This study aims to analyze and understand the development of the financial sector in Indonesia through a literature review covering four main aspects: banking, financial digitalization, fiscal reforms, and financial literacy, as well as their impact on economic growth and public welfare. This literature review summarizes various findings and theories regarding the dynamics of the financial sector in efforts to maintain economic stability in Indonesia. The research findings indicate that the development of the banking sector plays a significant role in driving economic growth, particularly in expanding access to financing and improving the ease of fund distribution. In addition, digitalization strengthens the growth of financial technology by expanding access to financial services. Ongoing development of technology policies aims to address challenges in financial digitalization to make it more effective and secure. Furthermore, well-targeted fiscal reforms aim to improve productivity and economic stability. Meanwhile, the public also needs to cultivate wiser financial behavior to maximize the utilization of financial services as part of enhancing financial literacy. In conclusion, the positive impact of the advancement of the financial sector benefits economic growth and public welfare in Indonesia. This study emphasizes the importance of fostering collaboration between government policies, digital innovation, strengthening financial institutions, and helping the public enhance their capabilities to create a more inclusive and sustainable financial ecosystem.

Village entrepreneurship is an initiative designed to stimulate regional economic growth by accelerating the development of rural areas, which have long been perceived as slow, less productive, and lagging behind urban centers. The creation of entrepreneurial villages offers a concrete strategy to enhance community productivity because it encourages all components of the village government, residents, and local institutions to participate in structured and collaborative entrepreneurial activities. Such villages are expected to generate new economic opportunities, strengthen local industries, and increase community independence. However, initial observations from this Community Service program show that partner villages still face significant barriers, including limited land area, geographical remoteness, and inadequate human and natural resources. Many peripheral villages have not yet utilized digital technology effectively, making it difficult to expand markets or access broader economic networks. In addition, challenges related to financial access, limited talent development, socio-cultural constraints, and weak market infrastructure continue to hinder economic progress. These conditions demonstrate the urgent need for strategic assistance, capacity-building programs, and stronger support systems to help villages transform into sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems capable of contributing to long-term regional development.

This study aims to identify various problems faced by students class VII at junior high school Satu Atap Sukun in learning to speak English, as well as the role of teacher in overcoming these challenges, specifically with seventh-grade students. The researcher is interested in exploring the issues faced at junior high school Satu Atap Sukun and the strategies implemented by teacher to help students overcome these difficulties. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results found in this study indicate that the researcher identified problems in learning English speaking skills among students class VII at Junior High School Satu Atap Sukun, as well as the teacher strategies to solve these problems. The problems experienced by the students class VII at Junior High School Satu Atap Sukun are as follows: no experience in English learning from the basics, lack of motivation to English learning, lack of self-confidence, limited English vocabulary, very limited time for English learning, lack of learning facilities and teaching media, no English speaking practice outside of school, and the influence of an environment that uses the mother tongue. Meanwhile, the teacher strategies to overcome the English speaking problems among students class VII at Junior High School Satu Atap Sukun include group discussion strategy, role-play strategy, and whisper relay strategy.

This study looks at how the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model is used in Christian Religious Education (CRE) and checks how it helps students develop their critical thinking abilities. In today’s education system, students are not just expected to remember Bible stories, but also to understand what they mean, think about the moral lessons, and use Christian values wisely in their everyday lives. However, past observations show that CRE classes often use a lot of lectures and memorization, which doesn’t give students much chance to think deeply or link what they learn to real-life situations. The CTL model provides a better way for learning by using seven key parts: constructivism, inquiry, questioning, learning community, modeling, reflection, and real-world assessmen. A descriptive qualitative design was employed involving CRE teachers and students selected purposively from classes that have integrated CTL in online and face-to-face settings. Data were collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, and instructional documents. The analysis followed Miles and Huberman’s stages of data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing, supported by triangulation to strengthen credibility. The findings reveal that CTL enhances student engagement, promotes higher-order reasoning, and supports the internalization of Christian values in real-life contexts. Supporting factors include a positive school climate, parental involvement, and teacher readiness, whereas obstacles emerge from limited facilities, large class sizes, and insufficient teacher understanding of CTL. The study underscores the need for context-based and character-oriented instructional designs in CRE.

