The aim of this research is to determine the flow of growth in export and import activities after Covid-19 and to determine the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on the export and import activities of PT. Indonesia Vehicle Terminal Tbk. This research is descriptive qualitative research, research data obtained through data collection. After that, the data was analyzed qualitatively and then explained descriptively. Based on the research results, it was found that the flow of export growth in vehicle groups experienced increases and decreases at different times for each cargo, including CBU cargo, heavy equipment, and spare parts. Meanwhile, the flow of import growth for the vehicle group experienced a decline from 2019-2020 and experienced an increase again in 2021, this was due to restrictions related to the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

Idle time or disturbing time is time wasted while the ship is moored is a classic problem that has not been solved in Indonesia. Tanjung Emas Port is the busiest port in Semarang City, Central Java, which is a stopover center for providers of sea transportation facilities and infrastructure in the context of loading and unloading means the transfer of cargo from and onto ships to be stockpiled into or directly transported to the place of the owner of the goods through the port dock using loading and unloading complementary equipment. This study aims to determine the effect of port services, ship engine tools, and loading and unloading productivity, on Idle Time at Tanjung Emas Port Semarang. The population in this study were ship crews from the deck departement division and the sample used in this study was 119 respondents. And do not use the sampling technique because the number of samples is the same as the population, then the data is analyzed using multiple liniar regression with the help of (software) Statistical Package (SPSS) Version 26. The formulation of the regression in this study is as follows: Y= 0,597 + 0,368X1 + 0,356X2 + 0,213X3 + m. From this equation it is know that the most dominant variable influencing Idle Time is the port Service variable with a regression coeffient of 0.368. The R2 test ( R The ) obtained a result of 0.443 or 44.3%, which means that Idle Time is influenced by the variable port Services, Loading and Unloadng Speed, and Ship Machinery Equipment which is equal to 44,3% and other factors that affect Idle Time Tanjung Emas Port Semarang, namely 100%.

To find out more closely how the company PT Admiral Lines Belawan Branch, carrying out shipping activities in the issuance of Outward Manifest in the Customs online system, this aims to carry out responsibilities in submitting cargo reporting documents to parties that are truly related and responsible. As for the completeness of customs documents to support and expedite the Outward Manifest issuance procedure. as for the obstacles in the Outward Manifest issuance process that make it difficult to issue the Ouward Manifest, which the company can overcome seriously so that the company does not experience losses caused by a staff in submitting online data. With the Manifest Module online system, it is easier to manage Outward Manifest documents that train staff to be more thorough. This paper uses 2 (two) types of research methods, namely: the Field Observation method (Flied Reseach), interviews with employees and the Heritage Study Method (Library Reseach), namely taking data from library books.

Transport by sea is a commercial shipping business that operates in the field of providing sea cargo transportation services where the business activities are very broad in scope and play an important role in advancing domestic and foreign trade, including in efforts to facilitate the flow of goods from production areas to consumer areas. This research aims to to determine the influence of price, service quality and promotion on the interest of users of sea transportation services. The population in this study were passengers on the Dharma Lautan Utama ship and the sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling probability sampling, then the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 26. The regression formulation in this research is as follows:  Y = 0.733 + 0.333X1 + 0.203X2 + 0.385X3 + µ  From this equation it is known that the most dominant variable influencing the interest of users of sea transportation services is the promotion variable with a regression coefficient of 0.385. The R2 (R Square) test obtained a result of 0.561 or 56.1%, which means that the interest of sea transportation service users (Y) can be explained by independent variables, namely price (X1), service quality (X2) and promotion (X3). ). Meanwhile, the remainder (100%-61.9% = 38.1%) is explained by other variables outside the model which are not explained in this research.

