Dinamika Pembelajaran : Jurnal Pendidikan dan bahasa 2025 Lembaga Pengembangan Kinerja Dosen

This article will explain the usage of 21st-century learning for the improvement of historical literacy and students’ character. History class, according to some students, might be considered boring. That is why an entertaining way to teach history is needed to improve students’ historical literacy and make the learning process more engaging and effective. Good historical literacy not only helps students understand the past but also plays a crucial role in shaping their character based on the values embedded in historical subjects. The method used in this article is qualitative, and the analysis is based on various literature sources related to 21st-century learning approaches. The findings highlight how integrating 21st-century learning strategies such as digital tools, interactive activities, and collaborative learning can transform the history learning process. By making history more engaging and interactive, students are not only able to improve their understanding of historical events but also internalize positive character traits, fostering critical thinking, responsibility, and empathy, all of which are essential for their personal development.

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dinamika integrasi strategis antara pemasaran digital dan manajemen keuangan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia dalam konteks transformasi digital. Melalui pendekatan library research dengan orientasi eksploratori-deskriptif, studi ini menganalisis secara komprehensif berbagai sumber primer terkini yang membahas fenomena adopsi teknologi digital dan implementasi manajemen keuangan pada UMKM Indonesia periode 2019-2024. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi bahwa meskipun terdapat kesadaran substansial terhadap urgensi transformasi digital di kalangan pelaku UMKM, variasi signifikan teridentifikasi dalam tingkat adopsi dan optimalisasi teknologi digital—dengan platform media sosial seperti Instagram, TikTok, dan Facebook menjadi instrumen dominan dalam strategi pemasaran. Dalam dimensi manajemen keuangan, literasi finansial dan implementasi sistem pencatatan terdigitalisasi terungkap sebagai determinan fundamental bagi keberlanjutan operasional. Interelasi antara pemasaran digital dan manajemen keuangan termanifestasi dalam adopsi sistem pembayaran digital, pengelolaan konten strategis berbasis efisiensi finansial, dan standardisasi proses bisnis terintegrasi. Model pengembangan kapasitas yang direkomendasikan mencakup pelatihan komprehensif, pendampingan berkelanjutan, kolaborasi ekosistemik, standardisasi proses, dan integrasi strategi mitigasi risiko. Implikasi strategis dari integrasi ini meliputi optimalisasi alokasi sumber daya, penguatan kapasitas pengambilan keputusan berbasis data integratif, konstruksi model bisnis responsif, peningkatan keberlanjutan finansial, dan akselerasi skalabilitas bisnis. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan kerangka konseptual tentang transformasi digital UMKM dalam konteks negara berkembang dan menyediakan landasan empiris bagi formulasi kebijakan dan strategi bisnis yang memperkuat daya saing UMKM Indonesia di era digital.

