Thomas Aquinas was a major figure in the Era of Scholasticism in the Middle Ages, who was very influential and famous for driving the Western world's resistance to Augustine and Plato's teachings on Eastern mysticism that are still preserved. According to Thomas Aquinas, faith and reason are processes in Christian philosophy. However, please note that this is not possible due to a limitation of reason. Although reason does not transcend mystery, reason can facilitate the understanding of the mystery of God, whereas faith is an intermediary to bridge man's mind with God. Although mystery can overcome the intellect, the two are complementary understandings. Thus, Thomas concludes that two kinds of knowledge do not contradict each other, but that stand side by side, namely natural knowledge, which is based on rare intellect and has things of a general human nature as its object, and the knowledge of faith, which is based on revelation and has divine truth, which is in the scriptures, as its object. Thomas himself provided 5 proofs that God is always there.

Teaching biblical principles to elementary school children plays a significant role in shaping their faith and character, as childhood represents a formative stage for spiritual, intellectual, and moral development. This study aims to examine developmentally appropriate Bible teaching tactics and emphasize the role of Christian Religious Education teachers in the faith-learning process. The approach used is a literature review that combines theological insights, developmental psychology, and Christian didactics. The findings of this analysis indicate that effective teaching methods include the use of storytelling, visual and creative aids, interactive activities, spiritual music, and the teacher's life example. These methods enhance children’s understanding of biblical teachings in a concrete and contextually relevant manner. This research confirms that Bible teaching should not be seen simply as conveying information, but rather as a holistic process of faith formation. The results of this study provide both theoretical and practical benefits, especially for Christian Religious Education teachers, Christian schools, churches, and families in supporting children's holistic faith development.

Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemahaman nilai-nilai Pancasila pada siswa kelas 5A di SDN 1 Bendogerit Kota Blitar. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pentingnya pendidikan karakter berlandaskan Pancasila dalam membentuk generasi berakhlak, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab di tengah tantangan globalisasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode wawancara terpusat dan observasi langsung terhadap guru serta proses pembelajaran. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan guru berperan aktif sebagai teladan dalam membentuk nilai disiplin, tanggung jawab, kerja sama, sopan santun, dan kejujuran siswa. Penguatan nilai Pancasila juga didukung budaya sekolah melalui program pagi rutin dan kegiatan literasi berkelanjutan. Faktor pendukung utama ialah keteladanan guru dan lingkungan yang kondusif, sedangkan tantangan meliputi kebutuhan siswa yang beragam serta keterbatasan sarana digital. This study aims to understand the implementation of Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) as an effort to enhance students’ understanding of Pancasila values among fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Bendogerit, Blitar City. The research is motivated by the importance of character education based on Pancasila in shaping a generation that is virtuous, disciplined, and responsible amid the challenges of globalization. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using focused interviews and direct classroom observations involving teachers and the learning process. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing systematically. The results indicate that teachers play an active role as role models in cultivating students’ values of discipline, responsibility, cooperation, politeness, and honesty. The reinforcement of Pancasila values is also supported by the school culture through regular morning programs and continuous literacy activities. The main supporting factors include teacher exemplarity and a conducive school environment, while challenges involve diverse student needs and limited digital learning facilities.

The implementation of active learning models such as Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Project-Based Learning (PjBL) at the junior high school level is often constrained by the complexity of instructional time management. This study aims to examine the role of the principal’s instructional leadership in addressing time management dilemmas in the implementation of active learning at SMP Negeri 6 Panyabungan. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method was employed in this study. Data were collected through non-participant observation and in-depth interviews with key informants, namely the school principal and an Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teacher selected as representatives of field conditions. The findings reveal three main results. First, teachers’ time management constraints are caused by weak control of learning activity transitions, noisy classroom conditions during group division, and low initial student learning readiness. Second, the principal implemented several concrete interventions, including the adoption of block scheduling, clinical supervision focused on classroom management, and the optimization of the Subject Teacher Forum (MGMP) or school learning community. Third, these interventions improved teachers’ instructional efficiency, strengthened classroom activity control, and created a more structured active learning process. However, sustainability challenges remain, particularly resistance from senior teachers who tend to prefer conventional teaching methods. This study concludes that adaptive and solution-oriented instructional leadership is a key factor in addressing the complexity of time management constraints in active learning implementation.

