Advances in information and communication technology have had a significant impact on the world of education, especially in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process. One technology that is often used is Microsoft PowerPoint as learning media. This study aims to analyze the effect of using PowerPoint media on student learning interest in Islamic Religious Education and Ethics subjects at SMKN 3 Solok City. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method using a nonequivalent control group design. Data were collected through tests, questionnaires, and observations, and analyzed using normality, homogeneity, and t-test. The results showed that the use of PowerPoint media had a positive and significant effect on students' interest in learning. The experimental group that used PowerPoint had a higher level of interest in learning than the control group. This is due to the presentation of material that is more interactive, interesting, and systematic, so as to motivate students to be actively involved in the learning process. The t-test value shows that there is a significant difference between the experimental and control groups, with a t-count value of 5.384 (p < 0.05). This study concludes that PowerPoint learning media is effective in increasing students' interest in learning Islamic Religious Education and Ethics subjects. Hopefully, this finding can be a reference for educators in developing technology-based learning models that are more innovative and relevant to modern learning needs.

This article aims to provide theoretical and practical insights into conflict management to support leaders and managers in managing conflict effectively in various contexts and provide a comprehensive understanding of conflict management through a literature review of the sources, symptoms, and causes of conflict. Conflict that occurs in an organization can hinder the achievement of desired goals, therefore conflict needs to be managed properly so that its impact can be minimized, organizational conflict can also be interpreted as a conflict that arises when the goal-oriented behavior of one group conflicts with or is threatened by the goals of another group. This study uses a literature study method to analyze various concepts of conflict management that have been put forward by experts. The results of the study show that conflict, whether in a positive, negative, or neutral sense, is an unavoidable phenomenon. The source of conflict can come from various factors that trigger differences and clashes between individuals, groups, or organizations. Conflict also occurs due to misunderstandings or incompatibilities between individuals or groups in an effort to achieve their goals, this is often referred to as a causal factor. The impact of conflict actually depends on its nature. On the one hand, well-managed conflict can improve the quality of decisions, encourage active involvement in discussions, and strengthen group cohesion. However, on the other hand, conflict can also drain members' energy, disrupt productivity, and cause hostility that hinders collaboration. Abstract and Keywords must be written in English, in italic style, and contain a brief description of the research background, objectives, methods, findings, and implications. Islam considers that health is part of Allah's greatest favor. Medically, fasting can cleanse toxins and substances that accumulate in the digestive tract, kidneys, and other organs of the body due to preservatives, dyes, artificial sweeteners, cancer-causing carcinogenic substances, cigarette smoke and others that accumulate over the years. Although our body's mechanisms have the ability to treat themselves, the body's capacity also has its limits. By fasting, the protection of the body's organs can be perfect. The purpose of this research is to inform Muslims that fasting is mandatory for us to carry it out. In the Qur'an, surah al-Baqarah 2:183. Allah SWT said, "O you who believe, it is obligatory to fast on you, it is obligatory to those before you, so that you may fear Allah". Fasting is one of the pillars of Islam that must be done by every Muslim who is mukalaf (who has reached puberty and has intellect) and who is not in hindrance (uzur). The type of research used is from various literature and the development of various references. The method used is analysis. The data of this study was obtained by collecting data related to the journal theme, then grouping, sorting, and deleting unnecessary data. Next is to present and conclude from various data collections. The results of this study are described systematically and concretely according to the order of focus that has been previously explained. The first step is to explain what fasting is. The second step is to quote all the sentences that describe the relationship between fasting and health according to leading experts

This research aims to analyze the best-selling products at Toko Hartati using the K-Means Clustering method. K-Means Clustering is an unsupervised learning algorithm that is effective in grouping data based on certain similar characteristics. In this context, the data used includes the number of sales, product prices, and product categories. Through this analysis, it is hoped that insight can be gained regarding products that have the best sales performance, as well as sales patterns that can be used as a reference in stock management and marketing strategies. The data used in this research includes sales transactions during a certain period, with the aim of identifying product clusters based on sales patterns. The analysis results show the existence of two main product groups, where the first cluster contains products with high sales numbers, which can be classified as best-selling products, while the second cluster includes products with lower sales. These findings provide valuable information for the management of Toko Hartati in determining more targeted marketing strategies and more efficient stock management. This research suggests using the K-Means Clustering method in data-based decision making to improve sales performance in retail stores.

Current developments have brought many changes to Indonesia. The many changes that have occurred have not changed one thing in Indonesia, namely heritage. This problem is what triggers arguments between families and the Indonesian people because they don't want to know how inheritance is distributed according to civil law, so as a result they divide inheritance assets at will and do not comply with the Civil Code regarding inheritance. Article 830 of the Civil Code states that inheritance law is the law that regulates the legal position of a person's assets after he dies, especially the transfer of assets to other people. This research also aims to determine the distribution of inheritance assets to heirs according to civil law (BW). In BW (civil) inheritance law, in terms of inheritance, there are three important elements, namely Heir (erflater), Heir (erfgenaam) and Inheritance (Nalatenshap). In the Civil Code there are four groups of heirs, namely Group I, Group II, Group III and Group IV. The research method used is a normative legal research method, namely legal research which focuses on literature study and the data used in this research is in the form of books, journals, laws, other references which are collected and processed to be presented to meet the need for new knowledge and ideas.