The purpose of this research is to analyze how strategies for collecting and managing Third Party Funds (DPK) affect the profitability level of Bank Jatim. As the bank’s main funding source, the effectiveness of DPK management significantly determines its ability to distribute credit, maintain liquidity, and improve financial performance. This research applies a qualitative descriptive methodology within a case study framework at Bank Jatim, with data collected through comprehensive field observations. conducted during the MBKM internship program in the Accounting and Financial Management Division, complemented by the analysis of Bank Jatim’s financial statements for the 2024–2025 period. The findings reveal that the 15% growth in DPK in 2024 positively contributed to the increase in productive assets, net interest margin (NIM), and return on assets (ROA). Bank Jatim’s main strategies include increasing the proportion of low-cost funds (CASA), digitalizing services through the JConnect application, collaborating with local governments, and providing exclusive services for priority customers. These approaches not only promote the growth of low-cost funds but also strengthen customer loyalty and the bank’s competitiveness amid the evolving banking landscape. The study concludes that innovative, efficient, and digitally based DPK management enhances Bank Jatim’s profitability and reinforces its role as a regional development bank. The study recommends strengthening financial literacy among the public and diversifying deposit products to expand the customer base..      Keywords: Third Party Funds, Bank Jatim, Profitability, Digital Banking, Financial Management Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi penghimpunan dan pengelolaan Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) berpengaruh terhadap tingkat profitabilitas Bank Jatim. Sebagai sumber pendanaan utama, efektivitas pengelolaan DPK memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga kemampuan bank untuk menyalurkan kredit, mempertahankan likuiditas, serta meningkatkan kinerja keuangan secara keseluruhan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus pada Bank Jatim. Data dikumpulkan melalui kegiatan observasi langsung di lapangan. program magang di Divisi Akuntansi dan Manajemen Keuangan, serta melalui analisis laporan keuangan Bank Jatim periode 2024–2025.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan DPK sebesar 15% pada tahun 2024 memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan aset produktif, Net Interest Margin (NIM), dan Return on Assets (ROA). Strategi utama yang diterapkan Bank Jatim mencakup peningkatan proporsi dana murah (CASA), digitalisasi layanan melalui aplikasi JConnect, kolaborasi dengan pemerintah daerah, serta penyediaan layanan eksklusif bagi nasabah prioritas. Strategi tersebut tidak hanya berhasil mendorong peningkatan dana murah, tetapi juga memperkuat loyalitas nasabah dan daya saing Bank Jatim di tengah ketatnya persaingan industri perbankan.Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan DPK yang inovatif, efisien, dan berbasis digital berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan profitabilitas Bank Jatim sekaligus memperkuat perannya sebagai bank pembangunan daerah. This study aims to analyze the role of digital literacy in enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the era of the digital economy. The research method employed was a survey by distributing questionnaires to 35 UMKM actors in the Jabodetabek area. The findings reveal that the level of digital literacy among UMKM is categorized as good, particularly in aspects of technology access, technical skills, digital communication, and the use of online transaction services. Digital literacy has a positive impact on business performance, including increased revenue, market expansion, operational efficiency, and product competitiveness. However, challenges remain, such as high digital promotion costs, limited knowledge in content management, and uneven internet infrastructure. This study highlights that improving digital literacy is a key factor for UMKM to survive and remain competitive amid the rapid development of the digital economy.

Program pengabdian masyarakat bertajuk “Menenun Inovasi: Transformasi Kelembagaan dan Bisnis Digital Berkelanjutan bagi UMKM Batik Khas Jember di Desa Sumberpakem” bertujuan memperkuat daya saing UMKM batik melalui transformasi digital dan penguatan kelembagaan kolektif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara partisipatif melalui tiga tahapan terintegrasi: pelatihan Digital Marketing dan E-Commerce, penerapan Business Model Canvas (BMC) terpadu, serta inisiasi pembentukan Koperasi Batik Sumberpakem. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam literasi digital, kemampuan promosi daring, dan pengelolaan bisnis peserta. Seluruh UMKM mitra kini memiliki akun aktif di berbagai platform digital (Instagram, TikTok, dan Shopee) serta mampu menghasilkan konten promosi yang kreatif dan profesional. Selain itu, terbentuknya tim inisiator koperasi menjadi langkah konkret menuju kemandirian ekonomi kolektif yang berkelanjutan. Program ini tidak hanya mendorong adaptasi teknologi, tetapi juga membangun ekosistem kolaboratif antara akademisi, pemerintah desa, dan pelaku UMKM. Dampak keberlanjutan diarahkan pada pendampingan koperasi, penguatan jejaring pasar, serta peningkatan infrastruktur digital desa.

The development of financial technology (fintech) in the digital era has made it easier for young people, particularly students, to access investment services through applications such as Bibit, Ajaib, Pluang, and Bareksa. The increasing number of young investors has not been fully aligned with the quality of investment decision-making, which is still influenced by low financial literacy, social media promotion, and the availability of financial education features on digital platforms. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial education features and social media promotion on student investment behavior, with financial literacy as a moderating variable. The primary theory used is the Theory of Planned Behavior (Ajzen, 1991), supported by Financial Literacy Theory, Uses and Gratification Theory, and the Technology Acceptance Model. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a population of student users of the Bibit application in Bali. The independent variables in this study include financial education features and social media promotion, while the dependent variable is investment behavior, while financial literacy is positioned as a moderating variable. The results of this study are expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of management studies, digital marketing, and behavioral finance, as well as practical benefits for investment application developers, educational institutions, and students in fostering rational, intelligent, and sustainable investment behavior in the digital era.

