Tourism is a creative economy-based service industry that is very important for the progress of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Tourism in Indonesia has great potential and makes a significant contribution to the economy, job creation, infrastructure development and community empowerment, including in rural areas. With good and sustainable management, tourism can grow in a sustainable manner and provide long-term benefits. Selection of tourist attractions can be adjusted to the goals of each tourist. The tourist village is a tourist attraction that can be developed and can make a positive contribution to the people of Jombang. The tourist spot chosen in this research is Sumber Biru tourism area. The implementation method used in this study is a qualitative approach with types of observation, documentation, and literature studies to obtain information about the problems faced by blue tourism sources starting from tourism development such as repairing or updating photo spots and obstacles in tourism promotion. The population in this activity were managers and visitors to the Sumber Biru tourism area which had been analyzed by KKNT students. In this community service, the team hopes to contribute more to Wonomerto village so that it can have a positive impact on local residents, especially on Sumber Biru tourism.

The background of this research is because there are problems that have been identified as follows. Teaching staff cannot create new innovations in learning. Teaching staff cannot collaborate on something that can create something interesting in learning. Cannot create a pleasant learning atmosphere. The low use of learning media in the teaching process. In this case, according to the results of interviews with the head of the Ciamis District education office, learning still uses a simple method. So it does not increase student enthusiasm in learning. Thus, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on increasing the creativity of educators through competence development based on STEAM technology for training participants in 2021-2022, Ciamis Regency. The method used is descriptive and verification research methods. The results of the study show that training has a positive and significant effect on increasing the creativity of educators based on STEAM technology for training participants in 2021-2022 in Ciamis Regency, meaning that if the training is carried out continuously, the creativity of educators will increase. Increasing competence has a positive and significant effect on increasing the creativity of educators based on STEAM technology for training participants in 2021-2022 in Ciamis Regency, meaning that if competency improvement is carried out continuously, the creativity of educators will increase. Training has a positive and significant effect on increasing the creativity of educators through increasing competency based on STEAM technology for training participants in 2021-2022, Ciamis Regency. This means that if the training is carried out with an increase in competence, then the creativity of the teaching staff will also increase.

Starting from the existence of several problems faced, namely there is a decrease in the quality of work as evidenced by the overall table of the national fluid index from 2020-2022. There is a decrease in the quantity of work based on the overall table of the National Achievement Index from 2020-2022. Improper timeliness in service time for participants has become an indicator of the decline in the overall value of the National Index of achievements from 2020-2022. Work effectiveness has decreased due to the fact that there are still vacant positions in the organizational structure, forcing employees to handle other work. Lack of employee independence, so that performance does not develop if there is no supervisor. The culture of BPJS Kesehatan is dynamic so that during the transition period employees experience difficulties. There are vacant positions in the organizational structure, so some employees do double jobs to keep the program running. Leaders do not understand the potential of each employee and tend to always rely on employees who have done this side job. The method used is descriptive quantitative. the results of research on Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This means that if the organizational culture increases, the employee's performance also increases. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This means that if job satisfaction increases, employee performance also increases. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if the leadership style increases, the employee's performance also increases. Organizational culture, job satisfaction and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if organizational culture, job satisfaction and leadership style increase, employee performance also increases.

This study aims to find out how the leadership style applied by the leaders of CV. Mutiara uses observation techniques, literature studies and interviews with CV leaders. Pearl. This kind of research is qualitative in nature. The results of the research show that the leader of CV. Mutiara applies a democratic and participative leadership style. Leader CV. Mutiara wants to improve staff performance with every employee in CV. Mutiara is valued for her potential and the company often organizes events or activities intended to raise performance standards among its employees.

Since its introduction in 2005, podcasts have gained increasing popularity and widespread usage across various sectors. Apart from serving as a form of entertainment that shares the characteristic of proximity, similar to radio, podcasts have also emerged as an educational media, attracting a growing number of enthusiasts. The education sector has recently embraced podcasts as a tool to enhance the development of skills and abilities in podcast creation, ultimately leading to improved workstation productivity. The activities are designed based on the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) for media development. The implementation of these activities includes the introduction and installation of podcasting equipment, as well as providing tutorials on the usage of podcast recording software. Reflecting on the content presented, practical exercises are conducted, wherein students assume the role of operators, while teachers act as podcasters delivering subject-specific material aligned with the subjects they teach.

