This study investigates KIDI IoT, an educational service by PT Telkom Indonesia designed to bridge the skills gap between Vocational High School (SMK) graduates and the demands of the Industry 4.0 workforce. The primary objective was to assess the extent to which the KIDI IoT service fulfilled the requirements of educators and learners to substantiate its value proposition. A qualitative, exploratory methodology was employed utilizing in-depth interviews and the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) framework for analysis. The outcomes demonstrate how effectively the program's project-based, experiential approach increases user motivation and offers a practical, industry-relevant learning environment. The service successfully generates the desired customer benefits. A major customer pain point that the current model ignores is that participants often expressed that the two-day offline training period was insufficient to help them master the material or build their confidence for working independently. This led to a significant misalignment. The KIDI IoT value proposition is fundamentally strong and well-regarded; however, the study concludes that its implementation necessitates improvement, particularly through the provision of more specialized teacher training and an extended training duration, to ensure sustained impact and skill acquisition.

SAP, as an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, was adopted to replace the previous desktop-based system, which had significant limitations, such as restricted local access, dependence on additional licenses, and lower integration capabilities across departments. The main objective of this research is to determine how SAP contributes to improving organizational efficiency while simultaneously providing practical learning opportunities for students participating in the MBKM internship program. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through direct observation of company operations, semi-structured interviews with student interns and field supervisors, and analysis of company documentation. The findings indicate that the use of SAP has enhanced efficiency, accuracy, and speed in recording and reporting financial transactions. Through their internship, students engaged directly in business processes, particularly in handling purchase requisitions, reimbursement procedures, and asset management activities. This exposure enabled students to develop a deeper understanding of integrated financial systems and the workflow of a large-scale agribusiness corporation. Although several technical challenges were encountered, particularly in the form of temporary network disruptions, such issues did not substantially hinder the system’s overall performance. The availability of prompt technical support from the company’s IT team minimized potential negative impacts and ensured system continuity. Beyond improving corporate financial governance, SAP also offered valuable experiential learning for interns, bridging theoretical knowledge acquired in academic settings with real-world industrial applications. Overall, the study concludes that SAP functions not only as a strategic enterprise tool for the company but also as an effective educational medium that supports the success of the MBKM internship program.

This quantitative study investigates the antecedents of Brand Loyalty in Genshin Impact players by examining the mediating role of Customer Value in the relationship between Experiential Marketing and Product Quality. Data were collected from 80 active players in Malang City using a purposive sampling technique and analyzed using a Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach to examine the relationship between variables. The results revealed two distinct pathways to loyalty formation. First, Experiential Marketing demonstrated a significant influence on Brand Loyalty, both directly and indirectly through strong mediation by Customer Value. This suggests that emotional, sensory, and relational experiences during gameplay play a crucial role in creating perceived value and long-term engagement. Second, although Product Quality demonstrated a significant direct influence on Brand Loyalty, its influence was not significantly mediated by Customer Value. This indicates that while the game's graphical quality, system performance, and technical stability are highly appreciated, they do not automatically translate into customer value without a meaningful experience. This study concludes that in the Games-as-a-Service model, loyalty is built through a dual strategy: a combination of superior product appeal and holistic value creation derived from a rich, curated player experience. Therefore, game developers need to synergistically integrate experience and quality strategies to build long-term brand loyalty. The practical implications of these findings are highly relevant for game developers and digital marketers. Marketing strategies are no longer sufficient to simply highlight technical features or product specifications; they must also address the emotional and social dimensions experienced by players.

This study aims to analyze the impact of experiential marketing on repurchase intention, mediated by guest satisfaction at Aston Batam Hotel & Residence. The background phenomenon underlying this research is the discrepancy between the high number of guests staying and the low number of returning guests during the period from January to June 2024. Despite receiving many positive reviews, the hotel has yet to establish strong customer loyalty. This indicates a need to evaluate the hotel's marketing strategies and the guest experience it provides. A quantitative approach was adopted, employing the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. A total of 130 respondents were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale, measuring guest perceptions of experiential marketing, guest satisfaction, and repurchase intention. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS software to test the validity, reliability, and relationships among the structural model variables. The results of the analysis show that experiential marketing does not have a direct significant effect on repurchase intention, but it has a positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction. Furthermore, guest satisfaction is proven to have a significant impact on repurchase intention. The findings also confirm that guest satisfaction acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between experiential marketing and repurchase intention. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that guest satisfaction is a crucial factor in building customer loyalty and encouraging the intention to repurchase. Therefore, the hotel needs to enhance the quality of the customer experience holistically—not only focusing on service delivery but also creating meaningful and memorable impressions. In the highly competitive hospitality industry, delivering impactful and satisfying experiences is key to retaining customers and increasing guest retention. This study provides both theoretical and practical contributions to the development of experience-based marketing strategies and offers a deeper understanding of the role of guest satisfaction as a key driver of customer loyalty.

