This study investigates the structural relationships among Product Quality (PQ), Brand Image (BI), Word of Mouth (WOM), and Repurchase Intention (RI) to empirically understand the sequential mechanisms driving consumer loyalty in a highly competitive market. Grounded conceptually in the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) paradigm, the research posits that PQ acts as an external antecedent influencing RI through the mediating cognitive and behavioural constructs of BI and WOM. Data were collected from a sample of 187 Weber product consumers in Surabaya and analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The empirical results confirm all hypothesized direct and indirect relationships. Specifically, PQ significantly and positively influences both BI (β=0.337, p<0.000) and WOM (β=0.351, p<0.000). Furthermore, both BI and WOM significantly predict RI, with WOM (β=0.498, p<0.000) demonstrating a markedly stronger effect compared to BI (β=0.414, p<0.000). The model successfully explains a moderate 57% of the variance in Repurchase Intention. These findings underscore the strategic imperative for management to prioritize superior product quality, which organically fosters a positive brand perception and stimulates potent word-of-mouth promotion identified as the most critical driver of repeated purchases. Future research is encouraged to integrate additional affective factors, such as customer satisfaction or perceived price fairness, to enhance the explanatory power of the consumer loyalty model.

This research explores the role of corporate reputation as a mediator between environmental awareness and brand transparency toward social sustainability in Indonesia's beauty industry. With growing consumer expectations for brands to align with environmental and social causes, this study examines the impact of environmental awareness and perceived brand transparency on social sustainability through corporate reputation. A quantitative research approach is employed using multiple regression analysis and Sobel tests on data from Indonesian beauty product consumers. The findings reveal that while perceived brand transparency positively affects corporate reputation, environmental awareness does not directly influence reputation or social sustainability. Additionally, corporate reputation does not mediate the relationship between environmental awareness, brand transparency, and social sustainability. These results suggest that transparency enhances brand reputation but does not automatically translate to social sustainability perceptions. The study recommends further research on additional mediators and practical strategies for companies to implement impactful social sustainability practices

This study investigates the influence of coffee brewing device branding on the sensory perception of coffee flavor at TEFA Javanica, Politeknik Negeri Banyuwangi. Focusing on three V60 dripper brands—Hario (Japanese brand), Indotara (local generic brand), and One Two Cup (local brand with English naming)—the research employs an experimental quantitative approach combining blind and branded taste tests. The blind test eliminates brand influence, allowing assessment of the inherent coffee taste, while the branded test examines how brand expectations affect flavor experience and consumer perception. Sensory evaluation follows the Specialty Coffee Association's standardized cupping protocol, assessing aroma, taste, aftertaste, balance, and overall impression. Data from 45 purposively selected experienced coffee tasters were analyzed using the McNemar test to statistically compare preferences between blind and branded conditions. Results show significant brand effects on consumer perception for two of the three brands tested, highlighting branding’s role in shaping sensory experience. These findings offer valuable insights for coffee producers and marketers to optimize brewing device selection and branding strategies, enhancing customer satisfaction and competitive positioning. Academically, the study enriches literature on sensory branding in coffee, emphasizing the importance of equipment branding in specialty coffee markets. This research also lays groundwork for future studies exploring marketing and consumer psychology aspects within the specialty coffee industry.

The use of technology in rice farming can significantly increase production, reduce management time, expand cultivated land, and improve product quality to meet consumer standards. When rice production meets market demand, the selling price becomes higher, thus increasing farmers’ income and welfare. The presence of farmer groups plays a vital role as a learning forum for gaining knowledge, implementing agricultural technology, and facilitating access to agricultural tools and machinery. This enables farmers to apply technology effectively, improve work efficiency, and address challenges in rice farming. Considering the great potential of this region for rice cultivation, supported by growing local food demand and the national food security program, technology implementation becomes essential. This study employed the Likert scale method to measure farmers’ attitudes, opinions, and perceptions, with samples collected through purposive sampling. The findings show that the role of farmer groups in implementing rice farming technology in the Misa Kada (Advanced) group reached 74.91%, while the Ta’pan Kila’ (Beginner) group reached 66.07%. This indicates that farmer groups have contributed effectively, though some activities remain suboptimal. Strengthening learning class programs is the most strategic effort to enhance farmers’ understanding of agricultural technology, improve productivity, and maintain Tana Toraja’s cultural values.

A paradigm shift in public services has occurred rapidly due to the advent of digital technologies, which has led to the creation of more efficient, transparent and user-oriented systems. The study aims to examine how the quality of e-services, reputation, trust in e-services and electronic word of mouth affect user satisfaction with technology-enabled public services. A quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis is used to confirm the validity of the model. This method includes validity, reliability and classical assumptions testing. The results show that all four independent variables have a positive effect on user satisfaction both in general and individually. The quality of service, which encompasses factors such as ease of access, speed, system availability, and data security, has been demonstrated to enhance satisfaction. On the other hand, positive feedback and trust in the integrity and competence of the institution strengthen the relationship with users. Electronic word of mouth is crucial to create positive perceptions and attract consumers to services. The results show that to increase user satisfaction and loyalty in digital government services, the integration of these four elements is a key strategy.

This study is prompted by the reduction in the Rexona brand index in 2024, which coincided with several program-related mistakes that generated consumer dissatisfaction and led to a noticeable erosion of both brand image and brand trust. Such circumstances highlight the vulnerability of even well-established brands when faced with consumer discontent, as missteps in marketing campaigns or product related initiatives can have a lasting impact on how consumers perceive and evaluate a brand. For companies operating in highly competitive industries, these issues raise serious concerns, since negative brand perceptions and diminished trust are likely to undermine consumer loyalty, weaken brand equity, and reduce the likelihood of long-term purchasing behavior. Against this backdrop, the present research seeks to examine more deeply how brand image and brand trust contribute to shaping consumers repurchase intention for Rexona products in Surabaya, a city that represents a dynamic and diverse consumer market. To achieve this objective, the study adopted a quantitative research approach, applying the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method for statistical analysis. Data were obtained through purposive sampling, involving 110 respondents who were identified as active and cosistent user of Rexona products within the city of Surabaya. The findings of the research reveal that brand image shows a benefical effect on repurchase intention, while brand trust demonstrates a significant role in enhancing consumer willingness to engage in repeat purchases. These results emphasize that the synergy between a strong brand image and sustained consumer trust acts as a fundamental determinant for maintaining repurchase intention, particularly within highly competitive market environments.

This study aims to examine the influence of Product Variation, Brand Image, and Co-Branding on Purchase Decisions among Miniso Central Park consumers in West Jakarta. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with 100 respondents selected through non-probability sampling with an accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires based on a Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS version 25 with multiple linear regression. The findings show that Product Variation does not significantly influence purchase decisions, indicating that the wide variety of Miniso products alone is not the primary factor driving consumer choices. In contrast, Brand Image demonstrates a strong and significant influence, highlighting that consumers’ trust and perception of Miniso’s brand identity play an important role in their purchasing behavior. Furthermore, Co-Branding also significantly affects purchase decisions, as collaborations with other well-known brands or icons enhance the appeal and perceived value of Miniso products. The combined effect of Brand Image and Co-Branding creates stronger consumer engagement, although Product Variation alone remains insufficient in driving decisions. This study contributes to the understanding of retail marketing strategies, particularly in the context of lifestyle-oriented retail businesses. It suggests that building a strong brand image and leveraging effective co-branding partnerships are more impactful than merely expanding product variety. The implications of this research can assist retail companies in optimizing their marketing mix strategies to strengthen competitiveness in Indonesia’s rapidly growing retail sector.
