This research is the result of quantitative research which aims to answer questions about the influence of Viral Marketing and online Customer Reviews on the buying interest of Shopee marketing consumers. The research method used is quantitative research and the sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 98 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with the help of a Google form which is processed using SPSS version 27 and the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. This research focuses on undergraduate students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jambi University as young, dynamic and technology-savvy consumers, who very often use the Shopee e-commerce application to purchase various products. So Shopee has become one of the largest e-commerce which is very popular in Indonesia. The results of this research show that Shopee Viral Marketing has a positive effect on buying interest. Then online Shopee Customer Reviews have a positive effect on buying interest. Furthermore, based on the results of simultaneous test statistical calculations, it shows that Shopee's Viral Marketing and Online Customer Reviews have a simultaneous influence on Shopee marketplace consumer buying interest among undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jambi University. For the Shopee marketplace, it is recommended to increase Viral Marketing promotions and maintain online Customer Reviews on the Shopee marketplace which is already popular among the public. Apart from that, Shopee also needs to create the latest innovations in order to accommodate customer desires and expectations, in order to maintain competitiveness and product relevance in the market.

One way to prevent mosquito breeding is to limit the number of active mosquito populations and disrupt their life cycle. Preventive efforts to reduce exposure to mosquito bites by using anti-mosquito bed sheets. In several rural areas, people have used lemongrass and Monte orange plants traditionally, but not many have processed them into products with added value. Lack of knowledge and skills in the lemongrass oil extraction process is the main obstacle in developing this potential.  The aim of this PKM is to empower the community by making liquid mosquito repellent from local ingredients, namely lemongrass and monte oranges in Labuhan Village, Sumbawa. This community service (PkM) activity will be carried out in November-December 2024 in Labuhan Badas Village, Sumbawa District. This training on making liquid mosquito repellent uses the creative learning method, which is an innovative method that presents material in an interesting and interactive way. The results of community service activities that have been carried out show that the average service activity process reaches 100%. It can be seen that the response from participants in this training was quite high, as shown by the large number of women from PKK cadres and households who attended. Apart from that, this PkM can provide knowledge and skills to mothers so they can complete the use of natural ingredients found around them as natural insecticides.

This study aims to determine the effect of Influencer Marketing and product quality on buying interest in e-commerce users in Central Jakarta. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach, namely the author describes the phenomena that exist in the formulation of problems that have been determined based on data that has been collected from primary sources. Data collection was obtained through distributing questionnaires online to e-commerce users in Central Jakarta. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, then processed using SPSS 25 with multiple linear data analysis techniques. The results showed that Influencer Marketing and product quality partially had a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Furthermore, Influencer Marketing and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in e-commerce users in Central Jakarta. This proves that Influencer Marketing and product quality are effective strategies in influencing consumer buying interest in products or services.

Villages have an important role in supporting the economy of a country, with a variety of potential that can be developed to improve the welfare of the community. One potential that can be utilized is livestock waste that can be processed into organic fertilizer. In Wonomarto Village, North Lampung Regency, there are other local resources with economic value, such as moringa and bitter melon leaves that can be processed into chips, as well as the use of livestock manure for compost production. To support the utilization of these resources, BUMDes Swadesa Artha Mandiri formed a business group that aims to assist the community in carrying out productive activities, such as processing goat manure into compost and processing moringa and bitter melon leaves into valuable products. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method that aims to provide a comprehensive picture based on data obtained through observation. The results show that community empowerment through BUMDes runs effectively through several stages, namely consultation, business group formation, training, and mentoring. With this program, the people of Wonomarto Village are able to optimally utilize local potential, including processing goat manure into compost, and developing processed products such as moringa chips and bitter melon chip.

Belerong Village is one of the villages in Guntur Demak sub-district which has a group of MSMEs that produce various kinds of processed chips, using the community's agricultural products. Many challenges faced by MSMEs in developing their business include marketing, for this reason the socialization activities carried out are focused on how marketing processes and marketing strategies can be carried out so that the results from the chips village can be distributed smoothly so as to make the development of MSMEs more significant, followed by economic development among group members in particular and Blerong sub-district residents in general.