The instillation of trustworthiness (amanah) is an essential element in the character development of students, particularly within the framework of Islamic education. As a core moral value emphasized in both the Al-Quran and Hadith, amanah serves as a foundation for shaping students' integrity, responsibility, and reliability. Despite its significance, the teaching materials designed to instill this value have not been critically assessed, especially in terms of their content relevance and pedagogical effectiveness. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the Tafhim Al-Quran teaching materials used for Grade II students at SMP-T Darul 'Amal, focusing on the topic of amanah. Utilizing a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, data were gathered through the collection of documents, lesson plan (RPP) reviews, and interviews with subject teachers. The findings reveal that the teaching materials do cover the three learning domains—cognitive, affective, and psychomotor—but tend to disproportionately emphasize the cognitive domain. While the materials include references to Al-Quran verses and Hadith concerning trustworthiness and the fulfillment of promises, they often lack practical, real-world examples that are relatable to the everyday experiences of adolescents. Moreover, the current instructional approach remains conventional and teacher-centered, offering limited opportunities for students to engage in reflective and participatory learning activities. In light of these findings, the study recommends the development of more contextualized and student-centered teaching materials. These materials should incorporate active learning strategies, such as group discussions, case studies, and experiential learning activities, to more effectively foster the internalization of amanah as a lived value. Enhancing the relevance and interactivity of character education in this way can significantly improve its impact on students' moral development.

This study explores the philosophical and theological implications of John Dewey's pedagogical thought, particularly his emphasis on reflective practice and experiential learning, within the context of Contemporary Christian Religious Education (PAK). Despite its potential to foster active, student-centered learning, a significant gap exists in deeply examining how Dewey's principles align with or challenge PAK's theological aim of faith formation. This qualitative library research, employing Miles and Huberman's data analysis model, addresses this gap by synthesizing Dewey's pedagogical concepts with the Christian theology of spiritual growth, particularly informed by 1 Corinthians 3:6, which posits that God gives the increase. The findings reveal that Dewey's experiential learning framework can profoundly enrich PAK by shifting the teacher's role from a primary knowledge dispenser to a facilitator who guides students in applying biblical truths to real-life experiences. This approach encourages holistic development encompassing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. However, the implementation necessitates a robust theological filter, maintaining that biblical truth is final and acknowledging God's sovereignty in true spiritual growth. The study concludes that while Dewey's pedagogy provides practical strategies for student engagement and character development, its successful integration into PAK hinges on a clear understanding of its theological boundaries, ensuring that pedagogical flexibility is balanced with doctrinal integrity. This research offers a theoretical foundation for transformative PAK practices, aiming to cultivate knowledgeable Christian students with deep and active faith.

The Simalungun culture, a vital part of the Batak ethnic identity in North Sumatra, is increasingly at risk of marginalization due to the accelerating influence of globalization and national standardization in education. Despite policy allowances for local content (muatan lokal), the incorporation of Simalungun cultural elements into formal schooling remains inconsistent and largely superficial. This study aims to investigate how educational institutions can serve as effective agents of cultural socialization to preserve and transmit Simalungun cultural identity among youth. Employing a qualitative interpretive approach, the research integrates ethnographic observation, in-depth interviews, and discourse analysis of curriculum documents across five Simalungun-majority schools. Data were analyzed using NVivo and interpreted through the lenses of Vygotsky’s sociocultural theory and Bourdieu’s concept of cultural capital. The findings reveal major structural and pedagogical barriers: most teachers lack training in Simalungun traditions, curriculum content is minimal, and student cultural awareness is declining. However, the study also identifies effective practices in schools that involve community elders and use experiential methods, demonstrating improved student engagement and cultural retention. A Cultural Transmission Score (CTS) of 0.46 confirms the limited efficacy of current efforts. The study concludes that formal education systems must move beyond ceremonial inclusion to structural integration of local culture, supported by teacher development and community-school collaboration. These insights offer a scalable framework for strengthening indigenous cultural education in minority contexts.

This research is motivated by the low attendance and involvement of church youth in spiritual activities, as well as the weak Christian character that should be the basis of their lives. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the service learning approach by IAKN Tarutung students on character development and increasing participation of Naposo Bulung youth at HKBP Maranatha Ressort Cinta Damai. This research is based on the theory of service learning (Eyler & Giles, 1999), experiential learning (Kolb, 1984), and the concept of sense of belonging (Etzioni, 1991) which emphasizes the importance of emotional involvement and critical reflection in the learning and service process. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, which were conducted for three months. The results of the study showed that the service learning program had a significant influence in increasing the attendance of youth from an average of 14 to 25 people per week, as well as fostering positive characters such as responsibility, discipline, and social concern. Students not only act as implementers of activities, but also as spiritual mentors and spiritual friends, who form authentic and contextual relationships with teenagers. The implications of this study confirm that service learning is an effective approach in the formation of church teenagers because it combines aspects of direct service with spiritual and academic reflection. Therefore, it is recommended that this approach be integrated more systematically into the curriculum of higher theological education and used as a model of sustainable service in the church community.

This article analyzes the Pentecostal charismatic pedagogy of Peter Hocken in the context of Christian Religious Education (CRE), focusing on the integration of the Holy Spirit's experience and a transformative learning approach. Through theological and pedagogical studies, this research examines how Hocken emphasizes the role of spiritual gifts, worship, and faith community as central elements in Christian Religious Education (CRE). Unlike the traditional cognitive-doctrinal model of Christian education, Hocken's approach offers a holistic experiential learning paradigm. This article also explores the challenges of its implementation, including criticism from a conservative theological perspective regarding the potential for subjectivity and the lack of emphasis on systematic doctrine. Furthermore, this research highlights the relevance of Hocken's pedagogy in the context of the global church, particularly in the Global South and Messianic Jewish communities, where charismatic dimensions and local cultures interact. The findings indicate that although this model provides a new dynamic for CRE, its success depends on the educators' ability to balance charismatic freedom with a measurable learning structure. This article concludes that Hocken's thinking not only enriches the discourse on Charismatic/Pentecostal education but also broadly challenges the church to rethink the approach to CRE in the contemporary era.
