This paper aims to explore the hermeneutics proposed by Fatima Mernissi in reading a hadith, especially those related to the hadith of female leadership. In this case, the hadith narrated by Abu Bakrah's companion stated that "a people who entrust their affairs to women will not be successful." This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive analytical nature, which focuses on analyzing the sanad and matan and revealing how the socio-historical context of a hadith is narrated. The results of this study indicate that the hermeneutic concept proposed by Fatima Mernissi is able to identify bias in the narration of a hadith. In this case, the hadith narrated by Abu Bakra is considered weak for several reasons, such as the incompleteness of Abu Bakra's genealogy, the influence of the social conditions of the hadith, and the lack of credibility of the narrator. Therefore, the hermeneutic approach proposed by Fatima Mernissi provides a reinterpretation of the hadiths so that they are in line with the principle of justice.

In Islam, the family is a spiritual institution that plays a central role in shaping human psychological and moral balance. However, modernization, individualism, and value disorientation have led to rising psychological crises and disharmony in Muslim households. This issue requires a scientific approach that goes beyond legal-normative perspectives toward an integrative psychological understanding. This study aims to analyze the concept of Sakinah, Mawaddah, and Rahmah from a psychological perspective to formulate a contextual and applicable model of family well-being. The research employs a qualitative library research method by synthesizing Islamic sources (Qur’an, Hadith, and classical scholarship) with contemporary psychological theories of emotional well-being and spiritual intelligence. The findings reveal that Sakinah represents spiritual-emotional equilibrium, Mawaddah functions as an ethical and transcendental affective energy, and Rahmah embodies compassionate empathy that nurtures healing and forgiveness. Together, these values constitute the Islamic Family Well-Being Model, an integrative paradigm that situates spirituality as emotional regulation, love as affective force, and compassion as moral regulator. This model asserts that genuine harmony in Muslim families can only be achieved through psycho-spiritual balance grounded in divine values.

Learning evaluation is an essential component of the Islamic education system as it serves to assess the achievement of learning objectives and measure students’ development. This study aims to examine the concept of learning evaluation according to the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad Shallallahu ‘Alaihi Wasallam and its relevance in modern educational contexts. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a literature study method, using sources from hadith collections, Islamic education books, and scientific journals. The findings reveal that the Prophet’s hadith provides a strong foundation for the implementation of learning evaluation based on three main domains: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Furthermore, the hadith emphasizes sincerity, justice, and exemplary behavior as essential principles in the evaluation process. The implementation of these values in modern education requires teachers to assess not only academic performance but also students’ moral and spiritual aspects. Thus, learning evaluation based on hadith serves as guidance for achieving a balanced education between knowledge, morality, and skills.

Interdisciplinary studies linking the Quran and Hadith with modern science continues to attract significant attention among global academics. This phenomenon reflects a paradigm shift in Islamic studies, where integration with contemporary disciplines is seen as essential for a more comprehensive understanding. Prayer holds a central place in Islamic teachings, recognized as one of the five fundamental pillars of Islam. The concept of health in Islam is broad, encompassing physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects in an integrated manner. This holistic Islamic view of health demonstrates that the practice of worship, particularly prayer, has the potential to provide health benefits that extend beyond the physical dimension. Prayer contributes significantly to an individual's overall mental and spiritual well-being. The aim of this study was to understand the integration of prayer and health through an interdisciplinary study linking the Koran and Hadith. The study concluded that there is a significant and multifaceted relationship between the practice of prayer and various aspects of health, encompassing the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions. This demonstrates that religious teachings do not focus solely on the spiritual aspect but also provide a comprehensive framework for maintaining overall health.

This study comprehensively examines the concept of Sharia law by highlighting the main divisions within Islamic law: taklifi law and wadh'I law. Taklifi law encompasses five normative categories: obligation, recommendation, permissibility, makruh, and prohibition, which serve to regulate individual behavior in accordance with Sharia principles. Meanwhile, wadh'iy law emphasizes the causes, conditions, and requirements for the validity of a legal act, thus forming a normative framework that guarantees the validity of an action from an Islamic legal perspective. This study uses a normative approach through a literature review of primary sources of Islamic law, such as the Qur'an, Hadith, and classical and contemporary fiqh literature. The results of the study indicate that the division between taklifi and wadh'iy law is crucial for understanding the structure and complexity of Sharia law, both in terms of the vertical relationship between humans and God and the horizontal relationships between individuals. This study also examines the contemporary issue of plastic surgery from an Islamic legal perspective.  Plastic surgery is permissible for medical purposes, such as reconstruction following an accident, congenital defect, or impaired bodily function, as it aligns with the principles of preserving benefit and eliminating harm. However, plastic surgery solely for aesthetic purposes is considered forbidden, as it constitutes altering God's creation without a sharia (Islamic) justification. This finding confirms that the division of sharia law is not merely theoretical but also relevant in addressing modern issues, including in medical practice, and has important implications for the development of contemporary Islamic law and its application within the national legal context.

