Stress can be defined as a physiological and psychological response that occurs when individuals experience pressure or burdens that exceed their ability to cope. Stress in adolescents can be caused by various influencing factors such as academic demands, family problems, conflicts with peers, teenage romance and identity problems. However, teenagers still have a low understanding of the dangers of stress, in addition to the lack of optimal information through public service advertisements, especially for teenagers. The aim of the design is to build an "Electronic Poster for Public Service Advertisements about the Dangers of Stress that is informative, communicative, educative, effective and easy to understand for teenagers aged 10-18 years in Padang City." This design method uses the glass box method, namely a design method that is carried out rationally and logically on the work based on the information obtained, based on: analytical, synthetic and evaluative to get the best solution. The approach uses 5W+1H analysis (what, when, where, who, why, how). Results of designing the main media for Electronic Posters for Public Service Advertisements about the Dangers of Stress in Adolescents and supporting media: leaflets, flayers, social media, x-banners, tote bags, t-shirts and stickers. This design can provide creative thinking visually, informatively, communicatively, educatively and effectively for teenagers aged 10-18 years.

Nausea and vomiting (morning sickness), experienced by around 70–80% of pregnant women, is a phenomenon that often occurs at 5–12 weeks of gestation. Lemon is one of the herbal oils that is a safe medicine against morning sickness in pregnant women. The population of this study was composed of first-trimester pregnant women with nausea and vomiting. Prior to the intervention in the oral lemon control group, there were seven respondents (28.0%) with a frequency of nausea and vomiting > 4, then 12 respondents (48.0%) with a frequency of <4 and no nausea, as well as six respondents (24.0%). After intervention in the oral lemon control group, there were five respondents (20.0%) with a frequency of nausea and vomiting > 4, then 14 respondents (56.0%) with a frequency of <4 and no nausea, and as many as six respondents (24.0%). Before the intervention, a p-value <0.001 was obtained in the control group. In the group, after being given the intervention, the p-value was <0.001. Whereas in the oral lemon control group, the p-value was <0.001 before the intervention, and after being given the oral lemon intervention, the p-value was <0.001. The research was conducted in the Ananda Clinic Work Area, Semarang Regency. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of giving lemon aromatherapy inhalation on morning sickness in pregnant women.

Real Work Lecture (KKN) collaborated with Field Experience Practices (PPL) in increasing student potential through English-based learning. English is a world language used to communicate between countries. The ability to speak English must be owned by everyone, especially elementary school children. English-based learning in education is often implemented with less attractive media, so students' interest in learning English is quite low. This article examines the implementation of work programs that meet the needs of Anuban Jitjongrak school community in improving English language skills. Language and facility limitations are a challenge for students in implementing appropriate work programs. The service method carried out KKN-PPL debriefing, observation and interviews, implementation of work programs, and evaluation of activities. As for the target in the implementation of this KKN-PPL are students at Anuban Jitjongrak School.

Cloud-based resource allocation and VM/container orchestration play a crucial role in ensuring performance, scalability, and energy efficiency in modern distributed computing environments. This study investigates the effectiveness of centralized and decentralized scheduling models combined with heuristic and optimization-based allocation strategies in container-based cloud infrastructures. A quantitative experimental approach was employed to evaluate system performance under varying workload intensities. Key evaluation metrics included response time, throughput, resource utilization, SLA violation rate, and energy consumption. The experimental results indicate that centralized scheduling mechanisms experience scalability limitations and increased latency under high workload conditions. Although optimization-based allocation improves performance within centralized architectures, coordination bottlenecks remain significant. In contrast, decentralized scheduling models demonstrate superior adaptability, reduced response time, and improved throughput due to distributed decision-making and reduced control overhead. The integration of intelligent optimization techniques further enhances resource utilization and energy efficiency, achieving the lowest SLA violation rates and highest system stability. Overall, the findings confirm that combining decentralized scheduling with optimization-driven resource allocation provides a more scalable and sustainable orchestration strategy for modern cloud environments. This approach is particularly suitable for dynamic, large-scale, and latency-sensitive applications in container-based and edge-integrated cloud systems.

The integration of augmented reality (AR) technology in education is advancing, as seen in a project at Atisa Dipamkara School. This project developed a chemistry learning application using Unity, Android XR Plugin, and ARCore to address laboratory limitations. The app uses interactive 3D visualizations to help students grasp complex chemistry concepts. Blackbox testing showed that all main modules work well, except for a bug in the compound reset module. The app effectively improves students' understanding, interest, and motivation in chemistry, making abstract concepts more tangible. This application is both a learning aid and an educational innovation, promoting a more interactive and enjoyable learning experience.

Toxic leadership in church contexts is not merely an organizational problem; it can become a psychospiritual wound when pastoral authority is used to shame, silence, manipulate, or control congregants in the name of God. This article examines pastoral counseling for congregants who experience inner wounds caused by toxic leadership in the church. The study addresses a gap in previous research: leadership studies have clarified the concepts of abusive supervision and destructive leadership. In contrast, religious trauma research has described spiritual abuse, yet fewer works have developed a constructive pastoral counseling synthesis that integrates both fields. Using a conceptual and integrative literature review design, this article draws on peer-reviewed studies on toxic leadership, spiritual abuse, institutional betrayal, moral injury, trauma-informed care, and spiritually integrated psychotherapy. The synthesis proposes that pastoral counseling in this context must be trauma-informed, spiritually competent, ecclesially accountable, and clinically humble. Three findings are advanced: toxic church leadership wounds identity, agency, and God-image; pastoral counseling must begin with safety, validation, narrative reconstruction, and protection of conscience; and recovery requires individual care and institutional repair through accountability, referral pathways, and anti-retaliatory church culture. The article concludes that pastoral counseling is most constructive when it becomes a ministry of truth-telling, non-coercive accompaniment, and communal restoration rather than a tool for preserving abusive systems.
