This study aims to determine the criminal law policy in the return of state financial losses in the form of replacement payments by corruption convicts and to determine the efforts made by police investigators in overcoming obstacles to the return of state financial losses in the form of replacement payments by corruption convicts. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, with a normative legal approach as the main approach and empirical legal as a supporting approach. The data sources in this study were obtained from secondary data as the main data and primary data as supporting data. Furthermore, the data were then processed using qualitative methods. The results of the study obtained information that the criminal payment of replacement money has been regulated in Law No. 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption as amended by Law No. 20 of 2001. The amount of replacement money payment is the same as the assets obtained from the crime of corruption. If the replacement money is not paid, the convict is sentenced to imprisonment for a period not exceeding the maximum threat of the principal sentence. Therefore, the return of state financial losses cannot be optimal. The amount of compensation for state financial losses needs to be increased, by confiscating and seizing the perpetrator's assets/wealth. The Asset Confiscation Law needs to be formed as a legal basis for confiscating assets from corruption.

Background: Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) is an innovative construction material that combines glass fiber with concrete, providing high strength and durability. However, the influence of GRC mixture composition on flexural strength values has not been studied in depth. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of GRC mixture composition variables, such as the ratio between glass fiber and concrete binder, on flexural strength. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide deeper insight into the use of GRC in construction and help develop more efficient and durable construction materials. Results: From the results of the discussion regarding the effect of differences in fiberglass composition on flexural strength, it was found that the addition of 2% fiber resulted in an average flexural strength of 23.01 kgf/cm2, with an increase of up to 49.77 kgf/cm2 at 1% fiberglass. However, with a fiber composition of 0.8%, the highest flexural strength was obtained at 56.84 kgf/cm2. The addition of fibers that exceed the maximum limit can reduce the density of GRC concrete so that its ability to distribute bending strength forces is reduced. Meanwhile, the effect of fly ash substitution on flexural strength shows that replacing some of the cement with fly ash by 20% can increase the flexural strength value of GRC, because the silica and alumina compounds in fly ash can speed up the hydration process. However, of the five specimens tested, none met the SNI 8299:2017 standard which requires a minimum average flexural strength of 100 kgf/cm2

The fire suppression ability of this sprinkler installation compared to other fire extinguishing equipment has been proven to be more effective. Because the sprinkler system does not require an operator when operating, fires can be prevented earlier before causing greater losses. For this reason, the implementation of sprinkler systems in buildings is crucial. According to KEPMEN PU NO. 10/KPTS/2000, a building must have elements that can maintain structural stability to a certain level during a fire. This research was conducted directly in the field, and the necessary data was obtained independently through interviews with relevant parties. The author conducted research observations in the archive warehouse to obtain both primary and secondary data. Primary data included field documentation and calculations. Planning calculations were done directly by calculating the number of sprinklers, water requirements, and reservoirs to determine the precise needs. Based on the survey, it was found that the size of the archive warehouse is 48 x 48 m, totaling 2304 m2. The maximum distance between sprinklers used was 4.6 m. Therefore, the effective distance between sprinkler heads is 193 units. The result of the calculation for the water supply for the sprinkler system obtained 34,139.77 liters, with the total overall cost for the equipment and materials used being Rp. 63,121,925.74. The government makes a program with the aim of prospering the community, one of these programs is the Family Hope Program, where the community receiving the assistance is called KPM, this study aims to answer about the effectiveness of the family hope program that has been made by the government, especially in East Tanjungpinang District. The research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, using the theory put forward by Sutrisno (2010) which includes program understanding, target accuracy, timeliness, achievement of goals and real changes. The results of the research on the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program for Beneficiary Families in the East Tanjungpinang District of Tanjungpinang City seen from the target of the program policy are correct in accordance with the regulations made, because they follow the DTKS which will be identified in accordance with the data submitted, the timing of the implementation of PKH assistance has indeed been determined by the central government, when it will be disbursed, but overall it can be said that the timeliness of the distribution of assistance has not been maximized, because sometimes the assistance disbursed by the government can advance from the date set by the government. The overall goal of the program to improve the welfare of KPM can be said to be ineffective because the achievement of numbers in 2023 can be said to have not been achieved.  Because it is seen from the direct field that there are still many people who need assistance, and most likely if it is recorded in detail, it falls into the category of those entitled as KPM participants, seen from the real changes provided by the program, it has not been optimal, but it has been enough to help the KPM community with the assistance provided, it can be seen that there are several communities as KPM who are able to manage the assistance provided by PKH for entrepreneurship. The suggestions that can be submitted are, the government, especially the East Tanjungpinang District government and PKH supervisors to continue to strive to advance the community.

Coffee has become a beverage not only refreshing but also an energy drink that dominates the global beverage market with its unparalleled appeal. coffee opens up many positive opportunities in sports. Dope was first introduced in 1889. The ergogenic dose of caffeine is about 250-500 mg per day (three cups of coffee or six to eight soft drinks). Most athletes consume caffeine in pill form. Caffeine can be considered doping if it exceeds the set maximum limit. That is why a controlling body is needed to control this issue, thus WADA was born. WADA is an independent international agency that was established in 1999 to also control world anti-doping standards. This private sector was created after a historic event in the world. of sports when it was discovered that a cyclist had used doping at the 1998 Summer Olympics
