This training is that the management process for process standards has not been optimally implemented properly, and the standard management of educators and educational staff has not been maximized including many teachers still not mastering the use of Information Technology (IT) as a means of supporting learning. The purpose of this training is to improve the competence of teachers in the learning process using the blended learning method so that the quality of learning becomes quality. This training was held in Karawang. This training refers to the standard of education management which has become the stipulation of the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP) so that it reflects superior and competitive management standards. Implementation of the training through the management program for the utilization of educators and education personnel, namely through workshops, in-house training, trainings, implementation of a clear reward and punishment system for teachers, education personnel and students. Supervision and evaluation of education quality management in the learning process through the blended learning method in Karawang is related to inputs such as infrastructure, students, teaching staff, financing and others that are not in accordance with the standards expected to achieve quality education. The result of this training is how a teacher is able to carry out the learning process using the blended learning method, which is a combination of online and offline learning so as to be able to achieve quality education outcomes

This paper aims to identify the determinant factors that trigger early marriage and strategies to prevent early marriage as a targeted prevention intervention in Semarang City. The method used is quantitative research using analytic descriptions. The results showed that early marriage in the city of Semarang was not caused by economic problems, but because of incidents of pregnancy out of wedlock. The main driving factors for early marriage related to this are psychological factors: 80%, social and social: 79% and culture in society: 77% and low knowledge related to marriage and sexuality: 61%. This study recommends the provision of comprehensive and inclusive Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights ( SRHR) education for all children, increasing public awareness in supervising violations of norms and values, increasing the capacity of Karang Taruna as part of the community's economic drive, increasing social bonds and family bonds in protecting children from the bad effects of promiscuity, improving the quality of education and the economy of early marriage actors through skills training through a smartphone and internet-based digital economy, as an effort to create jobs that are practical, economical and applicable.

The aim of the research is to determine the quality factors of human resources that influence employee performance at the Transmigration Training Center in Makassar. To find out the factors that have a dominant influence on employee performance at the Transmigration Training Center in Makassar. This research uses quantitative research methods. Research results: The influential variables are education (X1), skills (X2), length of service (X3) and work discipline (X4) which together have a significant influence on the performance of employees at the Transmigration Training Center in Makassar. This can be seen by the F table value being greater than F Calculation or a significance of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Of all these influencing factors, it turns out that the skill variable (factor) (X2) is dominant in increasing the performance of employees at the Transmigration Training Center in Makassar. This can be seen in the regression coefficient value (0.313 which is greater than the regression coefficient value of other independent variables) and the significance value (0.000).

The research objective is to determine the significance of the influence of human resource quality on customer service at PT. Katingan Timber Celebes (KTC) in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. The independent variables are the variables of expertise, skills, experience and discipline which together have a significant influence on the company's customer service at PT. The community service activity entitled "Socialization of Village Cultural Traditions" was carried out in Kamarora B Village, District. Nokilalaki Sigi Regency The aim of this community service activity is to empower and improve the quality of the existence of traditional villages in the context of preserving culture and strengthening character as national identity. This community service activity is carried out by conducting outreach which aims to increase the understanding and knowledge of Village Government Apparatus, Youth and the community regarding how important it is to maintain the cultural traditions of Kamarora B Village which have begun to be eroded by the times.

This community service aims to enhance knowledge and skills in perineal wound care for postpartum mothers on the seventh day at the Primary Clinic in Medan City in the year 2022. Through seminars and training sessions, our efforts are directed towards providing relevant information on perineal wound care, explaining signs of infection, and instructing proper care techniques. It is anticipated that this intervention will yield positive benefits for postpartum mothers, elevate the quality of perineal wound care, and overall, support endeavors in preventing post-delivery complications. Postpartum infections, such as sepsis, remain a leading cause of maternal mortality in developing countries.

