This study aims to identify the main challenges faced by teachers in the management of students' disciplinary character at SMK 2 Yayasan Perguruan Bandung as well as the efforts made by teachers to shape students' disciplinary character.Qualitative research methods were used with a focus on interviews as a data collection technique.The results of the interviews show that students' discipline and character problems are complex, influenced by internal and external factors such as family and social environments. Teachers use a behavioral counseling approach to help students change behavior and improve character. Thus, this study provides new insights for teachers and related parties in improving discipline management in schools. Improving students' disciplinary character does not only involve teachers, but also requires support from parents and students' social environment. Through this collaborative approach, it is hoped that a conducive learning environment can be created for the formation of quality student character.

Teachers must be able to synchronize their behavior according to what they teach, meaning what the teacher says is in accordance with actions that can be seen from their daily behavior. The role of the teacher really determines the implementation of a good learning process in school. Where religious character is one of the character values ​​that is developed in school. However, there needs to be an in-depth study of what causes them to still have this non-religious attitude or is it outside of the religious attitude that has been instilled in them. The problem of this research is how effective the teacher's personality competence is in forming the religious character of the students of the Nurulhuda Islamic Boarding School, Pakandangan, Sumenep, and what can support and hinder the implementation of teacher personality competence in forming the religious character of the students of the Nurulhuda Islamic Boarding School, Pakandangan, Sumenep, the 2022-2022 school year. 2023. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. There are three components to the data collection technique, namely observation, interviews and documentation. In this research, researchers used single case data analysis techniques (single case design) with the data analysis model introduced by Miles and Hiberman, namely the data analysis process was carried out simultaneously with data collection through several stages starting from the data collection process, presentation and verification or drawing conclusions . The research conclusion is that the effectiveness of teacher personality competence in forming the religious character of students at the Nurulhuda Islamic Boarding School in Pakandangan Sumenep for the 2022-2023 academic year is the involvement of teachers as motivators, mentors, educators, inspirers, evaluators and supervisors. Apart from that, the effectiveness of the teacher's personality competence is a role model for students, providing motivation and advice to students if they commit a violation and there is always time for students even outside class hours. Where these forms are gentle, disciplined, responsible and fair. Supporting factors for implementing teacher personality competence in forming the religious character of students at the Nurulhuda Pakandangan Islamic Boarding School, Sumenep for the 2022-2023 academic year are control and supervision as well as instructions from the boarding school leadership and cooperation and mutual assistance between teaching staff. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are inadequate infrastructure, insufficient financing, inadequate family support and supervision when students are at home.

This article explores the importance of synergy between Christian Religious Education (CRE) teachers and parents in enhancing the spirituality of Generation Alpha students. This generation lives amidst rapid digital technological advancements that influence how they think, behave, and develop life values. Spiritual formation for Generation Alpha cannot be carried out separately by schools and homes; instead, it must be built through close collaboration between teachers and parents. This study employs a qualitative approach using literature review methods, analyzing various books, academic journals, and relevant data on the role of CRE teachers, parental involvement, and contextual strategies for faith development. The findings indicate that students’ spirituality can be significantly improved through collaborative approaches involving contextual learning, the use of digital media, life modeling, and effective communication between school and family. The article emphasizes that the synergy between CRE teachers and parents is a relevant and essential strategy to nurture Generation Alpha students with strong faith and character in accordance with the teachings of Christ.

By working professionally, a teacher can be trusted in terms of teaching and so on, so that he can become a quality teacher, so that the teacher can be seen as someone who has a noble profession. Christian teachers play a very important role in determining the spiritual growth of their students, but many still fail to recognize and respond to the reality of turbulent times. Children's Christian religious education is the most important thing in their lives. Serving a mission to reach children, Christian Religious Education provides an approach to children, where Christian Religious Education has a concept that focuses on how to educate them. The role of teachers in the mission of Christian Religious Education must be a top priority. One of the main goals is to shape or provide direction to the participants. Educate about their faith and spiritual development. Therefore, in this case the author uses descriptive qualitative methods so that the meaning of the research results can be understood.