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris dasar pada siswa SD Inpres 2 Wagom melalui penerapan metode Total Physical Response (TPR). Berdasarkan analisis situasi, kemampuan siswa dalam memahami dan menguasai kosakata Bahasa Inggris masih tergolong rendah. Metode TPR dipilih karena mengintegrasikan gerakan fisik dengan proses pembelajaran, sehingga memudahkan siswa dalam memahami dan mengingat kosakata secara lebih efektif serta menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan. Pelaksanaan pelatihan menggunakan metode ceramah dan praktik meliputi pengenalan kosakata dasar, seperti perintah (commands) dan bagian tubuh (parts of the body), yang dipadukan dengan aktivitas fisik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa menjadi lebih aktif, antusias, dan responsif terhadap instruksi dalam Bahasa Inggris dan juga adanya peningkatan penguasaan kosakata siswa dari kategori sedang (±50%) sebelum pelatihan menjadi tinggi (82%) setelah penerapan metode Total Physical Response (TPR). Evaluasi kegiatan melalui kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa 89% siswa merasa metodemTPR memudahkan mereka dalam mengingat kosakata, dan 91% siswa menyatakan puas serta antusias mengikuti kegiatan ini. Secara keseluruhan, metode TPR terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris dasar sekaligus menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan bagi siswa sekolah

Pendidikan tidak hanya berfokus pada kemampuan akademik, tetapi juga pada pembentukan karakter siswa, salah satunya melalui sikap saling menghargai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembentukan karakter siswa melalui pembiasaan sikap saling menghargai di kelas IV SDN 1 Kepanjenlor serta dampaknya terhadap hubungan antar siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek guru dan 18 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa telah menunjukkan sikap saling menghargai melalui perilaku sopan, saling membantu, dan berbagi dengan teman. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa siswa yang perlu meningkatkan kemampuan mendengarkan dan menghargai pendapat teman.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan antara gerakan meroda dan kayang pada atlet senam di Rizfa Gimnastik Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet senam yang aktif di Rizfa Gimnastik Kota Jambi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran kemampuan fisik serta keterampilan gerakan meroda dan kayang. Alat analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson product-moment. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dan pengaruh positif antara penguasaan gerakan kayang terhadap kemampuan meroda pada atlet. Atlet yang memiliki kelentukan kayang yang baik cenderung mampu melakukan gerakan meroda dengan teknik yang lebih stabil dan sempurna. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya bagi pelatih senam untuk memperkuat latihan dasar kelenturan tubuh melalui gerakan kayang sebagai modalitas utama sebelum meningkatkan kompleksitas gerakan senam lantai seperti meroda.

This article examines needs analysis and curriculum analysis as the foundational bases for developing effective teaching materials. Using a library research method, this study reviews various scientific journal articles, reference books, and relevant official documents. Needs analysis is a systematic process conducted to identify the gap between students' current conditions and the competencies they are expected to achieve, serving as the most critical stage in determining the direction of teaching material development. Meanwhile, curriculum analysis is carried out to ensure that the teaching materials developed remain aligned with competency standards, learning outcomes, content structure, and applicable educational policies. The integration of both analyses produces teaching materials that are not only contextually relevant to students' real conditions but also consistent with curriculum demands. Systematic steps in this integration including learner characteristic analysis, curriculum document review, material priority mapping, and authentic assessment design significantly contribute to improving the quality, effectiveness, and meaningfulness of learning. This article concludes that needs analysis and curriculum analysis are inseparable and must be conducted systematically before the development of teaching materials begins.