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of implementing a descriptive writing learning model based on digital literacy and local wisdom in improving writing skills, learning motivation, and cultural character among junior high school students. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, the research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Kroya, Cilacap Regency, during the 2025–2026 academic year. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, and were subsequently analyzed using the interactive model developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The findings indicate that the application of this model effectively enhances students’ writing abilities in terms of content, structure, language style, and digital literacy ethics. The integration of digital technology fosters the development of cognitive, technical, and social literacy, while the reinforcement of local wisdom cultivates cultural awareness, regional identity pride, and reflective thinking skills. Writing activities evolved into collaborative and creative processes that combine cultural exploration with the ethical use of digital technology. From a pedagogical perspective, this model aligns with the principles of deep learning promoted by the Kurikulum Merdeka and contributes to strengthening the Eight Dimensions of Graduate Competencies, particularly in critical reasoning and problem-solving, creativity and innovation, collaboration and mutual cooperation, as well as the development of the Pancasila student profile and global citizenship. Therefore, the descriptive writing learning model based on digital literacy and local wisdom can be regarded as an innovative strategy in Indonesian language education to realize a contextual, reflective, creative, and culturally grounded learning process.

This study aims to analyze the strategies used by Islamic banks to improve Islamic financial literacy in the digital era and to identify the challenges and opportunities that arise during their implementation. A mixed method approach with a concurrent triangulation design was applied, combining qualitative data collected through interviews and document analysis with quantitative data gathered from community perception surveys regarding Islamic financial literacy. Data analysis involved thematic content analysis for qualitative data and descriptive statistics for quantitative data, which were later integrated through triangulation to produce more comprehensive findings. The results indicate that Islamic banks implement strategies centered on the synergy between direct educational programs, collaboration with academic institutions and communities, and the utilization of digital technology through applications and social media platforms. The findings also reveal a significant literacy gap, particularly among younger generations and groups with limited digital access. Nevertheless, opportunities for literacy improvement continue to expand through internet penetration, digital innovation, and increasing public trust in the Islamic financial system. Overall, the study concludes that the success of Islamic financial literacy programs depends on the sustainable integration of educational and digital strategies.

This community service program was carried out in Dolok Kahean Village, Tapian Dolok District, Simalungun Regency, with the main focus on optimizing digital literacy to increase the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The purpose of this program is to strengthen the competitive position of MSMEs, especially Rengginang Ibu Saliem, who still rely on conventional marketing systems and have a minimal understanding of business digitalization. The method used is a participatory and educational approach, carried out in four systematic stages: needs assessment, material design, program implementation, and mentoring and evaluation. The results of the activity showed significant achievements, with an increase in digital literacy understanding by 80% based on a comparison of pre-service and post-service. In practice, partners have succeeded in forming a business digital identity, namely @rengginanghuta_ibusaliem Instagram accounts, and are able to run digital marketing starting from content processes to customer interaction. Theoretically, these findings strengthen the argument that digital literacy is an essential foundation in facing the challenges of the digital economy, where increased competitiveness is not only influenced by technical skills, but also by changes in mindset and business independence. The implication of this program is that local MSMEs now have adequate capabilities and platforms to expand market reach beyond the village boundaries.

The need to strengthen literacy in Indonesian language learning requires teachers to be innovative in designing assessment instruments that are relevant to current developments. One approach that can be used is the application of multimodal texts, namely texts that combine various communication modes such as writing, images, sound, and symbols to convey meaning more comprehensively. This community service program was carried out with the aim of improving the competence of Indonesian language teachers at the junior high school level throughout Sragen Regency in developing literacy questions based on multimodal texts that align with the demands of the Independent Curriculum. The activity was carried out through two months of intensive training and mentoring, which included a theoretical understanding of the concept of multimodal texts, analysis of sample questions, and practice in developing literacy-based assessment instruments. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in teachers' understanding of the principles of multimodal texts and their ability to design questions that challenge students' critical and creative thinking skills. Through this program, teachers not only gained new knowledge but also were motivated to be more adaptive to developments in digital media and innovation in learning. Thus, this activity contributed to improving the quality of Indonesian language learning that is contextual, interactive, and meaningful for students.

