This study examines pricing mechanisms in the buffet system at Wisma Tamu Al Ishlah Restaurant from the perspective of Islamic economic justice principles. This research is crucial given the limited studies that analyze buffet pricing practices from an Islamic economic perspective, particularly in a pesantren (Islamic boarding school) environment. This research adopts a qualitative approach with field research methods, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation for data collection. The findings indicate that the pricing mechanism at Al Ishlah Restaurant employs a cost-based method, setting prices based on raw material costs, capital, operational expenses, and production services, adjusted according to the types of food selected by customers. Generally, the pricing practices at Wisma Tamu Al Ishlah Restaurant align with Islamic economic justice principles, ensuring that no party is disadvantaged and upholding honesty in transactions. Prices are established through mutual agreement between the restaurant and the customer, ensuring fairness. However, price transparency presents a challenge that could affect consumer perceptions. This research contributes to the development of Islamic economic theory in the culinary business context and provides recommendations to enhance justice in buffet pricing..

Batik is a work of art that has unique cultural values. The existence of batik can be found at any time in all corners of the city of Pekalongan. Meanwhile, batik production and trading activities are active throughout the day, even late at night. The pulse of people's lives, which is never separated from batik, has given Pekalongan the image of a "batik city". This is quite relevant considering that the people of Pekalongan city cannot be separated from batik, batik has become the economic lifeblood of the people of Pekalongan. Pekalongan batik production is not only sold in the local market but has reached and penetrated the international market. As competition in the international batik industry has arrived, it is fitting for Pekalongan batik to receive legal protection. The legal protection in question is about intellectual property rights, one of which is related to the use of trademark rights. There are two problems in this research, namely how to obtain legal protection for brand rights, logos, batik motifs and models in Pekalongan and how to report criminal acts of misuse or counterfeiting batik logos/brands that have been registered with Intellectual Property Rights. This research was conducted using a normative juridical research model or a normative legal research method. The normative juridical research method is a library-based legal research method. In this research, research will be carried out by analyzing the problems being discussed relating to the regulations on Intellectual Property Rights, specifically Brand Rights. Then the author connects it with legal protection of brand rights for the Batik industry in Pekalongan. Research results Legal protection for copyright of batik motifs generally exists in the 2002 UUHC, as regulated in Article 12 letter i. Based on developments in the 1987 UUHC and 1997 UUHC, batik art that receives copyright protection is non-traditional batik art with the consideration that traditional batik art has become common property (public domain). In the 2002 Copyright Law, both traditional and contemporary batik receive protection. Legal protection for batik motif copyright is obtained automatically without registration. Copyright registration for Pekalongan batik motifs is still rarely done. UUHC 2002 basically protects the artistic work of batik craftsmen without having to register. This creates several problems, namely, new motifs created by batik craftsmen in Pekalongan are marketed, and within three months the printed batik will come out. Regarding this problem, the Pekalongan City and Regency Department of Industry and Trade has not yet taken action because basically most batik motifs in Pekalongan have not been copyrighted. If people want to protest and demand it, it will also cost a lot of money, even though most craftsmen in Pekalongan have little capital. The level of awareness and understanding of the public, especially small and medium industrial entrepreneurs, regarding copyright is still low, so this condition becomes even worse due to the lack of ability to access information, as well as understanding of relevant agency officials regarding the importance of copyright. Keywords: Brand Rights, Legal Protection, Pekalongan Batik

This study aims to understand how the KUR financing mechanism using murabahah contracts is implemented by Bank Syariah Indonesia and its role in the development of micro enterprises. The research approach used is qualitative with a descriptive method. Research data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the murabahah contract is effectively applied in KUR financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Mojokerto Mojosari. This agreement allows banks to buy goods needed by customers and then sell them to customers with an agreed profit margin. The implementation of this murabahah contract provides an alternative financing that is in accordance with sharia principles, thus attracting the interest of micro entrepreneurs who want to avoid usury. In addition, this financing mechanism has also been proven to help increase production capacity and the economic welfare of micro business owners. This study found that the implementation of KUR financing through murabahah contracts at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Mojokerto Mojosari contributed significantly to the development of micro businesses. Micro-entrepreneurs who obtain this financing can expand their business, improve product quality, and expand the market. Thus, this financing not only helps in the provision of working capital but also encourages local economic growth.