This study examines the transportation management flow at PT Xpresindo Logistik Utama Medan Warehouse and its impact on delivery accuracy. The research method used a qualitative approach through direct observation and interviews with warehouse managers and operational staff. The results showed that the distribution flow from receiving goods from Jakarta to shipping to customers in Medan was quite effective, although it was still dominated by manual systems such as the use of Delivery Notes and Excel records. The use of the Monstra tracking application was not evenly distributed, so fleet movement information was not always updated in real time, especially when demand volume increased at the end of the month. To improve efficiency, the study recommended the implementation of a Transportation Management System (TMS), digitalization of barcode/QR code-based inventory processes, and a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboard to monitor delivery timeliness and fleet utilization periodically.

Meningitis is a serious infectious disease that can be prevented through vaccination; however, the vaccination process often causes anxiety in patients, especially during the pre-procedure phase. Uncontrolled anxiety can affect patient readiness and comfort. Therapeutic communication by nurses is one intervention that has the potential to reduce this level of anxiety. This study aims to determine the relationship between nurses’ therapeutic communication and the anxiety levels of patients prior to meningitis vaccination at Pambalah Batung Amuntai Regional General Hospital. This study used a quantitative analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 107 respondents selected using a convenience sampling technique. Data on therapeutic communication were collected using an observation sheet, while anxiety levels were measured using the DASS questionnaire (anxiety subscale). Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate methods with the Chi-Square test at a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that most therapeutic communication was in the good category, and patient anxiety levels were predominantly in the normal category. Statistical test results indicated a significant relationship between nurses’ therapeutic communication and patient anxiety levels (p = 0.000 < 0.05). The better the therapeutic communication provided, the lower the patient’s anxiety level. In conclusion, nurses’ therapeutic communication plays an important role in reducing patient anxiety prior to meningitis vaccination and needs to be optimized in nursing practice.

PPKn di sekolah dasar berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter dan kesadaran kewarganegaraan peserta didik sejak dini. Namun, dalam praktiknya guru menghadapi berbagai hambatan yang memengaruhi optimalisasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hambatan dan tantangan implementasi pembelajaran PPKn di kelas IV SD Negeri Gaprang 01. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas guru kelas IV dan 18 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berjalan cukup baik dan memperoleh respons positif siswa, khususnya pada aspek sikap dan pemahaman nilai kewarganegaraan. Tantangan utama meliputi penyampaian materi abstrak, perbedaan kemampuan akademik, serta keberagaman latar belakang sosial-ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penggunaan media konkret, strategi diferensiasi, serta pendekatan pembelajaran yang adaptif dan inklusif.

Online games are one of the digital entertainment activities widely favored by adolescents; however, high-intensity use can lead to psychological impacts, one of which is anxiety. Anxiety in adolescents is characterized by feelings of restlessness, irritability, difficulty concentrating, and sleep disturbances, especially when they are unable to play online games or when they experience defeat in the game. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the intensity of online game use and the level of anxiety among adolescents. This study used a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach, involving 113 respondents selected using a cluster sampling technique. The research instruments used were the DASS questionnaire and an online game usage intensity questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The respondents in this study were adolescents from SMAN 1 Wanadadi, most of whom were 16 years old (49.6%) and predominantly female (61.9%). The intensity of online game use was mostly in the moderate category (55.8%), while the level of anxiety was mostly in the mild category (89.0%). The results showed that most respondents had a moderate level of online game usage intensity and a mild level of anxiety. Bivariate analysis indicated that there was no significant relationship between the intensity of online game use and the level of anxiety among adolescents, with a p-value of 0.425 and a contingency coefficient value of 0.076. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between the intensity of online game use and the level of anxiety among adolescents.

