the second stage, namely to introduce ndlodok t-shirts to the community. The initial offer of the "Ndlodok" T-shirt was to formulate a library-based "Ndlodok" T-shirt with characteristics of the Mojokerto dialect with the hope of opening up a new market. Apart from that, the product would become a souvenir that consumers were looking for because it had become a characteristic of Mojokerto UMKM. In facing the rigors of UMKM businesses which are increasingly competitive, "Ndlodok" T-shirt products do not experience problems in the middle of their journey, at this early stage it is necessary to introduce them as a reference for "Ndlodok" T-shirts in carrying out promotional activities.

Therefore, it is important to protect copyright for creators so that their ideas, creativity and works are not plagiarized by others. In this case, the legal protection for copyright that can be given is based on Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. The method used in this study is normative with a qualitative approach and the sources used are Law Number 18 of 2014, books, journals and articles related to the problems studied.

The use of learning methods using the STEAM method to develop student creativity. Also be the key to being in the future, so that it has the ability to participate in the next life. STEAM basically needs to be taught from an early age to children so that children can think creatively and critically and can solve problems. The goal is to stimulate children's creativity with the STEAM method. The method carried out in this research is a qualitative method. The subjects in this study were children aged 5 - 6 years with a total of 30 people. The results of children's research can respond to the stimulus given well, children are able to express their imagination into works, creating existing materials into works of aesthetic value.

Technology has changed the way work is done, with automation, artificial intelligence and digitalization playing a key role. This results in a change in the skills required, with an emphasis on technology understanding, problem solving, and creativity. This research aims to examine the analysis of the impact of technology on the modern job market. The type of research used is using qualitative methods with a library research approach, and descriptive qualitative. The results of this research show that there are challenges, including unequal access to technology, which can increase social and economic disparities. Additionally, concerns about data security, privacy and the psychological impact of digital work have also emerged.

Dispora or Youth and Sports Service is a regional government located in the province or district/city. Dispora has an important role in developing youth potential and advancing the field of sports in a country or certain city district, and its objectives include developing leadership, creativity and youth skills. , as well as increasing achievement and participation in sports activities to support overall Community Health and Development. The general aim of this research is to find out what influences employee/worker loyalty in completing performance programs that will be implemented in the Youth and Sports Department. This research uses a research method with a qualitative approach, where the research carried out is descriptive. The focus of this research is the achievement of work results (performance) of government officials at the Youth and Sports Department in increasing loyalty to performance by analyzing problems, especially regarding employee readiness and response to performance and loyalty. The results of this research are that employee loyalty is one of the keys to the success of a program. performance, so as to reduce the risk of failure in the performance program, suggestions: To increase employee morale and work motivation, leaders should act more wisely, so that appropriate work programs are created.

This research aims to explore and analyze the application of transformational leadership in Village Service Offices. Through a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was collected through in-depth interviews with Village Heads and their staff, field observations, and analysis of related documents. The research results show that the characteristics of transformational leadership, such as Idealized Influence, Intellectual Stimulation, Individualized Consideration and Inspirational Motivation have created an inspiring and inclusive work environment. The Damarsi Village Head actively motivates village officials and the community to contribute optimally in realizing the village development vision. Positive impacts are also seen in the active participation of team members in decision making, increased creativity and innovation, and development of individual skills. However, several challenges and areas for improvement were also identified.