The title of the counseling guidance teacher's efforts in dealing with delinquency in class XI students at SMA N 1 Batur, Batur District, Banjarnegara Regency, in this study has an educational background that is closely related to a strong character. Meanwhile, development in Indonesia is carried out as a whole, which requires quality human resources, various efforts for the formation of the nation's personality, especially in the younger generation. One of the efforts to improve quality resources is through education. However, every educational process, especially tackling delinquency, has an obstacle and obstacle, which occurs in SMA N 1 Batur, especially class XI, from this research it has a goal. 1) knowing the efforts of BK teachers in dealing with student delinquency; 2) knowing the method used; 3) knowing the inhibiting and supporting factors, by using qualitative methods that produce descriptive data, then data collection techniques through interview observations and documentation, in analyzing data systematically, organizing data, describing data into units and compiling into a pattern that produces a conclusion, namely learning that occurs at SMA N 1 Batur is in accordance with the objectives and procedures for learning, then in each lesson several factors, both supporting and inhibiting factors, are found from internal and external sources, and several efforts have been made by counseling teachers at SMA N 1 Batur Banjarnegara..    

The rapid development of technology is very influential on institutions, society and even universities. At this time, the role of graphic design in all fields is needed. This can be proven by the many fields of business that utilize the expertise of graphic designers. The shifting habit of using digital media in human activities has made the use of design as media promotion increasingly widespread in the business world. Examples of promotional media include brochures, leaflets, posters, business cards, billboards, banners, and banners. This illustrates that graphic design skills are important things that students need to have in this modern era. Therefore, it is important to hold graphic design training as an initial means for students to improve their ability to produce a quality graphic design work.

Pamaris Village is located in the highlands of Gunungtua Village, Cijambe District, Subang Regency. The existence of this area which is located in the highlands makes it difficult for the community to get clean water for their daily needs. Has a river flow that is used for agricultural and fishery water but is not utilized for clean water needs because the community doubts the quality of river water to be used as a source of clean water. With the background of the problems in Pamaris village, the lecturers and students of the Civil Engineering study program, Faculty of Engineering, University of Subang took the initiative to do community service by making a simple water treatment tool to treat river water so that it can be used to meet the community's clean water needs. The planned water treatment system consists of a coagulation tank, a sedimentation tank, a slow sand filter and a fast sand filter. The filter material consists of coral, palm fiber, zeolite, split stone, palm fiber, activated carbon and sand. The results of testing the treated water showed that all parameters of Physics, Inorganic Chemistry and Organic Chemistry were still within the limits of clean water quality standards. The results of bacteriological examination did not find bacteria. Thus, in general, water quality can be used as a source of clean water for the community.

The research method used is descriptive qualitative, namely a research method that focuses on what is thoroughly, deeply and broadly researched. Thus the results obtained from this study are in the form of intrinsic elements: theme, point of view, plot, setting, character, character, style of language, and message from the short story special gift by Honest Prananto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompensasi langsung, kompensasi tidak langsung serta kinerja karyawan Pada Departemen Quality Control PT Kideco Jaya Agung Kecamatan Batu Sopang Kabupaten Paser Kalimantan Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Pada Departemen Quality Control PT Kideco Jaya Agung Kecamatan Batu Sopang Kabupaten Paser Kalimantan Timur yaitu 36 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif persentase dan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 0,869 + 0,586 X1 + 0,197 X2. Dengan menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil hipotesis uji F menunjukan Fhitung : 29,061 dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000. Karena probabilitas signifikan jauh lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka H0  ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sedangkan hasil hipotesis uji parsial untuk variabel kompensasi tidak langsung diperoleh thitung  = 1,525 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,137 > 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha  diterima. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial H2 yang menyatakan bahwa “Ada pengaruh yang tidak signifikan kompensasi tidak langsung secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan”, diterima. Dan untuk kompensasi langsung diperoleh thitung  = 5,964 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha  diterima. Koefesien Determinasi diketahui bahwa nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,616. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kontribusi  kompensasi langsung dan kompensasi tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan adalah 61,6 %.

