This research aims to explore the optimization of land clearing techniques in supporting agricultural sustainability in Dahana Tabaloho Village, Gunungsitoli District, North Sumatra. This research involved students of the University of Nias Agrotechnology Study Program who applied land clearing techniques which included weed removal, soil loosening, drainage and bed making. The methods used in this study were direct observation, interviews, and measurement of soil parameters before and after the application of the techniques. The results showed that the combination of traditional and modern techniques in land management can improve tillage efficiency and environmental sustainability. The use of cultivators for soil loosening is proven to speed up the process, but still requires organic fertilizer to maintain the quality of the soil structure. Good drainage is effective in managing excess water and ensuring water availability during the dry season. In addition, making beds with proper direction supports optimal plant growth. The 15% increase in organic matter content and the stability of soil pH to remain neutral are indicators of the success of the applied techniques. Overall, this study provides evidence that proper land management can support sustainable agricultural productivity in the tropics.

This study investigated the effect of genetic quality of local North Sumatra cattle on fattening efficiency. PCR and RFLP-based genetic analyses and fattening efficiency measurements through average daily growth (ADG) and feed conversion (FCR) were used. local cattle from Deli Serdang, Langkat, and Simalungun were used. The study showed that feed management involving the use of concentrate and high-quality forage can improve cattle fattening efficiency, and the IGF-1 gene plays a significant role in cattle growth. A strong correlation between fattening efficiency and genetic quality (r = 0.85) indicates the importance of genetic selection to improve productive local cattle. Based on these findings, it is recommended to implement molecular marker-based genetic selection programmes and improve feed management by diversifying local feed sources. In addition, it is necessary to improve farmer training on more efficient husbandry methods. This research provides policy suggestions that can be implemented to support the curiosity of the livestock industry in North Sumatra and improve the efficiency of local cattle production.

Shariah-compliant investments follow Islamic principles, such as the prohibition of riba, gharar, and maysir, which emphasize fairness and transparency. In the digital era, apps like Ajaib utilize technology to improve efficiency and ensure sharia compliance. This research analyzes the efficiency and sharia compliance of the Ajaib app using a literature study, as well as secondary data from journals, sharia regulations, and official Ajaib documents. The analysis was conducted using a content analysis approach to evaluate the suitability of application features with sharia principles. The results showed that Ajaib has excellent features, such as education, magic bag, stop loss, take profit, and advance charting, which support efficient investment. The stock screener and speed order book features assist users in making quick decisions, while DSN-MUI-certified Islamic mutual funds ensure halal investments. The fast and transparent transaction process makes Ajaib easy to use and compliant with sharia principles. However, the analysis also found some shortcomings, such as a limited selection of Islamic mutual funds, less varied payment methods, and the absence of personalized consultation services. Compared to other apps, Ajaib needs to improve these shortcomings to be more competitive. This study concludes that operational efficiency and sharia compliance are critical to the sustainability of sharia investment in Indonesia. Further research is recommended to examine the user experience directly and compare Ajaib's performance with other platforms.

This research examines how Green Products influence consumer decisions in purchasing energy-saving lighting products. Green Products Refer to products that do not endanger human health and are friendly to the environment, production processes that are efficient in using resources, produce minimal waste, and reducing negative impacts on the environment are the main focus in developing environmentally friendly products. Environmentally friendly products that offer value added without sacrificing quality compared to conventional products tends to attract more consumer attention. The widespread adoption of eco-friendly products can be linked to affordability, environmental harm, and energy efficiency, in addition to the ability to reduce harmful environmental impacts. This phenomenon is explored through a comprehensive understanding of the scientific literature, using a systematic methodology to synthesize the findings. The analysis shows that consumer purchasing behavior is strongly shaped by environmentally friendly product attributes. This study seeks to uncover the factors that drive this relationship, in addition to summarizing and interpreting the results of previous research on how environmentally friendly products influence lighting purchasing decisions.

Taqwa Mosque in Jorong Sawah Mudik, Nagari Batahan Utara, Pasaman Barat Regency, plays a significant role as a center for worship, education, and social activities in the community. However, over time, the mosque's condition has become inadequate to meet the growing needs of its congregation. This study aims to redesign and develop the mosque with an earthquake-resistant structural concept using caisson foundations. The methods employed include data collection, spatial needs analysis, structural design using AutoCAD and ETABS applications, and participatory discussion forums with the local community. The result is an optimal mosque design that considers spatial efficiency, accessibility, and sustainability. This study highlights the importance of community involvement in creating a design that is not only functional but also aligned with local values.

