Mesin Computer Numeric Control ( CNC ) adalah pengembangan dari mesin yang sudah ada sebelumnya tetapi belum menggunakan computer, masih menggunakan model sebagai contoh duplikasinya yang disebut Numeric Control ( NC ). Mesin Computer Numeric Control ( CNC ) pada awalnya dipergunakan sebagai alat cetak industri terutama pada bidang mesin dan otomotif. Computer Numeric Control ( CNC ) pada dasarnya dapat memakai bahan apa saja yang secara fisik bisa digrafir atau dibor ( dengan penyesuaian tertentu pada alat potongnya sesuai klasifikasi bahan ). Bahan material dasar yang sering dipakai dengan Mesin Computer Numeric Control ( CNC ) antara lain : metal / besi, kayu, plastic dan aluminium. Dari beberapa hal tersebut apakah mesin Computer Numeric Control ( CNC ) dapat berperan dalam sebuah karya arsitektur yang dihasilkan seorang arsitek?, atau apakah nantinya dengan adanya teknologi semacam ini peran arsitek tak lagi dibutuhkan? Pada sebuah karya arsitektur material bahan bangunan fabrikasi yang dihasilkan oleh Mesin Computer Numeric Control ( CNC ), biasanya dipakai sebagai finishing, walau tidak menutup kemungkinan dipakai sebagai sebuah struktur dengan rekayasa tertentu, dan juga material fabrikasi semacam ini dipakai sebagai bagian dari interior maupun produk produk furnitur hingga pelengkap suatu ruangan seperti vas, lampu, rak, dll. Produk Computer Numeric Control ( CNC ) pada sebuah karya arsitektur juga sangat indah dinikmati sebagai komponen yang diekspos pada bangunan. Suatu hasil dari produk Computer Numeric Control ( CNC ) tidak dapat dikategorikan sebagai karya arsitektur apabila hanya indah tetapi tanpa makna. Seorang arsitek menggunakan Mesin Computer Numeric Control ( CNC ) adalah sebagai tools atau alat kepanjangan tangan untuk menerjemahkan konsep dan arti dari sebuah karya arsitektur.

Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai gambaran sikap kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kinerja Dosen STIA YAPPI  Makassar, sikap kepemimpinan,dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja Dosen STIA YAPPI  Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Dosen STIA YAPPI Makassar,Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian dari populasi atau 10 orang, Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Ukuran sampel tersebut sesuai dengan pendapat Roscoe (dalam Sugiyono,2008:74) yang menyatakan bahwa ukuran sampel dengan melakukan analisis multivariate (korelasi atau regresi ganda) maka jumlah anggota sampel minimal 10 kali dari jumlah variabel yang diteliti baik variabel independen maupun devenden (10x4=40). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap kepemimpinan Pada Dosen STIA YAPPI Makassar berada pada kategori cukup baik, berarti pimpinan telah memiliki tingkat pengetahuan, perasaan dan kecenderungan bertindak dalam hal menyukai tantangan, memprakarsai visi bersama, memungkinkan orang lain bertindak dan membuat model pemecahan serta pemberian semangat. Budaya organisasi berada pada kategori cukup kondusif berarti pimpinan Pada Dosen STIA YAPPI Makassar dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya berpedoman pada norma-norma, nilai-nilai dan asumsi-asumsi yang berlaku sehingga tercipta kondisi yang cukup kondusif. Motivasi berada pada kategori cukup tinggi berarti karyawan telah memiliki pikiran yang inovatif,kreatif, banyak gagasan,visioner dan menerima kritikan serta tindakan yang berani mengambil resiko,bertanggungjawab,bekerja keras dan sistematis. Sikap kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Artinya jika sikap seseorang positif tentang kepemimpinan, maka ia memiliki kecenderungan kinerja yang tinggi. Jadi semakin baik sikap kepemimpinan maka semakin baik pula kinerja karyawan, Motivasi berprengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Jadi semakin tinggi motivasi karyawan maka semakin baik pula kinerja karyawan,Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara sikap kepemimpinan, motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.Tingkat pengetahuan,perasaan dan kecenderungan bertindak yang baik dari karyawan.

