Manual inventory management at Toko Terang Abadi presents various challenges, including delays in reporting and high recording errors. This study aims to improve accuracy and efficiency in stock management by creating a web-based inventory information system using the Waterfall method. Data collection was conducted through interviews, direct observation of store activities, and literature review. The system was designed and implemented using PHP and MySQL, and tested using black-box testing methods to ensure all functions work according to user needs. Implementation results show that recording efficiency increased by 50% and input errors decreased by 90%. These findings support previous research highlighting the importance of digitalizing inventory systems in the SME and retail sectors to improve effectiveness and accuracy in managerial decision-making.

Abstract. A store requires an effective and efficient accounting information system to manage its finances, ensuring business continuity and financial sustainability. One such case is Am Collection Store, which has not yet adopted computer technology. The store still uses manual methods for cash receipts processing. This Cash Receipt Application was designed using the waterfall method, applied as a system development method, and utilizes PHP and MySQL programming languages. The objective is for Am Collection Store to record all cash receipts from sales without the need for manual bookkeeping. The system design tools used include UML, such as Use Case Diagram,  and Class Diagram. The result of this research is the design of a web-based accounting information system for cash receipts, which simplifies cash management to be more effective and efficient. Additionally, it produces detailed reports on matters related to the cash receipt processes from transactions conducted by both customers and sellers.

This research focuses on creating the employees’ performance reporting application of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) of PT. IWIP Weda. The main aim of this development system is to optimize the making of the HSE employees' daily report. The Waterfall development method was chosen as the methodological approach in designing and implementing this application. The application is build based on web with PHP programming and MYSQL. Through this application the super admin is able to arrange the employees’ work report. Along with that, the frontman is able to dig out the occupational health violations in real time. Futhermore, this application loads the information of Occupational Safety and Health (K3). This web application is dessigned to be accessed online. Thus, the user is able to access information anytime and anywhere. In the final analysis, this application is able to simplify the reporting process, defining the HSE perfomance, discovering the occupational health violations, and storaging the data efficiently. The black-box testing shows that the system functions can run well. Moreover, application system has met the needs and showing good results. Based on the User Acceptance testing (UAT), the average value is 86%.

In the era of increasingly advanced technological development, decision support systems (DSS) play an important role in improving the quality of decision-making in the education sector. The selection staff at SMP Dharma Bakti find it difficult to objectively determine the best academic students because they still use a manual method that is prone to errors. This research aims to design a web-based decision support system that can help selection staff assess and determine their best academic students objectively and quickly. This system is developed using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, LARAVEL 8 framework, and applies the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method within it. This research produces a system that allows the SMP Dharma Bakti Selection Officers to input alternative data, namely student data, determine the weight of criteria and sub-criteria, and view the ranking results automatically, thus greatly facilitating the SMP Dharma Bakti Selection Officers in determining their best academic students.

The rapid development of information and communication technology has opened up significant opportunities to enhance service efficiency in various fields, including the beauty industry. Soraaya Studio, which offers a range of beauty services, currently still manages appointment scheduling manually. This manual system leads to several challenges, such as difficulties in efficient schedule management, data duplication, recording errors, and disorganization in the service reservation process. Furthermore, communication with customers regarding schedule confirmation becomes less effective. With the increasing number of customers, this manual scheduling system is no longer able to meet the growing complexity of operational needs.To address these issues, a web-based appointment scheduling system has been designed, which is integrated and user-friendly. This system is built using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database and features a responsive interface, making it easily accessible from various devices, including desktops and mobiles. Key functionalities provided include real-time creation, modification, and cancellation of appointments, management of service availability, and automated notifications via email or text messages to customers and studio staff. The implementation of this system aims to improve the accuracy and speed of the scheduling process, reduce manual errors, and facilitate schedule monitoring by management and staff, thereby enabling Soraaya Studio to provide a more professional and satisfying service to its customers.

This study is to develop a web-based inventory management information system for grocery merchants in order to speed up the stock recording process. The system is built according to the waterfall style of system development, using PHP and MySQL. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and literature research. As a result, store managers can improve operating efficiency and reduce errors in manual stocktaking by using a system that allows real-time product stock input, updating, and monitoring. This study provides a practical digital solution to support the digitization of small businesses in Indonesia.

 In today's digital era, efficient and accurate inventory management is crucial to support operational effectiveness in business sectors, including retail optics stores. Optik Retna, a retail optical business, previously utilized Microsoft Excel for stock management, which led to various limitations such as restricted multi-user access, risk of data loss, and lack of real-time reporting. To address these challenges, a web-based inventory system was designed and implemented using the Agile methodology. The system was developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, and includes key features such as inventory tracking, expense and return management, transaction recording, sales reporting, and user administration. The implementation results demonstrate that the system enhances work efficiency, simplifies the recording of incoming and outgoing goods, and supports faster and more accurate decision-making at Optik Retna. Therefore, this system provides a practical contribution to the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the optical sector.