This research aims to evaluate strategies for increasing beef cattle productivity through optimizing concentrate feed based on local ingredients in Perbaungan, Serdang Bedagai Regency. Surveys and interviews were conducted to collect data regarding feeding patterns, costs and production efficiency. The research results show that concentrate feed, although more expensive than forage, provides higher efficiency in supporting daily weight gain in beef cattle. Local ingredients such as rice bran, palm oil cake and tofu dregs have great potential for use in concentrate formulations, thereby reducing costs and increasing the sustainability of livestock businesses. Optimal strategies include providing concentrate as needed, combining with forage, and managing feed stock. This optimization has been proven to be able to increase beef cattle. productivity and support national meat self-sufficiency efforts

This study analyzes the budget and the realization of revenue and expenditure at Kramat Jati Regional General Hospital (RSUD) during 2022-2023. The aim is to evaluate revenue growth, expenditure, and the causes of discrepancies between the budget and realization. The findings indicate fluctuations in the growth ratio of revenue and expenditure. Discrepancies between the budget and realization are influenced by internal factors, such as operational management, and external factors, such as policy changes and economic conditions. This study provides recommendations for improving budget management efficiency at RSUD Kramat Jati.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between environmental costs, green accounting, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on corporate profitability, with company size as a moderating factor. The findings reveal that environmental costs can have both positive and negative impacts on profitability, depending on how these costs are managed. Green accounting has been shown to enhance operational efficiency and transparency, positively affecting profitability. Additionally, CSR offers long-term benefits for corporate image and customer loyalty, though its effects may not always be immediately apparent. Company size moderates these relationships, with larger companies having greater advantages in managing environmental and social aspects compared to smaller companies. This study highlights the importance of strategic management of environmental costs, implementation of green accounting, and execution of CSR to support corporate sustainability and profitability.

Technology companies face the dynamic challenge of improving financial performance while meeting sustainability expectations. This research aims to analyze the contribution of ESG (Environmental, social, and governance) disclosure, corporate governance, operational efficiency, and the use of AI to the financial performance of technology companies. The research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, using secondary data from annual reports of technology companies listed on the IDX during 2018–2023. The research results show that ESG disclosure positively influences a company's reputation and access to capital. Good governance increases transparency and accountability, while operational efficiency and the application of AI have proven significant in optimizing productivity and innovation. In conclusion, these four factors support each other in creating added value and competitiveness for technology companies in the global market. These findings imply the importance of an integrated strategy in managing sustainability, operational and technological aspects to achieve sustainable financial performance.

This research explores the digital transformation in Islamic philanthropy, particularly through the optimization of zakat and waqf management using Islamic fintech. The digital economy and fintech present significant opportunities to enhance the efficiency and transparency in collecting and distributing Islamic philanthropic funds. By leveraging modern financial technology, zakat and waqf can be managed more effectively, ensuring precise and accountable distribution. The study also emphasizes the importance of Islamic financial literacy in supporting public participation in the digital economy. The findings show that integrating fintech in zakat and waqf management not only improves transparency and efficiency but also strengthens public trust in the Islamic financial system. Therefore, this research suggests further development of Islamic fintech technologies and enhanced educational programs to support the growth of Islamic philanthropy in the digital era. The research further emphasizes the necessity for comprehensive financial education programs and easily accessible information to enhance Islamic financial literacy among the broader public. Collaborative efforts between the government, financial institutions, and educational bodies are crucial to developing and promoting fintech solutions that comply with Sharia principles. Integrating technology into Islamic philanthropy not only optimizes fund management but also contributes to broader social and economic development goals by supporting more inclusive and sustainable growth. Consequently, Islamic fintech holds immense potential to revolutionize the management of zakat and waqf, fostering a more resilient and trusted financial ecosystem within the Muslim world.

