Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease caused by the dengue virus and transmitted through the bite of the Aedes aegypti mosquito. According to the WHO, 40% of the world's population is at risk of dengue fever, with a significant increase in cases in the last two decades, especially in 2019. After declining during the Covid-19 pandemic, cases surged again in 2023, including in previously unaffected areas. In Indonesia, Ministry of Health data shows an increasing trend in cases, with 186,324 cases and 1,120 deaths by week 35 of 2024. Environmental factors and community behavior influence the spread of dengue-causing mosquitoes. This study aims to determine the relationship between these factors and the incidence of dengue fever in Central Lampung Regency. This study aims to determine the relationship between environmental factors and community behavior with the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Central Lampung Regency. This study is an observational analytical study using a case control study design. The research instruments used were questionnaires and observation sheets. The data analysis technique used the chi square test. From the results of the study it is known that out of 9 variables, 4 variables have a relationship with the incidence of DHF, namely the availability of container covers (p value = 0.023 <0.05), frequency of container drainage (p value = 0.001 <0.05), the presence of larvae in containers (p value = 0.006 <0.05), and respondent attitudes (p value = 0.023 <0.05). Based on research in Central Lampung Regency, of the nine variables examined, four were shown to be associated with the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). Therefore, it is crucial to raise public awareness and routinely implement Dengue Prevention (PSN) or 3M, both independently and collectively. Dengue prevention needs to be carried out not only through sanctions (punishment), but also through a promotive and preventive approach involving individuals, communities, environmental policies, and supervision from relevant agencies. These efforts must be comprehensive and sustainable, involving all levels of society.

The Panji Story is one of the Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) that has historical, cultural, and local identity values, especially for the people of Kediri. However, currently, the community's understanding of the Panji Story tends to be limited and is often considered only as a romantic story, so that the historical and cultural values contained therein are not fully understood. This activity aims to strengthen the community's understanding of the Panji Story as a source of history and local cultural heritage through a national seminar. The activity was conducted in the form of a seminar involving presentations by expert speakers, interactive discussions, and question and answer sessions with participants from various backgrounds, such as students, the general public, and cultural activists. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding and awareness of the historical, cultural, and educational value of the Panji Story. Participants not only understood the diversity of versions of the Panji Story, but also began to view it as an important part of local cultural identity that needs to be preserved and sustained. This activity showed that national seminars can be an effective educational medium in building collective public awareness of the sustainable preservation of local history and culture.

Along with the rapid growth of digital media, various forms of digital transactions have also developed.1 This development has driven changes in the payment system in Indonesia, one of which is through the implementation of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). Despite its increasingly widespread use, there are still few studies that systematically examine user perceptions and the effectiveness of QRIS in improving transaction efficiency and strengthening the digital financial system. The purpose of this study is to identify and comprehensively analyze the results of previous studies related to QRIS use through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data were collected from Google Scholar and Garuda using the keywords "QRIS use", "QRIS payment system", and "QRIS transaction tool". The results show that QRIS can improve the efficiency and convenience of digital transactions, both for consumers and businesses, and facilitate the integration of financial services in a single platform. This study also aims to analyze the use of QRIS in public services. Using a descriptive qualitative research method, research data was taken from the results of searches of reliable sources including official websites, academic literature, theses, and national scientific journals relevant to the research topic. Thus, this may indicate that the success of QRIS is influenced by effective socialization, public awareness of transaction security, and equitable access to technology. The implications of this research provide a useful literature map for policy development and further studies in the field of digital finance.

Anemia during pregnancy remains a major public health concern with significant implications for maternal and fetal health. One contributing factor to its high prevalence is the limited knowledge among pregnant women regarding early detection. Health education serves as a crucial promotive-preventive strategy to enhance awareness of anemia’s signs, symptoms, and risks. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of health education in improving knowledge of early detection of anemia among pregnant women in the Galala Community Health Center working area. A pre-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design with a quantitative approach was employed. The sample consisted of 30 pregnant women selected using total sampling. Respondents received structured health education on early detection of anemia, and their knowledge levels were assessed before and after the intervention using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate methods, with the Wilcoxon signed-rank test applied due to non-normal distribution. Results indicated a significant improvement in knowledge after education (p = 0.000), with most respondents shifting from poor or moderate knowledge to good knowledge. The study concludes that health education effectively increases pregnant women’s knowledge of anemia detection and should be systematically integrated into antenatal care to prevent anemia and improve maternal health outcomes.

Digital transformation in the public sector has significantly driven service innovations, particularly in pension administration for Civil Servants (ASN). This study aims to analyze the development of digital-based public service innovations in pension administration while identifying the benefits and challenges associated with their implementation. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by examining relevant scholarly articles from national journals focusing on the digitalization of public services and pension systems. The literature selection process was conducted systematically to identify, evaluate, and synthesize key findings related to digital pension service innovations. The results indicate that digitalization through applications and electronic platforms enhances administrative efficiency, accelerates data verification, and improves the speed of pension fund disbursement. It also strengthens transparency and accountability while simplifying bureaucratic procedures and expanding service accessibility for retirees. However, several challenges remain, including low digital literacy among retirees, limited access to technological devices, and insufficient public awareness regarding digital service usage. The findings suggest that the success of digital-based public service innovations depends not only on technological availability but also on human resource readiness, institutional capacity, and the level of public acceptance. Therefore, a comprehensive strategy is required, including improving digital literacy, strengthening information technology infrastructure, and optimizing communication efforts to ensure effective adoption.