 Toko Percetakan Zacky Karya Abadi masih mengelola data stok dan penjualan secara manual, yang menimbulkan berbagai tantangan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web guna menyederhanakan dan mengotomatisasi proses tersebut. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan meliputi tahapan observasi, wawancara, serta perancangan sistem menggunakan alat bantu seperti Activity Diagram, Usecase Diagram, dan ERD, yang diimplementasikan dengan PHP dan MySQL. Hasilnya adalah sebuah sistem informasi terintegrasi dengan akses berbasis peran untuk pemilik, admin, karyawan, kasir, dan pelanggan. Sistem ini memiliki fitur modul manajemen stok, transaksi penjualan, pengelolaan pengguna, dan pelaporan operasional otomatis. Implikasi dari sistem ini adalah peningkatan efisiensi operasional secara signifikan, pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat dan akurat melalui laporan real-time, serta meminimalkan risiko kehilangan data.

SD Negeri Wailiti is an institution engaged in education located in Maumere City, Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia. In carrying out its operational activities, SD Negeri Wailiti requires an effective and efficient information system to manage the school profile. School profile is the school's data that includes name, history, vision and mission, founder, address, city, contact number as well as school facilities and all forms of activities held by the school. Some of these data need to be packaged in a permanent online facility or media so that in the future it can be used. From the data obtained, it is said that the system used by SDN Wailiti is still oral, namely socialisation in the surrounding community and through information boards or brochures. The purpose of this research is to develop a web-based school profile information system at SD Negeri Wailiti using the waterfall method because this method is the most suitable development model used by developers, system project work is easy to control and can be on time. The programming language that the author uses is PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and uses MySQL database. This information system can be used by the school to improve the quality of information services to the community. Testing the feasibility of the system using blackbox testing.

The manufacturing industry faces major challenges in maintaining consistent product quality amidst the dynamics of technology and global competition. This study aims to develop an effective Business Intelligence (BI) implementation model to support data-based quality control. The method used is a conceptual design approach through integrated system simulation, including MySQL database, PHP backend, Power BI visualization, Google Cloud AutoML predictive analytics, and initial processing using Microsoft Excel. Historical production data for 12 months is used for model training and defect trend visualization. The simulation results show that the implementation of BI can reduce product defect rates, accelerate system response, and increase inspection process efficiency. Technical validation proves the model's prediction accuracy is above 90%, while field validation shows positive acceptance from users regarding the ease of use of the dashboard. This system not only supports early detection of quality deviations but also contributes to real-time strategic decision making. With an integrated technology approach, BI enables medium-sized manufacturing companies to adopt an adaptive and sustainable digital quality system, in line with the concept of Quality 4.0.

This community service activity aimed to enhance students' technical skills in database management using XAMPP, an open-source platform that integrates Apache, MySQL, PHP, and phpMyAdmin. The program was implemented through a hands-on training approach based on experiential learning, allowing participants to practice installation, configuration, and database management independently. The results showed a significant improvement in students' understanding of database concepts and their ability to operate XAMPP effectively. Beyond technical competencies, the program also fostered behavioral changes, increased technological awareness, and the emergence of local leaders among the participants. This initiative is expected to contribute to the development of a more adaptive and collaborative learning culture in response to advancements in information technology.

Blessing Store is a business engaged in the sale of clothes, shoes and hoodies located in Rawalumbu District, Bekasi City, West Java. Blessing.Store offers various types of clothes, shoes and hoodies. So far, Blessing Store product marketing has been through Instagram social media. Basically, the use of this media has been able to increase marketing and sales. However, there is another problem in the use of this media, namely the form of product promotion through advertising must incur quite a large cost because the advertising display rates are expensive to reach more consumers. Therefore, in this Scientific Writing, a Blessing Store website was created using PHP and MySQL. The stages of creating this website include designing the website appearance, creating a database using MySQL, creating program codes using PHP programming, creating a website appearance using the Bootstrap framework, and testing. Based on the results of testing the Blessing Store website using the Blackbox Testing method, device, browser, all page functions contained in this website have been successful according to their functions, so it can be concluded that the creation of the Blessing Store website has run according to what is expected and there are no obstacles. This website is expected by consumers to get information about products, locations, how to order, payments, and so on in more detail and complete. In addition, this website can facilitate Blessing Store managers in managing transactions, organizing incoming orders, and increasing marketing activities. This scientific paper discusses the design of a web-based video production project management tool using the Laravel framework. The website is designed to facilitate communication and coordination between clients and vendors through a Single Role Perspective. On the first page, users are presented with a Login page. Upon successful login, they are directed to the Homepage, where they can view a table displaying detailed information on all assigned tasks. The Navigation bar includes an Upload feature for data submission. Additionally, there is a Manage Work feature that allows users to assign editors responsible for specific materials.