Social care values ​​are moral principles that emphasize empathy, altruism, solidarity, mutual cooperation, justice, and tolerance in social life. These values ​​form the foundation for individuals to understand the feelings of others, help selflessly, cooperate, be fair, and respect differences. This study aims to describe the representation of social care values ​​in Wattpad short stories in the family drama genre, identify the most dominant values ​​and the context in which they emerge, and explain the relevance of these findings to learning and character development in students. The study used a descriptive qualitative method because it focuses on the meaning of the text, rather than quantitative measurement. Data were collected through listening and note-taking techniques by carefully and repeatedly reading the short stories to identify sections of the text that contain social care values. Data included words, phrases, sentences, dialogue, and narratives that depict character actions, conflicts, or interactions reflecting empathy, altruism, solidarity, mutual cooperation, justice, and tolerance. All quotations were recorded on a coding sheet to organize the data systematically. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman technique, which includes data reduction, classification, and interpretation. In the reduction stage, relevant data was selected and then grouped according to social awareness value categories. Next, interpretation was conducted to explain the representation of these values ​​in the storyline and relationships between characters.

The Professional Work Lecture (KKP) at the Makassar Class I Prison aims to support the process of fostering Correctional Assisted Citizens (WBP) through recreational activities based on fun games. This program was implemented in response to the condition of WBPs who often experience boredom, psychological stress, and limitations in positive activities during the coaching period. This study uses a descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, observations, and interviews involving 30 WBPs, to identify needs and evaluate the impact of the implementation of activities. Fun games activities are carried out through several stages, namely planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation, by adjusting the conditions and rules that apply in the prison environment. The results of the implementation show that this activity is able to create a more positive atmosphere, increase a sense of togetherness, and help WBP in expressing and managing emotions in a healthier way. The results of the post-activity survey showed that 19 WBPs stated that they were very satisfied and 18 WBPs felt very happy after participating in fun games. Thus, fun games activities have proven to be effective as a coaching strategy that supports the improvement of the psychological welfare of WBP and can be used as an alternative to non-formal coaching programs in correctional institutions.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction at Kipang Sisera Panyabungan Business. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents who are Kipang Sisera customers. The data obtained were analyzed using validity, reliability, and regression analysis tests with the help of SPSS 25. The results of the validity test showed that all items in the questionnaire were valid with a calculated r value> r table (0.1689), while the results of the reliability test using Alpha Cronbach showed a value> 0.60, which means that the research instrument can be trusted. The results of the partial regression test (t test) showed that product quality had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) test showed that product quality contributed 62.9% to consumer satisfaction, while the rest was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Kampung Glam as a heritage area in Singapore faces modernization challenges that have the potential to shift local cultural identity. Service learning is applied to bridge cultural preservation efforts with community education through the collaboration of students, communities, and cultural stakeholders. The purpose of this activity is to strengthen cultural education, increase awareness of the younger generation, and support the sustainability of the creative economy based on local values. The methods used include needs mapping, collaborative solution design, implementation of cultural workshops, and sustainability evaluation. The results showed that students gained contextual experience on heritage management, while the local community was helped through educational materials, mentoring, and strengthening of cultural narratives. This activity also increases the understanding of the importance of a balance between the preservation of historical values and the development of the modern economy. In conclusion, service learning is effective as an educational approach and community empowerment in maintaining cultural identity. It is suggested that the program be continued with the development of cultural education modules and long-term partnerships to strengthen sustainability.

This report aims to describe the application of transformational leadership and its influence on the organizational communication climate at the St. Francis Xaverius Maumere Forestry and Arts Vocational School. Using a descriptive narrative method through interviews and observations, this report illustrates how principals are implementing transformational leadership in school management. The results of the study show that school principals are able to provide inspiration through example, motivation, and continuous support to teachers and education staff. This leadership practice is reflected in the giving of trust, the involvement of teachers in decision-making, and the encouragement to innovate in the learning process. The organizational communication climate in schools is considered open, transparent, and supportive, so that teachers and staff feel comfortable conveying ideas, criticisms, and suggestions without fear. Effective communication between leaders, teachers, and staff helps strengthen teamwork and increase a sense of ownership of the school's vision and mission. Thus, transformational leadership plays an important role in creating a positive organizational communication climate and supporting the improvement of performance and quality of education in schools.