The work program carried out in the implementation of the Real Work Lecture in Karya Mukti Village, Sinar Pereviewuan District focuses on the innovation of using banana hearts as an effort to empower the village community. Banana hearts are often considered waste from the banana tree itself, it turns out that banana hearts have great potential to be processed into products with more economic value. This community service activity aims to further explore the potential of the banana heart, develop processing innovations and see its impact on improving community skills and economy. The method used is a participatory approach through socialization, practice and assistance to the community in processing banana hearts into chips. The results show that the public's enthusiasm for banana heart processing is increasing, and the products produced can be marketed locally. Innovation in the use of banana hearts into processed banana heart chips can be an effective strategy for community empowerment and should be accompanied by continuous training and marketing support.

The natural resources produced by Mojokusumo village are very abundant, one of which is the agricultural product, cassava. Unfortunately, the agricultural products have not been fully utilized, mostly processed into boiled cassava or fried cassava. With these conditions, this society needs to be educated through training on the diversification of cassava derivative products so that they can have high market value and provide economic improvement for the village of Mojokusumo. The purpose of this training is to raise awareness and knowledge among the society of Mojokusumo Village, especially the PKK (Family Welfare Movement) members, regarding the potential for diversifying cassava-based products, thereby increasing the added value of local commodities. The method in this community service activity uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which includes socialization, training, and direct assistance in product diversification. The result of the product diversification activities of cassava processing derivatives is natural flour (tapioca). Other results include 1) the ability to effectively enhance the knowledge and skills of the Mojokusumo Village community in processing cassava into natural flour, and 2) the ability to contribute to the development of entrepreneurship that can increase the economic value of Mojokusumo Village.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence customer decisions in choosing Mudharabah deposit products at PT Bank Sumut Marelan Raya Branch Office. This study uses variables of Service, Location, Religiosity that influence Mudharabah Deposit Customer Decisions. This research method uses quantitative research using data collection methods, namely questionnaires or questionnaires, while the data analysis technique used is the multiple regression analysis method. The population in this study were customers at PT Bank Sumut Marelan Raya Branch Office totaling 139 respondents from these respondents, the researcher only took a sample of 103 respondents. The data that has been obtained is then processed using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data processing and analysis techniques are, instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. From the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, the Fcount value (85.042)> Ftable (3.09) was obtained, so it can be concluded that service, location and religiosity simultaneously have a significant effect on customer decisions. In addition, from the results of the determination test, it is known that the determination coefficient value in the Adjusted R Square column is 0.720, meaning that the variables Service, Location and Religiosity have an influence of 72.0% on the Customer Decision variable. While 28.0% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. For the Service variable, the partial t-count value (2.572)> t-table (1.984) is obtained, meaning that the Service variable partially has a significant effect on Customer Decisions. The Location variable partially has a t-count value (3.090)> t-table (1.984), meaning that the Location variable partially has a significant effect on Customer Decisions. The Religiosity variable partially has a t-count value (4.842)> t-table (1.984), meaning that the Religiosity variable partially has a significant effect on Customer Decisions. Movement Indonesia's economy is supported by the micro, small, and medium enterprise sectors (SMEs). More than 97% of the national workforce is made up of SMEs, which account for about 61.07% of GDP. SMEs often face problems, such as limited market access, low capital, and low technology adoption. The use of technology in MSME marketing has a great opportunity to reach a wider market. Unfortunately, not many SMEs owners have implemented digital marketing, especially SMEs in rural areas. As in Cijati, Cimanggu, Cilacap Regency, the natural potential, processed products, and handicrafts produced by MSMEs have not been able to expand their market. produced by MSMEs have not been able to expand the market. The use of technology in website-based buying and selling transactions has grown rapidly, especially in e-commerce. However, marketing of processed sea cucumber products is still done conventionally, which causes limited market reach and transaction efficiency. This study aims to develop a web-based e-marketspace system to improve the effectiveness of marketing and transactions of processed sea cucumber products. The method used in this study is the Web Information System Development Methodology (WISDM), which allows for rapid and sustainable system development according to user needs. The results of the study indicate that the system developed can improve transaction efficiency, expand marketing reach, the development of a website-based e-marketspace system for selling sea cucumbers can provide significant benefits for business actors in increasing efficiency and marketing reach. This system simplifies the transaction process by providing a digital platform that can be accessed by customers widely, thus supporting the growth of the marine product industry, especially processed sea cucumber products.