This study investigates the role of fintech and digital finance as intermediary variables in the influence of sharia financial literacy on increasing sharia financial inclusion in Aceh Province. This study examined 308 respondents spread across various regions of Aceh Province and analyzed using SEM AMOS and a purposive sampling technique. After conducting various tests, this study demonstrated that sharia financial literacy, fintech, digital finance, and sharia financial inclusion have been well-functioning. Sharia financial literacy has been proven to enhance fintech, digital finance, and sharia financial inclusion in Aceh. Correspondingly, fintech and digital finance also have a positive and significant impact on sharia financial inclusion. Furthermore, fintech and digital finance have also been shown to partially mediate the relationship between sharia financial literacy and sharia financial inclusion

This community service program aims to improve the capacity and sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Paku Village, Payung District, South Bangka, through an integrated intervention approach. The program's primary focus is education on legal protection, digital financial literacy, and product marketing, which can strengthen the competitiveness of rural MSMEs. Rural MSMEs often face various challenges, such as difficulties in complying with legal regulations, limited access to financing, and limited market reach, which hinder their growth. Therefore, this program adopts a participatory approach involving workshops, training, and direct mentoring to provide MSMEs with the knowledge and skills necessary to overcome these challenges. Expected outcomes of this program include increased understanding of business legality, adoption of digital financial transactions, and the implementation of effective digital marketing strategies. Through the integration of these three aspects, this program aims to increase MSME income, expand their competitiveness, and create new jobs at the local level. With long-term impacts that include village economic development and community empowerment, this program is expected to become a sustainable model for MSMEs in other villages in the area.

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, paylater usage, and income on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Indonesia. The background of this research is based on the increasing use of digital financial services, particularly paylater, and the growing trend of consumptive lifestyles among Generation Z, who are exposed to the convenience of technology and have relatively low financial control. The research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and causal analysis. The population in this study consists of Generation Z in Indonesia aged 18–27 years who have income and have used paylater services. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling method, and the sample size was 100 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 26. The analysis included validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that financial literacy has a negative and significant effect on consumptive behavior, meaning that the higher the financial literacy, the lower the tendency to act consumptively. Conversely, paylater usage and income have a significant joint influence on Generation Z’s consumptive behavior.

The digital transformation era requires university students to develop digital literacy competencies that not only support academic activities but also serve as essential capital for entering the workforce and pursuing entrepreneurship. One relevant professional platform to enhance career readiness is LinkedIn, which serves as a medium for both personal branding and professional networking. This community service aimed to improve students’ digital literacy and career readiness through mentoring sessions on LinkedIn account optimization. The program involved the students from the English Education (TBI) and Physics Education (TFS) study programs at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Palangka Raya, comprising prospective teachers and professionals across various disciplines. The implementation was carried out through tutorials and direct mentoring in two sessions, covering account creation, developing professional headlines and summaries, adding skills and experiences, and uploading simple portfolios. The results indicated that all participants successfully created or improved their LinkedIn profiles, actively engaged in the activities, and demonstrated a greater awareness of the importance of a professional digital identity, which can be seen from the students’ participation, the quality of the profiles produced, and their commitment to continuously developing their LinkedIn accounts. The program highlights LinkedIn’s strategic role in strengthening digital literacy and career readiness among university students in the global era.

This community service program aimed to enhance students’ pharmaceutical literacy through the introduction of drug classification logos at SMP Muhammadiyah 04 Pangkatrejo. The background of this activity was the low level of drug-use literacy among adolescents, often leading to irrational self-medication. The activity employed a quantitative descriptive design with a one-group pretest–posttest approach. Educational interventions included interactive counseling, PowerPoint presentations, visual media using logo sticks, and pretest–posttest evaluation. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ knowledge (p = 0.000), with mean scores increasing from 58% to 81% after the intervention. The highest gain was observed in the recognition of logo colors and drug classifications. Satisfaction analysis revealed that 96% of participants expressed satisfaction with the learning process, especially regarding material clarity and the presenters’ readiness to answer questions. The study concludes that participatory educational methods and visual media effectively improve rational drug-use awareness among junior high school students. Future programs are recommended to expand similar activities to other schools and integrate digital media for sustained impact on public health literacy.