Archives play an important role in supporting the administrative activities of an agency. Archives include all activities related to company documents. At the expedition agency PT Tunas Antarnusa Muda Cargo Solo, the receipt document filing system is still lacking in structure. This receipt is only archived to the extent that it is entered in an order that is adjusted to the customer's name randomly and unstructured. This makes employees of PT Tunas Antarnusa Muda Cargo Solo, especially the finance division, find it difficult to find receipts so that work management becomes less effective and efficient due to the long search time when receipts are needed. This service aims to improve the filing system at PT Tunas Antarnusa Muda Cargo Solo by using a combination of alphabetical filing, subject filing, and chronological filing methods. This method is applied in alphabetical order of the customer's name, the subject of grouping the customer's names and sorted by the time the receipt was made. In practice, this method aims to manage receipts to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the filing system. In addition, structured archives can make it easier for agency employees to find the information needed quickly and simplify the work process

One of the functions of air transportation is to transport goods from one place to another. One type of goods is class 9 cargo called Miscellanous Dangerous Goods. This study aims to determine the handling of Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo in Regulated agents at PT. Buana Citradjaya Dirgantara, what problems occur in the process of handling Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo at Regulated Agents at PT. Buana Citradjaya Dirgantara and efforts to overcome the constraints of handling Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo at Regulated Agents at PT. Buana Citradjaya Dirgantara This study used a qualitative method with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity techniques use source triangulation and triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The result of this study is that Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo handling has been carried out in accordance with SOPs or applicable regulations. Officers carry out the flow of delivery, inspection, and delivery in accordance with applicable SOPs and regulations. Obstacles in handling Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo at Regulated Agents at PT. Buana Citradjaya Dirgantara, including the lack of knowledge of prospective shippers regarding Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo delivery documents and the content of Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo which can make officers injured and lack of storage of Miscellanous Dangerous Goods so that they are united with other goods can endanger officers and damage other goods. Efforts to Handle Miscellanous Dangerous Goods Cargo at Regulated Agents at PT. Buana Citradjaya Dirgantara, namely conducting more socialization to the sender of goods regarding the documents needed in shipping Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo and officers should be more focused and use personal protective equipment such as gloves and Dangerous Goods goggles prepare a special place to store Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo so as not to endanger officers or other goods.

The purpose of this research is to (1) determine the percentage of loading and unloading productivity at the Port of Cappa Ujung Parepare (2) to find out the criteria that have good performance in loading and unloading services at the Port of Cappa Ujung Parepare (3) to find out the criteria that are considered according to the interests of users Loading and unloading services at Cappa Ujung Parepare Port. The population in this study was 120 people, which is the number of respondents in this study related to loading and unloading service assessment performance and the interests of loading and unloading service users. The data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research was carried out using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Method and the IPA Analysis Method. The results of this study indicate that (1) The productivity of loading and unloading at the Cappa Ujung Parepare Port in 2021 will reach 5,137,823 Tons/M3 with the biggest achievement in December reaching 1,873% greater than the monthly target. The productivity of loading and unloading at Cappa Ujung Parepare Port in 2022 reached 6,944,242 tons/M3 with the biggest achievement in December reaching 2,510% greater than the monthly target (2) CSI calculation results of 77.64%. Thus, the level of customer satisfaction with loading and unloading services is in the satisfactory category. The highest WF value is shown at 10.42% on attribute 8 (safety in the port environment) which means that this attribute is considered the most important by customers in unloading services. The lowest WF value is shown at 9.69% on attribute 7 (clarity of information about loading and unloading) which means that this attribute is considered not too important by customers in loading and unloading services.

This paper aims to investigate the Implementation of the ISM Code on the MV Ships. Eastern Fair at PT. pelayaran Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. In writing this paper, the author utilizes methodology, during the Onshore Practice, the author collects materials from field observation methods and library methods. This is intended to gain a deeper understanding of the Implementation of the ISM Code on the MV Eastern Fair Ship at PT. Pelayaran Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. The ISM Code is an International regulation developed by the International Maritime Oeganization (IMO) to ensure the safety of ship operation and the protection of the marine environment. By integrating the principles of the ISM Code into their operations, shipping companies can create a safer and more efficient environment for both ship crew and onshore personnel. Safety onboard is a shared responsibility. Safety plays a crucial role in the overall operation of ships. Facts shw that as much as 80% of all accidents can be attributed to human error. Furthermore, about 75-80% of these human errors can be linked to poor management systems. Safety encompasses the ship, crew, cargo, and the marine environment. The Implementation of the ISM Code plays a crucial role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly in terms of safety.