The purpose of this study was to describe the results of poetry musical creativity through the STAD (Student Team Achievement Divisions) cooperative learning model at SMA Negeri 1 Darul Hasanah. The method used is descriptive method taken from the type of qualitative research. The population in this study was the entire class XI totaling 35 students, while the sample in this study was class XI IPS which amounted to 10 students at SMA Negeri 1 Darul Hasanah. Data collection techniques include primary data consisting of performance, interviews, and observations, while secondary data is only documentation. The data analysis technique uses the arithmetic average formula to calculate the results of the performance and uses an assessment rubric, while the observation uses the percentage formula. The results of the research found in the field that the application of the cooperative learning model can provide quite good cooperation results even though some students are less willing to follow the directions of the teacher so that the results of their work are classified as poor. The results of the poetry musicalization which started with the preparations made by the students were good by preparing chord accompaniment instruments such as guitar and percussion including: two buckets and one aqua bottle filled with sand. Then the preparation of poetry readers is read by two people in turn and has prepared four singers to bring up the musicalization of their poetry which is sung in certain parts. The incubation process or the designing process is good because they have compiled the poem in advance along with the selection of the right song according to the title of the poem and the guitar music accompaniment is good, but the percussion pattern is still lacking but is covered by the ability of singers, poetry readers, and guitar players who are good at it. good. The process of special illumination for percussion is still lacking because their practice is not too serious so that the results shown from the journey of musical poetry are not good. However, the vocal players, both poetry readers and singers, still maintain their tune or pitch well so that they are slightly covered from mistakes made by percussionists. The verification stage that has been described previously can be concluded that the performance of the poetry musical has a poor tempo while the guitar accompaniment is quite good, but the vocals are good in conveying the interpretation so that holistically the work is quite good for a beginner.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi akad musyarakah mutanaqisah pada pembiayaan kredit pemilikan rumah (KPR) syariah di Bank Danamon Syariah Kantor Cabang Gunung Agung Denpasar. Untuk mengetahui manfaat pada akad musyarakah mutanaqisah pembiayaan kredit pemilikan rumah (KPR) syariah di Bank Danamon Syariah Kantor Cabang Gunung Agung Denpasar. Untuk mengetahui kendala pada akad musyarakah mutanaqisah pada pembiayaan kredit pemilikan rumah (KPR) syariah di Bank Danamon Kantor Cabang Gunung Agung Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data model Miles dan Huberman dengan teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian implementasi akad Musyarakah mutanaqisah pada pembiayaan KPR syariah berjalan sesuai dengan fatwa DSN. Serta sangat bermanfaat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dalam memiliki rumah. Namun perlu ditinjau kembali terhadap berkas-berkas yang masih belum di revisi dengan teliti karna diberlakukan sistem DBLM (Dual Banking Level Model) serta perlu dilakukan sosialisasi kepada nasabah agar minat nasabah meningkat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi, mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi. perilaku kewargaan organisasi dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Setelah itu dilakukan uji validitas menggunakan SPSS sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Teknik Analisis Data diolah menggunakan SEM dengan program AMOS versi 19.0 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Cityship Behavior , komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Cityship Behavior , kepuasan kerja dan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Cityship Behavior .    

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja dengan mediasi komitmen organisasi. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 150 guru SMK Kecamatan Gayamsari Semarang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM) dari software AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kinerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru.

The weight of the assessment criteria for the COPRAS method for choosing motorcycles are namely price criteria weighing 40%, fuel consumption weighing 30%, engine capacity weighing 20% ​​and year of manufacture weighing 20%. The recommendation results from the selection of criteria for the Honda brand, type of scooter, automatic transmission and single disc braking, the recommendation results obtained are Beat Street with a value of 1,000, Genio with a value of 0.995, Scoopy with a value of 0.929, Vario 150 with a value of 0.866, PCX with a value of 0.812 and ADV with a value of value 0.796.

Strengthening spirituality in early childhood plays a crucial role in shaping character and moral values for the future. Baubau City, with its rich cultural heritage and strong Islamic traditions, offers a strategic context for implementing spiritual guidance programs for young learners. This Community Service Program (PKM) was conducted at TK Negeri Pembina Kokalukuna in Baubau to provide spiritual guidance for early childhood students. The program employed a storytelling approach, focusing on the exemplary life of the Prophet as a model for cultivating moral values. The findings indicate an improvement in children’s basic understanding of spiritual values, particularly in recognizing the sirah of the Prophet, including his historical legacy and virtuous character. The study recommends collaborative efforts among teachers, parents, and the wider community to strengthen children’s spirituality from an early age.