This community service activity aims to improve the reading skills of students at SDK Solafide Setia Bonenggaya through the Aksara Class program, which provides additional fluent reading lessons. This program was initiated due to the persistently low reading skills of some early grade students, which impacts their understanding of the subject matter. The implementation method includes planning, implementation, and evaluation. The activity was carried out through intensive reading lessons using a phonics approach, repeated reading practice, individual mentoring, and the use of engaging and contextual learning media. Participants were early grade students experiencing reading difficulties. The results showed a significant improvement in students' reading skills, including letter recognition, word and sentence fluency, pronunciation accuracy, and simple reading comprehension. Furthermore, students also demonstrated increased learning motivation and confidence in reading in front of the class. Teachers and parents responded positively to the program, as it was seen as helping accelerate the mastery of basic reading skills. Thus, the Aksara Class program has proven effective as a learning assistance effort for students experiencing reading difficulties. This activity is expected to be implemented sustainably and replicated in other schools with similar conditions

The integration of cloud computing and data security systems is vital for the operational success and competitiveness of fintech startups. Cloud computing enables these startups to scale quickly, manage resources efficiently, and reduce infrastructure costs, making it an indispensable tool for businesses in the rapidly evolving fintech sector. However, with the benefits come significant challenges, particularly in data protection and cybersecurity. As fintech services handle sensitive financial data, ensuring robust security measures such as encryption, access controls, and continuous monitoring is crucial to maintaining user trust. Furthermore, regulatory compliance, both local and global, adds complexity to the data protection strategies of fintech companies. This research explores the key factors that drive cloud adoption in fintech, the security challenges associated with cloud environments, and the strategies implemented by startups to address these challenges. Interviews with IT managers from Indonesian fintech startups reveal that while cloud computing offers scalability and cost-effectiveness, issues like compliance with local regulations and the protection of sensitive data remain major concerns. The research suggests that fintech startups should invest in both cloud infrastructure and advanced cybersecurity measures to protect their operations and customer data. Additionally, creating a comprehensive roadmap for regulatory compliance and fostering partnerships with cybersecurity firms will help mitigate risks and ensure long-term success. The findings highlight the importance of integrating cloud computing with effective security strategies to navigate the complex regulatory and security landscape of the fintech industry.

This study aims to describe the characteristics of AIESEC Future Leaders (AFL) promotional content on the Instagram account @aiesecupnvy using a descriptive qualitative approach and Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic analysis. Promotional content was chosen as the focus of the research because it plays a crucial role in building audience interest and understanding of the self-development programs offered. The research results indicate that AIESEC UPNVY utilizes several types of visual and verbal signs designed to attract attention and build emotional closeness with its target audience, namely students and young people. Content highlighting program benefits, testimonials from previous participants in the form of single words, expressions of delegates' happiness, and symbolic videos about togetherness proved effective in creating social proof and strengthening AFL's image as a program that provides valuable experiences. This strategy aligns with the AIDA principle, where each piece of content is designed to attract attention, generate interest, cultivate desire, and encourage registration action. Additionally, using a cutting-edge approach thru creative visuals, short narratives, and authentic content strengthens the promotional appeal on digital platforms. Overall, this study concludes that the AFL promotional content has been strategically and innovatively crafted, enabling it to enhance the effectiveness of marketing communication and help strengthen audience engagement with the program.

This study aims to describe the community empowerment strategy implemented by Lazis Nurul Falah in supporting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Ketintang, Surabaya. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data were collected directly during the distribution of business capital assistance and mentoring of beneficiaries. The results show that the empowerment program focused on improving economic independence through financial aid, business equipment, and moral support from volunteers. Although conducted modestly, the program had a significant impact on beneficiaries’ confidence and motivation to continue their businesses. It also strengthened social and Islamic values such as ta‘āwun (mutual help) and built harmonious relations between the institution, volunteers, and the community. The study concludes that empowerment based on collaboration and social proximity can create positive change and serve as an effective model to promote community economic independence.