PT. Admiral Lines Belawan Branch is a company that operates owned vessels and is also engaged in agency services. In the sense of representative of the ship owner / principle for processing documents at the port for both arrival and departure of the ship. Ports as arrival and departure terminals for ships and cargo need to provide adequate facilities and services so that ships can be served smoothly and efficiently. Managing the arrival and departure of a ship more smoothly and efficiently cannot be separated from an application called the INAPORNET system. The position of the port as the gateway for a ship entering/leaving the port, especially from within the country or abroad or vice versa, must obtain approval from the authorized agencies at the port, such as the Harbor Master's Office and Port Authority (KSOP), Health Quarantine, Customs and Excise, Immigration. This notification is to ensure that the ship and its cargo entering/exiting the port have complied with the provisions of applicable laws and conventions. Management of the needs and interests of ships and their cargo is carried out by shipping company branches such as PT. Belawan Branch Line Admiral. This study aims to find out how the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) for Wings Air airline cargo officers by PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharudin Airport, Sumbawa and to find out how efforts to maintain the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) for Wings Air airline cargo officers by PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharudin Airport, Sumbawa The research design uses a qualitative research approach, namely research used to examine the condition of scientific objects where a researcher is the key instrument. From the results of the research that the author has done, that is, every company, especially those with high-risk interactions, must have a standard operating procedure (SOP), and every officer must receive monitoring at work to use personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with the procedure, then from the level of awareness of each Each officer already has an awareness of the risks of their work and every time they start or when they are finished, a briefing is carried out to remind them of the risks and hazards at work. and in an effort to maintain the implementation of OSH, training is usually carried out once a year, then for steps to anticipate hazards, officers usually double-check before and after use, and for each officer to have concern for work risks, for example, by reminding one another the other at work.

Maxim is an online transportation service that is often used by people in Indonesia by offering various services including Maxim Ride, Maxim Car, Maxim Delivery, Maxim Food, and Maxim Cargo. Maxim also offers cheap fares start three kilometers on every service used by the community so that it can attract people's interest in using it, it is also supported by Maxim who continues to exist in various regions of Indonesia to enjoy the online transportation service. However, it is possible that there are still problems when users use the service, namely the accuracy of the lacking maps and the less variable payment method. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of cargo control at KM Madani Nusantara at Parepare Port, causing over load and over dimension in relation to ship stability and safety. PT. Prima Vista is a private shipping company engaged in the transportation of goods and services, especially passenger and vehicle transportation services. Along with the demands of today's modern society, transportation, especially sea transportation related to passenger safety and passenger service, has experienced many developments in terms of the quality and safety of modern, fast sea transportation which is no less important than the demands for comfort while on a cruise. km. Madani Nusantara is one of the Ro-Ro ships owned by PT. Prima Vista which connects Sulawesi and Kalimantan. This study uses a descriptive method that describes certain events that occurred in KM Madani Nusantara. The writer on this ship works as a captain. The results of this study indicate that in the control of cargo on the KM Madani Nusantara ship there is often a load that is not in accordance with the specified capacity or known as over loading and over dimension which is abbreviated as ODOL so that it can cause the ship to tilt.