This study aims to integrate Prophetic guidance (Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad into the development of a Maqāṣid-Based Budgeting Framework, focusing on the balance between efficiency and social responsibility in Islamic financial management. Using a qualitative thematic approach to relevant hadiths on trust (amānah), professionalism (itqān), prohibition of extravagance (isrāf), and distributive justice, the study reveals that efficiency in Islam extends beyond cost reduction toward the optimization of maslahah ‘āmmah (public welfare). Meanwhile, social responsibility serves as an ethical foundation ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in fiscal decision-making. The integration of Prophetic values with theories of Islamic Fiscal Management and Public Finance Efficiency enhances the conceptual strength of Islamic budgeting as a model of balanced financial governance. Thus, budgeting in the maqāṣid and Prophetic perspective is not merely a technical instrument but also a spiritual and social tool for achieving just, efficient, and ethically grounded financial management.

The lifestyle of Indonesian society, especially among Generation Z, has been influenced by globalization and foreign popular culture, specifically the Korean wave or hallyu. Awareness of halal certification and knowledge and literacy about halal food are important to study as they influence Generation Z's purchasing decisions regarding Korean food. This study uses a descriptive method, namely a qualitative approach, while the type of research used is literature research in the form of books, interpretations of the Qur'an, Hadith, and others related to the problem to be solved. Halal food is food and drink that is permissible for consumption according to Islam, i.e., free from haram ingredients such as pork, meat from animals that have not been slaughtered in accordance with Islamic law, and alcohol. To determine whether food is haram, there needs to be a guarantee, such as a halal certificate, which is an absolute step to ensure that a product complies with applicable standards. Korean food is cuisine that has grown and developed from the Korean environment and culture, which has a unique taste, starting from the names of the dishes, which are able to attract the interest of the public, especially Generation Z.

The phenomenon of using non-Hajj visas for pilgrimage has deprived many pilgrims of legal protection, with numerous cases of arrests by Saudi authorities resulting in deportation and even a ten-year ban on entering Saudi Arabia. This study adopts a qualitative case study design with an empirical legal research approach. Data were collected through interviews and document analysis at PT Mirbath Tour and Travel Palu. The primary data source was an interview with the Director of PT Mirbath, while secondary sources included the Qur’an, Hadith, legislation, journals, articles, theses, dissertations, and reference books. Data analysis employed reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings highlight three key points. First, PT Mirbath facilitated Hajj departures using multiple-entry visas with significant limitations, such as the absence of tents in Mina and Muzdalifah, restricted access to facilities, and alternative routes from Riyadh to bypass checkpoints. Second, the use of non-Hajj visas indicates that the implementation of Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 8 of 2019 on the Administration of Hajj and Umrah has not been effectively enforced, with policy gaps and weak operational oversight remaining apparent. Third, although the contractual arrangements applied appear consistent with the principles of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh muamalah), they conflict with the foundations of sharia economic law, as the use of non-Hajj visas involves elements of gharar (uncertainty), lack of transparency, and contractual objectives inconsistent with maqasid al-shariah.

The principle of "Al-Umuru Bi Maqasidiha," meaning "everything depends on its purpose," is one of the main principles of Islamic law that plays a crucial role in Islamic economic practices. This research aims to outline the meaning, legal basis, branches, and application of this principle in modern economic activities. The method used is a literature review, examining the Quran, Hadith, the opinions of scholars, and contemporary studies related to Islamic economics. The results of the study indicate that intention is a key factor in determining the validity or invalidity of an act, both in worship and transactions. This principle is relevant to addressing contemporary transaction developments, such as Islamic banking, fintech, and digital investment instruments, by emphasizing objectives aligned with the maqasid al-shariah (Islamic principles). The evolving branches of this principle emphasize the role of intention in distinguishing between custom and worship, establishing the validity of contracts, and transforming permissible activities into acts of worship. Its application in Islamic economics encompasses transaction contracts, asset management (mal), and Islamic banking practices, all of which are directed toward achieving benefits and preventing harm. In conclusion, the principle of Al-Umuru Bi Maqasidiha (The Principle of Proper Conduct and the Principle of Good Conduct) is highly urgent in building an Islamic economic system that is just, imbued with integrity, and oriented toward blessings.