Language as a means of human communication has become one of the interesting studies from time to time considering that language is dynamic. The science that studies language is linguistics, in which between branches of linguistics there is comparative historical linguistics. This study aims to describe how comparative linguistic studies are between Javanese regional languages and Malay regional languages. This research uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitatively it functions to collect data and analyze it both orally and in writing, while quantitatively to get comparisons and the number of percentages between language kinships obtained by using lexicostatistics techniques. The data source for this research is a Pontianak Malay language text entitled Bawang Merah and Bawang Puteh . The steps taken to determine language kinship are: (1) determine the basic vocabulary of Bawang Merah and Bawang Puteh folklore, (2) determine the pairs of the two languages, (3) determine the time of separation and age of language kinship. Based on the results of the analysis, Javanese and Malay were the only languages between 2325 – 1845 years ago. Javanese and Malay languages separated into a proto language between 302 - 178 AD (calculated by 2023).

In construction procurement in Indonesia there are still deviations in the tender process. The deviation is caused by an opportunity during the construction bidding process.  The service providers are mutually looking for opportunities to seek personal or group benefits or from the working group that makes these deviations. This causes state losses due to deviations in the construction bidding process. This research was conducted by collecting data from institutions that have the authority to decide whether or not deviations occur in the auction process. The institution authorized to decide whether or not a deviation occurs is the Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition of the Republic of Indonesia (KPPU RI). This study uses a questionnaire to find out how much the causes and impacts on state losses are caused by deviations in the auction process and uses the Probability and Impact Matrix method to determine the level of implication values of the causes and impacts of deviations in each case using a case base analysis approach. The results obtained based on the decision are as many as 12 types of deviation based on the case decision. The impact of deviations that occur in construction procurement is material and immaterial losses. The causes of deviation in construction procurement are caused by four factors, namely the factor of wanting to obtain personal or group benefits, opportunities, pressure and business climate. The most contributing factor to the occurrence of deviation is the combined conspiracy and vertical conspiracy resulting in a value of 11.38%.

Motorcycles are a mode of transportation that is very commonly used in Indonesia. The large number of motorbikes on the road often causes congestion, because the ratio between the number of two-wheeled vehicles and four-wheeled vehicles when on the road becomes unbalanced. Passenger Car Equivalence Value for Motorcycles (MC) = 0.25 , Light Vehicles (HV) = 1.2 and Heavy Vehicles (LV) = 1.0. The influence of the Equivalence value of a motorcycle Passenger Car (emp) on the Degree of Saturation (DS) value, the smaller the Equivalence of a Passenger Car (emp), the smaller the Degree of Saturation (DS). The maximum degree of saturation (DS) occurs in the proportion of motorcycles 0.83%. And the influence of the proportion of motorcycles on Jalan Jendral Sudirman, Pasir Turtle District on Monday was 63.91%. while on Sunday the proportion of motorbikes was 65.37%.

Scavenger societies are social groups that depend on the activities of collecting, sorting, and recycling used goods. They do this work as the main source of income. This research aims to understand the characteristics and role of scavenger communities in waste and environmental management. The research methods used include surveys, interviews, and field observations. The collected data is analyzed qualitatively by identifying the main themes that arise from the research results. The results show that scavenger communities have an important role in reducing waste and recycling used goods. They collect various types of materials such as paper, plastic, metal, and electronics that can be resold or recycled. Their work contributes to reducing the negative impact on the environment and sustainable waste management. However, scavenger communities also face challenges and obstacles in carrying out their work. They often experience unsafe working conditions and health risks due to exposure to hazardous materials. In addition, they also face limited access to public services and social stigma that can affect their daily lives.

This study aims to analyze the efficiency of sharia operations in the hotel industry by using sharia operational management approach in the check-in and check-out process. Operational efficiency is a key factor in the success of a hospitality business, and with the Islamic operational management approach, aspects of sharia are also integrated into operational processes.The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis by collecting data from various sources, including literature studies, field observations, and interviews with hotel managers who apply Islamic operational principles. The collected data was analyzed using a qualitative approach to gain deep insight into the operational efficiency of Sharia. The results of the analysis show that the application of sharia operational management in the check-in and check-out process can improve operational efficiency in the hotel industry. Some of the measures taken include the use of technology to speed up the check-in process, staff training in terms of friendly and efficient service in accordance with sharia principles, and the implementation of policies that promote integrity and transparency.In conclusion, the Islamic operational management approach can provide great benefits for the hotel industry in achieving operational efficiency. By paying attention to sharia aspects in the check-in and check-out process, the hotel can meet the needs of guests who want services that are in accordance with sharia values. In addition, the use of technology and proper staff training also play an important role in improving overall operational efficiency.