Online social media has a very positive influence on students at SDN Tapin Bini 1 for smooth teaching and learning activities because they can get various data related to learning material, interactions with fellow friends, for entertainment, and various other important information. For this reason, PAK teachers need to provide students with a proper understanding regarding the responsible use of social media. If PAK teachers are not serious about providing proper understanding, students will misuse social media, for example making fun of their friends, spreading fake news, deceiving friends, and so on. This article aims to explain the role of PAK teachers in making good use of social media for students so that social media can be used to communicate more widely due to the ease of facilities in disseminating good information. The research method used is qualitative through observation, interviews and documentation approaches. The results of this research are that PAK teachers must care more about students in providing an appropriate understanding of the use of online social media, so that it can be useful for teaching and learning activities carried out, both at school and doing assignments at home.

The aim of this research is to find out how big the influence of PAK Teacher Guidance and Characteristics is on the learning discipline of class V students at SD Negeri 048232 Karo Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population is all class V students of SD Negeri 048232 Karo Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 39 people and this research is population research. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 30 items, namely 17 items for variable Karo Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year, proven through: 1) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.665 > rtable (-0.05.39) = 0.316. b) The significant relationship test obtained a t0 value of 5.413 ttable (0-0.05, den-2-37) 2.021. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y = 17.881 + 0.219X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r²) = 44.2%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained F0 > Ftable (0-0.05, in the numerator k30, dk in the denominator-2-39-2-37) namely 29.30 1.51. Thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

This research aims to determine the influence of PAK teachers' pedagogical competence on the learning discipline of class "Senior High School 1 Tanjung Pura, Academic Year 2023/2024." The research method is quantitative descriptive inferential. The population is all class Random sampling (random sampling) was 30% of the total population, namely 35 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. From the results of data analysis, it was obtained: a) The value rcount=0.579>rtabel=0.334 and tcount=4.079>ttable=2.042 shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the pedagogical competence of PAK teachers and the learning discipline of class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Pura for the 2023 Academic Year /2024. b) Regression equation. c) From the determination test it is known that the magnitude of the effect is 33.52%. d) Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount=16.49>Ftable=3.32 so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The research concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the pedagogical competence of PAK teachers on the learning discipline of class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Pura for the 2023/2024 academic year.

The purpose of this research is to 1) determine the influence of the principal's leadership as supervisor on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in 2024; 2) Knowing the influence of teacher work motivation on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in 2024; 3) Knowing the influence of the Principal's Leadership as a Supervisor and Teacher Work Motivation Simultaneously on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in 2024. With the hypothesis: 1) There is a positive influence of the Principal's Leadership as a Supervisor on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in 2024 2 ) There is a positive influence of Teacher Work Motivation on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in 2024. 3) There is a positive influence of Principal Leadership as Supervisor and Teacher Work Motivation simultaneously on Performance at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in 2024. The method in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive statistical approach. The population is all teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon, totaling 41 people and this research is a population study. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire with 60 reliable items, with rh>rt α 0.05 for all items and r11:0.90%. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence: 1) Leadership of the Principal as Supervisor at 37.2%, > 0, thus there is a positive influence of Leadership of the Principal as Supervisor on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in 2024. 2) Teacher Work Motivation Regarding Teacher Performance, it is 23.8% > 0, thus there is a positive influence of Teacher Work Motivation on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in 2024. 3) Leadership of the Principal as Supervisor and Teacher Work Motivation is 41.3% > 0, thus The positive influence of the Principal's Leadership as a Supervisor and Teacher Work Motivation simultaneously on Performance can be found at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in 2024. In conclusion, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the personality competence of PAK teachers on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between the personality competence of PAK teachers on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year. Descriptive and inferential quantitative research methods. The population of all class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 212 people. Random sampling was taken, namely 20% of the total population, namely 42 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: a) The value rcount=0.489>rtabel=0.304 and tcount=3.546>ttable=2.021 shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the personality competence of PAK teachers and the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year. . b) Regression equation. c) The determination test revealed that the influence was 23.91%. d) Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount=12.566>Ftable=3.23, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The research concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the personality competence of PAK teachers on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year.