This study aims to classify chicken eggs based on their physical size using the concept of computer vision and image segmentation techniques. Compared to the standard methods that have been used so far, this alternative technology is expected to help standardize measurements, cost efficiency, and work effectiveness. In this study, the classification of chicken eggs was carried out using image segmentation and regression analysis. Thus, it is expected that the classification of chicken eggs will have increasingly accurate values. After the image is taken using a webcam, the image segmentation process is used to divide the image into homogeneous areas based on the RGB (true color) color intensity similarity standard. Regression analysis is used to study and measure the relationship between the number of pixels and the weight of the object. The number of pixels indicating the area of ​​the object is the result of image segmentation, which will be entered into the regression equation to calculate the weight (grams). The results showed that the color characteristics of chicken eggs have a normalization of R at least 0.41 and a normalization of G at least 0.3. In addition, the classification test has an accuracy of 100% (36/36) and a weight estimation accuracy of 42 percent (15/36).

Agroindustry plays a crucial role in the economy, particularly in supporting food security and creating business opportunities in rural areas. However, to remain competitive in an increasingly challenging market, a comprehensive evaluation of financial performance is essential. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the Tahu Bulat Agroindustry in Buniasih Hamlet, Muktisari Village, Cipaku Subdistrict, Ciamis Regency, using the Du Pont System approach over the 2022–2024 period. The analysis focuses on five key indicators: Assets Turnover, Net Profit Margin, Return on Investment (ROI), Equity Multiplier, and Return on Equity (ROE). The results reveal an average Assets Turnover of 1.42 times, indicating effective asset utilization in generating sales. The average Net Profit Margin of 17.80% reflects the company’s ability to generate net profit from sales. The average ROI of 25.55% indicates efficient asset utilization. The Equity Multiplier has an average of 4.77 times, demonstrating the contribution of the capital structure to asset management. Meanwhile, the average ROE of 125.54% highlights high returns on equity, despite significant declines in the final year. The study concludes that the financial performance of the agroindustry is generally good, but declining indicators in the last year require strategies to improve efficiency and asset management. It is recommended that the company reevaluate its capital structure and enhance operational efficiency to ensure business sustainability.

This community service activity aims to implement a digitalization system using BizSchool as a solution to enhance operational efficiency. The methods used include needs observation, software installation, employee training, and system effectiveness evaluation. The implementation results show improved accuracy in cash flow and inventory recording, reduced human errors, and accelerated financial reporting processes. Bizschool also supports deeper data analysis, enabling companies to develop more effective business strategies. This activity recommends utilizing additional features for further integration and regular monitoring to ensure the sustainability of the implementation results. Operational digitalization with systems like Bizschool can serve as a solution for SMEs to increase competitiveness in the market.

The application of technology-based human resource (HR) management in education is becoming increasingly important to enhance the quality of management and the development of teachers’ competencies. Technology, particularly through the use of Management Information Systems (SIM) and Learning Management Systems (LMS), enables more efficient data management and flexible professional development for teachers. However, its implementation faces key challenges such as limited infrastructure and low digital skills among some teachers. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze relevant sources in order to identify the role of technology in HR management in education and the challenges faced in its implementation. The findings show that the application of technology in HR management in education has a positive impact on efficiency and teacher competence. However, the biggest challenges are limited infrastructure and digital skills of teachers. Policies supporting infrastructure improvements and digital training for teachers are necessary to ensure that technology can be optimally used to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.

This study analyzes the structure and role of spores in Thallophyta and Bryophyta in reproduction and ecosystem adaptation. Spores in Bryophyta, such as mosses, play an important role in dispersal and colonization in extreme environments, with the sporangium being the site of formation. In Thallophyta, spores function as asexual reproductive units, supporting dispersal through water and air media. Spores exhibit distinctive morphologies that favor reproductive efficiency. The results confirm that spores play a vital role in the continuity of generations and the ecological contribution of lower plants.