Pempek is an iconic dish from Palembang that can now be ordered online through e- commerce platforms. This research aims to develop a web application for selling pempek, facilitating the transaction process for both sellers and buyers. The research method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, which includes the stages of planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.In the planning stage, system requirements are collected and analyzed to understand the problems faced in the manual distribution of pempek. The design is carried out using UML diagrams, website architecture, and interface design. Development involves writing code using PHP, MySQL, and the Bootstrap Framework. Testing is conducted to ensure the functionality of the system and to identify any shortcomings. Implementation is carried out after the system has been tested and is ready for use.The research results show that this web application facilitates buyers in ordering pempek, speeds up the transaction process, and helps sellers manage stock and inventory. In conclusion, this application can be an innovative solution to improve the efficiency of online pempek sales, expand market reach, and provide a more practical and modern shopping experience for customers. This research aims to develop a stock recording website for the Ferra Outfit clothing store using Bootstrap, PHP and MySQL technology. This website is designed to make it easier for admins to record incoming and outgoing goods and compile stock reports, thereby increasing the efficiency and accuracy of stock management. The research method used is the waterfall method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment and application maintenance. The results of this research show that the website developed is able to make it easier for admins to manage stock of goods in real-time, ensure data accuracy, and help in making better decisions.

This study aims to design and implement a seller website at the Zianzainshop Store that sells products from the Jimshoney brand, such as bags, wallets, and watches. This website is designed to make it easier for customers to make purchases and to help admins manage product and sales data. The main features of this website include the user page and admin page. On the user page, customers can see the number of available stock items, product descriptions, product prices, and make purchase transactions directly. Meanwhile, on the admin page, there are features for managing product, sales, and invoice data. The website development process uses PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap to ensure a responsive and functional appearance. In addition, a storyboard is used to describe the connection between the storyline from the beginning to the end of the application page. Testing is carried out using the blackbox method on various browsers and devices to ensure that each function of the website runs well and according to expectations. The results of the study show that this website has succeeded in increasing the efficiency of the ordering and payment process, facilitating transaction data tracking, and increasing the reach of new customers.

This study aims to design and implement a web-based outpatient registration information system at Regional General Hospital (RSUD) X to overcome issues arising from the manual registration system. The current manual registration system at RSUD X causes problems such as long queues, potential data entry errors, lost files, and difficulty in finding patient medical history. As a result, patient waiting times are longer, the administrative staff's workload increases, and the overall effectiveness of services decreases. The research method used is a qualitative one, which describes various processes in the system, from patient data input to the digital registration receipt output. The system design approach uses the waterfall method. Data collection was carried out through purposive sampling, while data gathering was done through interviews with registration officers, direct observation, and a documentation study in the medical records unit. The system is built with a combination of technologies, including PHP as a server-side programming language and MySQL as the database. The result is a web-based outpatient registration information system that can improve the efficiency and quality of hospital services. The advantages of this system include wide accessibility, time efficiency, and effective data management. This system is expected to reduce patient queues, improve the efficiency of the registration process, and simplify patient data management. However, the implementation of this system may face challenges such as limited resources and user skills. Solutions to overcome these challenges are effective resource allocation and user training. Overall, the web-based outpatient registration information system can be an effective solution to improve service quality at RSUD X.

This research aims to address the challenges in sales data management and limited market reach faced by the Inegena Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in North Bajawa District, Ngada Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The BUMDes produces and sells candlenut oil, a superior local product, but currently uses a manual sales and recording system (B2B and B2C), which leads to fluctuating demand, difficulties in sales data analysis, and decision-making that lacks valid data. To address these issues, a web-based e-commerce system was implemented. This system was designed using Agile methods, involving planning, implementation, software testing (black box testing), documentation, deployment, and maintenance. Furthermore, the Naïve Bayes algorithm was applied to visualize sales data and support better decision-making by classifying best-selling products, popular payment methods, and sales levels. The results of this research are expected to assist Inegena BUMDes in improving sales efficiency, expanding the market reach of candlenut oil products nationally. This system uses supporting software such as Xampp, PHP, and MySQL.

The manual attendance system using paper at work locations other than offices at PT Gresik Migas creates challenges in the effectiveness and efficiency of employee attendance records. This study implements a web-based attendance system that integrates geolocation and selfie features to improve the accuracy and efficiency of attendance recording. The system was developed using native PHP for backend, jQuery for frontend, MySQL as database, and Leaflet JS for geolocation implementation. Implementation results show the system was successfully implemented in 5 different locations with a 50-meter validation radius and used by 40 employees. This system enables real-time attendance monitoring through an admin dashboard and produces more efficient attendance records compared to the previous manual system.