Banking has an important role in the development and support of the country's economy, especially after the enactment of Law Number 10 of 1998 concerning Banking. Islamic economics in Indonesia has now begun to be recognized and approved by the public, given the proliferation of Islamic-based banks making people understand the systems in Islamic economics. The establishment of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) in 1975 triggered the establishment of Islamic banks around the world including Indonesia. The birth of Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic Banking is a guarantee for the existence and legal protection of Islamic banking after the last decade of its existence which only regulates one of the principles of profit sharing which does not definitively and comprehensively regulate bank activities based on sharia principles. The method used in this research uses qualitative research methods using interview, observation and documentation techniques. This type of research uses descriptive analysis. The development of Islamic economic law in the future must increasingly refer to the protection of the benefit of the people by using maqashid sharia as a methodology and perspective. To establish economic law that falls within the scope of muamalah fiqh, a comprehensive mastery of ushul fiqh is absolutely necessary, especially to find and determine the legal illat for ongoing economic practices. Failure to determine the illat leads to failure to master the source of the problem. The current Islamic economics only talks a lot about distribution and consumption, such as the distribution of money and capital claimed to be without usury and halal product certification, and does not appear to talk much about production and all aspects related to it, such as ownership of land, resources, capital and by the private sector and conglomerates, including the fulfillment of labor rights, destruction of nature by production activities, and so on. The determination of the illat and maqashid of sharia in the economic field is also expected to pay more attention to the material conditions in which unequal production relations between community groups have resulted in economic colonization and which are very detrimental to society, especially those who are in a weak position in terms of capital, resources and power.

This study is focused on the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) growth in Indonesia. Various literature sources have been consulted to address the existing problems, and secondary data from relevant agencies such as BPS, BI, and the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs have been used. The challenges faced by SMEs in enhancing their business capabilities are multifaceted, encompassing several indicators. These include insufficient capital, both in terms of quantity and sources, inadequate managerial and operational skills in organizing, and limited marketing opportunities. Moreover, there is also unhealthy competition and economic pressures leading to a restricted and narrow business scope. It is crucial to address these concerns, especially in anticipation of Indonesia's participation in the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) and the resulting open market. It is imperative for SMEs to enhance their competitiveness. However, these problems can be effectively tackled through various policies that facilitate easy access for SMEs to the banking industry. The fact that only 13.6% of credit growth is disbursed by the banking sector demonstrates that capital-related issues can be easily resolved, subsequently impacting management and enabling the production of more competitive products. By effectively addressing the challenges posed by the AEC, the government's concerns can be better addressed.

Green energies are more adapted to the environment, and their production and production are less polluted. Moreover, since there is no end to this energy category, green energies are taking on an ever-increasing share of the world's energy supply system, even in countries with fossil fuels. The current study aims to examine the factors affecting green energy consumption in Group 7 countries using a table-based data approach (Panel data quantile regression) from 1996-2022. The study examined how financial impacts such as the Good Governance Index (GGI), Human Capital (MYS), Trade Openness (TO), Income (GDP), Inflation (INFL) and Non-Financial Fixed Capital Formation (GFCF) are affected. Thus, assuming the stability of other factors, by an increase of one unit in GGI, MYS, TO, GDP, INFL, and GFCF, green energy consumption (GEC) increases between 0.24 and 0.59%, 2.46 to 7.12%, 0.98 to 1.53%, 0.73 to 1.03%, 0.42 to 0.62% and 1.07 to 1.73%. Given the positive and meaningful impact of the Good Governance Index and Human Capital on green energy consumption, it is proposed to double attention to the quality of laws and regulations, the rule of law, and the design and enforcement of laws in protecting the environment and developing more clean energies. The results can be an outstanding lesson for creating and developing countries.