Krian Regency is famous for its forest products, especially teak trees, whose valuable wood is often used to make furniture. This research aims to develop a process for making environmentally friendly paper from dried teak leaves using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The PAR approach was chosen so that the local community could be actively involved in every stage of the research, from collecting materials, processing teak leaves, to the paper making process. This method is implemented through several stages, namely problem identification, action planning, implementation, observation and evaluation. Other parts of teak trees, such as leaves, have not been fully utilized. Young teak leaves are widely used as food wrappers and to make natural dyes. Teak leaves are abundant in the dry season but are not widely used. Dried teak leaves are a source of natural fiber that is cheap and easy to obtain. This investigation will process dried teak leaf waste into processing paper. This activity uses the PAR method. Teak leaves are processed into pulp using NaOH and soda process. Art paper is made from paper pulp. Researchers must conduct more research to find out that teak leaves as a natural resource can increase value and sustainability. Products made from teak leaves can not only increase the income of people in the area, but can also be used to improve environmental sustainability. The community can help reduce excessive tree felling and maintain environmental balance by utilizing natural waste.

This service aims to increase understanding of good business management among MSMEs in Salamsari Village, Boja District, Kendal Regency, especially in the field of marketing/promotion. Salamsari Village is a highland area with the majority of residents working as farm laborers and traders. Business actors, especially women, manage various processed food products such as criping, peyek, kembang goyang, savory cendol, widaran, tempeh chips, lumpit and sticky rice tape. However, marketing their products is still limited to a local scale and has not utilized digital media optimally. Apart from that, attention to packaging design is still minimal.Service activities include socializing marketing strategies in the digital era, such as the use of social media, online marketplaces, and attractive packaging designs. Before this activity, business actors did not fully understand the benefits of good marketing in increasing sales turnover, expanding market share and developing business. The service team provides education about online marketing that is cost-effective and effective in expanding market reach. As a result, MSME players showed high enthusiasm and realized the importance of appropriate marketing strategies, both offline and online, to support the sustainability of their businesses.This activity is expected to be able to encourage MSME players to increase their competitiveness, expand markets and increase turnover through the use of digital technology. The output of this service includes publications in accredited national journals, recording Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and disseminating information through mass media.

This study examines and analyzes the effect of Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, and Discount Prices simultaneously and partially on Impulse Buying in the Zalora Marketplace. And knowing which variables are most dominant in influencing impulse buying. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research. The criteria for selecting the sample in this study were those aged 17 and over who had used and made purchases through the Zalora Marketplace, and had routinely purchased products for the last 6 months through the Zalora Marketplace and were located in the Jabodetabek area. Questionnaires collected as many as 150 respondents, the data is then processed using multiple linear regression method. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the variables Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement and Discount Price simultaneously have a positive effect on Impulse Buying on the Zalora Marketplace. Partially, the Shopping Lifestyle and Fashion Involvement variables have a positive effect on Impulse Buying. But the Discount Price variable has no effect on impulse buying. Furthermore, the results show that the Shopping Lifestyle variable is the most dominant variable affecting Impulse Buying.

Development of products based on ingredients rich in nutrients and bioactive compounds needs to be developed. High sources of antioxidants can be found from various fruits and their waste. Dragon fruit peels is known to contain various antioxidant compounds that are useful for body health. Instant dragon fruit peels drink is an instant food product processed from dragon fruit waste. The instant drink processing technique in this study uses conventional methods.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of heating time on the chemical quality of instant drink powder in terms of water content and ash content and organoleptic tests were also carried out to determine the effect of the process on the sensory characteristics of color, taste, and aroma. Based on the results obtained, the water content of instant dragon fruit peels powder ranged from 1.97-1.98%, KND 3 samples with a heating treatment of 30 minutes had the highest water content (1.98%). The ash content value of the product ranged from 0.17-0.83% where the KDN3 treatment (heating time 30 minutes) showed the highest ash content (0.83%). The results of the analysis of this study showed a solubility of 97.6-99.15%. The results of the organoleptic test (hedonic test) on the color attribute showed a significant difference (P>0.05) between the 10 and 20 minute heating treatments with the product from the heating results with a heating time of 30 minutes where the panelists liked the color and aroma of the product from the 10 and 20 minute heating time treatments.