Kemampuan baca tulis Al-Qur’an (BTQ) merupakan kompetensi dasar dalam pendidikan Islam yang perlu dikembangkan secara sistematis sejak usia dini. Namun, dalam praktik pembelajaran di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ), masih ditemukan permasalahan berupa rendahnya kemampuan membaca, menulis huruf hijaiyah, serta ketidakseimbangan antara aspek tajwid, makhraj, dan kefasihan bacaan santri. Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya inovasi metode pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan terstruktur. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan BTQ santri melalui pendampingan berbasis integrasi metode imla’ dan talaqqi di TPQ Nurul Huda Sentani Jayapura. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain library research yang didukung oleh data lapangan kegiatan pengabdian. Proses pelaksanaan dilakukan secara partisipatif dan aplikatif melalui tahapan pembelajaran membaca (talaqqi), menulis (imla’), serta penguatan melalui muroja’ah terjadwal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan santri pada berbagai aspek. Pada aspek kelancaran membaca dan hafalan, lima santri memperoleh nilai 5, empat santri nilai 4, dan enam santri nilai 3. Pada aspek tajwid, empat santri mencapai nilai 5, enam santri nilai 4, dan lima santri nilai 3. Sementara itu, pada aspek kefasihan bacaan, sembilan santri mencapai nilai 5. Secara umum, penerapan metode imla’ dan talaqqi memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan membaca, menulis huruf hijaiyah, serta ketepatan makhraj dan tajwid santri. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi metode imla’ dan talaqqi efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan BTQ santri, serta berdampak positif terhadap motivasi, kedisiplinan, dan keterlibatan aktif dalam pembelajaran. Model ini dapat menjadi alternatif strategi pembelajaran BTQ di TPQ, khususnya di wilayah dengan keterbatasan sumber belajar.

Penelitian ini menganalisis praktik akuntansi keberlanjutan pada Arif Barbershop, sebuah usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Jombang, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana barbershop menerapkan prinsip Environmental, Social, dan Governance (ESG) dalam operasional sehari-hari. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Arif Barbershop telah menerapkan praktik lingkungan dasar seperti pengelolaan limbah rambut melalui kantong plastik ke tempat pembuangan sampah, serta efisiensi energi dengan mematikan peralatan listrik setelah jam operasional. Dari aspek sosial, barbershop menjaga kepuasan pelanggan melalui konsistensi kualitas layanan dan sistem bagi hasil (60:40) kepada karyawan. Praktik tata kelola, meskipun bersifat informal, mencakup pencatatan keuangan sederhana menggunakan buku biasa. Namun demikian, barbershop belum memiliki izin usaha formal dan belum menerapkan kerangka akuntansi keberlanjutan yang terstandar. Penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa UMKM dapat mempraktikkan akuntansi keberlanjutan secara intuitif, dan menyarankan perlunya program pelatihan serta alat pelaporan yang disederhanakan.

This study was conducted to evaluate the numeracy skills of second-grade students in mathematics lessons involving addition and subtraction of currency. This research is classified as descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods included observation, document collection, and the use of student worksheets. The data analysis employed the Miles and Huberman technique. The data were collected in the form of student worksheets in mathematics lessons in second-grade students at Urek-Urek 2 Elementary School, Malang Regency, with 12 students participating. The analysis revealed three categories of student numeracy ability. These three categories represent numeracy ability groups, divided into low (0-55), medium (55-75), and high (75-100). Based on the results of the second-grade students' numeracy ability evaluation, it can be concluded that the majority of students at Urek-Urek 2 Elementary School have high numeracy ability. The results from the student worksheets indicate that three students are in the low numeracy ability category, two students are in the medium category, and seven students are in the high numeracy ability category. Referring to the questions given, students generally understood the context of the questions, which relate to everyday activities. This demonstrates their ability to think critically to solve problems.

The development of information technology encourages government agencies to switch from manual systems to digital systems that are more efficient and accurate. One important aspect of office administration is recording the absence of village officials, which is often done conventionally so it is prone to errors, data manipulation, and takes longer in the recapitulation process. Based on these problems, this research designs and implements a Qr-Code based attendance system at the Palatta Village Government Office. The design of this system is to provide a faster, more accurate and transparent attendance solution by utilizing Qr-Code technology which is integrated into a web-based application. The system is built with main features such as user login, Qr-Code scanning, attendance history, as well as an admin dashboard to manage data and generate reports. The results of implementation and testing using the Black Box method show that all functions run as required. Testing on users also shows that the system is easy to use, speeds up the attendance process, and helps admins in monitoring and recapitulating data. Thus, this Qr-Code attendance system is suitable to be implemented as a substitute for manual methods to increase work efficiency and discipline in the village office environment.