The purpose of this research is to 1) find out whether there is a relationship between the Spirituality of PAK Teachers and the Christian Character Formation of Teb State Middle School Students, 2) find out whether there is a relationship between Bible Study and the Christian Character Formation of Tebo State Middle School Students, 3) to find out whether there is a relationship between the Spirituality of PAK Teachers and Bible Study on the Formation of the Christian Character of Shiva SMP N Tebo. The research hypothesis is: "There is a significant relationship between PAK Teacher Spirituality and Bible Study on the Formation of Christian Character of N Tebo Middle School Students." The population is students of class VIII and IX of SMP N 3 Tebo, SMP N 30 Tebo, SMP N 31 Tebo totaling 290 people who are Christians. The research sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, namely 36 students from class VIII and IX of SMP N Tebo as an experimental class using Religious Education and Bible Study Teacher Spirituality and 36 students from class XI MIPA 3 as a control class using normal treatment (conventional class). The instrument used in this research was a 50-item questionnaire. Research data for the questionnaire was analyzed using the average difference test formula (N-Gain Score). It was found that the average value for the experimental class was 82.4369 in the effective category. And the average value for the control class is 22.9433, which is in the ineffective category. Then carrying out an independent test using the t test obtained a value of t = 20.376> t table (α = 0.05; df = 70) = 2,000. Thus, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a relationship between the Spirituality of Religious Education Teachers and Bible Study on the Formation of Christian Character in N Tebo Middle School Students, and H0 is rejected.

Therefore, attention is really needed from various parties, especially the role and attention of teachers in the world of education, in teaching and learning with the aim of helping students learn about the world of education from not knowing to knowing, especially knowing character and morals. Educators not only aim to teach, but educators must also act as teachers who take part in building students' morals and character, and are responsible in accordance with the goals of education and learning to shape and create a generation with noble morals. so that every student has good character and morals in living the days of his life.