Hijaiyah letters have varying shapes, and some of them are very similar, often causing errors in the manual character recognition process. This study aims to classify Hijaiyah letters based on digital images using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method. This method was used in this study with a dataset consisting of 28 letter classes and a total of 4,480 images obtained from various public sources and private data. All images underwent a preprocessing stage that included labeling, resizing, normalization, and augmentation, then were divided into three parts, namely training data, validation data, and test data with a ratio of 70:20:10. The training process was carried out using the Python programming language with the help of the TensorFlow and Keras libraries on the Google Colab platform. The test results showed that the CNN model achieved an accuracy of 97.10%, with an average precision, recall, and F1-score of 0.97, respectively. Classification errors only occurred in letters that had similar shapes, such as Syin and Sin. Based on these results, the CNN method proved to be effective, efficient, and accurate in recognizing Hijaiyah letter image patterns, so it can be used as a basis for developing classification models with higher accuracy in the future.

This community service program is designed to address the problem of low understanding of MA Taruna Islam Kraksaan students regarding the process of psychological development and self-potential. Many students do not understand the rhythm of development, abilities, and past experiences as important components in the formation of identity, which causes a lack of self-confidence, learning motivation, and ability adaptation. The main objective of this activity is to help students understand the laws of developmental rhythm, the law of survival, and the law of self-development so that they can gradually optimize their potential. Using qualitative methods, mentoring is carried out through lectures, group discussions, observations, interviews, and documentation. This ensures that students not only get theory but also engage in a reflective and participatory process. This program really helps improve students' understanding of self-development, as shown by increased self-confidence, motivation to learn, self-reflection skills, and readiness to face academic and social challenges. In addition, students show a more positive and adaptive attitude towards their potential in academic, emotional, and social terms.

This study examines how the use of Quizizz as a digital learning media has great potential to enhance the learning interest of senior high school students. Quizizz provides an interactive learning experience through game-based quizzes that are engaging, easy to use, and accessible online. Features such as appealing visual design, point systems, gamification elements, and instant feedback help students become more active and motivated during the learning process. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of using Quizizz in increasing students’ learning interest across various subjects at the senior high school level. The research methods include observation, the implementation of interactive quizzes, and the distribution of learning-interest questionnaires administered before and after using the media. The results indicate that Quizizz creates a more enjoyable, competitive, and participatory learning atmosphere, contributing significantly to the improvement of students’ learning interest. Therefore, Quizizz can be considered an effective digital learning alternative to support the teaching and learning process in senior high schools.

Leadership plays a crucial role in realizing digital transformation. Leaders who possess the ability to lead and utilize technology are called digital leaders. The era of information technology development, artificial intelligence, and the use of big data in the government sector will help improve services and accelerate work. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of digital leadership in digital transformation in the government sector. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results show that the role of digital leadership is crucial in realizing digital transformation. By utilizing information technology, work processes in the government sector will be increasingly facilitated. In addition, the use of big data will simplify the decision-making process by leaders. Digital leadership also influences organizational culture, creating an environment that is more adaptive to technological changes. This enables government organizations to innovate more quickly in facing global challenges and increase operational efficiency. Furthermore, digital leadership also encourages collaboration between government agencies to achieve the common goal of accelerating digital transformation.

Spiritual needs during adolescence are very important because this time in life helps shape who a person is, how they feel, and their beliefs. This study looks at the spiritual needs of teenagers and young people at GKE Betang Kahanjak Palangkaraya, and explores ways that Christian Religious Education (PAK) can help them grow spiritually. By looking at existing research and observing the local context, the study finds that young people need support in their personal spirituality, their Christian identity, building relationships, getting guidance, becoming stronger in tough situations, and making good moral choices. Good PAK approaches include mentoring that focuses on relationships, studying the Bible in a way that fits their situation, using digital tools for spiritual growth, combining service with learning, and guidance that builds strong character. Churches need to keep up with how young people are changing and create new ways of ministry that really help teenagers and young adults grow spiritually.

This study aims to describe the application of StiFIn the results in student management at Nuris Junior High School (SMP) Jember. The StiFIn test is used by the school to identify students’ dominant intelligence as a basis for managerial decision-making. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that StiFIn is utilized in several key aspects, namely recruitment strategies, student placement and grouping, student service development, and achievement evaluations and coaching. The application of StiFIn test results helps the school  understand the character and natural potensial of each student so that educational services can be provided more appropriately and personally. Overall, the us of StiFin has been proven to support the effectiveness of student management and improve the quality of learningand student development at Nuris Juniar High School Jember.