Immunization is one of the most cost-effective efforts to improve maternal and child health. The proper use of Buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA) – Mother and Children Health Manual can server as an indicator of the quality of care provided to children in health center services. This study aims to determine the correlation between the use of KIA towards basic immunization compliance in Ulee Kareng Publich Health Center, Banda Aceh. This study employed a quantitative research design using a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of 521 mothers with babies. The sample was 84 respondents chosen using the probability cluster sampling technique. This study was conducted in Ulee Kareng Publich Health Center from May 27 to June 24, 2025. The data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test.The results showed a correlation between the use of KIA and basic immunization compliance, with a p-value of 0.008 (P<0.05) at Ulee Kareng Public Health Center, Banda Aceh. These results indicated that mothers who used the KIA books had a better understanding of the importance of basic immunization compliance, compared to those who did not utilize them properly. It can be concluded that there is a correlation between the use of KIA books and basic immunization compliance. This study suggests that health workers provide information on the importance of the KIA books and advise mothers to use it properly.

This study examines teachers’ understanding of the basic concept of school community relations from an outcome prespective in elementary schools. The relationship between schools and the community plays an important role in supporting the effectiveness of educational programs and improving the quality of learning outcomes. Theacers act as key actors who connect schools with parents and the surronding community. Therefore, understanding the concept of school and community relations is essential to build effective communication and collaboration. The researgh used a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Data were collected from relevant academic sources such as journal articels, book, and previous reaseacrh related to school and community relations and educcational management. He collected data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate the techers’ understanding of the concept of school and community relations countributes significantly to strengthening cooperation between schools and the community. Effective collaboration can increase community partisipation, support school programs, and create positive educational outcomes for students and institutions. Thus, strengthening teachers’ understanding of school and community relations is important to improve the quality and effectiveness of education in elementary schools.

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of interactive board game learning media in improving Arabic writing skills among fifth-grade students at MI Islamiyah 02 Madiun. The research employs a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental design involving an experimental group and a control group with a total sample of 47 students. Data were collected through pretest and posttest instruments and analyzed using the Mann–Whitney U test with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings reveal a statistically significant difference between the experimental and control groups, with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). Students in the experimental group demonstrated higher improvement in writing skills compared to those in the control group. The use of interactive board game media enhances student motivation, engagement, and participation in learning activities. This study implies that game-based learning media can serve as an effective alternative for improving Arabic writing skills at the elementary school level.

Pengelolaan anggaran daerah memerlukan sistem pengendalian internal yang efektif serta penerapan manajemen risiko yang terintegrasi untuk mendukung tercapainya tujuan pembangunan secara optimal. Namun, pada praktiknya masih banyak pemerintah daerah menghadapi persoalan berupa rendahnya kualitas perencanaan, lemahnya pengawasan, ketidaktepatan prioritas belanja, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan sumber daya fiskal. Penelitian terdahulu umumnya membahas pengendalian internal dan manajemen risiko secara terpisah, sedangkan kajian mengenai sinergi keduanya dalam pengelolaan anggaran daerah, khususnya pada daerah dengan kapasitas fiskal terbatas, masih relatif terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sinergi antara internal control dan manajemen risiko dalam pengelolaan anggaran pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internal control telah berjalan secara normatif melalui fungsi pengawasan APIP. Namun, penerapan manajemen risiko masih bersifat administratif dan belum menjadi dasar utama dalam pengambilan keputusan anggaran. Temuan ini menunjukkan kebaruan bahwa integrasi pengawasan internal berbasis risiko menjadi model penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, akuntabilitas, dan kualitas tata kelola keuangan daerah.
