This research aims to determine the role of investigation audit techniques, investigative audit standards and investigative audit profesionalism in determining the level of fraud. There have been many fraud cases that have occured, especially in Indonesia, so we need to know the magnitude of the influence of each variable in knowing and disclosing the level of fraud that has occurred. Audit techniques and standards that are applied optimally, complemented by high professionalism of auditors, should produce maximum results in revealing and knowing the level of fraud that has occurred. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting literature studies from previous articles and research. Data sources were obtained from journals, books and articles on the internet that were relevant to the theme of this research. The result of this researchs are that investigative audit techniques and the proffesionalism of investigative auditors have an influence in disclosing fraud to determine the level of fraud that has occurred.

Meritokrasi sebagai sistem penempatan di dalam suatu jabatan pemerintahan atau pun pekerjaan berdasar kepantasan dan kelayakan, secara implisit tidak lepas disinggung dalam Al-Qur`an. Hal ini dapat diamati misalnya, dalam surat Yusuf: 55 tentang jabatan bendahara negara yang diajukan oleh Yusuf as. kepada Raja Mesir, juga dalam surat Al-Qashash: 26 tentang pengajuan Musa as. untuk bekerja kepada Syu’aib as., juga dalam Al-Baqarah: 247 tentang pengangkatan Thalut sebagai raja. Dari ketiga ayat tersebut, semua penempatan itu berdasar pada kelayakan, Yusuf as. yang diungkap sebagai “hafîdzun ‘alîm”, Musa as. yang diungkap dengan “al-qawiyyul-amîn”, dan Thaluth yang diungkap dengan “basthatan fil-‘ilm wal-jism”. Pengungkapan ketiganya dengan kompetensi masing-masing menjadi petunjuk Al-Qur`an untuk memperhatikan penempatan suatu posisi kepada orang yang tepat untuk mendapatkannya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan, dengan pendekatan tafsir tematik (tafsir maudlu’î) tentang ayat-ayat Al-Qur`an yang mengandung pesan meritokrasi seperti, Al-Baqarah: 30-31, 247, Yusuf: 55, An-Nur: 55, dan Al-Qashash: 26, juga kata yang semakna dengan meritokrasi, seperti kata ahlun, dalam An-Nisa`: 58, An-Nahl: 43, dan Al-Anbiya`: 7. Dari ayat-ayat yang diteliti dapat teridentifikasi, bahwa di antara standar sistem merit dalam Al-Qur`an, antara lain: 1) kapabilitas, yang teridentifikasi dari pengetahuan dan pengalaman; 2) profesionalisme, yang teridentifikasi dari sikap yang bertanggung jawab; 3) moralitas, yang teridentifikasi dari karakter yang amanah; 4) kerja keras, yang teridentifikasi dari kekuatan. The quality of education and teacher professionalism are interrelated so that the two cannot be separated, especially in the process of achieving educational goals. One thing that influences the quality of education is teacher professionalism because teachers are the determinants of the success and failure of a learning process so that this will influence the future of students. Currently, the quality of education in Indonesia is still far behind other countries. The current situation is that the level of teacher professionalism is still far from expectations, while students' academic achievements and results are influenced by teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to make a breakthrough so that the level of professionalism of teachers in Indonesia can be better and so that education in Indonesia can further develop and be able to compete with other countries.

This research aims to evaluate the development of teachers' professionalism in the digital era. The applied research method is a Literature Review. Data collection is conducted through library research to identify articles relevant to the research topic. The government strives to develop the teaching profession as a strong and respected occupation, as reflected in the enactment of Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, which aims to develop the teaching profession through legal protection. With the rapid advancement of digital technology, teachers need to have appropriate qualifications to perform their duties effectively. A study indicates that strategies to enhance teacher competence involve comprehensive monitoring of learning aspects and gradual support from school principals and supervisors through training. The professionalism of teachers is reflected in their skills in applying information technology precisely and developing creative and innovative teaching methods.