Kinerja pelayanan pelabuhan adalah indikator untuk menilai hasil kerja suatu pelabuhan pada periode tertentu dan menggambarkan tingkat pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pengguna jasa yang meliputi pelayanan kapal dan pelayanan barang. Kinerja pelayanan dimulai pada saat kapal akan bersandar, kapal melakukan bongkar muat dan kapal lepas sandar dari pelabuhan. Kunjungan kapal di Pelabuhan Parepare terus meningkat dengan rata-rata peningkatan dalam 5 tahun terakhir sebesar 9,9%. Peningkatan kunjungan kapal ini harus diikuti dengan peningkatan pelayanan. Salah satu indikator pelayanan kapal adalah pemanduan kapal (approach time), dimana semakin lama waktu pemanduan kapal di pelabuhan maka semakin rendah tingkat pelayanan di suatu pelabuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pelayanan pemanduan kapal (approach time) terhadap standar pelayanan di Pelabuhan Parepare. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Data primer berupa proses dan lama pelayanan pemanduan kapal di lapangan. Data sekunder berupa data pelayanan pemanduan kapal pada periode tertentu; dan standar waktu pelayanan pemanduan kapal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode peta kendali. Tahapan analisis dimulai dengan penentuan jumlah sampel, menentukan garis pusat/tengah (center line, CL), menentukan batas kendali bawah (lower control limit, LCL), menentukan batas kendali atas (upper control limit, UCL), dan mengevaluasi waktu pelayanan pemanduan kapal terhadap standar waktu pelayanan pemanduan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh beberapa kegiatan pemanduan kapal di Pelabuhan Parepare berada di bawah standar waktu yang ditetapkan Direktur Jendral Perhubungan Laut tentang Standar Pelayanan Operasional Pelabuhan untuk Pelabuhan Parepare sebesar 2 jam atau 120 menit. Rata-rata waktu pelayanan pemanduan (approach time) kapal di Pelabuhan Parepare membutuhkan waktu selama 120 menit (in & out). Waktu pemanduan kapal dibawah standar yakni Kapal Tanker 131 menit dan Kapal General Cargo 123 menit, sedangkan Kapal Kontainer dan Kapal Penumpang masing-masing 120 menit dan 105 menit masih diatas standar waktu pelayanan operasional pelabuhan.

Angkot is one of the conventional forms of transportation that is often used by the public for mobility because the prices are affordable with a variety of routes and a lot of cargo. We can find Angkots easily in various city centers with units that are often many so they can be easily found. But at present, conventional transportation and online transportation, giving rise to many policies and also considerations from various parties involed in contributing betwen online and conventional parties. In all aspects, online transportation is far superios in all aspect, online transportation is far superior in all respects and in line with the deveplopment of the current era of globalization. So that the party that suffetrs the most is conventional transportation because with the times that continue to roll, angkot drivers need to survive and find solutions by taking rationalist actions to maintain the existence of angkot. Actions ned to be taken not only by the angkot driver as a party involed in this dynamic, but the intervention of the local goverment and also the trasportation agency is very important for the contribution of the angkot to balnce the social system in society. So that rationalist actions and also the role of local goverment are very important in supporting conventional transportations operations.

Transshipment adalah salah satu metode distribusi dimana batu bara  dikirim dari satu moda transportasi ke moda transportasi lainnya diatas perairan untuk sampai ke tujuan akhir pengiriman. Berdasarkan kondisi dilapangan, salah satu kendala yang paling sering terjadi pada adalah adanya perbedaan jumlah batu bara yang diangkut pada proses transshipment dibandingkan sebelum dilakukan transshipment. Perbedaan ini cenderung mengarah pada pengurangan jumlah batu bara  (deadfreight) yang disebut shortage cargo. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh PT.  Sedayu Makmur Abadi untuk menghindari shortage cargo, namun upaya tersebut masih belum maksimal karena belum diketahui faktor terbesar yang menyebabkan terjadinya shortage cargo pada transshipment batu bara  di PT. Sedayu Makmur Abadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui factor tersebut melalui pengujian menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan program SPSS. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Draught survey, Tumpahan Cargo/ Cargo losses dan Hydrostatic tabel barge.  Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan nbahwa ketiga variable secara parsial memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap shortage cargo. Variable  draft survey, tumpahan cargo dan hydrostatic tabel barge secara keseluruhan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 46,9% terhadap shortage cargo sedangkan sisanya sebesar 53,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

This study focuses on the process of managing the Ship Movement Permit for MT.SHIP TRINITY during its transfer from the dock area to the anchorage area at PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. As an intermediary company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is committed to finding cargo ships with high-quality standards to provide the best service to customers, while prioritizing safety and maritime environmental protection. In its capacity as a shipping company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera handles ship movement permit management through several stages, including administrative compliance, permit application, and ship document completion. This process needs to be carried out quickly and accurately to avoid delays, which requires good coordination with various related agencies at the port. The role of PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is crucial in supporting ship service activities in the shipping industry. To optimize port operations, appropriate management policies are needed to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of port performance.