This study aims to develop and test the feasibility of the “Colorful Science Kit” as a colorful-based learning media to improve early childhood science literacy. The study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects consisted of 20 children aged 5–6 years at an early childhood education institution. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, and expert validation using a Likert scale instrument. The validation results showed that the media obtained a very feasible category with an average percentage of 91%. The implementation of the media showed an increase in children’s scientific literacy skills, especially in the skills of observing, grouping, predicting, and communicating the results of simple experiments. Children showed high enthusiasm during the color exploration activities and were able to work actively together in small groups. The use of color-based media also helped improve children’s attention, creativity, and communication skills during the learning process. The results of the study showed that the “Colorful Science Kit” was effectively used as an interactive and fun science learning media in early childhood education. This media is recommended as a contextual learning innovation to support the development of scientific literacy in early childhood education (PAUD).

This community service aims to improve patient knowledge after spinal anesthesia through structured counseling activities. Spinal anesthesia often causes anxiety and is dangerous for patients, especially related to side effects and the recovery process. Lack of understanding can lead to non-compliance with medical injuries, which has the potential to prolong the recovery period and increase risk complications. Therefore, counseling is carried out by providing direct education to patients and families using educational media such as leaflets and interactive discussions. This approach not only helps improve patient understanding of spinal anesthesia procedures but also plays a role in reducing anxiety and increasing compliance with postoperative care. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the level of patient knowledge, which has an impact on a better recovery experience. Thus, this counseling program contributes to improving the quality of health services and patient satisfaction at PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital, as well as being a model of educational intervention that can be applied in various other health facilities.

This community service report reviews the concept of Jesus' Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the context of modern management and its relevance to young Catholics. Through research and literature studies, we investigate how management principles such as leadership, decision-making, empowerment, and service reflected in the teachings and actions of Jesus can be applied in the daily lives of young Catholics. In modern management, which is often oriented towards material success, involving Jesus as the example of chief executives provides an alternative view that reinforces spiritual and ethical values in their decision-making and work. Using modern management principles inspired by the teachings of Jesus can provide guidance and inspiration for young Catholics as they build careers and serve others. In this context, Jesus' leadership, which is based on service, empowerment, and love, becomes a relevant model for young Catholics who wish to integrate the values of the Catholic faith into their professional world. This report provides new insights into how young Catholics can apply management principles that are morally and spiritually meaningful, and support their personal development as responsible public servants.

Design and Analysis of the Use of a Project Management Information System Based on Free Open-Source Software (Foss) in Large-Scale Companies in Central Java. To increase knowledge about project communication management and organizational communication in the cigarette industry at PT. Aman Indah Makmur, especially with regard to the use of FOSS as a tool for internal interaction and communication. Design and Analysis of the Use of a Project Management Information System Based on Free Open-Source Software (Foss) in Large-Scale Companies in Central Java. Qualitative methods were used, literature research, online ethnography, and observations were carried out to better understand important events where FOSS Google Spreadsheet users interacted, communicated, and collaborated. As the Collaboration Metric Model shows, FOSS Google Sheets can be an effective and efficient tool in large companies with 50 to 100 employees.

The aim of this study is to determine whether the application of health protocol security, employee competence, and service quality during the covid-19 pandemic could affect customer satisfaction toward MRT transportation. This research is included in descriptive quantitative. The sample is taken by total sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents who use MRT transportation. Data collection technique in this research uses questionnaire. Statistical analysis is carried out with the help of the Partial Least Squares Structured Equestrian Model (PLS-SEM) program. The results of this study are (1) the health protocol security (X1) has a significant positive effect toward customer satisfaction, (2) employee competence (X2) has a significant positive effect toward customer satisfaction, and (3) the quality of service (X3) has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Therefore, it can be concluded that all the independent variables in this study have an effect on the related variables. From the results of this study, the researchers hope that in order to increase the satisfaction of MRT users, the MRT can improve the security of health protocols, employee competence, and service quality.