E The integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into e-procurement systems offers a pathway to achieving sustainable public procurement in Indonesia. This study explores relevant ESG criteria and formulates strategies to enhance the capacity of procurement personnel in implementing these principles. The findings highlight the importance of incorporating environmental criteria such as energy efficiency, eco-friendly materials, and waste management; social criteria like labor standards compliance, local MSME empowerment, and gender equality; and governance criteria including transparency, anti-corruption, and tax compliance. While e-procurement provides a digital platform to improve efficiency and transparency, challenges such as limited awareness, capacity gaps, and the absence of specific ESG guidelines hinder effective implementation. To address these issues, the study proposes strategic measures, including the development of ESG-based evaluation systems, comprehensive training programs for procurement personnel, and robust monitoring frameworks. These initiatives aim to align procurement practices with the principles of Sustainable Public Procurement (SPP), ensuring that procurement contributes to environmental sustainability, social equity, and better governance. By overcoming existing barriers and fostering collaboration among stakeholders, Indonesia can position itself as a leader in sustainable procurement practices. This research provides practical recommendations to integrate ESG into procurement systems, paving the way for a more accountable, equitable, and sustainable procurement framework.

Agro-industry is a strategic sector that supports rural economic growth and food security. Agro-industry, as a strategic sector, often faces challenges in financial management, which have an impact on business stability and sustainability. This research analyzes the financial performance of the Tahu Bulat Putra Mandiri Agroindustry in Ciamis Regency based on liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios. Financial report data for the last three years (2022-2024) was analyzed using the case study method by calculating financial ratios, such as current ratio, quick ratio, debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets (ROA), and return on equity (ROE). The results show fluctuations in financial performance, where the liquidity ratio is good enough to meet short-term obligations, but solvency reflects high financial risk due to dependence on debt, while profitability experiences a decrease in efficiency in generating profits. This research recommends improving capital structure, increasing operational efficiency, and business diversification to ensure the company's financial sustainability and stability.

This research aims to design and develop a specialized frying device for chicken using the deep fryer method. The deep frying method was chosen for its ability to produce a crispy texture and even cooking. The design process of this device involves user needs analysis, mechanical design, and prototype testing. The developed frying device is designed to improve efficiency and consistency in the chicken frying process, as well as to minimize oil absorption in the final product. The test results show that this device is capable of producing chicken with optimal texture and taste. The use of this device is expected to be a practical solution for the culinary industry in enhancing the quality and efficiency of the chicken frying process. Data collection was conducted through observation, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis used was descriptive. After the design process, testing of the device was carried out to determine the doneness of the chicken using cooking times of 8 minutes, 14 minutes, and 20 minutes. The research results showed that the design process was carried out through several stages of component design. The test results indicated that frying for 14 minutes was the most optimal for producing perfectly cooked chicken with a crispy exterior, tender interior, and balanced flavor.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising policy in Kuantan Singingi Regency using qualitative methods and a phenomenological approach. The policy evaluation theory used is William N. Dunn's model, which emphasizes six success criteria, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation, and analyzed using interactive data analysis. The research results show that advertising policies have not been fully effective in achieving the expected goals, such as increasing regional income and arranging the aesthetics of the city. Findings indicate the existence of illegal advertisements that hinder tax revenues and public dissatisfaction with the government's response to their complaints. Even though the resource structure is in place, implementor skills need to be improved to achieve better efficiency. Licensing and supervision procedures are also considered inadequate, and policies do not provide equal opportunities for all business actors, especially small businesses. This research provides recommendations for improving future policy implementation, with the hope of increasing effectiveness and responsiveness to community needs.

This paper presents the design and implementation of an automatic Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) making device using an Arduino Uno microcontroller. Virgin Coconut Oil has gained popularity due to its health benefits and versatile uses in various industries. The traditional process of making VCO involves manual effort and precise timing, which can be tedious and inconsistent. The proposed automated system aims to streamline the VCO production process by integrating sensors, actuators, and a microcontroller to achieve precise control and monitoring of the process variables. The Arduino Uno microcontroller serves as the central unit for data acquisition, processing, and control, facilitating automation through programmed logic. Key components of the automated VCO maker include temperature sensors for monitoring heating stages, a motor for stirring, and relays for controlling heating elements. The system utilizes feedback loops to maintain optimal conditions during each phase of VCO production, ensuring reproducibility and quality. The design also emphasizes user-friendly operation, with an interface that provides real-time feedback on process parameters and allows manual intervention if necessary. Safety features are incorporated to prevent overheating and ensure operational reliability. Overall, the developed automatic VCO maker offers a practical solution to enhance the efficiency and consistency of VCO production, catering to both small-scale producers and commercial enterprises in the food and cosmetic industries