PT Pelindo Multi Terminal is a subsidiary of the state-owned PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) which manages port business entities in the field of multipurpose terminal operations in Indonesia, such as liquid bulk, dry bulk, general cargo, and so on. PT Pelindo Multi Terminal / SPMT as the leading provider of non-container terminal services in Indonesia provides various services to service users. The services provided by SPMT include Stevedoring, Haulage, Receiving/Delivery, Stacking, Dock Services and Other Services. PT Pelindo Multi Terminal has a high commitment to implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) consistently and continuously. PT Pelindo Multi Terminal is responsible for loading and unloading activities at the port. Stevedoring Workers (TKBM) have an important role in achieving the performance of loading and unloading activities from the port to the ship and from the ship to the port. Loading and unloading workers are one part of the workforce that needs attention because the work process they carry out carries the risk of work accidents. Work safety issues are factors that must be taken into account when carrying out loading and unloading work at the port. To obtain data the author used the Field Research method together with employees of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan using interviews. The library research method is also used by reading books and research results related to the paper writer's object obtained from libraries and other trusted sources.

Penelitian ini bertujuan agar PT. Indah Cargo Logistik Semarang dapat menyusun laporan keuangan dengan baik. Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini, mempengaruhi berbagai bidang usaha, baik pendidikan  maupun bisnis. Penggunaan akuntansi komputer adalah alat untuk memfasilitasi kegiatan  perusahaan dalam menyelesaikan pemrosesan data secara efektif, efisien, dan akurat. Perusahaan  sangat membutuhkan program aplikasi untuk memfasilitasi pencatatan transaksi yang masih berlangsung dengan Microsoft Excel, kesalahan paling sederhana bahwa kesalahan manajemen  Human Error adalah salah dalam pencatatan sering terjadi, selain memasukkan data secara  manual dan membuat jurnal membutuhkan waktu. lebih panjang dan membutuhkan ketelitian ekstra  dalam proses perhitungan. Ini dapat mengakibatkan tidak seimbangnya buku besar umum dan  laporan keuangan yang dibuat kemudian. Metode pengumpulan data termasuk observasi, wawancara,  dan metode studi pustaka. Today's business competition requires companies to be able to compete with other companies. PT. Biru Pratama Logistindo Line is a company engaged in import-export services. This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality, facilities and timeliness of delivery of the satisfaction of service users of PT. Biru Pratama Logistindo Line. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and the sampling technique uses proportional random sampling with 42 respondents as consumers of PT. Biru Pratama Logistindo Line taken from a total population of 62 consumers. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS (Statitical Package for Social Science) Version 22.0.

Freight of goods and passengers in Indonesia With the availability of goods and transportation needed by transportation, there are many entrepreneurs or transportation service companies in the three transportation routes. PT. Pandu Logistik is a company engaged in the transportation of goods which is a legal entity in the Commercial Postal Service as stipulated in article 18 paragraph (1) of Law Number 38 of 2009 concerning Postal. During the process of shipping goods sometimes it does not need to be done with problems, for example regarding expenditures, both originating from nature, human actions or from the nature of the goods themselves. In answering this law, the approach method is carried out using the sociological juridical method with descriptive analytical specifications and the analysis is done qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the standard agreement in the transportation agreement determined by the carrier according to the position of the parties is not balanced and there is no freedom of transfer to determine the contents of the agreement. Factors that cause ownership change, damage or loss of goods in PT. Pandu Logistics is 2 factors, the first factor which is a factor of PT. Pandu Logistik itself and the second is external factors such as circumstances and accidents that cannot be done in the transportation of goods. The responsibility of PT. Pandu Logistics Semarang for lost or damaged goods that is by way of compensation of 10 times the shipping fee or a maximum of Rp. 1,000,000 (one million rupiah), except if PT. Pandu Logistik Semarang can prove right and wrong that PT. Pandu Logistik Semarang, apart from the negligence and mistakes of the sender of the goods or because there is something about the cargo that does not reach the recipient of the goods, this is what frees PT.