Writing stories can start when students are in elementary school. Through story writing activities students can express their feelings, ideas, and ideas to others. Based on the results of interviews and observations conducted on January 20, 2021, the 5th grade homeroom teacher of SDN 5 Sudimoroharjosiswa felt bored in online learning during the pandemic. This can be seen from the students' writings that do not match the information. The writing of stories that do not match this information can be seen from one of the students who did not write down sports activities where there are pictures of people who are exercising. This study aims to determine the ability of students to present information in the form of stories through interactive image media based on thinglinks for grade 5 students at SDN 5 Sudimoroharjo, Nganjuk Regency. Based on the results of research on the use of interactive image media based on thinglink in Indonesian language learning, the material for retelling the sequence of events in fictional texts according to the background of the story has been carried out, it can be concluded that: (1) The implementation of learning using interactive image media based on thinglink is carried out according to the steps of learning activities which uses the project based learning model very well so as to increase the activities of teachers and students. This is evidenced by the increased activity of teachers and students in cycle I to cycle II. The average percentage of teacher activity in the first cycle is 82.85% with good criteria increasing to 10.01% to 92.86% with very good criteria in the second cycle. While the average student activity from the first cycle is 77, 86% with sufficient criteria increased to 11.43% to 89.29% with good criteria in cycle II. (2) The application of learning using interactive image media based on thinglinks can improve the ability of V SDN 5 Sudimoroharjo students, Nganjuk Regency, in retelling the sequence of events in fictional texts according to the background of the story. This is evidenced by the increase in student learning outcomes when in the skill aspect with the average value in the first cycle of 74 increasing to 89.5 in the second cycle. In addition, the percentage of student learning completeness also increased starting in the first cycle, namely 60.71% with less criteria, increasing by 39.29% to 100% with very good criteria in the second cycle. For teachers, it is recommended that if doing learning using interactive image media based on thinglinks, they should do a trial before being used by students.

Study this conducted against 11 countries with exchange rate strongest in the APEC countries in the world (America, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Japan , China, Indonesia, Canada , Russia , and Thailand). The ARDL Panel Analysis results show that the Leading Model Control indicators Exchange Rate System Through the Post -Covid-19 Open Economy Model, the Top Major Exchange Rates in Eleven Apec Countries (Varies) are JUB and GDP. this _ due to the results data processing , the ROE variable is variable that gives stable influence , ie _ effect on the inside period long nor period short in give influence significant to score exchange , which is assessed from level short run and long run stability in the table result .  

The financial system plays an important role in the economy. An unstable financial system will be vulnerable to various problems that disrupt the rotation of a country's economy and be vulnerable to economic problems such as the global crisis in various countries. The problem that occurs is the occurrence of Covid-19 causing various fluctuations in the level of inflation, money supply, imports, the occurrence of unstable inflation from January 2019 to August 2021, low inflation resulting in a decrease in imports and an increase in the money supply in Mexico. , Vietnam, Philippines, Hongkong, Indonesia, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Peru, and China. The analytical method in this study uses the ARDL Panel (Autoregression Distributed Lag) approach. The ARDL Panel Model determines which country models from APEC countries are able to control long-term financial system-based economic fundamentals in Mexico, Vietnam, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Peru, and China and the Different Test for modeling the impact of covid-19 19 on the economic fundamentals of the financial system. The results of the research found the ARDL Panel prediction model in modeling the impact of Covid-19 on economic fundamentals in the financial system. The main Leading Indicator of variable effectiveness in controlling Inflation In TAPEC is JUB where Vietnam, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Peru and China have a significant influence in controlling Inflation. Then overall in the long term (Long Run) it turns out that only the JUB and CDV variables have an effect on INF In TAPEC, while in the short term (Short Run) it is JUB that influences Inflation In TAPEC.  

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami makna dari puisi karya Sapardi Djoko Damono “Percakapan Malam Hujan” dengan menggunakan pendekatan mimetik. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan model penellitian kualitatif yang bersifat deksriptrif. Subjek data dari penelitan ini ialah karya sastra puisi dengan data hasil penelitian yang berupa sebuah kata-kata, kutipan, dan kalimat yang dianalisis maknanya dengan pendekatan mimetik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang akan dilakukan dalam penelitian ini diawali dengan (1) membaca puisi Sapardi Djoko Damono yang berjudul “Percakapan Malam Hujan”; (2) mengumpulkan kata-kata, kalimat atau kutipan yang akan dianalisis; (3)  menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan tersebut dengan pendekatan mimetik; (4) menyajikan hasil data dalam bentuk dekriptif.