This study aims to analyze the amount in circulation and interest rates on inflation in Indonesia. Based on the source, the type of data in this study is secondary data, because the data collected is data in the form of numbers or numbers. The data used is quantitative data from January 2016 to December 2021 with this research conducted in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a literature method through literature studies supported by secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics. The results of this study explain that the money supply and interest rates affect the high and low inflation that occurs in Indonesia.

Agriculture is an activity of managing biological natural resources with the help of technology, capital, labor and management to produce agricultural commodities which include food crops, horticulture, plantations and or livestock in an agro-ecosystem. Most of the Indonesian people's livelihoods are as farmers, so the agricultural sector is very important to develop in this country. Poktan Beno Raharjo in Glonggong Village, Madiun Regency has a problem, namely the absence of an information system that is useful for managing agricultural production data, managing farmer data, managing village granary data, recording planting of food crops and horticultural crops, managing subsidized fertilizer assistance. The mobile-based Poktan information system was created using the dart programming language with the flutter framework using the waterfall method and testing using the black box testing method.

Tahfidzul Qur'an Syech Ahmad Chatib al-Minangkabawi Islamic Boarding School, found proud academic achievements, especially in the MTQ, MHQ branches at the District, Regency, Provincial and National levels. This research is qualitative field research. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Informants were selected using the "Purposive Sampling" technique. The results of this research show that the tahfidz learning program is targeted at 10 juz for Mts/Junior High School level and 20 Juz for Aliyah/Senior High School level. The implementation schedule for the tahfidz learning program is two times, first, Maghrib between after maghrib prayer until before evening prayer (18.40-19.50) , After Isha' (20.15-10.00) and Fajr from (04.30-06.50), there is added new memorization, muraja'ah memorization. Second, in the morning formal school hours (KBM) at the local area for deepening the tahsinul Qur'an material, talaqqi method, formative evaluation and summative evaluation, obstacles found in implementing tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning during Covid 19.

UMKM must be able to face global challenges, increase product and service innovation. UMKM are the economic sector that absorbs the largest workforce in Indonesia. Gedog Village needs technology in the midst of globalization. Most of the problems faced are product marketing and their lack of human resource knowledge. The Thematic 31 KKN group aims to take part in imparting the knowledge that we have to impart to them so that the business being run can develop so that the coffers of income will increase and be able to recruit new workers. Assistance to the UMKM sector in Gedog Village needs to be given socialization about what to do and provide examples of action. In the data collection process, three methods were carried out, namely interviews, document studies, and questionnaires.

By making the best employee decision support system in a grocery store using the simple additive weighting method. assist managers in making the best employee decisions and admins in editing, deleting and adding values in each of the existing criteria and directly connected to the system database. This system was developed using the Visual Studio Code website, PHP, CSS, XAMPP V3.3.0 and MySQL. The method used in this decision support system is simple additive weighting (SAW). With this website, decision making is more structured and value data for each employee can be stored in a database. The results of this decision support system will simplify the process of determining the best employees and this system does not need to use manual calculations and is far more efficient.

Credit in Article 11 of Law Number 10 of 1998 refers to the provision of money or the equivalent thereof in the form of a bill, based on the agreement and mutual understanding between the two parties, namely the Debtor and the Creditor, with the obligation for the Debtor to repay the debt and interest obligations that have been determined. Before credit is granted to the debtor, the creditor will conduct a field survey regarding the debtor's financial activities until all conditions are deemed fulfilled, in order to avoid default issues in the credit agreement between the two parties. There are many ways to resolve default cases, and in BPR Surasari Hutama, resolving default issues in Credit Agreement No. B.28613/2019 that occurred in March 2019 with the guarantee of ownership documents of a 2005 Hyundai Excel motor vehicle was done by providing a multipurpose credit loan of Rp 15,000,000. It can be said that the loan became delinquent because the debtor did not have good intentions to repay the debt, resulting in an outstanding balance of Rp 9,800,000, and fled with the object provided as collateral. This study aims to understand the resolution of default in Multipurpose Credit with Motor Vehicle Ownership Documents as collateral and to determine that the creditor does not immediately execute the object but rather issues verbal or written reminders, such as Collection Letters or Warning Letters, in accordance with Bank Indonesia Circular Letter No. 26/4/BPPP dated May 29, 1993, and adheres to OJK regulations and Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 7/2/PBI/2005 dated January 20, 2005 regarding Restructurable Banking Credit.