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Influence of Animation Media on the Learning Interest of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used is an inferential descriptive quantitative research method, with a population of 123 students and a sample taken of 50% so that the sample for this research is 62 students using Random Sampling techniques.The instrument used in this research used a closed questionnaire of 36 questions, of which 15 questionnaire items were for variable X and 21 items were for variable Y which had been tested on 30 students outside the research sample. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Influence of Animation Media on the Learning Interest of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. 1) Test the relationship between rcount > rtable, namely 0.557 > 0.254, meaning there is a positive relationship between the influence of animation media on students' learning interest; 2) The significant test tcount>ttable is 5.194>2.000, meaning there is a significant relationship between the influence of animation media on students' learning interest; 3) The determination test is 31.02%, meaning that 31.02% of interest in learning is influenced by animation media; 4) The regression equation is obtained from  the more Animation Media increases, the more Student Learning Interest increases; 5) Test the hypothesis using a test F is obtained Fcount > Ftable  = ( = 0,05,dk numerator k =9,dk denominator = n-2 = 62-2 = 60)  that is 26,884 > 2,04. Thus, Ha, namely that there is a positive and significant influence between the Influence of Animation Media on the Learning Interest of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency, for the 2023/2024 Academic Year is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The aim of this research is to find out how much influence the Emotional Intelligence of Christian Religious Education Teachers has on the character formation of Class V Students at SD 173299 Paniaran for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive statistics. The population is all class V students of SD 173299 Paniaran who are Protestant Christians with a total of 32 people and this research is a population research. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 37 items, namely 15 items for variable : 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.585 > rtable(=0.05,n=32) = 0.349. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 3.946 > ttable(=0.05, dk=n-2=30)= 2.042. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y=21.17+1.06X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 34.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=13, dk denominator=n-2=32-2=30) namely 15.56 > 2.09. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant effect of giving reinforcement on student learning motivation at SMP Negeri 3 Pangaribuan in the 2023/2024 Learning Year. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of all VIII graders at SMP Negeri 3 Pangaribuan totaling 110 people with a sample of 44 people. Data were collected with a questionnaire of 35 items compiled by the author based on variable indicators according to theory. The questionnaire test was conducted on 30 students in the same place, namely SMP Negeri 3 Pangaribuan, the questionnaire of variable x was tested and it was found that all items were valid. With the validity test rcount (0.40 - 0.69) > rtable (0.05,30) = 0.361 and the reliability of the questionnaire test which is at a value of 0.883190. The results of the validity of the questionnaire test of variable y with the validity test rcount (0.38 - 0.78) > rtable (0.05,30) = 0.361 and the reliability of the questionnaire test which is at a value of 0.8558508.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of implementing the jigsaw type cooperative learning model in increasing students' interest in learning in PAK & Characteristics subjects at St. Vocational School. Nahanson Parapat Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency, 2022/2023 Academic Year. The research hypothesis is: "There is a positive and significant influence of the jigsaw type cooperative model on the interest in learning PAK & Characteristics of class XI students at St. Vocational School. Nahanson Parapat Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency." The population is all students of class XI SMK St. Nahanson Parapat, North Tapanuli Regency, totaling 131 people. The research sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, namely 25 students in class XI TKJ 2 as the experimental class using the jigsaw type cooperative learning model and class This research method is a quantitative approach with a true experimental design method and a post-test only control group design. The instrument used in this research was a 22 item questionnaire. Research data for the questionnaire was analyzed using the Separated Variance t test formula. From the calculation results, the value of tcount = 3.993 > ttable(α=5%) = 2.064. The tcount value is in the curve area of ​​rejection of H0 and acceptance of Ha. Thus, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence of the jigsaw type cooperative model on the interest in learning PAK & Characteristics of class XI students at St. Vocational School. Nahanson Parapat Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency. Differences in interest in learning PAK & Characteristics of class XI students at SMK St. Nahanson Parapat Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency, it is known that the average interest in learning PAK & Characteristics of students using the jigsaw type cooperative learning model is 3.27, higher than the average interest in learning PAK & Characteristics of students using the lecture learning model, namely 2. 87.

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of the personality competence of PAK teachers on the character of students in class XI of cosmetology of SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti, Toba Regency for the 2023/2024 learning year, with the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant influence of the influence of the personality competence of PAK teachers on the character of students in class XI of cosmetology of SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti, Toba Regency for the 2023/2024 Learning Year. With a population of all students in class XI of Fashion Management of SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti who are Protestant Christians totaling 90 people with a sample of 60 people so that this study uses descriptive methods with cluster sampling techniques. Data were collected with a 54-item closed questionnaire prepared by the author based on variable indicators according to expert theory. The questionnaire test was conducted on 30 respondents of Class XI of Fashion Management 1 SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti Toba Regency for the 2023/2024 Learning Year using 54 questionnaire items and after being tested the results of the validity of the questionnaire test were known to be the value of rcount> rtable = 0.142-0.604 (there are 8 items of question items that have a validity of less than rtable 0.361 so that invalid questionnaires are discarded). Thus the valid questionnaire amounted to 46 question items. And the reliability of the questionnaire test which is at a value of 0.607. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive influence and significant between the Personality Competence of PAK Teachers on the Character of Students in Class XI of Fashion Management at SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti, Toba Regency for the 2023/2024 Learning Year. With the relationship test obtained rcount> rtable, namely 0.343>0.254, with a significant relationship test tcount> ttable, namely 3.654>2.000, with a linear regression test = α + bx = 26.98 + 0.248X. This equation shows that in a constant state of 26.98, for each addition of variable X (Teacher Personality Competence) by one unit, there will be an addition to variable Y (Student Character) of 0.248 from (variable X), the coefficient of determination is 11.76%. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha, accepted. Significant test of influence with Fcount>Ftabel (7.752>4.00) means that there is a positive and significant influence between the Personality Competence of PAK Teachers on the Character of Students in Class XI of Fashion Management at SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti, Toba Regency for the 2023/2024 Learning Year. This study suggests that teachers should always improve their Personality Competence as a PAK Teacher, so that the Character of Students in Class XI of Fashion Management at SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti, Toba Regency in the 2023/2024 Learning Year will be better.