The method to be used in this program is data collection through a survey to find out the tourism potential in Tirang Beach, and the needs and expectations of tourists. Furthermore, tourism products will be developed in accordance with existing potential, such as developing culinary specialties from the beach, developing handicrafts, and developing natural tourism activities such as snorkeling and diving. In addition, there will be improvements to the quality of tourism services, such as developing tourism infrastructure, making information boards, and training the local community in good and friendly tourism services to tourists. In addition, skills training will be conducted for the surrounding community to improve the quality of tourism products and services provided. The expected results of this program are increasing people's income through developing tourism potential in Tirang Beach, as well as improving the quality of tourism products and services provided. This program is also expected to attract tourists to visit Tirang Beach, so as to increase tourism potential in the area. With this program, it is hoped that the surrounding community will become more independent and be able to improve the economy through existing tourism potential. Thus, a healthier and more sustainable environment can be created through sustainable economic development.

In order to find out indications of the influence of store atmosphere, service quality, and customer experience on consumer satisfaction at Bhineka Muda Merdeka, a study using a population, namely all consumers from Bhineka Muda Merdeka Denpasar, took a sample of 120 people. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the indication of store atmosphere has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction with the results of t-count 3,425 > t-table value 1,7 and a significance value of 0,001 <0,05. Another indication is that the quality of service has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction, with the results of t-count 2,699 > t-table value 1,7 and a significance value of 0,008 <0,05. The last indication is that customer experience has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction, with the results of t-count 2,910 > t-table value 1,7 and a significance value of 0,004 <0,05. Broadly speaking, there are indications simultaneously between store atmosphere, service quality, and customer experience on customer satisfaction of 34,9%.

The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. This is also something that must be applied to students at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul. The use of information technology that applies suddenly, not infrequently, makes educators and students surprised and limping in its implementation. However, the learning process must continue so that teachers at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul are challenged to create a learning media that students with special needs can understand. The limited knowledge of teachers at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul in making learning media causes the need for training and mentoring of learning media. One of the technological developments that we can use for making learning media is an application for video editing. This application can help to make videos to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning. Application users are expected to support the activities of SLB Negeri 2 Bantul to participate in competitions and promotions as routine activities that must be done every year. The two needs of these teachers are what make them collaborate to implement training programs based on the required classes. The implementation uses the Classical method and Practices using video recording applications and equipment. Community service will be carried out at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul to support improving skills in using software from basic to advanced levels. The result of this training is that the participants can make their own video creations so that they are eligible to be included in competitions and make video advertisements more professional.

Hyperemesis Gravidarum is vomiting that occurs until 20 weeks of gestation. Vomiting occurs so intense that everything that is eaten and drunk is vomited up, affecting the general condition of the mother. The management of mild hyperemesis gravidarum is very important, namely by giving ginger extract drink. Giving ginger drink for 1 week with the rule of drinking a third of a teaspoon of powdered ginger extract brewed using warm water and drunk three times per day. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of drinking ginger extract on mild Hyperemesis Gravidarum in pregnant women. This outreach method is by providing an explanation to the community before the intervention in the form of ginger extract drinks and after the experiment in the form of giving ginger extract drinks. The number of samples in this study were 15 respondents who were pregnant women with mild hyperemesis gravidarum in Manyampa Hamlet. The leaflets were used. Furthermore, From the results of this counseling, it is hoped that the general public, especially health workers, can socialize the use of ginger extract drinks for pregnant women with Mild Hyperemesis Gravidarum. The target of this counseling is to reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnant women, especially pregnant women who experience nausea and vomiting in order to improve the quality and quality of services for pregnant women.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, service quality, and employee performance on community satisfaction on employees of the Class IIA Padang Penitentiary. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were employees of the Class IIA Penitentiary in Padang. The sample used was 144 people using a saturated sampling technique (census). The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. (3) Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. (4) Organizational commitment, service quality, employee performance together have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in the Class IIA Padang Penitentiary.