This study aims to examine the Islamic legal maxim al-yaqīn lā yuzālu bi al-syakk (certainty is not removed by doubt), along with its foundations, branches, and applications in the context of Islamic economics. This maxim plays a crucial role in Islamic legal rulings as it provides guidance that something already established with certainty cannot be nullified merely by subsequent doubt. This research adopts a literature review method by analyzing the Qur’an, hadiths, and various recent academic references. The findings indicate that this legal maxim safeguards legal certainty, prevents decision-making based on mere speculation, and protects individual rights in transactions. Several derivative principles, such as al-ashlu baqā’ mā kāna ‘alā mā kāna, al-ashlu barā’atu al-dzimmah, and al-ashlu fil asy-ya’ al-ibāhah, reinforce the notion that the original legal status remains valid until proven otherwise by strong evidence. Its application in Islamic economics covers trade transactions, mudharabah contracts, asset ownership, and debt settlement, all of which require valid proof before altering an established legal status. This study concludes that implementing the maxim al-yaqīn lā yuzālu bi al-syakk remains highly relevant in the context of modern economic development, as it ensures fairness, minimizes disputes, and promotes secure and sharia-compliant transactions.

This writing is intended for equality between women and men so that there are no differences in education. Through the hadith texts of the Prophet and History from pre-prophecy, it cannot be denied that women are second class in life so that many people exclude women compared to men, contrary to what was taught by the Prophet Muhammad SAW who was sent to the face of the earth. This is one way of elevating a woman's status or perfecting her morals to this day, but currently many people in the community think that women's education is not important because women will return to home affairs serving their husbands and educating their children. In contrast to the current life where women can become leaders and can hold positions that men usually hold, such as in government and pubic society. In writing this, the author hopes to change society's mindset to change and improve thinking that does not provide access to women so that women can develop themselves so that they can become useful women in society, especially in their households, in this case not a few women complain. to be able to study and be educated as a man who values education in high regard. This article concludes the importance of women's education that we must change our mindset and provide access to women so that they can develop their potential.

This study explores the phenomenon of eclipses from the perspective of Islamic prophetic traditions (hadith), aiming to understand the theological and ritual responses to such celestial events in Islamic teachings. Despite being predictable astronomical occurrences, eclipses have often been associated with myths and superstitions in various cultures. The study investigates how Islamic teachings demystify these phenomena through authentic hadiths. Using a qualitative method with a thematic and historical approach, primary data were drawn from digital hadith sources such as Maktabah Syamilah, Hadith Soft, and the Encyclopedia of Hadith: The Nine Imams. The analysis identified ten relevant hadiths, which were grouped into three main themes: the meaning of eclipses, the spiritual wisdom behind them, and prescribed religious practices. Findings show that Islam emphasizes eclipses as signs of God's greatness, unrelated to death or birth events, and calls for reflective acts such as prayer and charity. This research contributes to the discourse on how religious texts provide a rational and spiritual framework for  natural phenomena

This study aims to analyze M. Quraish Shihab's views on spiritual interaction between the deceased and the living in Tafsir al-Mishbah. This issue is highly urgent because the debate surrounding the soul and the afterlife has existed since the time of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and continues to be a polemic to this day. To answer this question, a qualitative research method with a library research approach was used. Primary data came from Tafsir al-Mishbah, where the Quranic verses about the soul were analyzed thematically. Secondary data were obtained from various classical and contemporary tafsir books, hadith books, and books on interpretation methodology to provide a comprehensive understanding. The results show that, according to M. Quraish Shihab, humans are bidimensional beings. Death is not the end of existence, but rather a transition from the mundane realm to the Barzakh realm, where the soul remains alive. Although human knowledge is very limited regarding the unseen realm, interaction between the souls of the living and the deceased is possible, especially through dreams. In conclusion, M. Quraish Shihab argues that souls in the Barzakh realm remain alive and conscious, and can interact with other souls, although in a different way from communication in the physical world.

This study aims to integrate the Grounded Theory approach with James Spradley’s ethnographic method in hadith studies to understand the contextual meaning of hadiths within the social life of the community. The background of this research lies in the limitations of the classical hadith approach, which tends to focus only on textual aspects (sanad and matn) while lacking exploration of the underlying social and cultural meanings. Using a descriptive-analytical qualitative approach, the primary data are sourced from hadith collections such as Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, while the secondary data consist of literature on qualitative methodology, ethnography, and Grounded Theory. Data collection techniques were conducted through library research and analyzed using Spradley’s nine steps of ethnographic analysis, including domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, componential analysis, and theme analysis. The results indicate that the integration of these approaches enables the construction of thematic categories from hadiths based on the social experiences of the Muslim community and generates substantive theories relevant to the dynamics of Muslim social life. This approach not only broadens the understanding of hadith texts but also emphasizes the importance of viewing hadiths as social constructions embedded within Islamic culture.