Kewirausahaan digital merupakan metode kewirausahaan yang menggunakan teknologi dengan memanfaatkan platform berbasis internet. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital, seluruh aspek kewirausahaan dapat berkembang menjadi lebih efisien terutama pada aspek pemasaran. Kemudahan akses informasi merupakan salah satu keunggulan dari pemanfaatan teknologi yang dapat menjadi salah satu faktor mengapa pemasaran digital lebih unggul dari pemasaran konvensional. Terutama pada era digital saat ini, pemasaran digital sangat diperlukan demi mempermudah menyebarkan edukasi terkait suatu usaha. Dengan memakai metode penelitian studi kepustakaan, dapat mempermudah penulis dalam memberikan hasil yang akurat berdasarkan literasi dari peneliti terdahulu. Jurnal ini dibuat dengan tujuan agar UMKM di kelurahan tanjungsari terutama UMKM terpilih mendapatkan manfaat dari keberadaan Mahasiswa KKN UPN Veteran Jawa Timur Kelompok 41 dengan memberikan edukasi serta memfasilitasi UMKM  untuk mengembangkan pemasaran yang kurang efektif menjadi pemasaran digital yang dapat menjangkau konsumen secara luas dengan sifatnya yang tidak mengenal tempat dan waktu. Sehingga UMKM dapat mengembangkan usaha nya atau bahkan dapat bermanfaat untuk membantu mengekspansi UMKM kepada pasar yang lebih luas. In the evolving era of digital marketing, the quality of product photos plays a vital role in attracting customers and boosting sales. This study aims to explore the influence of using a studio photo box as part of the digital marketing strategy for SMEs in Semolowaru Village. A studio photo box is a simple tool made from easily accessible materials and is affordable, enabling SMEs to produce high-quality product photos. The findings of this study demonstrate that the utilization of a studio photo box can enhance the product's appeal on digital marketing platforms, attract potential customers, and differentiate the product from competitors. By using a studio photo box, SMEs in Semolowaru Village can generate attractive and professional product photos, which can contribute to building a strong brand image and increasing conversion rates. The awareness among SMEs in Semolowaru Village regarding the importance of quality product photos in digital marketing has facilitated the adoption of studio photo boxes. With the right steps, such as selecting a suitable studio, ensuring proper lighting, careful product arrangement, accurate editing, and leveraging photos in online promotions, SMEs can fully harness the potential of studio photo boxes to achieve success in digital product marketing. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis Rasio Keuangan Untuk Menilai Kinerja Keuangan Pada Puskopdit Swadaya Utama Maumere berdasarkan rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, profitabilitas dan aktivitas. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan studi deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan Puskopdit Swadaya Utama Maumere, sedangkan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan dari Puskopdit Swadaya Utama Maumere pada periode tahun 2016-2020.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan tingkat Rasio Likuiditas yang diukur dengan Rasio Lancar (Current Ratio) pada tahun 2016-2020 secara keseluruhannya “kurang baik” karena rata-rata 194,35%. Rasio solvabilitas yang diukur dengan rasio Total hutang (kewajiban) terhadap total aktiva pada tahun 2016-2020 secara keseluruhannya “baik” karena rata-rata 63,74%, Rasio Total hutang (kewajiban) terhadap Modal Sendiri tahun 2016-2020 secara keseluruhannya “baik” karena rata-rata 175,80%. Rasio profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return On Asset pada tahun 2016-2020 secara keseluruhannya “kurang baik” karena rata-rata 1,31%, Return On Equity tahun 2016-2020 secara keseluruhannya “kurang baik” karena rata-rata 3,60%. Rasio Aktivitas yang diukur dengan Rasio Perputaran Piutang tahun 2016-2020 secara keseluruhannya “kurang baik” karena rata-rata 0,10 kali.