This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of professionalism, personality on teacher performance partially and simultaneously. The method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach, namely an approach that uses numbers that are processed through non-parametric statistical analysis in analyzing correlational research results. This research is included in the associative type, which contains a complete picture of the relationship between one variable and another variable, has a linear relationship type, because basically it wants to see the relationship between the independent variables, namely teacher professionalism and personality, with a sample size of 51 people. The conclusion of the research simultaneously that professionalism and personality variables have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance can be seen where the F-count value > F-table (27.672 > 2.790), partially the professionalism variable has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance where the t-count value > t-table (3.295 > 2.000), and partially the personality variable has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance where the value of tcount > ttable (3.884 > 2.000).

A teacher is an educator whose professionalism is really needed in education in order to improve the quality of education and Human Resources (HR). The professionalism of teachers has a huge impact on the results of the teaching provided in schools through technology and motivation which will later become the key to realizing students' dreams in the future. Therefore, it is better for every school to have professional teachers or teaching staff so that the world of education in Indonesia becomes more advanced and develops even better in the future. The aim of preparing this article is to discover the influence of teacher professionalism on the progress and development of technology and student motivation in the learning process at school. The aim of preparing this article is to find the influence of teacher professionalism on the progress and development of technology and student motivation in learning activities at school. This research uses a library study method. The research results show that teachers or professional teaching staff have a big influence on students' knowledge regarding technological progress and development and also the motivation provided has an impact on students' learning activities at school.

This research aims to analyze the influence of communication competence, organizational culture, and professionalism of public relations officers on the quality of public service in the era of artificial intelligence. The study employs a quantitative method through descriptive analysis, and data collection is conducted online by distributing questionnaires using the Microsoft Forms platform with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. Purposive Sampling is used as the sampling technique, and a total of 100 respondents aged 17-30 who have undergone internship or are currently employed were obtained. The data is processed using the SmartPLS application program with SEM. The research findings indicate that communication competence has a significant impact on the quality of public service. When someone chooses words carefully and treats others with courtesy, it can build trust, respect, and comfort in social interactions. Organizational culture also plays a crucial role in the quality of public service by fostering trust, mutual respect, and cooperation among employees. The study concludes that the professionalism of PROs influences the quality of public service. If the professionalism of PROs improves, the level of service quality will be high, and conversely, if it decreases, the level of service quality will also decline..

This article discusses the Policy of the Islamic Religious Education Teacher Certification Program for Elementary Schools in Mogolaing Village. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach.With this type of field research and using a case study approach. Data collection is carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The source of data in this study is the Head of the General Division of the Kotamobagu City Education Office, the Head of the Islamic Education Section of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Kotamobagu City, the Principal at Elementary Schools Mogolaing, and the Teacher of Islamic Education at Mogolaing Elementary School. The results showed that in Elementary Schools Mogolaing there are two certified Islamic Education teachers, namely teachers at Elementary Schools 2 Mogolaing and Elementary Schools 3 Mogolaing. Teacher certification programs can improve teacher professionalism. And one of the factors that influence that is the certification allowance. So in addition to improving teacher welfare, certification is also a motivation for teachers to work harder. The teacher must have the awareness that the government has given him a stipend so that he must be able to work more than other teachers who have not been certified. In addition, being a certified teacher requires teachers to be more professional at work because they hold the title of certified teacher.

In the educational context, professional teachers are needed to develop the quality of education for students. Teacher professionalism is the main key to the success of improving the quality of education. Professional teachers are not only required to be able to convey information to students, but are also required to plan, manage, diagnose and assess the process of teaching and learning outcomes. This research aims to examine what professionalism means, what are the characteristics of professional teachers and what are the steps to becoming professional. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a type of library research. Researchers obtain data from books, journals, articles and others related to the theme or title being discussed.