This community service activity aims to provide education about the use of shopping bags (totebags) from patchwork waste as an alternative to plastic bags to MSME business actors processed fish in Kampung Nelayan Desa Salira. The method used by the author in this activity begins with providing training on plastic bag waste, then also an introduction to the utilization of fabric waste that can be reused to make new products that are useful and ends with the handover of helanja bags to the business actors of processed fish MSMEs in Kampung Nelayan Desa Salira. The processed fish MSME products are in the form of payus fish amplang crackers, fish rolade, fish nuggets, fish meatballs made from fish, and in their sales require reusable shopping bags and have product selling value.

The use of banana stems as a basic ingredient for chips is an innovative effort to reduce organic waste as well as open up new business opportunities for the people of Depok Village, Bendungan District, Trenggalek Regency. This topic of service was chosen because banana stem waste is generally unused and often becomes a source of environmental pollution. In fact, banana stems have great potential as an alternative food ingredient that can be processed into products of economic value. In this service, the methods used include the socialization stage, technical training, and production assistance to ensure the community's skills in processing banana stems into chips. The socialization stage was carried out to increase residents' awareness of economic opportunities from the use of local waste. At the technical training stage, residents are taught how to choose materials, processing processes, and packaging products so that they are suitable for sale. The results of the activity showed an increase in interest and skills of residents in producing banana stem chip products with various flavor variants. In addition, this product has managed to attract the attention of local consumers and has the potential to be marketed more widely. In conclusion, the use of banana stems into chips not only reduces environmental waste but also strengthens the community's economy through sustainable new business opportunities.

According to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the level of education and welfare in the family greatly influences the quality of human resources in Indonesia. Therefore, efforts to strengthen family functions, such as increasing parental education and social welfare programs, are key in accelerating national development. This increase in human resources includes knowledge and skills in processing agricultural products, especially rambutan fruit, crystal guava and longan into processed food products with higher selling value such as chips. Apart from that, this program also trains them in creative product packaging, marketing, bookkeeping, simple financial management, and the use of digital technology, including online learning applications and social media. With these skills, they are expected to be able to contribute to improving the family's economy, as well as opening up new business opportunities that support financial independence.

In this era of globalization, the native chicken business in Indonesia has such high potential that it is very suitable for business actors and chicken farmers in Indonesia. Designing strategies and ways of marketing processed chicken products is very important in increasing product sales. To meet the public demand for native chicken meat, marketing activities are needed that can distribute the meat from producers to consumers. Where marketing is essentially the flow of goods from producers to consumers. Marketing activities are an important factor that will determine the success of an entrepreneur. This research aims to develop and implement an effective digital marketing strategy for chicken farmers in Parbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, in order to increase sales and product competitiveness through the use of digital technology. In this study, the method used by the author is a qualitative research method by conducting a case study of the object under study. According to Sugiyono (2019: 16) qualitative research methods are as research methods based on natural philosophy (experiments) where researchers are instruments, data collection techniques and data analysis are inductive / qualitative and emphasize meaning. Word of mouth marketing is a promotional method that comes from consumers, by consumers, and for consumers. Satisfied customers will not only repurchase but they are also a walking, talking billboard for the business.

The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has a strategic role in improving community welfare, especially in rural areas. This research aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) faced by coconut processing MSMEs in Gesikharjo Village, Palang District. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with MSME actors, field observations, and document analysis. The research results show that the main strengths of these MSMEs are the availability of local raw materials and community support. However, weaknesses such as technological and management limitations are still challenges. Opportunities such as increasing demand for processed coconut products in local and national markets provide bright prospects, although threats such as price competition and global market fluctuations still need to be watched out for. Research recommendations include strengthening the managerial capacity of MSME players, product innovation, and collaboration with the government and private sector to create a sustainable business ecosystem.