The younger generation born in the digital age has great potential to support tax collection. However, the low level of tax compliance among the younger generation is a major concern, especially in the digital age, where the use of online tax services is not yet optimal, tax literacy is still limited, and a lack of socialization is an obstacle to utilizing digital services. This study aims to analyze the influence of preferences for digital tax services and tax literacy on tax compliance among the younger generation at the Majalaya Tax Office. The study uses a quantitative approach with surveys as the data collection method. The sample consists of young taxpayers registered at the Majalaya Tax Office, and the data is analyzed using linear regression to test the partial and simultaneous effects of independent variables on tax compliance. The results show that digitalization preferences have a positive and significant effect on tax compliance, indicating that younger generations who are more responsive to digital services tend to be more compliant. Tax literacy also has a positive and significant effect, showing that a sufficient understanding of tax rights, obligations, and regulations encourages compliance. Simultaneously, the combination of digitalization preferences and tax literacy significantly affects tax compliance, with a coefficient of determination of 0.438, meaning that 43.8% of the variation in compliance can be explained by these two variables. The findings of this study emphasize the importance of integrating easy access to digital services and improved tax literacy to encourage tax compliance among the younger generation.

The phenomenon of fear of missing out (FOMO) has become increasingly prominent in the era of digital literacy and poses a serious challenge for Islamic education, particularly in shaping the character of Muslim millennial generations. This study aims to analyze the impact of FOMO on the behavior, spirituality, and learning processes of Muslim youth, as well as to offer strategies for Islamic education in responding to this phenomenon. The research employed a qualitative method with a library research approach, through a critical review of books, journal articles, proceedings, and relevant research reports published in the last five to ten years. The findings indicate that FOMO affects not only psychological aspects but also leads to moral decline and spiritual crises among students. Islamic education plays a strategic role in addressing FOMO through the reinforcement of Islamic digital literacy, which includes critical awareness, media ethics, and self-control. The novelty of this study lies in emphasizing the need for repositioning Islamic education as a creative and transformative force capable of integrating the values of qana’ah, zuhud, and tawakkul into the digital reality, while offering an alternative paradigm in the form of joy of missing out (JOMO). Thus, this study concludes that Islamic education can serve both as a safeguard and as a guide for Muslim millennial generations to remain adaptive, critical, and rooted in transcendental values amid the dynamics of digitalization.

This community service program is based on the actual conditions experienced by local coffee businesses that face significant obstacles in increasing their sales turnover due to limited knowledge of digital tools. This activity aims to share a better understanding of the digital world with the coffee business community in Indrokilo Hamlet, so that they can apply digital technology continuously and independently in order to improve marketing and increase sales. The method used to achieve the program's objectives is to provide direct literacy training to members of the Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Manggar Lestari through several intensive sessions conducted sequentially and interactively. The results of the literacy program show that training participants increasingly understand and realize the importance of applying digital technology in their business processes to remain competitive. This activity is expected to be the beginning of further sustainable community empowerment efforts on related topics, so that the coffee business community in Indrokilo can continue to develop, innovate and grow steadily.

The convenience of digital payments and the advancement of financial technology may influence on students' purchasing decisions, making sound financial management and financial literacy crucial. The objective of this study is to examine how students in the Economics Education Study Program's personal financial management abilities are impacted by financial literacy, priority scale setting, and digital payment usage. A quantitative associative research strategy is used, with 64 students serving as a sample from a population of 173 pupils chosen by purposive sampling. Questionnaires were used to gather data, and SPSS version 23 was used for analysis. The findings indicate that priority scales and financial literacy have a beneficial impact on personal financial management, while digital payment have no effect. However, concurrently, these three independent variables exert influence on students’ personal financial management.