This research aims to determine the influence of professionalism of Christian religious education teachers on the learning motivation of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Salak, Pakpak Bharat Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. Hypothetically, there is a positive and significant influence between the Professionalism of Christian Religious Education Teachers on the Learning Motivation of Class VIII Students at SMP Negeri 1 Salak for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The research population was 152 people and the research sample was 31 people. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire of 50 items which were compiled by research based on variable indicators in accordance with expert theory. Instrument testing was carried out on 31 Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Salak who were not research respondents whose validity and reliability had been tested. The results of data analysis show that there is no positive and significant influence between the Professionalism of Christian Religious Education Teachers on the Learning Motivation of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Salak for the 2023/2024 Academic Year with a significant test of the influence obtained by tcount < ttable of 0.24 < 1.749, thus it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of PAK teacher professionalism on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Sitio-tio Samosir Regency for the 2022/2023 academic year. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population is all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Sitio-tio Samosir Regency for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 50 people. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire of 40 items, namely 20 questionnaire items for variable Samosir 2022/2023 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.563 > rtable(=0.05,n=50) = 0.297, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X with variable Y. b) The significant relationship test obtained is the value tcount= 4.716 > ttable(=0.05,dk=n-2=48)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Test influence: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂="34.775"+0.371X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 31.7%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=18, dk denominator=n-2=50-2=48) namely 22.24 > 1.51 Thus Ha accepted and H0 rejected.

The findings and analysis of the research are, 1) The Principal's Performance in Fostering Teacher Professionalism at UPT SD Negeri 141 Gresik includes: peer tutor assistance, training and workshops, mentoring and collaboration, observation and feedback, curriculum development, research and innovation, use of technology, discussion and reflection, qualification improvement, and career plan development; 2) Forms of teacher professionalism include: continuous development, commitment to students, reflection and renewal, professional ethics, collaboration, involvement in decision-making, use of technology, effective classroom management, monitoring and evaluation of students, communication with parents, development of learning materials, career development, and involvement in school activities; 3) Supporting factors include: school management support, resources, school culture, effective communication, professional development programs, constructive performance appraisal, rewards and recognition, understanding of teachers' needs; and inhibiting factors include: limited resources, resistance to change, unclear vision and goals, internal conflicts, time pressure, curriculum incompatibility, high administrative demands, uncertainty of the school environment. In general, school principals must provide professional services in the field of education in order to organize the educational process effectively and efficiently.

Publikasi Hasil Pengabdian dan Kegiatan Masyarakat 2023 Asosiasi Periset Bahasa Sastra Indonesia

Community service activities carried out by the Community Service Team for teachers at SMKN 2 Semarang City aim to provide knowledge and skills regarding increasing teacher professionalism through the development of digital-based time management, namely Google Calendar. The direct benefit of this community service activity is that it provides additional knowledge, skills and experience for SMKN 2 Semarang teachers in increasing their professionalism in performance through well-designed time management. The expected derivative benefit is an increase in teachers' ability to develop themselves because planning, organizing and implementing activities based on performance targets will be able to improve the quality of work and ultimately will be able to increase the professionalism of the teachers themselves. This community service activity is carried out in the form of training by providing material and practices for developing digital-based time management via the Google Calendar platform. The target audience for this community service activity is representatives of teachers at SMKN 2 Semarang and 20 teachers who are members of the MGMP MPLB Semarang City. The activity methods used in this community service are lecture, question and answer, discussion and practice methods. Evaluation of activities used in community service is the knowledge and skills aspect. The service activity ran smoothly and all participants felt satisfied and happy with this activity because it increased their knowledge and skills in digital-based time management.

This research aimed to (1) determine the description of employee performance, professionalism and organizational commitment; and (2) analyze the effect of professionalism and organizational commitment on employee performance bith partially and simultaneously. The populations in this research were employees at the Inspectorate Office of Sikka Regency as many as 43 people. This research was conducted by census or saturated sampling due to limited population. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and t-test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variables of employee performance, professionalism, and organizational commitment were categorizedas good. The results of the test statistic showed that partially the variables of professionalism and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the T-test statistic showed that simultaneously, the professionalism and organizational commitment variables had a significant effect employee performance. The results of the determination analysis indicated that the two independent variables in this research could explain the fluctuation of employee performance at the Inspectorate Office of Sikka Regency by 25,1%

Based on the research results, it was found that the school principal's academic supervision innovation in improving teacher professionalism at SDN Parsanga IV Sumenep, namely by following up in the form of monitoring using CCTV and follow-up carried out with CCTV accompanied by feedback and reflection can increase teacher professionalism well. This academic supervision innovation was carried out because of obstacles and with the implementation of these innovations the obstacles could be overcome properly. Among the successes of the innovations in academic supervision carried out by the principal of SDN Parsanga IV is that these innovations can become the main driver of changes in teaching styles by teachers. Has a good impact on the relationship between the teacher and the principal, so that the increase in teacher professionalism can run as expected. Acceptance of innovation by teachers because in implementing this academic supervision innovation, teachers feel heard, valued, and involved in the development of academic supervision innovations, they tend to be more open to change and are happy to receive feedback and joint reflection to improve their professionalism in teaching.