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the implementation of Regional Regulation of Gorontalo Regency Number 04 of 2014 concerning the Control of Livestock in Ilomata Village, Bilato District. This research employs an empirical legal method with a sociological juridical approach to examine law not only as written norms but also as a social practice within society. Data were collected through interviews with village officials, regional regulation enforcement officers, and livestock owners, as well as through documentation and literature studies. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively using Lawrence M. Friedman’s legal system theory and Soerjono Soekanto’s theory on factors influencing law enforcement. The results indicate that the implementation of the regional regulation has not been optimal. The influencing factors include legal substance, legal structure (law enforcement officers), facilities and infrastructure, community factors, and legal culture. Normatively, the regulation contains clear provisions; however, its implementation is hindered by inconsistent enforcement, limited supporting facilities, and low levels of public legal awareness. Legal culture and the lack of consistency among law enforcement officers are the most dominant factors affecting the effectiveness of the regulation’s implementation. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen consistent law enforcement, improve supporting facilities, and undertake continuous efforts to build public legal awareness in a participatory manner.

From the perspective of criminal liability theory, criminal policy, and Islamic law, sexual gratification is a form of corruption. According to positive criminal law, a person can only be held liable when three essential elements are fulfilled: an unlawful act, culpability (dolus or culpa), and the capacity for responsibility. However, in the context of public office, sexual gratification constitutes an unlawful act because it involves the acceptance of non-fina. Since the acceptance of sexual services within a power relationship usually indicates awareness of reciprocal policy gains, purpose (dolus) is frequently dominating. From the perspective of criminal policy, the restriction of sexual gratification reflects the growth of corruption as a white collar crime—a term coined by Edwin H. Sutherland—where abuse of power encompasses intangible rewards in addition to monetary transfers. According to Islamic law, sexual enjoyment constitutes two violations: it may be considered risywah (bribery) because of its transactional motive, and it may also be considered jarimah zina if it takes place outside of a legally recognized marriage. Such behaviors compromise the protection of property, ancestry, and religion through the framework of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah developed by Abu Ishaq al-Shatibi in Al-Muwafaqat. The study comes to the conclusion that in order to guarantee accountability, protect public integrity, and promote social welfare, it is imperative to develop legal interpretation and evidential procedures.

Indonesian Sign Language (Bahasa Isyarat Indonesia, BISINDO) is often misunderstood as merely a gestural or simplified form of communication, undermining its linguistic sophistication and contributing to barriers to deaf inclusion in Indonesia. Approximately 2.6 million deaf individuals in the country rely on BISINDO as their primary language. This study explores the linguistic complexity of BISINDO, documenting its phonological, morphological, syntactic, and semantic systems. Using a mixed-methods approach, we analyzed 150 hours of BISINDO conversations from 80 deaf signers, conducted experimental studies on phonological distinctions and syntactic complexity, and performed ethnographic fieldwork in deaf communities and schools. Comparative analysis with American Sign Language (ASL) was also conducted. Our findings demonstrate that BISINDO is a fully developed natural language, with 45 handshapes, 18 locations, 23 movements, and 4 orientations in its phonological system. It shows productive morphological processes, flexible word order, and rich semantics, including idioms and metaphors. However, there are significant barriers to inclusion: 68% of deaf students lack qualified BISINDO teachers, and 84% of public services lack sign language interpreters. Furthermore, 72% of hearing Indonesians still do not recognize BISINDO as a legitimate language. Deaf community organizations, however, report BISINDO as central to their identity. The study highlights the need for policy reforms, including BISINDO recognition as an official language, qualified interpreters, bilingual deaf education, and public awareness campaigns to combat misconceptions.

This community service program was conducted by Group 7 of KKN ITB Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan in Bapuhbandung Village, Glagah District, Lamongan Regency, aiming to address environmental and public health issues through the utilization of ecobricks and the cultivation of family medicinal plants (TOGA). The main problems identified were low awareness of plastic waste management and the underutilization of home yards for medicinal plants. The program applied a participatory assistance method involving students, parents, youth, and village officials throughout the stages of observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that more than 300 ecobricks were produced and assembled into an installation forming the word “BAPUHBANDUNG,” which now serves as a new village icon. In addition, medicinal plants such as ginger, turmeric, and lemongrass were planted around the installation area and residents’ yards. The evaluation indicated high community participation, good-quality ecobricks, and positive initial growth of TOGA. This program not only produced physical outputs but also increased community awareness of plastic waste management, family health independence, and the strengthening of village identity.