This study aims to determine the effect of PAK teacher's professional competence on the learning outcomes of VIII grade students of SMP N 1 STTU Julu in the 2023/2024 Learning Year. The research hypothesis is that there is an influence of PAK teacher's professional competence on the learning outcomes of VIII grade students of SMP N 1 STTU Julu in the 2023/2024 Learning Year. The study population was all VIII grade students of SMP N 1 STTU Julu as many as 44 people, because the subjects in this study were less than 100 so this study was a population study. Data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 20 items prepared by the author based on variable indicators according to expert theory. The questionnaire test was conducted on 32 class VIII students at Pakpak Kirana GKPPD Foundation SMPTK using 20 questionnaire items and after being tested the results of the validity of the questionnaire test were known to the value of rcount> table = 0.395-0.715> 0.349 there are 20 questionnaire items that can be used as research instruments. And the reliability of the questionnaire test which is at a value of 0.877. has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between the influence of the professional competence of PAK teachers on the learning outcomes of students in class VIII of SMP N 1 STTU Julu Learning Year 2023/2024. With the relationship test obtained rcount> rtable, namely 0.329>0.297, with a significant relationship test tcount> ttable, namely 2.391>2.021 the coefficient of determination is 10.82%. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This study suggests that teachers should always improve their professional competence as a PAK Teacher, so that the learning outcomes of Class VIII students of SMP N 1 STTU Julu Learning Year 2023/2024 will be better.

There has been delinquency among some students at SMP Negeri 2 Sompak. Examples of student delinquency that often occur are skipping school during class hours, smoking during class hours or outside class hours, and not having responsibility for doing school work or homework given by the teacher. Therefore, Christian religious education teachers are needed to educate, teach and guide students so that acts of delinquency do not occur again. The aim of the research is to explain the importance of PAK teachers in overcoming the delinquency of Christian students at SMP Negeri 2 Sompak so that students become role models for their family, church and the Indonesian nation they love. The author uses qualitative research methods using observation, interviews, documentation and literature techniques. The results found were that if PAK teachers were more committed and responsible in dealing with the delinquency of Christian students, then Christian students would increasingly experience changes in their lives from acts of delinquency. Conclusion: Religious Education teachers who serve at SMP Negeri 2 Sompak must be committed and responsible in overcoming the delinquency of Christian students at SMP Negeri 2 Sompak so that students are able to show commendable attitudes in family, church, national and state life now and forever.

This research aims to explore how teachers of Christian Religious Education (PAK) contribute to shaping the character of adolescents aged 11-14 in the context of the digital era. Based on the findings of this article, there are several fundamental issues, including adolescents who are addicted to online games while watching inappropriate video content. Through understanding these core issues, this writing aims to provide education and enlightenment through the teaching of Christian Religious Education. Using a qualitative study method and phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers experienced in teaching adolescents in the digital era. Therefore, it is hoped that Christian Religious Education teachers will diligently carry out their duties in accordance with the goals of education and learning, namely to shape and produce generations with good morality, responsibility, and exhibit characters in line with Christ's teachings. Additionally, the emotional relationship between teachers and students is also recognized as an important factor in shaping adolescent character. These findings provide better understanding for educators and policymakers about the importance of the teacher's role in addressing the challenges of character formation in the digital age.