This research uses a qualitative type of research, with a case study research design at MI Roudlotul Hamdi Rembang. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques, using source and theory triangulation.Based on research data, it was obtained: The performance of school principals in improving teacher professionalism includes developing teacher professionalism through Subject Teacher Conferences (MGMP). The supervision techniques used include class visits and class observations. The school principal as supervisor must be able to carry out various supervision and control to improve the performance of the teaching staff to the maximum.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh terhadap profesionalisme, kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan interpersonal communication terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasional. Studi ini dilakukan di Bappeda Kota Semarang, dengan menggunakan survei melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Bappeda Kota Semarang dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 66 sampel responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi jalur path, dengan alat statistik SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa temuan: (1) profesionalisme berdampak pada komitmen organisasional yang akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai; (2)  interpersonal communication berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai; (3) interpersonal communication meningkatkan komitmen organisasional yang berdampak pada kinerja pegawai; (4) profesionalisme tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan (5) kualitas sumberdaya manusia tidak berpengaruh baik terhadap komitmen organisasional maupun kinerja pegawai.

In this study, the background to the problem is that the recruitment carried out by PT Bank Aceh Syariah has not fully paid attention to needs, so it is difficult to get professional employees which results in low employee performance. This research is descriptive qualitative, data collection method with field research using methods, direct observation and interviews on research objects to obtain an overview of research subjects. The recruitment system run by the company is not fully appropriate, in accordance with the company's goals, where there are still a number of employees who have educational backgrounds and concentrations, who have not been able to demonstrate and contribute to the company. 11 of 2002, regarding the withdrawal system (recruitment) which must use the media as a medium of information. From these conclusions it can be suggested that the recruitment system for the future must be in accordance with the objectives in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) so that it is easy to evaluate and measure employee performance. Sarana prasarana adalah segala sesuatu yang dapat dipakai sebagai alat  dalam  mencapai maksud  dan tujuan. Sarana  prasarana  pelayanan kesehatan adalah sarana prasarana yang menyediakan bentuk pelayanan yang sifatnya lebih luas daripada bidang  klinik,  yaitu bersifat promotif, preventif dan rehabilitative. Ketersediaan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, personalia puskesmas atau sumber daya dapat mempengaruhi perilaku. Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan yang ada di puskesmas guna berlangsung baiknya suatu pelayanan kesehatan. Metode penelitian: Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode pencarian artikel menggunakan dua database, yaitu Google Scholar dan PubMed Kesehatan dengan kata kunci sumber daya manusia, personalia puskesmas dan peran kinerja. Hasil: Kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas dianggap masyarakat sebagai profesionalisme kerja oleh seorang tenaga kesehatan. Tuntutan masyarakat akan terpenuhi jika pemberi layanan memiliki propesionalisme yang tinggi dan mampu mempertahankan citra dan kinerja yang memenuhi standar pelayanan. Disiplin kerja juga mempunyai kontribusi terhadap kualitas pelayanan keperawatan yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada produktivitas kerjanya.Tanpa ada dukungan disiplin yang tinggi dari karyawan, perusahaan atau organisasi sulit untuk mewujudkan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Kesimpulan: Produktivitas suatu organisasi dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor antara lain disiplin dan karakteristik individu. Produktivitas layanan kesehatan puskesmas juga ditentukan oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM)/personalia yang dimiliki.

This study aims to analyze the effect of independence, professionalism, and time budget pressure on the quality of audits of local government financial reports (LKPD) at the Indonesian Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) DIY Representative. This research is included in the quantitative research. The statistical method used to find the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Collecting data in this study by distributing research questionnaires to auditors who work at the BPK RI DIY Representative by using the total sampling formula. Later on, the results from hypothesis testing show that independence has no significant effect on the quality of LKPD examination, the independent variable of professionalism shows a significant positive effect on the quality of LKPD examination, and the dependent variable has no significant effect on the quality of LKPD examination.
